Sorry have taken so long to respond.
Investments, squirreling away $$ have made it such that I can quit. It is a pleasure to report notice was handed in last week. It's difficult deserting the already pushed to the wall team, as a betrayal of sorts. You can bet my replacement will be a foreign lesser trained clinician.
Several of us have held onto our practices as a form of humanistic service. Truth is, the price exacted for hanging in has become too high; many report increased awareness of existential anger and deep down bone aching fatigue. "Pissed off doc" addresses the issue. Just try working in this milieu without developing an attitude over time.
In spite of the downside, what it took to arrive where I am today is hard to release. The hands on helping profession has been a large part of my identity and I loved it at one time. It's ruined now. So true, what PK says. Dysfunctional blacks ooze into the picture? Things go to hell; they are poison.
To be clear, not all of our patients are 'hood rats.
There is an increasing number of good people who have worked hard all their lives at living wage jobs they have lost in the economic downturn, many layoffs occurring within small and midsized companies in response to Stark Naked Emperor "you didn't build that" Soetero's policies.
No longer insured, homes foreclosed, retirement benefits scaled down or lost, these deeply ashamed, now indigent patients are not utilizing Crisis/ER Depts for trivial health issues; they present truly ill. In welcome contrast to the feral gang-bangers wheeled in with a torso full of lead, the narcotic drug hustlers, or Bucket o' chicken screaming sub-human overfed sows with their multiple kee-uds in tow who flock to the waiting room for sore throats, this cohort of patients is tearfully grateful.
You ask what I will do with my life. I don't know for sure. The idea of doing absolutely nothing is appealing, for now. Reading, reflecting, travel are appealing.
No, I do not live in Orange Co., Northern California, S.F. Bay Area, working in the worst crime riddled demographic area.
Gratefully, my home is in a 100% white suburb. The bad news is Oakland, Concord, Richmond browns and blacks have recently discovered our relaxed, easy pickings for perpetrating home invasions. Vigilance is high now. We see burglar alarms, locked doors, neighborhood watch groups, and stepped up police patrols beginning to be the norm, whereas never before necessary.
As we've said, one cannot keep anything safe for long...and there aren't many places to run anymore.Ileynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11434126010810074751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-17772295125656927902013-01-22T19:37:05.603-08:002013-01-22T19:37:05.603-08:00Being from the (white) south, it was a truly jarri...Being from the (white) south, it was a truly jarring experience living on the south side of Chicago recently. Harold's, in particular, was eye-opening. At uchicago, the white liberals, with whom I ate at the local Harold's, took the insane security in stride. Given my upbringing in largely whitopian, but very middle class environments, with emphasis on conservative, American principles (long before Fox News and even Rush Limbaugh), when I was exposed more directly to black dysfunction on a personal level, the difference became the more transparent. This was also instrumental in my ability to withstand liberal indoctrination in college.

My dad has shared experiences regarding negroes as far back as the early 60s, when he was in the Air Force. He told me that the ones from St. Louis were particularly vile, and learned the biggest lessons during basic training back in the days of the draft. Come to think of it, that’s something I don’t believe I have ever seen discussed on SBPDL – the effect of the elimination of the draft on black dysfunction. For some blacks, that was the only structure and discipline they would ever receive (and I’m talking about generations ago, prior to PC infiltration and the conversion of the military into a laboratory for social experimentation). Can you imagine Shitavious navigating that environment, a la the 1950s?

Despite what a typical libtard would inevitably conclude from what I just shared, there was no race hatred or anything of the like taught at home. By the same token, reality was not ignored. From this, I suppose I learned to deal with each negro with some degree of skepticism, but on a case by case basis. In doing so, the IKAGO! argument eventually falls by the wayside in light of the totality of ones’ experiences with negroes.

I second the welcome to anonymous white female. I think one can argue that BRA is more than anything, a creation of liberal white women. My limousine liberal mother-in-law was practically giddy with glee when the Mocha Messiah was re-elected.

There's very little that white men can do to overturn gender supremacy feminism. Only women can do this, so please take your newfound insight and talk to your women friends. Women are not very good at connecting actions with consequences but you must try nevertheless.

Oh and in talking about women's privileges I somehow missed the big one.

Women's Reproductive Privilege - women can abort or give up a man's child for adoption without even telling him. He may beg and plead for the mother of his child not to do either of these things but he has no legal recourse to prevent it. A wife can cuckold her husband safe in the knowledge that the law will require him to pay all the costs of raising another man's child. And yet, in the face of these abominations, a married man can not get a vasectomy without his wife's permission.Chuck Hammernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-84416755201722343062013-01-21T15:36:41.246-08:002013-01-21T15:36:41.246-08:00Sorry for the typos, I'm on my (nominally) sma...Sorry for the typos, I'm on my (nominally) smart phone, not computeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-72766893803808391522013-01-21T15:13:50.720-08:002013-01-21T15:13:50.720-08:00Nameispointless,

Whether it's the slow drift into communism, the negro dysfunction and violence, the nanny state, the crushing waves of illegal immigration or the organized crime syndicate that is now the federal government, people cannot see the entirely predictable end state for all of this.

This is actually a rather profound comment. It's something I have asked of various people: where do you see all this going? There are some vague answers about a promised future in which everyone is "equal." It goes beyond ideology, taking on a quasi-religious nature. People have this faith that if they believe enough, then we can transform the world.

I should say this is so mostly among white people. One symptom is the granting of messiah-like status to black demagogues like MLK and Nelson Mandela. And I mean "messiah" insofar as they are believed to have super-human powers to lead the faithful to that promised land of equality.

The fact that the reality is directly contrary to the magical beliefs mostly goes by the boards. Mandela did become president of South Africa, and that country is engaged in the usual black-majority-rule race to the bottom. We have a black man as president of the USA, and yet we see every manner of abuse, from government violations of civil rights to flash mobs to Wall Street bail outs to endless warfare (I don't want to "drone" on too much about this!). You would think that the TSA screening points at the airports would lead to some kind of mass revolt, but people duly line up and sleepwalk on.

The end state for all this? Given current trends, probably the consolidation of power by elites on a global basis. The de facto end of the nation-state and its replacement with various resource extraction zones. More inter-ethnic conflict as the first world is flooded by the third, leading to more government crackdowns. More bread & circuses. The end of any real meaning to citizenship.

And all the while, the choir will be singing hosannas to the forces which are working for their destruction.Californiannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-19806368538633810402013-01-21T12:06:30.956-08:002013-01-21T12:06:30.956-08:00This is the very first time that I have submitted ...This is the very first time that I have submitted a comment to this blog. Despite the fact that I once called myself a liberal "feminist" not so long ago, I do not feel any cheer in saying this at all. I got away from the "feminist" scene as soon as I did, because not only does it make absolutely no sense, most "feminists" these days are completely psychotic. I should know--I attend a hyper-liberal college that is filled to the brim with them and other sickeningly self-absorbed turdskins. Needless to say, I oftentimes found it unusually difficult to get along with those people. At first I was confused as to why that was, but it eventually occurred to me that they were all so wrapped up in their victimhood complex that it was nearly impossible for them to acknowledge real life for what it is. That's about the time when I decided to leave behind the liberal scene as well, and I was lucky enough to find a fantastic white guy to share my time with instead...

...which leads me to make my next statement. It is also completely (and regrettably) true that white men are the ones being degraded and belittled on a regular basis within our society. This is one other subject that I should know plenty about, because my very own sweetheart has shared several stories of sexual harassment at work and other places--perpetrated by women, and of course taken with a grain of salt when reported. Those who never took him seriously were very cruel, and it is also cruel of anyone to suggest that men cannot be sexually assaulted or harassed like anybody else can. It is true that such instances are not reported as often, but that doesn't mean that it can't ever happen.

Worst of all, it is especially true that black "men" are most often passed over for convictions of domestic violence/sexual assault/rape when such an act is perpetrated against a white woman. That's something else I know of all too well, because it happens ALL THE DAMN TIME where I live. Just recently, in a town nearby my own, some black guy had the police called on him for assaulting a white woman. When the police came, they found the woman with bruising all around her neck--and she had been choked by the buck so hard that she nearly bit her tongue in half. Of course, that buck got off scott free.

I'll say it again: I do not feel at all proud about acknowledging these truths. I just feel as though I should finally say something. I believe more white women should start to open up and speak the truth, no matter how much it can hurt sometimes. Granted, I don't appreciate being cast into the same lot as the other undesirables of society, but who does? I know all too well that our white men have been putting up with it for far too long, though, and I'm tired of sitting back and staying quiet about it. For Christ's sake, I'm a human being before I'm a woman, so I am going to step up and defend my sweetheart and fellow white human beings with everything I have to offer!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-59914187105824640852013-01-21T11:42:24.731-08:002013-01-21T11:42:24.731-08:00Anonymous at 9:04 pm

The Bradley Amendment is Federal law and can not be overridden by the States. Also, there is no jurisdiction anywhere that charges women for interfering with a father's visitation, even though that may be theoretically possible. On the other hand, the full weight of the law is brought to bear on a (white) man that fails to pay court-ordered child support.

White men still rule the US. But think of your future, cons... Californian said...
But think of your future, constantly pleading with the feds for healthcare, food or protection. Similar to the chicken places described, they'll be on the other side of that bullet proof glass as they deny your request for penicillin.

A very good analogy.

Thanks Californian. Presently, PK has attracted a group of people who understand what's happening now. It's good to put a thought out on the net and there are people who understand what it is your talking about. We all likely have friends and family that we respect, they're bright, maybe successful, but they're asleep about what is happening around them.

That is absolutely the most frustrating aspect of modern America. Whether it's the slow drift into communism, the negro dysfunction and violence, the nanny state, the crushing waves of illegal immigration or the organized crime syndicate that is now the federal government, people cannot see the entirely predictable end state for all of this.

Because of PK's work, we've got a spot here to talk about these things with others who both actually care and can write a coherent sentence or two about the situation. Granted, it doesn't change much, maybe a mind or two, but it's a start. And a start is something we desperately need. Otherwise, we are dead.Jay Santoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18420239433379688282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-81019910047068945472013-01-20T21:59:49.610-08:002013-01-20T21:59:49.610-08:00@ I get weary being the only one awake.
You'r...@ I get weary being the only one awake.

You're not alone, Left Coast White Guy. I'm so wide awake my hair hurts.
Work life's long hours have revolved around homicidal, maniacal browns and blacks who not only do not appreciate gratis care from skilled, dedicated [mostly white, some Asian] clinicians, they scream abusive profanity about b.s. trivia, or accuse the team of being ray-ciss. Had I known the direction California and healthcare were headed, I'd have chosen another career.
There's light at the end of the tunnel though; I'm quitting. There's enough stashed away to scale down and disconnect.
Reading the courageous PK's articles and fellow bloggers' comments have given these drained adrenals the extra squeeze needed to pluck up courage enabling the walk away from Dylan's Desolation Row "heart attack machine."
I, too, thought I was alone out here in Moonbeam LaLa Land. I'm not, and you are not either. Take my hand......Ileynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11434126010810074751noreply@blogger.com
