This website will serve to educate the general public on Black people and the Stuff That Black People Don't Like. Black people have many interesting eccentricities, which include disliking a litany of everyday events, places, household objects and other aspects of their everyday life.
Black people are an interesting subject matter and this website will chronicle the many problems in life that agitate this group of people.

Myths, legends: these are stories that motivate us to strive for greatness; people that inspire us to put forth a greater effort; and events that captivate our imagination filling them with delusions of grandeur.
Once upon a time, the United States of America had numerous foundational myths that largely originated with the Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. The exploits of the men who forged a country out of the wilderness and wrote these documents, enshrining rights into the fabric of the early nation, were told from generation to generation with reverence.
The legends and myths that accompanied the founding of this nation were supplanted with a speech that has reached near Biblical status, as if God wrote the words himself and had a mere mortal act as an earthly vessel in the delivery of this address. “I have a dream…”
This speech has come to dominate the belief systems of Republicans and Tea Party participants alike, allowing the suppression of hate facts from ever being discussed for only one who departs from the liturgy of the Holy message by judging one by the “color of their skin” instead of the “content of their character” would dare commit such an egregious sacrilege.
Black Run America (BRA) is under no direct threat, because the message of the “I Have a Dream” speech protects any public refutation of its very existence from coming into play. Only one who dares commit the unpardonable offense of “judging one by the color of skin” would observe that character is noticeably absent from a large portion of particular segments of society.
The “I Have a Dream” (I HAD, henceforth) speech acts as the ultimate suppressant of unsavory factoids regarding Black people, deflecting any legitimate criticism of Black people by placing the moral burden on the person who dares notice the deficiencies in character of a particularly large segment of the Black population.
Only one with no character to begin with would dare look upon “the color of skin” of an individual and then pass judgment on an entire people, even if one can discern patterns that afflict that individual’s entire community.
Conservatives represent the ultimate “I HAD People” as they constantly invoke this Holy Writ in public and scarcely deviate from the message delineated by the true prophet of God on that hallowed August 28 date.
Like the Pod people in the film Invasion of the Body Snatchers, “I HAD People” seem to lack any distinguishable ideology or primary function except in the continual evoking and espousal of the phrase, “they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Despite the mountain of evidence that Black people have no problem judging by the color of skin (as long as it is Black) and completely disregarding character, “I HAD People” cling to this illusory message of hope and reconciliation.
“I HAD People” are completely unaware that each time they pay homage to the true myth that founded Black Run America (BRA) they bequeath more power to a regime that hates and loathes them. In BRA, character is but an ideal that equates to precious little when opposed with the reality of skin color.
Black people are above questioning in America, simply because noble character has become synonymous with Black skin, thanks in large part to the continued worship of the “I HAD” speech by “I HAD People”.
No amount of hate facts will ever dissuade “I HAD People” from questioning the beliefs of that fabled “I HAD” speech, for such heretical thought would mean ostracism from BRA.
And just like in Invasion of the Body Snatchers, the pod people (I HAD People) will continually be on the lookout for heretics who dare question the consecrated and divine address known as the “I HAD” speech.
BRA is powered by the divine. Perhaps we could even label it a true theocracy, with the supreme ruler those whose character is beyond reproach simply because the color of their skin is Black.
No greater myth or legend can be found in 2010 America than the "I HAD" speech, and its most devout followers are the "I HAD People" who worship this address and its message with a radical, rabid devotion, despite the enormous evidence that shows Black people barely pay it lip service.
In Black Run America (BRA) sports act as one of the main deterrents from any action or protest being coordinated by those experiencing what is called “White Racial Anxiety." Though these besieged people could easily confront that which keeps them in bondage, the sports heroes they enjoy watching ensure the stability, health, longevity and omnipotence of BRA.
Many of the individuals who become prominent professional or collegiate sports participants come from the same type of families that are discussed here at SBPDL: the children of welfare queens; recipients of free lunches at school; or kids deprived of child support by derelict sperm donors known by the alias “father” in other racial groups' familial distinctions.
Michael Oher famously was adopted by a white couple so that his true potential could come to fruition.
It was stated here recently that the continued lowering of standards and academic requirements for incoming at major universities and colleges can no longer be perpetuated, as the threshold for admittance for people incapable of earning legitimate acceptance to higher education has been reached.
Newly released data show that slightly more than one-fourth of the students in the class 2010 who took the exam met minimum benchmarks in all four of the exam's subject areas – reading, English, math and science.
And even more troubling, ACT -- the American College Testing Program -- reported significantly lower rates of college readiness among non-white kids. Only 7 percent of Latino students were considered college ready in all four subjects and for African American students, the number dropped to 5 percent.
"Obviously, we have a lot of work yet to do," Susan Castillo, state superintendent of schools, said Wednesday. "That's why I'm committed to the high school diploma work and increasing the rigor of the curriculum we expose to all students. We need to remain committed to that no matter what challenges we face now because we need to get these kids the knowledge that they need."
ACT sets a benchmark minimum score in each subject-area test and students who reach that score are more likely to score a B or higher in the college course focused on that same subject.
In Oregon, ACT reported a strong connection between students taking rigorous courses and meeting the college readiness benchmarks. Only 7 percent of students who took less than three years of math were considered college ready. In comparison, 63 percent of students who took three or more years of math beyond algebra I were deemed college ready.
America is sports mad, but this situation poses enormous problems for the future when one of the only plausible vocations for a growing underclass is the hope of being athletically gifted and making it to the professional ranks. The odds of being a professional athlete are sobering, which raises the question of future employment opportunities for those unfortunate enough not to make it pro:
The April 27, 2006 issue of The Columbus Dispatch had an article about inner-city children learning to play golf. The instructors deserve credit for their work. But they were incorrect in telling the children: “If you dream big enough, you can be just like Tiger Woods.”
Too many young Americans already have unrealistic expectations of becoming rich and famous in professional sports. As a result, they neglect the academic studies that are their true avenues to success in life.
The odds of becoming a professional athlete are sobering. That is shown in a 1988 report by sociologists Wilbert M. Leonard II and Jonathan E. Reyman.
The report is discussed in Andrew W. Miracle Jr. and C. Roger Rees’s 1994 book Lessons of the Locker Room. They say the report shows that for all sports, only 4 of every 100,000 white males, 2 of every 100,000 black males, and 3 of every million Hispanic males achieve professional status.
The report further states that in football, just 16 of every million white males, 21 of every million black males, and 4 of every ten million Hispanics attain the pros. For baseball, the report sets the odds per million as 12 for whites, 3 for blacks, and 2 for Hispanics.
Also according to the report, of every ten million white high school basketball players, only 28 make the pros. The number for blacks is 65 per ten million.
An article from Ebony in 1996 shows that 2/3 of young Black people strongly believe they can make it to the professional ranks of sports:
Art Young, director of Urban Youth Sports at Northeastern University's Center for the Study of Sports in Society, came up with some staggering figures concerning the possibility of realizing a dream to become a pro athlete. Based on some extensive studies, he says that only I out of every 50,000 high school athletes will ever become a part of a professional team. To put those astronomical odds in perspective, that's like filling each seat at Denver's Coors Field (the home of the Colorado Rockies), then placing each name in a huge barrel. If yours isn't the one, single name drawn, then -- just like that -- your lifelong dream is dead!
Amazingly, even with those huge odds, Taylor (also education director for the award-winning movie, Hoop Dreams) says 66 percent of 7th- and 8th-grade African-American boys still strongly believe they can make a living in pro sports. That's 2 out of 3 youngsters who ignore these odds and continue the pursuit even though they clearly would be better served if the incredible determination, dedication and time to prepare that's necessary to become an athlete were directed in areas where the odds to achieve are much less.
So here I thought Travis Henry and his 11 kids by nine women was bad, and now I find out that Chargers CB Antonio Cromartie is hot on his trail. A nice Sunday feature on Cromartie in the San Diego Union-Tribune talks about all the work he’s doing this offseason to try and have a great year on the field. In addition to the hip injury Cromartie played through all last year, we find out that Antonio was distracted by several off-field issues as well.
All throughout the organization there were whispers that the then-24-year-old’s head was not right. But sitting down between workouts last week, Cromartie acknowledged a less-than-focused drift through the 2008 season.
“Last year my head wasn’t in there,” Cromartie said. “I was dealing with my kids and their moms. It had my mind somewhere else.”
There are a lot of directions to be pulled when you have seven kids living in five states. Cromartie has been named in at least five paternity suits in the past two years.
As the American experiment comes to an end, we can safely surmise that no stand will ever come against sports by those experiencing “White Racial Anxiety”. Ratings will only go up, while the 401(k)’s and tangible assets decline among those who watch with such raving glee.
And Cromartie will continue to donate sperm to women so that children he has no intention of remembering will continue to be brought into this world.
AUGUST 18--An Indiana man was arrested last night after cops spotted him with his pants “pulled down to his knees” and his boxer shorts exposed.
Demetrius Russ, 21, was sitting on top of an electrical box talking on his phone when approached by cop Daniel Green. According to an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department report, after Russ ignored Green’s repeated requests to provide ID, he announced, “You can’t ask me for shit.” Green reported telling Russ that he was “sitting on private property with his pants pulled down on top of an electrical box.”
When Green asked why his pants were so droopy, Russ noted that he “was just swagging.” The officer replied that, “swagging did not involve exposing your genitals through your boxers because your pants were pulled down all the way.” The term “swagging” generally refers to getting your drink on.
During his interaction with Green, a “belligerent” Russ allegedly cursed frequently and called the cop “nigga and muthafucker on several occasions.” While police contended that Russ appeared drunk, he claimed to have only consumed “one 40 ounce.”
Russ, pictured in the above mug shot, was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct, since Indiana’s criminal codes apparently have yet to codify the offense of having one’s pants on the ground.
For those who have read SBPDL and were familiar with entry #113, this story of Demetrius' refusal to properly coordinate his attire with a belt should come as no surprise.
However, the story that you will find quoted below even shocked us at SBPDL. Remember, without sports, it is quite difficult to believe any positive images of Black people could scarcely be found in America. And as this story proves, with the "alleged" endorsement of Nick Saban - whom Forbes labeled the Most Powerful Coach in Sports - one Black candidate (who is already a Councilwoman) for mayor in Bessemer knew victory would be hers:
An endorsement from a celebrity can sometimes make or break a political candidate.
For Dorothy Davidson, it could break her chances
The Bessemer (Ala.) Councilwoman, who is running for mayor, claims she has the endorsement of Alabama football coach Nick Saban. She even has the photo to prove it.
Problem is University of Alabama officials say there is no endorsement and that the photo is digitally-altered.
“Coach Saban has not been contacted for a political endorsement of any kind,” Associate Athletics Director Jeff Purinton wrote in an e-mail response to questions from The Birmingham News.
When contacted about the photo, Davidson claims it is real and that it was taken several weeks ago. But the photo is actually of Saban and his wife taken in 2007. When pressed by the paper, she admits the photo was altered but that, “They said we could do it this way.”
Davidson and her campaign manager insist that despite the photo, the support for her campaign by the Crimson Tide coach is real.
Davidson is one of six candidates running for mayor. The election is Tuesday.
Something tells me that the other five candidates will use this to their advantage.
What do these seemingly unrelated stories have in common with one another? Simple: watching sports on television, watching sports in person, talking about sports and consuming sports news comprise the bulk of American males time in 2010.
For those who follow college football and who understand the racial dynamics of the game, it should be obvious that roughly 50 percent of the players at the schools in Division 1A (Football Bowl Championship Series) are white and the other 50 percent, Black.
Are young black men ready for the increasingly brutal, knowledge-based job market in the U.S.? The answer is a resounding "no," according to a new report, Yes We Can: The Schott 50 State Report on Public Education and Black Males 2010. Calling it a "national crisis," the report found that only 47 percent of black males graduated from high school in the 2007-2008 school year.
The report's authors also stated that the results of the eighth grade reading assessment test scores, which measure how many black males read at or above the proficiency level, "should set off alarm bells." The "best" score was a dramatically low: 15 percent (Kentucky, New Jersey), and several states averaged only five percent (Mississippi, Nevada).
According to the report, "(M)ore than twice as many black students are classified as 'mentally retarded' in spite of research demonstrating that the percentages of students from all groups are approximately the same at each intelligence level." The report adds, "The persistent over-classification of black male students as 'mentally retarded' reflects, at best, a lack of professional development in this area for teachers and other staff."
A new survey claims that 27 percent of public school students aged 12 to 17 attend schools that are both gang and drug-infected. That means 5.7 million students attend schools which are both gang and drug dominated.
Nearly 50 percent of all public school students report drug use or sales on school grounds.
As for Dorothy Davidson? She joins Alvin Greene as one of our favorite politicians in America, even though she lied about the endorsement from Nick Saban. Such is life in Black Run America (BRA).
It is a well-known fact that white people cannot say nigga, nigger (the-word-that-must-not-be-named) or any variation of this racial pejorative. Even using the word "niggardly" is a daring attempt at circumnavigating the nefarious undertones that haunt the term for its similarity to the word that-must-not-be-named.
No, it is advised that white people never, ever utter the term nigger, nigga, nig, ni-gah or whatever slang adaptation of the phrase is uttered by Black people when they self-identify.
Murder, rape or any deviant/abhorrent act that can be imagined pales in comparison to the white person caught dropping a nigger bomb from their mouth. The fallout from this bomb is more radioactive and potent than the nuclear fallout from a hydrogen bomb and the shelf-life of this action lasts eternally. Just ask Michael Richards.
Now another individual dares utter the dreaded word in the company of Black people and for this action a veritable public execution is necessary to demonstrate that no one - not even Mel Gibson - is allowed to say "nigger" except Black people when addressing each other in a playful, mocking or denigrating tone:
Dr. Laura Schlessinger announced Tuesday night that she would end her radio show following her N-word rant last week.
"My contract is up for my radio show at the end of the year and I've made the decision not to do radio anymore," she told Larry King. "The reason is I want to regain my First Amendment rights. I want to be able to say what's on my mind and in my heart and what I think is helpful and useful without somebody getting angry, some special interest group deciding this is the time to silence a voice of dissent and attack affiliates, attack sponsors. I'm sort of done with that."
Dr. Laura emphasized that she is "not retiring" but rather just ending her radio show.
"I'm not retiring, I'm not quitting, I feel energized actually," she said. "Stronger and freer to say the things that I believe need to be said for people in this country.
Newscast Media — Media Matters obtained the audio where Dr. Laura Schlessinger says the word “nigger” 11 times to a caller. Schlessinger wrapped up by telling the caller she had a “chip on her shoulder.” Below is the entire transcrpit:
SCHLESSINGER: Jade, welcome to the program.
CALLER: Hi, Dr. Laura.
SCHLESSINGER: Hi.
CALLER: I’m having an issue with my husband where I’m starting to grow very resentful of him. I’m black, and he’s white. We’ve been around some of his friends and family members who start making racist comments as if I’m not there or if I’m not black. And my husband ignores those comments, and it hurts my feelings. And he acts like –
SCHLESSINGER: Well, can you give me an example of a racist comment? ‘Cause sometimes people are hypersensitive. So tell me what’s — give me two good examples of racist comments.
CALLER: OK. Last night — good example — we had a neighbor come over, and this neighbor — when every time he comes over, it’s always a black comment. It’s, “Oh, well, how do you black people like doing this?” And, “Do black people really like doing that?” And for a long time, I would ignore it. But last night, I got to the point where it – SCHLESSINGER: I don’t think that’s racist.
CALLER: Well, the stereotype –
SCHLESSINGER: I don’t think that’s racist. No, I think that —
CALLER: [unintelligible]
SCHLESSINGER: No, no, no. I think that’s — well, listen, without giving much thought, a lot of blacks voted for Obama simply ’cause he was half-black. Didn’t matter what he was gonna do in office, it was a black thing. You gotta know that. That’s not a surprise. Not everything that somebody says — we had friends over the other day; we got about 35 people here — the guys who were gonna start playing basketball. I was going to go out and play basketball. My bodyguard and my dear friend is a black man. And I said, “White men can’t jump; I want you on my team.” That was racist? That was funny.
CALLER: How about the N-word? So, the N-word’s been thrown around –
SCHLESSINGER: Black guys use it all the time. Turn on HBO, listen to a black comic, and all you hear is nigger, nigger, nigger.
CALLER: That isn’t –
SCHLESSINGER: I don’t get it. If anybody without enough melanin says it, it’s a horrible thing; but when black people say it, it’s affectionate. It’s very confusing. Don’t hang up, I want to talk to you some more. Don’t go away. I’m Dr. Laura Schlessinger. I’ll be right back.
SCHLESSINGER: I’m Dr. Laura Schlessinger, talking to Jade. What did you think about during the break, by the way?
CALLER: I was a little caught back by the N-word that you spewed out, I have to be honest with you. But my point is, race relations —
SCHLESSINGER: Oh, then I guess you don’t watch HBO or listen to any black comedians.
CALLER: But that doesn’t make it right. I mean, race is a [unintelligible] –
SCHLESSINGER: My dear, my dear –
CALLER: — since Obama’s been in office –
SCHLESSINGER: — the point I’m trying to make –
CALLER: — racism has come to another level that’s unacceptable.
SCHLESSINGER: Yeah. We’ve got a black man as president, and we have more complaining about racism than ever. I mean, I think that’s hilarious.
CALLER: But I think, honestly, because there’s more white people afraid of a black man taking over the nation.
SCHLESSINGER: They’re afraid.
CALLER: If you want to be honest about it [unintelligible]
SCHLESSINGER: Dear, they voted him in. Only 12 percent of the population’s black. Whites voted him in.
CALLER: It was the younger generation that did it. It wasn’t the older white people who did it.
SCHLESSINGER: Oh, OK.
CALLER: It was the younger generation –
SCHLESSINGER: All right. All right.
CALLER: — that did it.
SCHLESSINGER: Chip on your shoulder. I can’t do much about that.
CALLER: It’s not like that.
SCHLESSINGER: Yeah. I think you have too much sensitivity –
CALLER: So it’s OK to say “nigger”?
SCHLESSINGER: — and not enough sense of humor.
CALLER: It’s OK to say that word?
SCHLESSINGER: It depends how it’s said.
CALLER: Is it OK to say that word? Is it ever OK to say that word?
SCHLESSINGER: It’s — it depends how it’s said. Black guys talking to each other seem to think it’s OK.
CALLER: But you’re not black. They’re not black. My husband is white.
SCHLESSINGER: Oh, I see. So, a word is restricted to race. Got it. Can’t do much about that.
CALLER: I can’t believe someone like you is on the radio spewing out the “nigger” word, and I hope everybody heard it.
SCHLESSINGER: I didn’t spew out the “nigger” word.
CALLER: You said, “Nigger, nigger, nigger.”
SCHLESSINGER: Right, I said that’s what you hear.
CALLER: Everybody heard it.
SCHLESSINGER: Yes, they did.
CALLER: I hope everybody heard it.
SCHLESSINGER: They did, and I’ll say it again –
CALLER: So what makes it OK for you to say the word?
SCHLESSINGER: — nigger, nigger, nigger is what you hear on HB –
CALLER: So what makes it –
SCHLESSINGER: Why don’t you let me finish a sentence?
CALLER: OK.
SCHLESSINGER: Don’t take things out of context. Don’t double N — NAACP me. Tape the —
CALLER: I know what the NAACP –
SCHLESSINGER: Leave them in context.
CALLER: I know what the N-word means and I know it came from a white person. And I know the white person made it bad.
SCHLESSINGER: All right. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Can’t have this argument. You know what? If you’re that hypersensitive about color and don’t have a sense of humor, don’t marry out of your race. If you’re going to marry out of your race, people are going to say, “OK, what do blacks think? What do whites think? What do Jews think? What do Catholics think?”
Of course there isn’t a one-think per se. But in general there’s “think.” And what I just heard from Jade is a lot of what I hear from black-think — and it’s really distressting [sic] and disturbing. And to put it in its context, she said the N-word, and I said, on HBO, listening to black comics, you hear “nigger, nigger, nigger.” I didn’t call anybody a nigger. Nice try, Jade. Actually, sucky try.
Need a sense of humor, sense of humor — and answer the question. When somebody says, “What do blacks think?” say, “This is what I think. This is what I read that if you take a poll the majority of blacks think this.” Answer the question and discuss the issue. It’s like we can’t discuss anything without saying there’s -isms? We have to be able to discuss these things. We’re people — goodness gracious me. Ah — hypersensitivity, OK, which is being bred by black activists. I really thought that once we had a black president, the attempt to demonize whites hating blacks would stop, but it seems to have grown, and I don’t get it. Yes, I do. It’s all about power. I do get it. It’s all about power and that’s sad because what should be in power is not power or righteousness to do good –that should be the greatest power.
Reading the transcripts shows how hypersensitive Black people are when it comes to what qualifies as racist or not.
Nevertheless, when a word is off-limits to one segment of the population, but used freely by another segment of the population, you know you live under tyranny. The price of using the term "nigger", if you are white, is great; your reputation is ruined, your past comes under scrutiny; and all of your associates are also tarnished because you dared use a forbidden word and by the process of guilt-by-association, bath them in the damning fires of racism.
Black people have no problem using the term nigger as a joyous salutation or a derogatory put-down, constantly showcasing the awesome diversity of the word and its nebulous meaning when a Black person utilizes it in speech.
But a white person even considering to use the phrase? Recall this is a nation where commandeering a Wal-Mart PA system and jokingly stating that "All Black people must leave the store" is grounds for national media attention and an ABP from the police to locate the insidious individual spewing hateful invective.
In the history of rhetoric and speech has one word existed that has caused more heart-ache, grief and pain - heck, it even had a funeral! - than the word-that-must-not-be-named?
White people have been conditioned to recoil in shock and sheer terror at the white person who dares utter the-word-that-must-not-be-named.
White people cower in fear from this word, knowing that to wield this phrase is to invite doom and ruin into ones quarters.
Since it is common knowledge that those who harbor racist views also suffer from a mental illness, it is generally accepted that only those white people who belong in padded rooms would dare use the word-that-must-not-be-named.
Submitting to the power of Black Run America (BRA) means capitulating and acquiescing to this dictum, that the word-that-must-not-be-named can never part from ones thoughts into vocalized form. White people are forbidden from using this confusingly affectionate, yet demeaning term that Black people use liberally in their speech.
However, the day Black Run America ends, one can only imagine the spectacle of millions upon millions of people celebrating in the streets as the former inhabitants of the Galactic Empire did in Return of the Jedi. The power and fear of the word will be gone, the once lethal Damocles Sword it represents finally made dull and innocent.
Free from the bonds of tyranny and the fear of persecution, millions of people will pull a William Wallace and definitely yell one word. It won't be 'freedom', though, that these people shout, for the word that comes out of the mouths of millions will signify that freedom is once again in fashion.
The-word-that-must-not-be-named, The-N word, that phrase which haunts those living in 2010 America like a ghost, creating frightful situations whenever white people dare use it, will be yelled in unison signifying the ultimate catharsis.
The potency, the venom of the word only exists because people lack the vision to understand the only antidote to vernacular tyranny is courage.
