Just Boycott It: Nike Makes Anti-White Colin Kaepernick the Face of Its 30th Anniversary "Just Do It" Campaign

Previously on SBPDL: Just Do it! What The Nike Riots Tell Us

corporation whose market value rests on foreign cheap labor has now made the face of its upcoming 30th anniversary Just Do It campaign an anti-white, anti-police, anti-American black athlete. [Nike Launches Ad Campaign Starring Colin Kaepernick, Zero Hedge, 9-3-18]:

In a move that will likely infuriate president Trump, and/or lead to a sharp decline in Air Max sales, on Monday afternoon Nike and Colin Kaepernick unveiled a new ad campaign featuring the controversial former NFL quarterback as part of the company’s 30th anniversary "Just Do It" ad campaign.
The entire power structure in America is on Colin Kaepernick's side,  yet we must believe he is a victim.
The image, which Kaepernick tweeted out, shows a black-and-white closeup of the quarterback’s face and the words, “Believe in something. Even it if it means sacrificing everything. Just do it.”
According to ESPN, Kaepernick - who is suing NFL owners for allegedly colluding to keep him out of the league - is one of the faces of a new Nike campaign meant to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the brand's iconic "Just Do It" motto. It also adds that while Nike signed Kaepernick in 2011 and kept him on its endorsement roster over the years, the company had not used him in the past two years.
“We believe Colin is one of the most inspirational athletes of this generation, who has leveraged the power of sport to help move the world forward,” Nike V.P. of brand in North America Gino Fisanotti told ESPN.
Perhaps, but for now Kaepernick is entering a second NFL season without a team and has an active collusion grievance against the NFL. That case cleared a hurdle last week with the league’s request to dismiss the grievance was rejected. A trial hearing that requires testimony from NFL owners could happen at some point in the future.
“We wanted to energize its meaning and introduce ‘Just Do It’ to a new generation of athletes,” Fisanotti told ESPN.
Kaepernick became a household name in August of 2016 when he began kneeling in what he said was protest of racial injustice during the national anthem, provoking a major backlash by the president, and eventually NFL fans.  The protests during the national anthem, soon embraced by other players too, raised the ire of some NFL fans and U.S. President Donald Trump. The result was a steep dropoff in NFL viewership in 2017.
There's no getting off this ride.

Nike is the official uniform supplier of the NFL (and consequently Baylor, a school infamous for recruiting black football players to chase after - and be accused of raping - white women), and has now decided to throw fuel onto a burning cultural war fire choking white Americans into realizing they are losing their nation.

Strangely enough, it's seemingly innocuous stories of an American flag being left out of First Man and Colin Kaepernick's antics, aided by ESPN, Nike and his black woke allies in the NFL, forcing white Americans to understand where there is smoke, there is fire.

This conflagration is exactly what those architects of Black-Run America (BRA) don't want.

I hope the NFL is forced to take him back. If they do and he doesn’t kneel, he’s a sell-out. If he kneels, he drives away more viewers.

what the hell did Colin Kaepernick sacrifice??

The two Reuters journalists who were uncovering evidence of state-sponsored massacres in Burma knew they were potentially sacrificing their freedom to get the truth out.

Colin Kaepernick couldn't point to Myanmar/Burma on a map, he knows even less about true "sacrifice".

F*** you Nike, I'll never buy your s*** ever again.

Our dilemma... They no longer need us and we can no longer meaningfully hurt them.

We've allowed the numbers to grow to such a point that these companies, Hollywood, etc., can deliberately poke us in the eye and still go along with their business.

How could you taunt and provoke a disastrous idea like this without bankrupting your company?? How could you make a anti-American movie and continue on as a via producer?? How could you cost your business millions of dollars by following some questionable business venture without repercussions?

You can't.

So, where is their money coming from? What or who is propping them up after these disasters that would sink any other company?

Also, there are so many of them laying about with our tax dollars in their pockets that just by putting this asswipe in their advertising will make those idiots pour all those dollars out to 'get me a pair'. There was a concerted effort after "Black Panther" to bus entire schools to go see it on the government dime. Blacks and comic books...sure. But a day out of school is a day out of school.

Boycotts with the short-sighted, short-memoried whites at the helm laways fail because next week we'll forget and run out to the store to get the kids ready for school......

New Balance had made quality shoes in the USA for over a 100 years with American labor and still does. You get what you pay for.

On the other hand, with Nike and others, you are paying $150 for shoes made for $5 in China. The difference goes to shipping, big payouts to negroes, and big profits to Nike.

This is an opportunity to buy American. Just do it!

It is hard to pin down when exactly the decision was made, but clearly in the past seven years the social engineers decided to quit with incrementalism and instead just go full ham. At every turn they press their bets, even as they take losses.

Everything from increasing the volume of immigration, the transgender stuff, rainbow flags, and gay marriage, Trayvon Martin/Michael Brown/BLM riot type stuff, soft balling Islamic terror, mixed race advertising non-stop, making escapist activities like video games and sports political --- it is all in your face, all the time, with no let up. This is the climate that created a Trump, who merely seized upon the shifting public mood. They are forcing white people to see themselves as a distinct group who must band together, and we are never going back to a point that this is not the case.

We are seeing every political position become entrenched and inflexible. Debate is no longer persuasive, nor does it even try to be. Every one of these flashpoint type stunts hardens the resolve of all sides. Corporate America is taking the long position and seeing that in a decade or so conservative, white, christian types will not represent the most important consumer segment. There is not that much risk in antagonizing them.

We are rapidly becoming an ungovernable mess, chiefly due to our diversity and diametrically opposed interests. It is simply not possible to have representative government over a population that is this conflicted, because regardless of who holds power the other core constituency will feel that they are being ruled by a hostile force with alien values. And they learn to resent not only the government that does not reflect them, but also the members of society whom they have nothing in common with.

People don't share space and political power with those they have nothing in common with - they battle to subdue each other. We are seeing the limits of this form of government and social arrangement to continue to function. Something is going to break....

Remarkably shrewd of Nike. They know their target audience and it is idiots who pay exorbitantly for over-marketed commodity items. The new slogan is perfect for useless libtarded millennials. "Believe in something." This is in obvious contrast to "accomplish something" which would be far too intimidating a message for their customers. Why do people become libtard activists? Precisely because they cannot "accomplish" anything but they sure can "believe in something" way more than the next guy. The second clause "Even if it means sacrificing everything" is embodied by Kapernig in that he turned down a lucrative contract to be a backup player with an idea to score big with a better offer. He wildly miscalculated his own worth so now he chalks it up to a noble sacrifice he has made. Another perfect example for a typical screw-up libtard/negro/millenial who can't perform to their value reliably and make a decent honest living so they will just quit and call it a sacrifice for their activism.

Anonymous said...

Actually, this could work elegantly against them.

After the initial shock, I went back and actually looked at the ad.

What a great statement!

"Believe in something. Even if it means losing everything."

Unfortunately for Colin, his beliefs are 180 degrees opposite of what formed and founded this country.

But the slogan holds true. How many of us are ready to risk it all in the coming fight? "What are you prepared to do?", is what I would ask my martial arts students. The time to make that decision isn't when someone pulls a knife or gun on you; not when you hear the front door crash in at 2:00AM.

What are you prepared to do, my friends?

The communists are ready to gamble it all to topple our country.

Where do you stand?

OT: Strangely enough, it was during Aretha Franklin's funeral when the message of a lack of general sense of  R-E-S-P-E-C-T in the black community was brought up.

While the bishop spoke of abortion and BLM he spoke out against single motherhood as, "abortion after birth" and had Stevie Wonder shout out in protest against him only for the good bishop to speak further after the blind man's bluff was called.

https://www.yahoo.com/amphtml/entertainment/aretha-franklins-family-slams-distasteful-eulogy-pastor-referenced-abortion-said-black-lives-not-matter-100827703.html

Aretha Franklin's family slams 'very, very distasteful' eulogy by pastor who referenced abortion and Black Lives Matter

With a running time of about eight hours, Aretha Franklin’s funeral last Friday certainly didn’t skimp on emotional performances, pink Cadillacs, and heartfelt tributes — or controversy.

One of the clergymen who spoke at the Detroit memorial, Bishop Charles Ellis III, has issued an apology for inappropriately touching singer Ariana Grande at the dais. But Franklin’s family has a bigger beef with the Rev. Jasper Williams Jr., the Atlanta-based pastor who gave the legendary singer’s eulogy.

Williams sparked controversy with his comments during the service, including a comparison to children being raised without a father to “abortion after birth.” Franklin, who died on Aug. 16 from pancreatic cancer, raised her four sons as a single mother.

Williams also clashed with attendee Stevie Wonder when he included the statement “no, black lives do not matter.” This prompted Wonder to shout out “black lives matter” in protest.

“Black lives must not matter until black people start respecting black lives and stop killing ourselves,” Williams continued, seemingly unfazed by Wonder’s retort.

The focus on black-on-black crime and single motherhood rather than Franklin’s own legacy didn’t sit well with her family.

The Rev. Jasper Williams Jr.’s eulogy has been called “distasteful.” (Photo: Angela Weiss/AFP/Getty Images)

“He spoke for 50 minutes and at no time did he properly eulogize her,” Vaughn Franklin, the 76-year-old star’s nephew, said in a statement.

Franklin added that Williams, who spoke at the funeral for the singer’s father some 34 years ago, “caught the entire family off guard” with his controversial comments. He called the experience “very, very distasteful.”

Williams has responded to the family’s criticism.

“I understand it,” the pastor told the AP. “I regret it. But I’m sorry they feel that way.”

Williams also addressed the backlash in anearlier interview with the AP, saying his suggestion that black single women couldn’t raise sons on their own — as Franklin did — was taken out of context. He further explained that he was trying to use her song “Respect” to motivate the black community.

“I’m sure much of the negativity is due to the fact that they don’t understand what I’m talking about,” he said. “Anybody who thinks black America is all right as we are now is crazy. We’re not all right. It’s a lot of change that needs to occur. This change must come from within us. Nobody can give us things to eliminate where we are. We have to change from within ourselves. It is ludicrous for the church not to be involved. The church is the only viable institution we have in the African-American community. We must step up and turn our race around.”

THIS!

This disintegration of historically White nations is also taking place in europe using the same methods as well as being facilitated by their leaders. Obviously, this is not a series of coincidences but the result of a long term plan involving mass psychology and infiltration.

Who would want to do this, have the capability to carry it off and why?

"Just Do it"?

OK, so during the next Black History Month, White people should "take a knee" when it comes time to honor Martin Luther King, jr. And White people who do that will get, what, free jerseys from major athletic corporations? Don't hold your breath!

The real question is, will this spur any action by patriotic Americans? Will we see mass boycotts of Nike and the NFL? Or will Whites continue to cheer MyTeam(tm) even as they are dispossessed in their own countries?

As for those who do not worship the Cult of Sportsball: stay armed, stay alert, and boycott Nike.

Seriously. I mean seriously, white people that pay their hard earned money into the NFL business model by attending games, watching them on cable, buying NFL gear, etc., is an absolute fool. The owners and their advertisers' could care less about insulting you. But then again, many white people don't even realize when they are being laughed at, all the way to the bank.

I keep hearing that "Black Lives Matter". Apparently a black life is worth one pair of Nikes. We used to get a lot of stories about black kids murdering other black kids for their shoes. Now in Chicago they seem to kill each other just for sport. Is this progress?

When I ran everyday I wore New Balance. As I remember Nikes didn't come big enough. I have big feet. Currently I wear a size 16. In high school my nickname was Yeti.

The 49er's deserve better than Kaepernick. We had super straight and uncontroversial Joe Montana and then Steve Young - a Mormon and if possible even more businesslike and team oriented. We had possibly the best series of quarterbacks in league history (don't write me back about this). Then we get the self centered crybaby Kaepernick.

I want to shout at the TV screen "Man up, you pu***". Black millionaires complaining about God knows what. Makes me want to puke.

This is so.

Consider how in recent years:
* the mainstream media going turbo anti-White
* the open violence by BLM and antifa, supported by much of the liberal establishment
* the calls for open borders and abolition of ICE
* and, well you know the drill on everything else...

But what "they" did not count on was the reaction: the Alternative Right; Donald Trump; the new nationalist movements in Europe; Hungary's Viktor Orban; websites like SBPDL (ahem!).

The question becomes, how can White Americans turn all this into a mass movement?

It ain't over yet.

Nike caters to that demographic so it can go to hell with its political correctness and worship of blacks. I wear either New Balance or Saucony, because at least they are American-based companies that get nearly all of their sales from Caucasians. And NB actually has a few manufacturing facilities in the US.

Look at Nike’s home page to get an idea of who they see as their customer base - PoCs and mystery meat.

https://www.nike.com/us/en_us/

If you do mail your used Nikes back to Nike be sure to 1) Make sure they are NOT re-usable so Nike cannot donate them to “the disadvantaged” and 2) include the sales receipt for the non-Nike shoes you bought to replace them. You might want to add a note explaining why you are sending them back but I think they will get the picture.

Anonymous said...

Just last week I sent a picture of a “cute”pair of Nikes to my granddaughter. Asked her if she liked them because I was going to buy them for her. She liked them. Too bad. Going to have to find another brand that she likes. Another company on my endless list of boycotting. Dumb decision, Nike. If Nike stock is in my portfolio, they can take that out too.

Brian in Ohio said...

The left always doubles down on failure. Always.

The kids are going back to school, and they typically get new shoes when they do. How many parents DIDNT buy their kids Nikes because of this? The same amount that turned off the NFL? Not an insignificant number.

Nike wont go out of business, but they will lose money because of this. Good.

But as long as they continue to make shoes in loud colors and slap a famous basketball players name on it, blacks will be guaranteed customers. They love "looks at muh". But look at the bright side, they`re one more thing they can shoot each other over.

Stay alert, stay alive.

Now if you will excuse me, I’m off to buy bulk walnuts to put in my yogurt. No sense in paying the kosher tax for packaged walnuts to put in yogurt made at home to avoid the same. Also hard for the rabbis to tax goods sold at the farmer’s market.

.
"If Nike is ashamed of America, we are ashamed of them," College of the Ozarks President Jerry C. Davis said in a statement. "We also believe that those who know what sacrifice is all about are more likely to be wearing a military uniform than an athletic uniform,"
The College of the Ozarks, a private Christian school in Point Lookout, Missouri, that competes in sports at the NAIA level, said it will remove all uniforms purchased from Nike that contain the brand's logo.
Last year, the college added a stipulation to competition contracts, saying it would walk away from any game where the opposing team takes a knee, sits or turns its back on the flag or anthem.
These are the people that love America.

'Investing in Nike and students: Austell pastor encourages young members to ‘Just Do It''

By: Shelia Poole, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Updated: Sep 9, 2018 - 10:08 PM

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - An Austell pastor wants to teach young members to “Just Do It.”

The Rev. Wilbur T. Purvis III set aside Sunday as “Just Do It Sunday” and encouraged Destiny World Church members to wear their favorite Nike gear in support of the Oregon-based company and former San Francisco 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Nike has made Kaepernick the face of its new ad campaign for the 30th anniversary of “Just Do It.”

That wasn’t the highlight of the day, though.

Purvis had a surprise for the congregation.

Purvis, who has pastored the 3,000-member church for 25 years, also announced that he and the church were launching an essay contest for high school students in which the top three winners would receive Nike stock worth a combined $1,000.

Others quickly stepped forward to bring the total to $3,000 in stocks to be shared among the three students.

“This was to show our appreciation for the Nike deal with Kaepernick,” said Purvis,  a diehard Falcons fan. “I felt like it was a win for everybody. Of course, we’ve been pulling for Colin all along. When you take a bold stance, it’s not always popular. ... A deal for Colin is a deal for our community.”...
