"Unleash Us": Executive Order by Mein Obama Places Hiring Freeze on White People for Federal Government Positions now Designated for Black People

"Unleash Us" -- Haven't Black people been unleashed in Detroit already?
Green Week will kick back off next week. I truly believe that we are witnessing Falling Skies on Black-Run America (BRA).

Mein Obama (Zod Obama) is finally ready to "unleash us" - what Black militant Maxine Waters implored to have happen at a Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) event in Detroit regarding Black unemployment and Obama's silence on the matter - with an Executive Order to increase the already over-represented number of Black people working within the Federal Government:
President Barack Obama signed an executive order Thursday directing federal officials to design a government-wide strategy for making the federal workforce more diverse.

The three-page order directs the head of the Office of Personnel Management, a deputy director at the Office of Management and Budget, the President’s Management Council and the chairman of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to develop the strategy within 90 days. Agencies then have 120 days to work the plan into their hiring and recruiting.

An Office of Personnel Management report says that in fiscal year 2010, the federal workforce was 66.2 percent white, 17.7 percent black, 8 percent Hispanic, 5.6 percent Asian/Pacific Islander and 1.8 percent Native American. It was 56.1 percent male.

Obama is planning to unveil job creation proposals next month. Some black lawmakers and leaders have criticized him for not directly addressing unemployment among blacks.

Blacks and Hispanics have been hit hard by the recession and are suffering unemployment rates of 15.6 percent and 11.3 percent respectively, higher than the 9.1 percent national average.

Ben Jealous, president of the NAACP, said fighting job discrimination is as important for minorities as job creation.
“We are a country where it’s easier for a white male with a felony record to find a job than a black man that has never committed a crime, and that in itself is a crime,’’ Jealous said.
The Federal workforce seems pretty diverse already, but Mein Obama won't rest until it resembles the look and feel of the Detroit city government. So effectively, Obama has declared a hiring freeze on qualified white applicants while demanding that every Black person who applies for potential employment with the government be hired immediately.

Someone should remind Mein Obama that the Federal workforce already employs a disproportionate share of Black people. Taking on even more Black people that the private workforce can't find room to employ - because, they actually have to produce profits - will only further augment their share of the Federal employees:
Though 10 percent of the U.S. civilian labor force, African-Americans are 18 percent of U.S. government workers. They are 25 percent of the employees at Treasury and Veterans Affairs, 31 percent of the State Department, 37 percent of Department of Education employees and 38 percent of Housing and Urban Development. They are 42 percent of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., 55 percent of the employees at the Government Printing Office and 82 percent at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency.

When the Obama administration suggested shutting down Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the mortgage giants whose losses of $150 billion have had to be made up by taxpayers, The Washington Post warned, in a story headlined, “Winding Down Fannie and Freddie Could Put Minority Careers at Risk,” that 44 percent of Fannie employees and 50 percent of Freddie’s were persons of color.

In Washington, D.C., we have also seen the result of government cuts on African-American leaders who had to approve those cuts.

According to the 2007 US Office of Personnel Management Report:
According to OPM's FY 2006 report, all 23 independent federal agencies exceeded their racial quotas for hiring blacks by dozens or even hundreds of percent.

This year the First Place prize in the federal quota competition again goes to Court Services and Offender Services (CSOS) for employing 808% more blacks than their affirmative action target (quota).

    The five best independent agencies for overhing blacks in FY 2006 were CSOS (808%), U.S. GPO (503%), the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) at 409%, the EEOC (401%), and the Smithsonian Institution (338%).

The five "worst" agencies for blacks still over shot their racial quotas by significant amounts:  NASA (49%), the National Credit Union Association (NCUA) at 62%, NRC (68%), FDIC (97%), and the Securities and Exchange Commission at 113%.   These percentages represent the amount by which the agency overhired blacks as compared to the availability of this group in the civilian work force.  
It's becoming increasingly obvious that Black-Run America has declared war on white males. The Marines number one objective is now finding Black people capable of replacing white soldiers ready to die - with little regard for valor - for a country that hates them and wishes to e-race their chances of promotion by locating only Black people to promote:
The commandant of the Marine Corps vowed Tuesday to increase the number of black officers, improve minority recruiting and memorialize the service's first black troops.

Gen. James Amos told about 500 members of the National Naval Officers Association meeting in San Diego that he was "heartbroken" when he examined the status of blacks in the Marine Corps shortly after becoming commandant last fall.

"We're just not there," the 64-year-old four-star general said. "We're not the face of society."

Amos, who became the 35th commandant on Oct. 22, said black officers numbered 5.6 percent of the total number of officers in 2010.

The general said that although blacks make up about 13 percent of the U.S. population, they comprise 10 percent of the 202,000-troop Marine Corps.

"It's not a quota I'm after, but I've got to pay attention to the numbers," Amos told the naval officers association, a group made up mostly of U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard officers. "I just know I'm not happy with where we are."

The Marine Corps promoted just 60 blacks among 1,073 promotions to the rank of lieutenant in 2010, he said. Amos said he wants to raise that 3.5 percent figure to at least 5 percent by the end of this year.
"We're changing our entire approach," he said, striding across the floor of a hotel ballroom as he made his remarks. "We're going to improve this year, next year and the year after that."
As you will see in a book being released around Veteran's Day of 2011, every branch of the military is doing their best to increase their percentages of Black Air Force pilots; Black intelligence officers; Black people within the ranks of Special Forces; and Black enrollment at the Naval and Air Force Academies. I have long admired the military - many of my good friends are pilots or officers - but it is no longer tasked with defending America from foreign threats, but tasked with defending America's true best interest; the promotion and advancement of Black people.

"Unleash Us." What a perfect quote that perfectly encapsulates what has happened to America. Black people have been unleashed already. Ask yourself why the US Postal Service, where 28 percent of Postal Service Clerks and 26 percent of Postal Service Mail Sorters, Processors, and Processing Machine Operators are Black people, is failing. It should be noted that 2 of the top 10 jobs in America with the highest Black percentage of the workforce are with the US Postal Service, a de facto jobs program for Black people. bemoans the necessary cuts needed to bring the US Postal Service out of massive debt, because it will impact the Black community negatively, despite the Black communities involvement in the Postal Service being a wholly negative affair:
Over the last century, the Postal Service has served as a reliable source of employment for minorities, providing them with a steady stream of well-paying jobs and decent insurance and pension packages. This is particularly true for African-Americans, who have historically regarded postal positions as viable middle collar careers. 

According to Philip Rubio, author of There's Always Work at the Post Office: African American Postal Workers and the Fight for Jobs, Justice and Equality, by 1970, blacks made up one-fifth of the postal workforce and "were twice as likely to work at the post office than whites," which paved the way for many other minorities to seek employment by the agency. The potential cuts to 20 percent of the Postal Service workforce, and the slashing of its benefit programs have left many wondering what effect it will have on those in the black community who depend on the USPS for their livelihoods.

As the nation recovers from a poor economy and staggering unemployment rates that are at Depression-era levels for African Americans nationwide, the proposed layoffs have the potential to send some black households spiraling into a chasm of financial uncertainty. And with a recent Pew Research Center study finding that the Recession hit minorities families the hardest and caused their median wealth to fall well below that of white families, it could also cause thousands of African-American postal workers who were considered to be part of a thriving middle class to become another statistic of this negative trend.
Go to Detroit to see what happens when Black people are unleashed; go to Newark to see what happens when you "unleash us" and allow Black people to take over; go to Atlanta and enroll your kids in Atlanta Public Schools (APS), or move to Philadelphia and enroll them there. Perhaps Washington D.C. as well. 

Move to Clayton County and see what happens when the Black Undertow takes over. See what happens when Black people are unleashed.

There's not much else to say. "Unleash us" is the most apt way to describe what has already happened in America. Now that white males - and white females - are effectively deprived of seeking employment in the Federal workforce, all you can do is laugh. 

What kind of world do conservatives and libertarians believe will be created if these types of affirmative action hiring practices are removed and we have a country where only merit matters? If Ron Paul were elected president, do you think Black people would voluntarily give up a system of government (BRA) that has advanced probably 90 percent of Black people beyond where their individual merit could take them? 

Why would Black people vote for a political party that would take away things like TANF/Welfare, curtail EBT/Food Stamps and do away with Section 8 Housing? 

A libertarian or conservative president would probably cut the Federal bureaucracy in half (well, we all know Reagan and Bush I or II didn't do that, but whatever), depriving Black people of the artificial means for a middle-class existence. Why would Black people ever vote for their economic dispossession? Why would they vote for a guy like Ron Paul who touts some strange political philosophy of individualism, when clinging to the Black collective has worked out so well for Black people? 

Black people in BRA have absolute freedom, as this summer's Mahogany Mobs have shown. But there does exist a dark side to BRA.

Even in a country where every conceivable effort is made to uplift Black people beyond their merit, Black unemployment is at depression levels. In Atlanta at one of those CBC events discussing Black unemployment, 5,000 Black people waited for hours just for the opportunity to interview for one of the jobs with the 90 companies there:
Thousands of unemployed waited overnight, camping out in their business suits and office heels and braving the tormenting heat in Atlanta to stand in line for a job fair Thursday. Authorities treated 20 people for heat exhaustion as they struggled to keep the line moving and get people moved inside. 

The incredible turnout at the job fair comes on the heels of the state labor commissioner's announcement that Georgia's jobless rate rose. 

The state unemployment rate increased to 10.1 percent in July from the 9.9 percent in June. The unemployment rate for African-Americans stands at 15.9 percent, far above the national rate of 9.1 percent. 

July marks the 48th consecutive month that Georgia has exceeded the national unemployment rate.
The line was full of hopefuls who waited for hours in a line that wrapped around the Atlanta Technical College where the event was held. 

The For the People Jobs Initiative, hosted by U.S. Reps. John Lewis and Hank Johnson and sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus, is a series of job fairs and town halls at some of the urban areas hit hardest by unemployment and the financial crisis. 
The enormous turnout in Georgia created miles of traffic that clogged southwest Atlanta.
Even in a country where the concept of Black-Run America guides the hiring decisions of those made in academia, the government, the military, the justice department, and the corporate and private business sector, the Black community is in a state of free fall.

Black people already rely on government employment for a large percentage of the overall jobs they are employed in currently and Mein Obama - with his Executive Order effectively making it impossible for white applicants to get a job with the Federal Government - is just going to make the reality for Black people much worse.

"Unleash us?" Black people have already been unleashed on America, and no one wants to live anywhere near what transpires in the path of the unleashed.

Now, through an Executive Order effectively banning the hiring of white people in the Federal Government, Mein Obama has 'acted stupidly' in a manner that he must be called out on. But not one "conservative" will say a thing, because of some strange desire to get 10 percent of the Black vote instead of 8 percent.

What he should do is just ban private companies and corporations in America from hiring white people as well.

Don't forget we need to ban corporations from hiring Asians too. We need a law saying "for every non-black hired, at least one black has to be hired" effectively doubling the cost of anything anyone wants to do.

Mobile car wash, prostitution, drug dealing, slum lords, unzoned BBQ houses, hustling, sales of stolen goods, welfare fraud, bootlegging, gambling, pawn shops, begging, hauling junk for money and then dumping the junk in empty lots and the list goes on. Blacks are only unemployed by white standards; they have always run an illegal underground economy in order to avoid taxes and paying their fair share.

Look at the cars, rims, spinning wheels, acrylic nails, expensive athletics, designer duds, hair weaves. How do they pay for all of this loot??

Black men will not work (historically) because if they do, the courts will garnish their wages for child support and back taxes, fines, traffic tickets, and serve outstanding warrants.

Don't be fooled by the victimology routine. It is artfully crafted.

I seem to remember that the Federal Government already employs a workforce that is 25% black. Yet I also seem to remember something about them making up 13% of the population.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. Today's politicians, especially those elite members of the CBC, are highly intelligent. I would imagine that Maxine Waters's IQ would make Thomas Jefferson look like an imbecile (***GAG***). Anyone else notice that even when these polished so-called educated and white-talking blacks get worked up that they simply can't control the ghetto diction and demeanor from taking over? This is what association meetings in my neighborhood are like now since being over run by blacks who are trying to escape living by blacks.

As a retired Federal worker, I would sure like to know where the government workplace is not "diverse". Where I worked, the government couldn't hire enough women and minorities, not matter how unqualified. They also couldn't promote them quickly enough to high positions.

Naturally, just the opposite was true for white males. I guess that is what they call "white privilege".

A couple of years ago the Office of Personnel Management announced 65% of the Federal work force here in DC was black. They are only 12 - 13% of the national population.

I retired from the military back during the Clinton administration and a certain agency wanted to keep me working. I was one of only a couple of dozen people in the country with the knowledge to perform the duties.

The Clinton White House had made a directive that any job above GS-12 had to be approved by the White House and they canned my hiring and told the agency to hire a black. The position went vacant until OPM killed it because they could not find a qualified black.

OPM even told the agency to hire someone unqualified and then take a year to train them. The few people performing the job each had over 20 years of experience and clearances above TS. There was only one minority that I had ever worked with and he was Asian.

I've worked for the federal government and 50% of the people there are black and 90% of them are incompetent and semi-literate. They won't be happy until 100% of the government is black. The only reason the government even functions is the small number of non-blacks and the army of contractors they have to hire to do the jobs that the black employees are incapable of doing.

An overwhelmingly black area of SE Queens. NYC lobbied hard for the FDA to build one of their Regional Testing Labs there. Research scientist positions were posted on their .gov jobs site. I waited six months for an interview, 3 days before Christmas. In my ~ 20 yrs in the field, I knew only 1 black scientist. There were none in my college class. Both 'PhD directors' that 'interviewed' me were black. Neither had a copy of my resume. One asked me 'interview questions' from some standard 'interview questionaire'. Not one question on any of the work I had done. With every competent answer I gave, it seemed their pained facial expressions increased. I asked whether they wanted to know more about my background. No.
The male 'director' took me on a quick tour. The labs were all new, state of the art, but I didn't really see anyone working. Out of ~ 20-30 personnel I saw, maybe 5 were white. In my last industry job, in a dept of ~ 60 , I knew 1 black scientist. The feeling I got in the place was almost unreal, like being in some hostile territory. I never received any letter, email or phone call indicating my status for the job or whether it had been filled. It was clear that if you were white, you had no chance of getting a job here.
On the bottom of the job posting, in bold type, was the statement: the FDA is an equal-opportunity employer, and hires without preference to age, race , religion or disability. This is an utter and total lie, more so with the federal government than any other entity. Scientific competence, merit and experience count for nothing if your race is wrong.

Personally I do not believe that bHussein Obama ever intends to vacate the office of the US president.

To be perfectly honest, I don't want him to vacate the office in 2012. If Michelle Bachmann or Mitt Romney or Mexican-worshiping Perry wins, it will officially be Back To Sleep for the vast majority of right-leaning white people.

No thanks. I don't ever want to go back to hearing "would you rather the Democrats had won?" as the answer to every fucking GOP effort to out-liberal the liberals. I don't think it's overstating things to say that our survival depends upon seeing this farce through to its logical conclusion.

Sad but true. Can't possibly tell you the number of my black, male employees who have had to leave work early to go to court, and that's if they even come into work. I work for a major international corporation (you'd all recognize them instantly) and the work force on the floor in this location is almost entirely black...with all of the social and behavioral problems you'd come to expect. And once you factor in the unionization of these employees, a bad situation becomes much worse.

I talk with other supervisors and managers and we're all stunned that in a country with unemployment in the black, male community at record high levels, we have to scrape and cobble together workers every day because the employees who were hired just don't come to work. I remember one employee irate and visibly upset with me because I referred him to HR for firing when he failed to come into work for 3 or 4 days in a row. I suspected he was in jail (and he was), but he acted as if being in jail was on par with other excused absences such as being sick or a death in the family.

Maxine Elliot Waters is a moron; always has been, always will be. However, her comment I think has been taken out of context: what she was actually saying was that she (as part of the CBC or as an individual) was not going to take any initiative or show any leadership and actually challenge President Obama on his failed policies until she gets word from her constituents. That's why she said something along the lines of 'when you're ready let us know' and "Unleash us".

In Obama's new diverse America, whites do not get employment in government. However, whites are now expected to be taxed to death in private jobs, in order to support all the blacks in government bureaucracies and all the rest on welfare entitlements.

You see, the tables have been turned... whites are now forced to pay for their collective past sin of slavery, by becoming the new slaves of BRA. And to keep you in line, on a regular basis your stores will be flash-mobbed, your cities will be burned, your daughters will be raped, and you will be beaten. Consider this: for the last half century the federal government has implemented every manner of liberal program re civil rights, minorities, social engineering, whatever: war on poverty, affirmative action, minority business grants, subsidies for black colleges, black history month, "diversity" agitprop, equal opportunity commissions up the wazoo, ad infinitum. Yet here we are with blacks still waiting to be "unleashed."

What the heck? Why have all these other programs failed, and failed so miserably such that another round of federal busybodiness must be inflicted upon the fruited plains?

What kind of world do conservatives and libertarians believe will be created if these types of affirmative action hiring practices are removed and we have a country where only merit matters?

This is a real challenge for true small government conservatives who seek political solutions to the explosion of the power of the state. The growth of government will be defended by minorities -- and feminist women -- who benefit from the income transfers and social engineering. And they are organized enough to block any real reform. So quite possibly the system will stagger on until it finally self-destructs. Come to think of it, perhaps the current economic imbroglio is one symptom of this collapse. Certainly the USA is spending itself into oblivion and this is in no small part due to the social engineering.

The only reason the government even functions is the small number of non-blacks and the army of contractors they have to hire to do the jobs that the black employees are incapable of doing.

Interesting point, and one worth considering. Is the entire business of privatization and outsourcing being driven by similar considerations? The government is increasingly becoming a reservation for AA hires, while the real work is being done by the contractors. Certainly we can see much of this in the current wars in the Middle East. Or with Blackwater et alia charging to the rescue in New Orleans after Katrina.

You also have to ask, how many of our national problems might have been solved had a qualified person not been displaced by an AA hire? Who knows if there was not some economic genius who could have balanced the budget had he not been shoved into the unemployment line to make room for a favored minority applicant?

We might also look at how NASA has abandoned the manned space program, to be replaced by feel good programs. Meanwhile, private companies are launching spacecraft. Perhaps in a roundabout way, liberal social engineering will bring about a revitalization of the private sector as the government becomes a reservation for incompetence?

We have a neo-Soviet style economy, with so many "jobs" directly or indirectly paid for by the government.

We got deindustrialized, and our farms were taken over by agribusiness, and the booby prize is "social services." But now a huge percentage of the population makes it's money from government!

A big problem is that big players such as agribusiness and globalization drove out workshops and craftsmen and small farmers, which were the backbone and sinew of the USA.

We already live in the "New World Order," or some sort of perverse, neo-communism -- a new world order of "regime change" and "social services."

However, it's not sustainable. The country is literally descending into Zimbabwe, albeit a bit slower. We have more cushion, more "savings" to draw down, but our trajectory is the same as Rhodesia/Zimbabwe.

What we White Americans need to do is try to restart local economy and renounce debt. The peak oil movement has come to this conclusion. Here's a very good interview with Charles Hugh Smith:

If we get our private niches back, we keep our companies/enterprises small and lean so we don't have to comply with anti-discrimination laws, so we can put all our resources into our fellow Whites and especially White children. One thing we really need to do is own convenience stores again. We White people need those economic niches. We can't afford for every convenience store to be owned by someone from India or Pakistan.

Consider that the living standards of black slaves was significantly higher than their African cousins, one could argue that black slavery was humanitarian.

The sin of slavery was the eventual integration of incompatible people groups.

Perhaps 90 percent of black Americans are incapable of self-sufficiency. They need to be 'kept.'

Sadly, many blacks are incapable of comprehending the value of living in a Western culture. Inferior intelligence prohibits them from grasping the fact that White ingenuity has given them everything from quality food to cell phones.

It's not that many black don't 'get it.' It's that many blacks can't get it.

Here's a thought: if slavery was a sin demanding reparations, then does this work both ways? Millions of Europeans were enslaved by African Barbary Pirates. And quite a few Americans also go enslaved in this manner. Does this mean that European governments will demand reparations, or that the descendents of the African pirates must beat their breasts with guilt over all this?

This takes the cake as far as I am concerned. I have freinds and family who voted for obama. They even put his centerfold from the local paper on the fridge the day after election day.

I kid you not.

The funny part about this is these people who voted for him have white male sons. Why would you vote for a man who will discriminate against your children because of the color of thier skin? From the moment michele said that this was the first time she is proud of her country, I knew what they were about, not to mention the racist "church" that they attended for 20 years. One television commentator on Fox stated that obamas interest in social justice and all of the programs he is promising will be fiscally impossible. Now look at us.

Even the black people who voted for him, based on his skin color, didnt think that things would work out this way. They thought the brinks truck was going to make deliveries to thier houses.

I am convinced that if you are white and once again vote for obama, you have been sucessfully brainwashed from all the propoganda news stations and stupid primetime television.

All of those blacks lining up for a chance of a job is BS. People on welfare have to apply for jobs every once in awhile to keep the benefits rolling in. They always apply for places that they have no skills in, not McDonalds or something. It was also a photo op to push this "only hire blacks" crap obongo just did. Their welfare offices probably made them all go there. I wouldn't doubt it. Sneakier things are done.

I can remember how many of these welfare people would come into the clinic to put in an application but had no medical training. We had to sign a sheet for them that they applied so they could take it in to their case worker. of course they couldn't be hired when they didn't have any experience or degrees.

The school year in my city starts tomorrow, and the news has been covering a lot of "back pack" and "school supply" donations for the past week. I noticed that at the community centers or convention centers where they hold them, the cameramen do not pan the crowd. Rather, they take as many close shots as possible. They lead with the one white kid who is there for a donation, but then it's a non stop parade of black kids. If they were to zoom the camera lens out, then everyone would see that there's a crowd of a thousand black kids there for free school supplies. I really wish they would do the close up to zoom out reveal technique, like the Gone with the Wind scene where they revealed a bunch of injured soliders.

Slavery is having your young white children ages six to thirteen working in the cotton mills of Lancashire ,England for twelve hour non stop shifts,both jobs in the worst conditions ,one can imagine,going home to hardly any food,No heating in their houses,damp squaller,you can go on about Steel Works,Foundries,Farming, the mortality rate ,if you got to thirty you did well,
However under thje worst and harshest conditions they still created a great family of nations,through hard work and education,SO dont talk to me about slavery,American Blacks are parrasites

Blacks cause trouble in large numbers, but there really are only a few of them (13%). If we could find a way to induce them to spread out evenly over the whole country, you'd have 1 black for roughly every 10 non-blacks. Those are pretty good odds. Just as whites have had their freedom of association destroyed, if we stigmatized large collections of blacks as "racist" and "exclusionary" we could dilute their negative effects. I mean why do we settle them all in one place anyway? A whitopia can handle a couple of black families without losing its character. Concentrating them just makes them worse, but their natural behaviors and instincts would be suppressed in an environment where they are surrounded.

I had one fellow of the talented tenth, a Yale law graduate no less, float a business venture by me.He came up with this while working in West Africa. It doesn't work that way. The entire Racism Industry in this country (and the West as a whole) is geared toward whites only. Nonwhites are allowed to be as exclusionary and racist as they please. As Auster likes to say, conservatives who complain about a "double standard" aren't seeing the whole picture. There is no double standard; there is a single standard: Kill the West. Kill it by any means necessary, but kill it.

From time to time you'll hear idiot conservatives rubbing their hands with glee at the prospect of being a minority in their own country. They think that they will then be able to enjoy all the special rights and privileges that nonwhites enjoy, and that they'll be able to agitate for their own group without guilt. They fail to realize that liberalism is an anti-white movement. When and if whites become a minority, nonwhites will ramp up their efforts to destroy what's left of us. We'll be the officially designated oppressors until there are none of us left. Think of SA.

i think black people kill more people period than any other race in america because of the ignorance and high weapons rate in the communitys

45% of the prison population is African American yet they only comprise 12% of the general population.

am i saying that the system is heavier towards prosecuting black people??? yes definately.

but im also saying theres a lot more white people than black in america and per race, theres way more black murders compared to white, latino, or asian
