It was while reading the following two stories (no commentary nor analysis is needed -- though they seem to be parody, they illustrate the farcical nature of 2013 America) that the above thought occurred to me.

No matter the individual black male/female who abides by the law and is a productive member of society (successfully assimilating to the culture white people created in their absence), the conditions black individuals collectively create in places like Birmingham, Baltimore, Atlanta, Memphis, and St. Louis offer a glimpse into a civilization where anything "Western" has been replaced with regression to the mean.
The type of civilization created in the absence of whiteness.
Now, two cities schools systems, largely devoid of whiteness and privileged to be dominated by black administrators/black students/black principals, are resorting to the "racist" card to try to deflect blame and escape criticism.
Let's start with Atlanta, and the Atlanta Public Schools (APS) scandal [Atlanta teachers’ scandal prompts allegations of racism, Daily Caller, 4-3-13]:
A major test-taking scandal that implicated 35 educators in Atlanta, Georgia has drawn accusations of racism from the community.
The teachers are charged with changing test scores and giving the correct answers to students in order to boost their job performance reviews. Math scores at one middle school increased from 24 percent proficiency to 86 percent proficiency in just one year, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The alleged ringleader, former school superintendent Beverly Hall, faces 40 years in prison if convicted, according to The New York Times.
On Tuesday, only seven of the defendants came to court on time for their bail bond hearing. One of the teachers, Theresia Copeland, was accused of racketeering, theft, and making false statements. Her bail was sent at $1 million.
Her lawyer claimed the amount was excessive.
“Al Capone, I understand, didn’t have to post a $1 million bond,” he said in a statement. “I don’t think a Cobb County grandmother needs $1 million to secure her.”Most of the accused educators are black, prompting accusations of racial bias in the case.
“Look at the pictures of those 35. Show me a white face,” said Timothy McDonald, a local pastor and spokesman for Concerned Black Clergy. “Let’s just be for real. You can call it racist, you can call it whatever you want, but this is overkill. We have seen people with much deeper crimes with much less bond set.”
The American Federation of Teachers blamed the scandal on America’s obsession with standardized tests.
“Tragically, the Atlanta cheating scandal harmed our children and it crystallizes the unintended consequences of our test-crazed policies,” wrote AFT President Randi Weingarten in a statement.Nice. Timothy McDonald is right, with all 35 faces being privileged to be some shade of black. That the APS cheating scandal is a thoroughly black scandal is something that just can't be noticed in Obama's America.
But what about up in Chicago, where the student body of the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is completely scrubbed clean of white privilege - only 8 percent white out of 400,000+ students - and already looks like the what America that the future Disingenuous White Liberals have been so excited about with the demise of the GOP and the soon-to-be-solidified institution of one-party rule when Amnesty is rammed through...? Not to mention a school system where black people have a lot of administrative pull and are positioned as the majority of principals. [CPS chief lashes back at critics who call closings racist, Chicago Tribune, 4-3-13]:
Chicago Public Schools chief Barbara Byrd-Bennett on Wednesday fired back at critics who have called the district's plan to close more than 50 schools racist because most are in predominantly African-American neighborhoods.
"These proposals have caused community anguish, and I understand that," Byrd-Bennett said. "But when status quo is not working, change is inevitable. What I cannot understand, and what I will not accept, are charges that the proposals I am offering are racist."
School closings opponents at Wednesday's Chicago Board of Education meeting immediately yelled back, "They are!"
Charges of racism have been leveled most prominently by Chicago Teachers Union President Karen Lewis, who fired up a crowd at a downtown rally last week by pointing out that most of the students affected by the proposed closings are black. "Let's not pretend that's not racist," Lewis said.
Byrd-Bennett said demographic changes in the city have depleted schools in communities on the South and West sides. She also noted that the "overwhelming" majority of CPS students are minorities.
"To refuse to challenge the status quo that is failing thousands of African-American students year after year, consigning them to a future with less opportunities than others, that's what I call racist," she said.
After months of public meetings, the district announced late last month that it is planning to close 53 schools and one high school program. A final round of hearings — three for each school on the list — is scheduled to begin Saturday, with the board expected to take a final vote May 22.
Parents and community leaders have raised safety concerns over students who might have to walk farther to new schools and possibly deal with different gang territories. Although CPS has said security was a top priority in developing its plan, Byrd-Bennett on Wednesday said, "We cannot and should not allow gangs to dictate the future of the city or limit the futures of our children."
"I cannot agree with adults who would use the excuse of gangs to leave children trapped in failing schools," she said.Worried about different "gang territories"? On American soil -- wait, that's not true. Large sections of Chicago are no longer populated by Americans nor is this soil under the jurisdiction of the American law.
But those "gang territories" are almost 100 percent black areas, so how could it be racism when little black boys and girls travel through their territory -- a place where the CPD has abdicated authority to black gangs and no longer has a monopoly of violence?
Western Civilization would exist without the contributions of black people; the conditions of 2013 Atlanta (especially found in the APS system) and in Chicago - ditto on the school system - wouldn't exist without the contributions of black people.
