When the black percentage reaches the "tipping point" (about 20%) there is white flight. Then at some point there is a race riot. Blacks burn out their own communities and subsequently no one can find a place to buy groceries locally.

That was pretty much what happened in my home town of Washington DC. I studied the pattern in grad school. Our Urban Planning class was asked by the city fathers to "do something". They didn't like my suggestion and I got out of urban planning.

Now we are about to see the next major urban race riot this summer. I could be wrong about the exact timing.

Oakland is a divided city. Whites on the solid ground. Blacks on the soft soil. That will matter this summer when the Hayward Fault slips. White people's houses in the hills will endure while the black housing projects down by the Bay will tip over and collapse.

All this will be shown live on TV. If I live through it and can get an Internet connection I will try to post my eyewitness testimony. Keep tuned in.

AlbertosaurusPat Boylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13477950851915567863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-30475794466674669952013-03-13T13:38:32.018-07:002013-03-13T13:38:32.018-07:00I read somewhere that the estimated valuation of D...I read somewhere that the estimated valuation of Drudge.com is considered in the multiple millions.

And that's for a site that's only a news aggregator.

This site, with it's cutting analysis and commentary, should be worth twice what Drudge's is.

You are certainly a prolific writer Kersey.Dissidentnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-33648417226515307292013-03-13T13:32:40.274-07:002013-03-13T13:32:40.274-07:00In takes 18500 employees to process 16000 student ...In takes 18500 employees to process 16000 student cattle through the meat market that is UAB, incredible. You can't just read what someone else wrote and get a grade, you have to DO. Chemical laboratories, research reactors, medical experimentation, animal studies, metallurgical research, aerodynamic research, etc requires LARGE machines that Grad students must have access to and the University or medical school is the only place this can be done. I agree that most lectures (especially high school and below) will be done via the internet but, Universities will still need to be funded for these facilities. So while I could probably get a Doctoral degree in Philosophy or European Art from "Universal" University without actually attending the Campus, To obtain a degree in the sciences means access to advanced scientific machines or patients or animals, all of which must be stored and or housed and cared for in a secure facility.

The larger point that Paul is making is that Universities have become a conduit to fund failing University cities, cities that are failing because they are ringed by the Black Tide (I want credit for that expression Paul!).

Like penicillin mold on a petri the University is a colony of one race surrounded by another. White and Asian University students go to class every day on their island signing the praises of "Diversity" while just outside the disinfecting influence of their campus security forces real diversity waits ready to attack those who venture too far. Federal funding supports a "university district" in every city. Rental apartments, cafe shops, small clothing stores, a hundred other shops that cater to the large number of undergrads and university personnel. The taxes from these flow to the city coffers that employ black people and keep the city bonds afloat and allow city mayors to promise that as soon as "X" program is installed (at great cost) then "Y" problem will be fixed (which it never is) without overtly going to the Fed for a bailout of declaring bankruptcy.

Brilliant!

10mm AUTOnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890530692790573387.post-53584007729750548672013-03-13T11:15:47.431-07:002013-03-13T11:15:47.431-07:00Anon said...Milton Friedman's Enterprise Zone ...Anon said...Milton Friedman's Enterprise Zone idea to help the inner cities has been killed by the mexican population explosion's providing an oversupply of cheaper and better quality labor.

A very astute comment.

And it is something that libertarians and conservatives ought to consider. Many of their programs might work if there were no competition from cheap third world labor. That includes both the domestic labor provided by mass immigration, and the external labor provided by outsourcing.

Current policies guarantee that the middle class will diminish, undercut by the oversupply of cheap labor. Plus the general trashing of cities and suburbs via the usual suspects will undermine middle class lifestyles. The policies also guarantee that American blacks will be increasingly squeezed out of the labor marker, thereby accelerating the decline of the inner cities.

Libertarian-conservative economic policies might work in a society with higher IQs, or a certain level of national cohesion. But given globalization and multicultism, such policies become impractical. It is in the interests of elites to reduce America (and the first world as a whole) down to the level of second world economic status, the better to manage a global economy. Economic nationalism gets in the way of the free transfer of capital, resources, markets and populations.

Liberals, meanwhile, will swim in their suicidal hallucinations about "equality" and "diversity" and "building a better world." But it's a hard choice, and the depth of research (and sheer volume) of your posts generally is mind-boggling.

This one has so much, it's hard to know where to start. One thing that struck me is the ratio of employees to students: 5000/3000 in 1970, 18500/16600 in 2007. Is that typical? No wonder education is so expensive.

And this example of PC-speak illustrates perfectly why I have no future in journalism:

In 1990, North Tittusville neighborhood leaders, including the president of the North Tittusville Neighborhood Association, petitioned UAB officials for a partnership between the neighborhood and the university to address issues related to the neighborhood’s impoverishment.

The fact that a neighborhood located so close to the city’s chief economic engine could identify economic development as being of high importance indicates the degree to which the economic benefits flowing from the urban renewal of the city’s south side had failed to trickle down to the city’s poor, black neighborhoods.

I'd have written that

In 1990, the slum dwellers next door said to UAB, "He'p us! Gibs us mo' money".

The fact that parasites living in the shadow of a tax dispensing machine could identify it as a suitable host indicates the degree to which they are adapted to their ecological niche.

But seriously, Paul, get an editor, or at least a proofreader.
