Perhaps Black Hair Products at Walmart's across the USA are Locked Behind Glass Due to Pattern Recognition by Store Managers/Corporate Executives...

Previously on SBPDL: Black Councilwoman in Philadelphia pushes to ban bulletproof glass (Protecting Store Employees) because it represents an "Indignity" to Black People

Bulletproof glass is the greatest indicator the civil rights movement ushered in a great lie, replacing common sense measures to protect both private business, those employed by the business, and products sold within the store (cough... cough... Jim Crow).

Keep this in mind as we read about perhaps the greatest reminder why businesses should have the right to discriminate and the abdication by state to protect freedom of association ultimately dooms all retail stores in America to shuttering. [Walmart 'segregated,' locked up African-American hair products, lawsuit alleges, WCPO.com, 1-27-18]:

Attorney Gloria Allred announced Friday a lawsuit against Walmart over discrimination allegations stemming from African-American hair products.
Pattern recognition is the greatest threat to the Egalitarian World Order...
The famed attorney held a news conference with Essie Grundy, who said she was discriminated against based on her race at a Perris, Calif., Walmart on Jan. 12.
Allred alleges Walmart is in violation of California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act, prohibiting businesses from discriminating against customers based on race."[She] discovered that the cream and other hair products meant for African Americans had been locked away behind glass shelves and were segregated from products for non-African Americans,' Allred said, noting that the other products were not locked away and Grundy was told she had to be escorted to the cash register to purchase the products.
Allred said Walmart was also in violation of California business practices:
Speaking on behalf of Grundy, Allred said Grundy was told by a Walmart employee said the products were locked under a "directive from corporate headquarters."
"We think that it perpetuates a racial stereotype that African American customers should be suspected of being thieves and criminals," Allred said. "Essie and her family have suffered enough."
Following Allred's reading of the lawsuit, Grundy read her own statement, saying in part:
"I was angry, sad, frustrated, and humiliated all at the same time. It was so emotional it's hard to describe. I know there is a lot of racism out there, but I have never been faced with it up close."
Walmart has noted before that the protective measures are part of a normal practice to minimize product thefts of at-risk items.
In a statement to KTLA, a Walmart spokesperson said the retailer makes product decision on a case-by-case basis:
“The decision about which items are subject to additional in-store security is made on a store-by-store basis and often at the discretion of the store manager."
Malls are closing across America.

Retail stores are shuttering from sea to shining sea, leaving once thriving strip smalls nothing more than vacant eyesores.

The demographic reality behind the collapse of malls, retail stores, and bankruptcy of retail chains is obviously correlated, though few people, if any, will publicly note this easily discernible truth. The same reason heavily black areas of America are food deserts is the exact same reason Walmart's across the USA have managers whose spreadsheets denoting frequently stolen items compel them to add an extra layer of security to black haircare products.

Without freedom of association (the ability to discriminate), retail stores across America will continue to close, with those staying open forced to put more and more of the products for sell behind locked glass.

If black hair products are locked up, while hair products for non-blacks remains freely accessible to consumers on shelves in Walmart's across America, it's clear pattern recognition has been deployed by store managers or the corporate executives when it comes to frequency of black haircare products being stolen by customers or employees (shrinkage).

To get the cheapest set of headphones you need an extra helpful employee to unlock a mechanism with a special key. Oh the humiliation. It's because of thieves and untrustworthy people that measures such as these are put into place, yes, for everybody. Do alarm devices on clothing at major outlets set you off too?

Look Predator look alike, if you could get your sht together you wouldn't have to steal your "I wanna look like a white girl" products- you could buy them yourself with money from your full time, makework, overpaid affirmative action job.

Notice how the women are just as big a thieves as the men. That says a lot about their "people".

The solution to this is so simple, even a negro could figure it out:

Dear WalMart clueless corporate morons,

Stop carrying negro hair care products in the stores, and make them accessible only through Walmart.com (i.e. ship it once it has been paid for)

I'll be awaiting my $100 gift card for this money-saving advice.....

Just stop carrying the items marketed to negroes. The added benefit is that it will discourage negroes from shopping there, reducing theft of other items, chimpouts etc. After all, there is no law requiring a store to carry Afro-Sheen is there?

Yes, Virgina, Wal*Mart is a racist. Wal*Mart hates your people so much, they are willing to lose money on security cabinets, wasted man-hours to unlock them, and customers lost to disrespeck and slaps-in-the-face.
And this is only a shot across Amistad's bow. Next month -- yes, YOUR month -- Wal*Mart will stop accepting EBT. THAT's how much Wal*Mart hates you.

Or alternatively, the stores could simply stop carrying products intended for people 'of color'.

Much like the multiple Kroger's locations closing in Memphis due to millions in losses, commerce with a black customer base is a losing proposition. Even with EBT driving payment and consumption, the profits still cannot offset the theft when customers are primarily black.

There is virtually no way that a low margin retailer can make the inventory shelf available to "shoppers." Chain retailers know better than to locate outlets in black neighborhoods, or if they do, they must take all kinds of measures to deal with rampant theft. This is why many stores have the most valuable items, or small easily concealed items, located behind the counters. The worst places have the inventory behind bullet proof glass. About the only places that cater to black shoppers and can have inventory openly available on shelves are convenience stores, where the items are cheap anyway (chips, candy, etc...)

Like most things, blacks retard development and investment due to their group behavior patterns. They can bitch and moan about "food deserts" - but they themselves create the deserts. There are all kinds of extra costs and limited rewards opening businesses that cater to them.

They really weren't meant to be in complex societies. Everything breaks down when we try to place them there, even something as simple as purchasing goods in a market. This is something that non-black humans have been doing since the start of landed civilization, conducting trade and commerce.

They are designed to live in equatorial conditions and form small tribal groups with high mortality rates that acquire goods by raiding one another.

It's been over five years since I was in the third world country known as South Florida. I noticed that all the racist, bigots and Nazis always LOCKED THEIR CARS while shopping at Walmart. This was also true at other stores. We had gone to a movie theater one night and also LOCKED THE CAR DOORS like the other people were doing.

This is a sign of racism and I'm sure many black people are offended by this.

JWMJR said...

Maybe they should just stop selling them entirely. But then the 'groids would just steal something else. That of course would prompt corporate to just close the stores.

WCPO.com said: Allred alleges Walmart is in violation of California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act, prohibiting businesses from discriminating against customers based on race.

But they are not discriminating against customers based on race. Presumably, the secured products are secured from ALL customers, and the non-secured products are not secured for ALL customers.

Let us not forget the shrinkage might also be due to employee theft, and Walmart employs lots and lots of negros. It is why many times I will pay more to go elsewhere, or have it shipped.

If the sheboon doesn't like the store's product security policies,it is free to go infest some other place, or have it shipped.

Perhaps Walmart should just stop selling simian pet care products?

I frickkin love this. So the black people think that Walmart is just being “mean” to blacks by locking up their hair products. Singling them out for no apparent reason. It perpetuates the stereotype that blacks are criminals and thieves. Oh the horror. Well if the shoe fits, which is why they are locking up the African Queen beauty products. They and white liberals continue to perpetuate the lie that blacks are just like everyone else. Gentle and law abiding. I just laughed and laughed. Five minutes ago, I’m not kidding, I just watched a Subaru commercial. It’s being narrated by a black woman about how she met her future HUSBAND and they married after COLLEGE, and they had two children under the holy bonds of wedlock, and it shows them happily riding off into the sunset with the two kids dressed in their graduation gowns in their Subaru. Oh please. And I love the insurance commercial where the black guy is presenting the very blond girl with an engagement ring. Yeah, that will end well. And the insurance company was shocked that they received hate mail about the subject matter.

Everyone knows that since "black is beautiful" white women have been stealing these products in a vain attempt to become like black women. They do not pay for them bc they don't want the cashiers to see the products bc they will be accused of cultural appropriation. White people are the worst thieves, especially of black products

If I recall correctly, Wal Mart already gives away good, effective black beauty supplies to every customer with every purchase. Simply take the plastic bag, cut two holes for the eyes, one for the snout, and slip the bag over the sow's ugly face. Tie the handles beneath the triple chin into an attractive bow. Don't cut a hole in front of the maw, as the closed surface will somewhat attenuate the many negro clicks, grunts, and howls.

Locking up Black hair products is not racism, it's realism. Walmart would also lock up non-Black hair products if they were also frequently stolen, but they are not. These people should be grateful that Walmart is still prepared to sell their hair products.

Also, with reference to "segregated products", this is obviously common practice to make finding specific items easier.

They need to clean up their back yard or be prepared to face a hair product desert.

I still had my blinders on back in 2009 but I already found it strange that people hurry to hurl the accusation of racism instead of wondering if these products were being stolen more, which is the LOGICAL assumption for anything locked up.

...and in other news, what a sad morning, the founder of IKEA Ingvar Kamprad had died in his home at 91. The saddest thing about it wasn't his death but the world he died in, this man had made himself rich from scratch, and he has made a lot good things and created a lot of jobs, and he has made FOUR beautiful children with his life - personally, he should have died happy, but I can't help but wonder if he died worrying about the state of his country. People on That Forum That Shall Not Be Named are talking about whether the 2015 knife attack in a Swedish IKEA store by a rejected refugee claimant from Africa have broke his heart - the useless nuisance used one of the in store knives to target Swedish people for killing.

Wouldn't it be interesting to find that blacks also created Walmart "deserts"? For years liberals have been fuming about how Walmart runs mom and pop stores out of business with their economies of scale and global reach. All this time the solution was sitting right at their feet waiting for handouts- black people truly ruin and destroy EVERYTHING.

Anonymous said...

So who are you gonna trust and side with? Data, your own eyes, employee accounts or a whiney black sows who can no longer "afford" beauty products?

I can't wait for them to declare that white girls are allowed opportunities to steal all day long. The response is because the vast majority of white girls see the cost-benefit analysis of stealing trivial things that they could actually "buy" with all the money that they get from what's that word- WORKING during most of their waking hours. The money accumulates extremely fast, at least fast enough to purchase all the stupid plastic sweatshop crap that you would "need" from your friendly, neighborly Walmart.

Blacks have no qualms about who they shake down- these dumb fkers are so emboldened now that they are suing Walmart over the logical consequences of their own behavior. The pouty, pathetic look that that shemale attempted to exhibit while Allred did an amazing job of reading from a piece of paper made me want to puke. Bully while simultaneously playing the victim. Now that is Typical Negro Behavior.

@ JWMJR,

Wal-Mart is never afraid to pick up their ball and go home leaving Mondays to cry about food deserts or some other bravo sierra.
Here locally the cool hip mall was destroyed within a few years of the bus stop going up at the entrance.
Within two years there was a police station with holding cells inside the mall.
Now one store remains and the owners of the mall are enjoying their juicy tax write off.
Wal-Mart tried to go into a building adjacent to the mall that used to be occupied by a grocery store but the losses from theft were too much and they folded.
The whole area around the mall for blocks is an eyesore of vacant stripmall shops that are now churches, used buy here-pay here car dealerships and work out gyms that are hanging by a thread because they have to close at dark.

I hope Walmart lets this go to trial instead of settling like sheep. Present the mountain of evidence (video and otherwise) that proves that these items are at "high risk" of being stolen. They don't even have to name names of who exactly is stealing these products, the evidence will speak for itself. Obviously, Walmart wouldn't be doing this on a whim in the age of Black Run America if they weren't losing significant money. Blacks ARE stealing these products at a significant rate and have to be shown that it isn't some sort of conspiracy or magic at play.

Force the reality on the blacks and the otherwise brainwashed.

Anonymous said...

We know what Walmart's next step will be, just as we know what the next step would be for the Philadelphia stores.

"Black products" will no longer be sold, and the black population will have no one to thank but these sows and Allred. If these products are stolen at a rate that loses a Walmart store significant money and they can't take measures to prevent that theft, then there's no sense offering the merchandise in the open to be pilfered. Not offering black products for sale wouldn't even lose them a cent--the blacks aren't interested in paying for these products in the first place, only in stealing them.

Perhaps one of the worst things about being in close proximity to negroes, particularly negresses, is the stench. Most whites do not understand that in order for them to get their hair to do something other than the natural kink (yes, it's kink, not "tight curls" as they like to say), very harsh chemicals are required. The ones on the market today are much easier on the scalp than the ones available forty or fifty years ago. But the negro has very dry, ashy skin by nature. They cannot wash their hair every day or every other day like most whites have to to keep it oil free. Indeed, once a month shampooing is probably all their hayuds can stand. As I mentioned in yesterday's thread, I have worked with negresses who were either bald and had to wear a wig or rapidly getting there. They literally torture their scalps with these products. They should be thankful that the stores lock the products away. They should never, ever be used.

The combination of funk, chemicals, perfumes used to disguise the stench, was enough to make me dry heave yesterday when a negress delivered a phone message to me, scrawled on a torn off piece of paper. I held my breath as she waived the message across my face as I was seated at my desk.

The latest trend in hair "styles" for the negro is the dread lock. This amounts to letting the naturally kinky hair clump together, twisting it into cones, and not washing it. Ever. The malodorous negroes with this "style" are unbearable to be around. As if their attitude, stupidity, ignorance, rudeness, and general unruliness weren't enough, they stink to high heaven.

On February 1st, we can all begin to celebrate African American History month, where we will all ponder what we would have done if not for the noble negro inventing peanut butter. Makes me thankful that February is such a short month.

If the stores don't lock up the products that blacks were stealing hand over fist, blacks will simply continue to steal them and cost the store too much in lost revenue. If the stores get rid of the black products, blacks will simply scream that it's racism and their community and their needs aren't being met. Once the screeching starts, it never stops.

If the stores present data that the products blacks like to steal are being stolen at a high rate and that this justifies them being locked up, blacks will scream that store management is lying. Additionally, you can count on some low IQ black screeching that "other people" are stealing the items just to make blacks look bad.

The only way blacks will possibly be satisfied is if everyone is inconvenienced by having all beauty products locked up and everyone has to suffer the consequences of black behavior.

Pointing out that other products get locked up too due to high rates of theft such as razor blades, video games, electronics etc or that even tobacco products are behind a counter and must be asked for will make no difference to blacks because they're illogical, irrational, low IQ, hyper emotional idiots who see everything through the lens of race and have to play the victim even when they're not.

Personally, I'd tell them that this is the way it is, that all products that are being stolen at a high rate will remain locked up in order to protect the store from theft and if they don't like it, they can shop elsewhere. If they continued their screeching, I'd tell them to stfu and have security throw them out.

Of course, knowing how blacks are, they'd just start stealing the beauty products for other races that weren't locked up in order to "take revenge" and gain a sense of satisfaction from doing so. Or they'll start damaging those items by emptying the contents onto shelving or onto the floors. As they say, NAACP- N*ggers Are Always Causing Problems and that's something you can always count on.

I am absolutely LIVID at the thought that Walmart is going to roll over and settle this.

They have to fight this, as a settlement will be used forever as proof of guilt and this will be brought up as EXHIBIT A of "systemic racism" being "alive and well". A settlement will be used as "proof" that Walmart was simply relying on "stereotypes" of blacks as theives when they locked up 50 cent afro picks and dollar tubes of coconut lip balm, when they could air hours of security camera evidence of fat black women loading dozens of these products into their pockets without a second thought.

Anonymous said...

Good for Wal-Mart taking a stand! The shame the young black woman SHOULD feel is the shame of black people stealing a product so frequently a security measure had to be put in place. Wal-Mart doesn't want those things, but has to put them up because of theft. The same occurs in other places that serve blacks. This has nothing to do with race, but is common sense!

A Kroger Supermarket was closed in Memphis due to shrinkage. How can a store in Memphis make money in a black neighborhood without theft protection? How can Asian workers work safely in Philadelphia without Plexiglas? This is a reality that has nothing to do with skin color, but everything to do with the content of character.

(((Allred))) is just the kind of person you would expect to be as old as she is and chomping at the bit to rectal-fy a civil rites ceremony. This locking up of items DOES INDEED constitute the perpetuation of a streotype.

And they call it a stereotype because you've obviously had this treatment a lot more than once, hence the reference to stereo, not mono! Black criminality was considered light, bland AM radio fodder back in Jim Crow days but with civil rites we now have beautiful black bodies in their full vibrancy!

Sad, frustrated and humiliated all at the same time, huh? How do you think WE feel when we are told you are peace-loving creatures who only want to share your love of family, work ethic, community spirit, ability to hold things together via the ultimate wisdom of the African village!

You know what's emotional and hard to describe for us, grungy Ms. Grundy? Eating up those lies and having to pretend we believe it while your kind gets a pass from all and sundry, particularly by people like (((Allred, Esq))) who pawn you people off as the world's hope when you've never managed anything but crime, pain, suffering, carjacking, kidnap, rape, torture...

Stores in my area are on the outskirts of the city. Along a major street (not MLK, thank God) that runs from downtown (no grocery, few other stores) to and through hood (food desert), to and through outskirts of city, to suburbs...

So "outskirts" is where closest shopping is for white downtown residents and black hood dwellers and close-in white residents.

Large chain drugstore has many high value small size health and beauty items locked behind glass. I don't know anything about black only products, but these definitely include mostly white products. I have to get a clerk to unlock cabinet while I standby to buy British Sterling aftershave lotion (can I sue??). Other items have security tags that must be deactivated by the cashier. The store has a lot of shoplifting problems according to the manager. They don't even bother calling the police, it's so routine.

Shell gas station convenience store just across street has cashier and high value small products enclosed in bullet proof plexiglass. They were first to have must prepay gas in the area due to pump and drive off no pay problems.

It's obvious that shoplifting is accepted as just a cost of doing business so stores take measures to minimize that cost. Of course we know but no one says the demographic responsible for the cost and the resulting preventative measures that we all have to live with and be inconvenienced by.

Short of having a security guard, these passive measures are about the best stores can do. Calling the police after the fact accomplishes nothing. And what store employee wants to risk a potentially dangerous confrontation with an unknown shoplifter criminal over a few dollars worth of merchandise?

Gwoobus Harmon said...

I really hope that Walmart does not simply roll over on this.

Let it go to trial!!!

A company like that will have the most state of the art technology imaginable for inventory tracking and internal sales/ordering analytics, which can then be introduced as evidence.

They will have internal documents which would show at a minimum :
- outgoing shipping manifests
- warehouse receiving check-ins
- internal requisition and stocking forms
- sales numbers for each SKU in question
- replenishment rate analysis for establishing par levels and delivery schedules

All of which allow calculation of theft and risk of theft.

Not just for the negro hair items that have been selected to be under lock and key, but also for the items that do not receive such security measures, to establish comparable data why each item is treated differently.

All they have to do is establish that this is a reasonable loss prevention measure and have the data that demonstrates why.

Having this play out in public, and establish how commonplace black thievery is would be delightful.

This is effing great. A good find, Paul, which deserves massive publicity. This would be one of those things which would advance the "conversation on race" which the liberals so desperately claim to want, but which they perpetually avoid. That's my guess as to why the national news hasn't covered it, at least I haven't seen it there.

What Walmart should do is publish a Pareto* list of their most frequently stolen items, and which ones they've put under lock and key. My guess is that we'd see stuff on that list that everyone uses (such as batteries, as I recall), and stuff that only blacks use (like Jheri-curl), but no stuff that only white people use (Wonder bread? Books? Work boots?).

What do people here think? Will this make national news, or become a hush story because it shows that criminals are mostly black?

-RB

*Pareto was a white guy who discovered the 80/20 rule, "Pareto's Law." A Pareto list is a list of a population, rank-ordered by its share of the characteristic studied. A list of 20% of the items (in this case, stuff sold at Walmart) would typically show about 80% of the characteristic (in this case, theft).

Non PC Infidel said...

Locking the products up is just following what MLK said and is a result of judging them by the content of their character. It's not Walmart's fault that they're natural born thieves. Of course, when you judge blacks by the content of their character, they're going to immediately run to hide behind skin color and scream racism, discrimination, disparate impact and whatever other excuse they can come up with in an attempt to continue getting away with whatever it is that they're doing.

The ridiculous sow in this story may not be a thief but she's conveniently ignoring the stats on theft that justify the products being locked up. However, in typical black fashion, instead of blaming other blacks for making her feel bad, slighted, humiliated etc, she takes the typical black route and blames someone else. It's never the fault of blacks. They're all sweet, innocent, downtrodden angels who are being mistreated and butter wouldn't melt in their mouths, dontcha know?

I hope Walmart fights this to the bitter end, or better yet, a judge censures the attorney for bringing a frivolous lawsuit and throws it out of court and tells the black woman that she's a moron on steroids.

Gwoobus, Reverend, and the other anons who have said it above, I totally agree that this case going to trial would be fantastic and force many people who would otherwise willfully ignore facets of black reality to see them. We all know Walmart has plenty of conclusive evidence to defend themselves if they choose to do so.

I would love for CNN to not have a new manufactured Trump scandal tomorrow and run with this case. Also, if Walmart does end up fighting this, I don't think CNN could resist with making this their lead story (It's got stuff they would love: "Proof" of modern-day racism! Big CORPORATION behaving badly! Allred finally forced to do something other than making sensational claims/forcing a settlement!).

Based on their continuing Trump coverage this past year, I don't think they've learned that feigning outrage over this story will completely backfire on them. How many people "woke up" when the media kept forcing the easily disprovable lies about St. Skittles and the Gentle Giant down their throats?

Not exactly true. Walmart doesn't fall under the rubric of TBTF, that is reserved for financial/insurance firms that are large enough to become a de facto part of the U.S. Government and rule over the whores in Congress, especially the Republicans. Walmart, McDonalds and other low wage employers however are parasites that hire, usually indirectly illegal aliens with all their attendant crime, violence, illegitimacy and social problems. These illegal aliens are the Democratic Party stalwarts who have been protesting against Trump, for DACA and an immigration amnesty.

These Third Worlders from shitholes like Mexico also exploit every welfare fraud they can just because they can. Their legal wages from McDonalds, Walmart etc. don't cover living expenses making them eligible for all sorts of welfare programs. I know, I know illegals aren't eligible for these welfare programs but guess what, the U.S. Government turns a blind eye as the illegals sign up and their children are legally eligible anyway. It's a symbiotic relationship; McDonalds, Walmart etc. get a subsidy for their poverty wages and the Government grows its client base of Third World wogs from shitholes like Mexico. Only real Americans i.e. YT gets screwed but we are on the way out anyway just like the dinosaurs so WTF is the attitude of the U.S. Government, both political parties, business, non-profits, universities, SJWs etc.

Our only hope is a reset after the inevitable financial/social collapse. The wogs can't run anything or support themselves. Without YT the Third World including the Third World parts of the U.S. will simply fail when the financial system inevitably fails because of its massive indebtedness. As an advanced example of this see South Africa when blacks rule.

Our duty is simply to lay low, prepare for bad times, move out of the way of trouble and rebuild after the reset, not to fix or support the current regime.

Attorney Allred and the nogs she represents are well aware of reality -- nogs will steal everything that isn't nailed down, and sometimes they'll steal that too and they'll steal the nails. They are also aware that corporations just want such squabbles to go away and they're willing to "settle out of court" (i.e., pay them off to make them go away). Although WalMart could easily prove its case to justify the extra security for simian hair products, it's less costly to just pay off the chimps. Easy money for both the chimps and the shyster lawyer.

A problem with this approach is that it by no means is the end of the company's problems. Instead, it demonstrates that you're willing to fork out money to blatant frauds and that you can be intimidated into doing so.

Years ago I worked at a company where we had an eight-hour Saturday shift for one person to come in. A big chimpette decided to hose down the company payroll by not only claiming to work 12-hour shifts (easily disputed) and working on Saturdays when she did not, she also claimed to have come in on Sundays when we never had a shift. That and other problems led to her firing. Naturally, she sought the assistance of a nog law firm and sued, claiming she was fired because she was black. That was actually pretty funny because the company president went out of his way to hire minorities, women, gays, dykes, etc.

To save the company money, the treasurer urged the president to simply settle out of court (pay off the crooks) but he was (and remains) a man of principle, and he went to court over it. I'm sure it cost him more than if he'd simply paid off the chimpette and her chimp lawyers, but he won, and no one tried that on him again.

This is something for law enforcement to consider.

Rational security measures, like locking up the most stolen items in a store, are not feasible in what Paul Kersey calls "Black Run America." Instead, the dictates of race hustling mandate that stores must open themselves up to theft. And if a major chain like Walmart will capitulate before an obvious race hustle, then what chance do lesser enterprises have?

You have the obvious crime of blacks committing a disparate amount of theft. But the bigger crime is with the people who pull the strings on blacks, and use them as muscle against both the law and law enforcement--whether it's blacks stealing hair products, or black lives matter assaulting cops on the streets.

Something to think about in the continuing chaos.

How many of those string-pullers could survive being doxxed, even today?  If someone made it impossible for them or any of their family to e.g. fly on commercial airliners or eat at a normal restaurant, I doubt that any of them would not find this troublesome and end their offensive against normal America.

The blacks don't necessarily have 'beauty' products but have 'mitigate the ugliness' products. And I agree, who actually says that blacks are doing the stealing? These fur care products are disappearing, and that is a fact. Someone is stealing this crap after all. Eskimos? Amish? Who really knows unless we have witnesses or video to prove it. I hope Wal Mart takes this court and the proceedings are televised. Watching that harpy Gloria Allred get her ass kicked would be awesome.

In my town black hair products, in both Walmart and Sally's Beauty Supply, are not behind any barrier. Those products do, however, have about a quarter inch of dust on them because...well, there are no blacks here.
I asked a clerk at Sally's why they carried the products. "Corporate sends the stuff, why they send it I haven't a clue".

As much I would like to see them simply drop the products the execs won't go for it.

The problem is that stores like Wal-mart are addicted to EBT dollars.

They don't want an overwhelmingly Black crowd but they also don't want to chase all Blacks away.

Their model works on getting you in the store. You in go for a single item and then you do your grocery shopping while you are there which is higher margin. EBT is grocery and I'm sure these stores have figured out how to sell them high margin food items. So they will likely take a hit in beauty if needed to keep their EBT dollars. Losing $15 in beauty products to a negro woman is nothing if she is spending $400 a month in EBT.

My guess is that the model stops working once the customers are overwhelmingly Black and the shrinkage rates are too high. But there are undoubtedly areas where they make money off Blacks but there aren't enough of them to create a culture where theft is tolerated.

Wal-mart is at least is known for going to court and fighting. Their rational was that it might cost more on paper but they save in the long run by scaring off potential lawsuits. But I'm not sure if that is still their policy. They are more in control by Wall St which means bowing to PC and paying off scumbag lawyers.

Not like I really care anyways. This is one of those cases that embarrasses liberals and costs them far more than it will Wal-mart. Another case of Blacks getting attention for something stupid and leaving liberals to yet again make excuses for them. It's just so mind mindbogglingly stupid but this negress knows full well it is a potential ghetto lottery.

Walmart! Take this to court.

Get scientists and experts on Human BioDiversity to come in as witnesses for you. They can prove that certain behaviors are inherited. That due to allele frequency differences, Negroids have lower impulse control, are more violent, lower IQs etc. With this expert testimony, you can justify taking extra measure s to protect your products that Negroids are particularly attracted to. They see what they want, they grab it. Instincts at work. Genetics.

Get this info out into the open; into courts. They use IQ to save dumb black ape murderers from death row. Why not use it to protect White businesses?

Force this science into the public eye!!

Check out Nicholas Wade book -" A Troublesome Inheritance", for a start.

I don't see why they spend so much time on it. Would an afro really change their dating prospects? Reminds me of women that get really long nails. Men don't care and if anything find it to be a PITA since they have to open everything for them.

But the negro has very dry, ashy skin by nature.

They really aren't designed for cold or dry areas but don't point this out to liberals or other reality-denying egalitarians. I've actually seen White liberals try to deny this is related to African genetics. As if we Whites are layering up in cocoa butter when we go skiing.

They are such valuable humans, that their care products must be treated special too. So we protect them. With locks and glass.

Think, the President has his secret service detail because we value him so much. Walmart values it's negro hair care so much it gets extra protection from any threats. Those locks are signs of respect. White hair products are just out there, unprotected, that anyone can disrespect. Black products get respect. Dey special.

Worshipping blacks and their personal care products is Job Number one for Walmart.

IIUC the margin on grocery items averages about 1%, so no, that $15 item isn't going to be offset by $400 in candy, soda and steak sales.  And that's why the shelves are locked.

Have they thought about going to the Walmart in Port au Prince?

Per Google Maps, the nearest WalMart to Port-au-Prince is in Puerto Rico.

Yes, I checked.  An entire Black country cannot keep ONE WalMart open.  And neither can the neighboring substantially-Black country sharing the same island.

If the explanation above is correct, lots of these products already have a lot of the chief active ingredient of Nair (alkalai hydroxide).  All you'd have to add is potassium thioglycolate.

Khadijah said If Walmart is gonna lock up hair products they need to do it for all of them not only the ethnic hair products

Words obviously spoken by a groid that has never been burdened with the financial responsibility for the consequences of its decisions. Does it actually believe that Walmart would take on the additional cost associated with keeping goods locked behind glass merely to hurt the feelings of groids? Its real complaint is being forced to see proof of the black hand of economics.

Fortunately, Walmart is known for its reluctance to settle frivolous claims because doing so encourages more frivolous claims. All Walmart needs to do is produce documentation showing the high shrinkage rate of the ape beauty products and brag about the costly efforts they made to protect the products valued by their black customers rather than just discontinue the line.

Of course the prevention of theft has a disproportionate effect on the black community because blacks commit a disproportionate amount of the theft. It is actually impossible to prevent crime without disproportionately affecting blacks, and until crime prevention efforts are outlawed by Congress or some Federal Court blacks will continue to be disproportionately affected by these efforts.

Kittery Trading Post is the largest gun store in Maine and the majority of their guns and all of their ammunition are on open unlocked display in the center of the store. Only handguns, consignment, new, and antique/premium rifles are behind counters along the walls. Having to keep everything behind monkey-proof glass is a uniquely African American phenomenon.

Everyone that has been in a shopping mall at holiday time has seen the calendar stand often set up in the middle the mall. They have a hundred different calendars to choose from. Then they are half price after the holidays. The first mall I went to this year didn't have the stand as in prior years. I drove to another mall, in a nicer part of town, and it was still there. The demographic of the mall (blacks, youth, etc.) apparently made the losses from shoplifting too much to overcome by sales the rest of the season. There could be some other reason for the stand disappearing just in that mall but I would doubt their rent was raised too much. More cultural enrichment by everyone's favorite minority group.

As I mentioned in yesterday's thread, I have worked with negresses who were either bald and had to wear a wig or rapidly getting there. They literally torture their scalps with these products. They should be thankful that the stores lock the products away. They should never, ever be used.

So True! That chemical stuff tears out hair as do the very expensive and tight tight braids. It makes big money for the braider and baldness for the braidee.

I agree the dreadnought look is atrocious and even worse when the long skinny hanks of hair, real or fake are put into a bun on top of someone's head. Do they wash them and what about the fake braid/dreds? I don't think they're washed ever.

The lawsuit should be about the sale of the products and how toxic they all are for the water table, the topsoil, the environment. Not because they're in a locked case. Expensive jewelry and watches are in locked cases but I'm not screaming racism over that.

Freeze dried coffee in supermarkets is locked up too. That's because the Chinese and others steal it to send back to their countries.
