Seriously, are black people clones? Don't they seem interchangeable? Same costume, same appearance, same hand gestures, same personal and crowd behavior. The only way the civilized world can deal with them is the way it does: with police armed and ready to suppress the fires they set. Because if the fires are not suppressed in the neighborhoods where they are started they simply grow, just like any event of natural origin. I am convinced blacks are civilization material, and of course they are not aware of this. I get the feeling this is a problem of infinite duration.

Laws should be passed limiting blacks to gatherings of only two individuals. Anytime they get together in numbers it ends in disaster. When the police ask you to move you MOVE plain and simple if not you face the consequences. I'm sure militant negros like Desiree will scream racism of course its racism when blacks don't get the chance to run wild and do whatever they want.
