Second City Noir

 Noir, adjective
1. Of or relating to the film noir genre.
2. Of or relating to a genre of crime literature featuring tough, cynical characters and bleak settings.
3. Suggestive of danger or violence.

Few people have written more honestly about Chicago and the racial situation than what you've found here at Stuff Black People Don't Like. Be it the Chicago Public School teachers strike, the almost entirely black crime problem in the Windy City, or the reality that the monochromatic black community's decrepit state is the result of having only black people in the community... few have dared speak the truth about Chicago as we have here.
Standing in the way of a Golden Dawn: Breitbart's "Rebel Pundit" vs. Paul Kersey

Well, the good people at Breitbart have sent an intrepid reporter to Chicago in the hopes of pursuing an "ongoing investigation into the root causes of the rising tide of violence and horrifying murder rate this year in Chicago’s most destitute neighborhoods."

The root causes of the rising tide of violence and horrifying murder rate in Chicago is the same root cause that is behind the rising tide of violence and horrifying murder rate in any city that is considered one of the most dangerous in America: black people.

There's your answer "Rebel Pundit" (who happens to be one of Breitbart.com least gifted writers; then again, the prose at Breitbart isn't what would be dubbed "impressive" by anyone save the most depraved and suicidal "conservative" who believes 'America' still exists) of Breitbart, whose investigation into the crime and murder in Chicago failed to include a quick look at the actual statistics compiled by the Chicago Police Department.

End of story.

But, here's what Mr. Rebel Pundit discovered in his journey to the Second City [Exodus: Inner City Blacks Fleeing Barack Obama and the Democrat-Liberal Agenda, Breitbart.com, 10-29-2012]:
There is little doubt, due the historic and tremendous pressure on black Americans to support the first African-American President of the United States simply because he is not a white Republican, the President will win the black vote. However, just as his strength and reputation are growing weaker every day, the same is quickly becoming true of the support from the community he claims to be the strongest advocate for—the community-organized voting bloc on Chicago’s south and west sides that many say he has long since abandoned.
In the course of an ongoing investigation into the root causes of the rising tide of violence and horrifying murder rate this year in Chicago’s most destitute neighborhoods, several video interviews I conducted with black American voters from the community-organized south and west side, reveal a community that is fed up with the status quo--the status quo that keeps these communities ridden with poverty, homelessness, unemployment, dismantled families, and, of course, skyrocketing murder rates. And residents say, “it is the black Democratic leadership implementing a liberal agenda” that is to blame for the ongoing plight in their community.
Community activist Mark Carter says, “our issues have not been met on, have not been adhered to, and it’s almost as if they are just saying even though no one has addressed your issues, just go with ‘em anyway. And we say no.”
A resident of the Austin community, Jean Ray, says after 40 years of Democratic party control over the black community, the policies "are hurting,” and if there were Republicans willing to do the right job in her community, she would vote for them.
Paul McKinley, an outspoken Chicago resident and voice against liberal-Chicago-machine politics, Rahm Emanuel, and President Obama, spoke to me directly about the ongoing violence in the black community, explaining, “the real cause of violence in the community is caused by narco-terrorism facilitated by Chicago’s liberal-sanctuary-city status, in addition to the historically high unemployment rate among black men between of working age,” which he claims is never addressed by the President and comes last, if at all, in the liberal agenda.

McKinley says boldly, “There is no Tea Party in my community, there is no Republicans in my community, so they can’t blame Republicans, they can’t [blame] Tea Parties; I can only blame the democrat-liberal agenda.”
Or, you could just blame the fact that there are only black people in these neighborhoods, who are responsible for the violence, crime, deteriorating neighborhoods and "blight", and - most importantly - have failed to create a local economy (outside of a black market replete with drugs and stolen contraband) despite the massive amount of help the state has created specifically for black entrepreneurs: The Minority Business Development Association (MBDA).

The 'poverty, homelessness, unemployment, dismantled families, and, of course, skyrocketing murder rates' that Breitbart's Rebel Pundit bemoans is just a byproduct of black culture (and culture is the summation of individual black people, an outward expression of the black community); that black people are unemployable in Chicago is the fault of black people -- that same "liberalism" seems to work well in a white liberal area like Austin, Texas, where the strange phenomenon of a lack of "black professionals" plagues the city.

Wait: a lack of black professionals is found in Chicago too (especially the south side of the city), outside of race hustlers and government employees.

But Rebel Pundit doesn't stop there, reporting that a group of black people (upset with a federal, state, and city government that isn't doing enough to specifically help out black people with a greater intensification of tax dollars funneled their way) protested "the destruction and blight brought on their community by the liberal agenda"  [Black Grassroots Activists Protest Obama Fundraiser, City Hall, ABC News in Chicago, Breitbart, 11-3-2012]:
According to Mark Carter of the Broke Party, a newly formed group of black grassroots activists fed up with the destruction and blight brought on their community by the liberal agenda, the protest was “about bringing attention to the demolition of homes in Chicago’s black communities on the west and south sides.” These buildings, Carter says, “can still be saved, but the city is tearing them down,” leaving property values and the community in the gutter.
Carter told Breitbart News they chose the Obama fundraiser as the starting point for the protest in order to send a direct message to Rahm Emanuel and Washington, D.C. that they will not be voting on Tuesday for those politicians who are allowing their homes and community to be demolished.
In an effort to bring even further attention to the ongoing issues of the black community in Chicago, the protest ended up outside of ABC 7 News’s local broadcast studio on State Street. This studio can be viewed from the street and sidewalk. When the protesters arrived, they used a bullhorn to announce themselves and called on weather reporter Jerry Taft, seen through the window, not to pretend they weren’t there, prompting a wave from Taft to the protesters.
The protesters waved anti-union signs, anti-NAACP, anti-Rainbow Push, and signs reading "Rahm Hates Black People" in front of the studio as Kathy Brock and Alan Krashesky broadcasted the evening news. They demanded their voices be heard and criticized Emanuel for acting in cahoots with community-organizing front groups ACORN and ACTION Now to put properties in the community into the organizations’ hands. These actions by the Mayor and the corrupt “Chicago Machine” have ensured that construction work only goes to the unions, effectively keeping the residents of the community unemployed.
Let this be known: the concentration of black people (who rely on the government for their very being) in highrise public housing kept black dysfunction - crime, murder, mayhem - largely in one area; the destruction of these public housing units allowed the spread of black crime throughout the city and surrounding suburbs of Chicago via Section 8 Housing. Those primarily black public housing projects represented an impressive bloc vote; the removal of this concentrated black poverty meant a boon in new development property for the city and a dissolving of the black voter bloc.

Consider the Chicago Housing Authorities (CHA) Robert Taylor Homes --28 high-rise buildings with 16 stories each, with a total of 4,321 apartments, mostly arranged in U-shaped clusters of three, stretching for two miles. Housing 27,000 people (90 % + were black), this mecca of public housing housed those blacks who were part of the "Great Migration" from the south. In 2007, the last of the these... holding cells for "law-abiding" black people (fed, clothed, and housed thanks to white taxpayers) was demolished.

The misery found there (contained), and subsequently, spread throughout Chicago was imported via the blacks escaping "Jim Crow" in the segregated south; the same black dysfunction that necessitated such laws to keep some semblance of a standard of living for non-blacks.

Well Rebel Pundit: Bon Chance Mes Amis working with those black people mad because the government isn't doing enough to help them out. You'd have better luck recruiting members of "The Think Squad" to your pious crusade in the name of 'Breitbart, the son, and the holy ghost' [EXTREME Black Anger in Chicago at Obama: “He done did it. He ruined it for us. White people don’t feel guilty no more and won’t do stuff for us now”, Hill Buzz, 10-9-12]:
Here in Chicago, I regularly meet with a group of friends who call themselves “The Think Squad”; these are men and women who are prominent members of the black community in Hyde Park and the City’s south side. None of them supported Barack Obama’s presidential bid in 2008 but most begrudgingly voted for him because they freely admit race-pride was their motivating factor.
These people knew Obama when he was a state senator and saw him do absolutely nothing for blacks in Chicago back then…and they similarly saw Obama do nothing for blacks (or any of his constituents in general) as a United States Senator. The Think Squad has always seen through Obama and continues to speak out about his failings. Expect them, and other blacks coast to coast, to become even more vocal about the “magical first black president” after he loses in November and the anger of “how much that punk wasted” really comes to a boil and people no longer feel intimidated or threatened when the Obamas have left the White House for Hawaii next January.
That’s when people will REALLY let it all fly, once the Obamas are no longer even a vestigial presence in Chicago and people have no fear at all in talking about what a sham their marriage is and how the two of them benefited from affirmative action and white guilt their entire lives. The problem, for blacks in Chicago, is that the Obamas have actually ruined that white guilt for “the rest of us”, as the Think Squad put it last night at an impromptu after-church-programs dinner I enjoyed with some of the more outspoken “Thinkers” in a little Mexican restaurant near the south side.
As for me, it's time America prepares for a golden dawn. That means uniting conservative whites, reformed liberal whites, and the backbone of this nation -- the white working class -- together, in a movement that articulates the simple fact that white people have legitimate interests.

What a Romney Victory Means: White People Telling Black People "No"

Wait... where's the diversity? That's what made America great... right?
Bill Maher, on his HBO show, let slip the one truth that has enabled America to be held hostage since the early 1960s (when the civil rights movement enshrined Black-Run America in law):
If you're thinking about voting for Mitt Romney, I would like to make this one plea: black people know who you are and they will come after you." [Bill Maher Warns Romney Supporters: 'Black People Know Who You Are and They Will Come After You', 11-3-12, Newsbusters]
We learned this truth when black people rioted in Rochester, Watts, Newark, and Detroit (all because they didn't - in some form or another - get their way), whereby their actions can be best described as a form of 'black insurrection.' White liberals - what we have dubbed "Disingenuous White Liberal" - blamed whites for the 'black insurrection' in the infamous Kerner Report; we have lived under this doctrine since 1968.

Neighborhood after neighborhood, city after city, county after county, community after community --- they've been abandoned to black control because white people have been to afraid to say "no," fearful that an eruption, an orgy of black violence would follow such a simple statement of force.

But what white people refuse to acknowledge is that each time black people have taken over political control in a city (think Detroit in 1973; Atlanta in 1973; Gary in 1967; Birmingham in 1979), they have done so through "force"; the ballot box.

Voting is an exercise of force -- when black people voted for Barack Obama with 96 percent support in 2008, they showed electoral solidarity. Black people have complete control of major metropolitan areas (and the ability to pack public jobs with almost entirely black staffs) because they understand that voting is an exercise, and display, of political force. Never forget what happened in Atlanta in 2009 [Despite Wishful Thinking, No "Post-Racial Politics" In Atlanta Mayoral Race, VDare, 12-17-2009] when black people rallied around a black mayoral candidate to ensure their vise on the city remained intact.

Make no mistake, Mitt Romney is not the right choice for America; the Republican field was so poor during the primaries that a pizza executive - a lifetime beneficiary of white guilt/affirmative action - was once the frontrunner. But the incredibly huge crowds Romney is attracting across the nation during his campaign are a testament to one thing: white people know something is wrong, undeniably wrong, about Barack Hussein Obama being in charge of the nation.

But unlike a major metropolitan area that can abandoned for pristine (crime-free) white suburbs once black people assume control of city hall, white people will not abandon America. It's tragic, because the federal government has abandoned white people, operating under a policy that seeks to import non-whites en mass to the nation and implementing anti-white legislation (just read the Kerner Report)... but people will always cling to "Jesus, Freedom, and America" until the bitter end.*

Most people in America refuse to acknowledge the amount of capital that has been exerted to try and uplift black people, with virtually nothing to show for it (save the election of Barack Obama in order to exercise the demons of white racism that haunt the nation); almost all of America refuses to acknowledge the terrible cost that black solidarity has enacted upon major cities like Detroit, Atlanta, Birmingham, Memphis, Baltimore, Buffalo, Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Dallas, etc., with property devaluations and an exodus of capital from these cities directly correlated to black political control.

Black dysfunction, which is on display 24/7 in these cities that whites have abandoned, is not the result of continued white oppression; it's just black people being black, exacerbated because whites have enabled black political control by refusing to say 'no'. A story such as the one of a nine-year-old black kid worrying about being sent to fields to work as a slave [9-Year-Old Boy at Michelle Obama Rally: ‘If Mitt Romney Win, We’ll Be Going Back to the Crop Fields’, The Blaze, 11-2-2012] only makes sense when you realize that most black people believe this will be the case, which fuels their desire to continue voting in favor of their interests.

A black candidate, despite a record that clearly has worked to hurt black interests, is all that matters to black people... no matter the results. As we showed a few days ago, it's all about the illusion of "empowerment"; though a city like Detroit - under black-political control - might instantly become the most dangerous place on earth, where the government ceases to operate in a functional manner... at least blacks are in control.

To even dare consider voting in a white candidate would mean that whites have exercised force - through voting - to democratically remove their candidate.

Such will be the case if Mitt Romney is elected on November 6, a moment that will be - though the GOP won't understand the implications - the first public repudiation of black people in decades.

White people owe black America nothing... except the truth. Come November 6, if Mitt Romney is elected President of the United States, white America is going to get to see the truth of black solidarity whether they like it or not.

The last time we saw a public display of this act? Los Angeles in 1992.

Defeating Obama and electing Romney is the equivalent of telling black people "no."

Thus, it's an exercise of force.

Left Behind

Hurricane Sandy came and went. What was left behind in the wake of the storm? A reminder of what America is in 2012, offering a powerful portrait of just why Barack Obama stands ready to be re-elected on November 6:
Staten Island officials were becoming increasingly agitated about the lack of aid and supplies; they blasted the Red Cross for their absence. Staten Island Borough President Jim Molinaro was furious: "This is America, not a third world nation. We need food, we need clothing," he fumed.
Hurricane Sandy Looter: Is a caption necessary?
America is a third-world nation, save for large geographic areas of the nation with low-population density where white people try and preserve some semblance of a nation (think Wyoming, Idaho, the Dakotas, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, and Iowa).

Our major cities? Were an advanced alien species to try and attack earth (think 1996's Independence Day) there would be no need to park city-wide spacecrafts with the military capacity to instantly wipe them out over major metropolitan areas in America; considering what black people have done to Detroit, Atlanta, Birmingham, Dallas, St. Louis, Memphis, parts of NYC, Chicago, Milwaukee, Richmond, Detroit, and Philadelphia, it would be of vital strategic importance to disable those low population density areas first.

They represent the only fight America has left; the major cities are already gone, courtesy of a much different weapon. Perhaps more potent and deadly then any other ever devised: equality. Weaponized equality.

But turn eyes away from the stories of looting and savagery; the racial fissure in America that Hurricane Sandy has once again exposed - that post-apocalyptic scenario - is nothing more than a a blinding gaze into the mirror, showing the heart and soul of what the USA is in 2012.

Drudge Report has posted a link to an NBC story out of Brooklyn of black people stating:
"People are defecating in my building, in the hallways." Another black woman then proceeds to demand that the mayor should have been there, because "we are a community just like everywhere else."

No, my dear, you are not a community. You are a reminder of what TANF/welfare, Section 8 Housing, and EBT/Food Stamps provide (though strangely, not a peep of societal breakdown is heard from the poverty-striken Appalachian Mountains, where massive amounts of snow fell across the region at the same time Hurricane Sandy hit NYC/New Jersey).

You are reminder of what is coming when "The EBT Card Runs Out"; a scenario that seems outlandish (considering deficit spending, a never-ending supply of money pumped by the Fed, etc.), but is a contingency that will eventually play out.

Peggy Joseph famously said (of Barack Obama's election), "It was the most memorable time of my life. It was a touching moment because I never thought this day would ever happen. I won't have to worry about putting gas in my car. I won't have to worry about paying my mortgage. You know, if I help him, he's gonna help me."

She wasn't far from the truth, was she? A prophetess indeed. That society will not last forever. This era - Black-Run America (BRA) - which has its origins in events that happened centuries ago, only coming to complete fruition in the 1960s, will end.

Daring to notice the truth that Hurricane Sandy (just like Hurricane Katrina) exposes makes you an enemy of this state.

The real state of America, the one the government work to protect, feed, ensure procreates and promote, is complaining about people defecating in the hallways of high-rise projects of Brooklyn.

Three days... it took three days.

Mr. Charles Darwin Had the Gall to Ask

Remember what we know about the Chicago Public School (CPS) system: out of 400,000+ students, only 8 percent are white. To call it a failed system – despite plenty of money and high per pupil spending – would be a stretch: it’s not even a system, more like state-funded K-12 daycare. An incredible 82 percent of these students receive a free or reduced priced lunch at school.

Free Nike Shoes in Detroit Public Schools to get kids to attend and $25 gift cards in Chicago Public Schools to get parents involved will get us back to moon sometime this century...

This should come as no surprise then: the former CEO of the CPS system says “radical change” is needed to bring change and… hope [Chicago schools need radical change, Chicago Tribune, Jean-Claude Brizard, 10-30-2012]:

In 2011, fewer than 24 percent of Chicago Public Schools graduates were prepared to attend a four-year college, and only 1 in 7 African-American students tested college-ready. While we made tremendous progress in less than two years, resulting in some historic gains, transformational change will require a radical redefinition of the district.

Why does this matter? Because President Obama recently told a black radio host in Chicago that his second term will focus on “communities of color” – knowing that they represent the future workforce of America [Obama dispatches election lawyers 'all across the country', Washington Examiner, 10-29-2012]:

Urging supporters to vote early, as the president himself did in Chicago last week, he told black radio host April Ryan that voters should contact his campaign if they are prevented from voting. "If you try to vote early and you see that problem, we've got time to fix it," said the president. Ryan, a long-time White House correspondent known for her news-making interviews, also pressed the president on the high joblessness among blacks and Hispanics. The president responded by saying he would focus on "communities of color" in his second term because those two groups are the "future workforce" of America.
There’s no such as a free lunch in America: unless your black or brown (and enrolled in public school), because then the white taxpayer will fit the bill for you!

Recall that in Detroit, every student gets a free lunch: to avoid the stigma of being enrolled at an all-black school and having enough lunch money to provide your own sustenance. Also recall that a store in Detroit gave free Nike shoes to DPS students who attended class on a certain day (consequently, the day attendance is taken to see how much federal and state money the system will receive to remain a seasonal K-12 daycare system).

Not be outdone by the DPS system, the Chicago Public System is going the extra-mile to try and raise those test scores; well, as long as the extra-mile takes you into your local community Walgreens [Chicago Schools Bribe Parents With Gift Cards To Stay Involved, Huffington Post, 10-31-2012]:
Parents have long debated whether or not it's healthy to bribe kids to do things like finish their homework on time or eat all of their vegetables. But what happens when the tables are turned and parents are the ones being bribed to cooperate?
Chicago, Ill. is considering doing just that. As part of a pilot program launched at 70 public schools, Chicago parents will be given $25 Walgreens “Balance Rewards” cards in exchange for picking up their child’s report cards and attending parent-teacher conferences, according to a press release from the city.
The program is being viewed as a way to incentivize parents to stay more involved in their children's academic lives. All of the schools selected to participate have had continual difficulty engaging parents.
The public-private partnership appears to be a win-win for both the schools and for Walgreens, which just launched its first loyalty card in an attempt to attract shoppers with discounts, the Chicago Tribune reports. With over 150 stores in Chicago alone, Walgreen’s CEO Greg Wasson said he only hopes that the pilot program will expand to more schools.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who thought up the program, told the Chicago Sun-Times that he envisions the program will close some of the communication gaps that now exist between many public school students and their parents. The city's schools plan to track and analyze the data to see how effective it is in promoting parent-teacher involvement.
So… does the same offer stand for parents in the suburbs who struggle to pay for their children’s lunch? A $25 “balance reward” card would go far for the struggling members of the white working class that Obama famously abandoned back in 2011.

He’s more interested in participating in the game of racial socialism that we call “democracy” in America. The redistribution of wealth so that… black kids can get free Nike’s in Detroit and brown and black kids parents can get a $25 gift card for Walgreen’s. At least we now know the monetary value of parental involvement.

Michael Stipe of R.E.M obviously had other things in mind when he wrote “Man on the Moon,” but t one line from the song cuts through the inanity of the current ideological system we live under:  “Mister Charles Darwin Had the Gall to Ask…”

“Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah…”
