But we are not mere individuals; our individual actions, good or bad, help create a community.
|All of the various components of St. Louis Real Time Crime Center are necessary because of the collective actions of individual black people...|
A community can be overflowing with social capital or one with an overabundance of social workers.
This is the reality of the world Ayn Rand devotees cannot entertain, but it's also the reality of the world adherents to the ideology of Black-Run America (BRA) can never endorse.
Increasing violence in St. Louis, courtesy of black individuals collectively making the city unsafe (in a span of six hours on April 15, five sets of shootings left nine people injured), is a phenomenon Ayn Randians would ascribe anything but racial in origin.
But, of course, a simple understanding of the data provided yearly by the Metropolitan Police Department, City of St. Louis: Annual Report to the Community offers powerful evidence the violent crime problem in St. Louis is entirely due to the black population.
Which is why 49 percent black and 43 percent white St. Louis is seeing much of downtown turn into a surveillance state the architects of Oceania in 1984 could only dream of:
- A Real Time Crime Center had opened in St. Louis (at a cost of $435,000), a facility continuously staffed with trained officers who have access to more than 400 cameras stationed throughout the city, providing up-to-the-minute information and data;
- Much to the ACLU's distaste, cameras are being installed throughout downtown (an investment of $66,000) St. Louis capable of reading license plates and storing digital information... in a few years, the number of cameras with this technology deployed throughout St. Louis will be near 30;
- The Nuisance Abatement Vehicle (nicknamed "Raptor") represents the cutting-edge in armored technology retrofitted with the latest surveillance tools to serve as a powerful instrument in fighting crime;
- Since 2008, St. Louis has had the $250,000 ShotSpotter Location System to "detect how many shots were fired, which side of a building they came from and whether the shooter was moving";
The Police Chief of St. Louis believes those white suburban fans of the St. Louis Cardinals and the NHL's St. Louis Blues should leave their guns at home (he said this in 2013 as well), all because of the black populations inability to leave parked cars undisturbed. [Police solution to cut down increasing gun violence in St. Louis, KMOV.com, 4-16-15]:
“Yesterday was a random act of violence,” St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department Chief Sam Dotson said. “The three incidents were not connected. We are seeing an elevated amount of violence.”
Dotson says these shootings are “disturbing” and has a plan to decrease the frequency. Dotson wants to crack down on the amount of stolen guns in the city and use surveillance cameras to catch the suspects. He believes most of the gun violence is committed with stolen guns.
According to Dotson, there has been a 70 percent increase in gun thefts since the year began, specifically guns that are left in cars.
“Leave it (guns) at home,” Dotson said. “Don't give criminals more guns because we already know they are using them.”
He also says police will have access to 400 cameras throughout the city to catch criminals. Police will have access to this information from the new Real Time Crime Center
“When officers are dispatched to an area with a shooting, we can quickly say what assets we have,” Dotson said. “Do we have cameras or LPR technology? Maybe [we can] get video or a license plate.”"Don't give criminals more guns..."
The only way those "criminals" are going to get the guns is if they break into the white people's parked cars - while they watch the MLB's Cardinals or NHL's Blues and contribute money into the St. Louis economy which the city desperately needs - and steal them; and the only reason these white people have guns in their vehicles is to protect themselves and family from the very black people Chief Dotson is warning might steal their guns while they are away from their car...
With all the technology and surveillance equipment at their disposal, the chief of police in St. Louis still presides over a city whose white visitors from suburbs feel compelled to bring guns with them when they venture into this majority black metropolis...
For those interested, the City of St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department finally released its 2013 Annual Report to the Community, which breaks down arrests by race for violent crimes.
Remember, out of 318,000 people, St. Louis is 49.2 percent black 43.9 percent white (as of 2010 US Census).

2009? Is it still almost all-black? Yes:
Please, tell me 2010 is different...:
2011? Same old song:
According to 2012 Metropolitan Police Department, City of St. Louis: Annual Report to the Community:
Put down your copy of Atlas Shrugs and The Fountainhead.
Stop pretending you are just an individual and understand why you should be offended by Chief Dotson asking white suburbanites of St. Louis from carrying a weapon into the city.
Crime statistics in St. Louis paint a definitive picture of the race requiring surveillance technology rivaling that in 1984 to be positioned throughout the city, and it's entirely due to the collective actions of individual black people that whites visiting the city need to carry a gun.
Remember: the state is dedicated to the promotion and protection of Black-Run America (BRA).
