So it's difficult to take seriously the claims by Eric "My People" Holder (who famously sided with the black insurrectionists in Ferguson by mid-August when he demanded "Tell them to remove the damn tanks" that were thwarting further riots/looting in the city) of serious racial bias on the part of the majority white Ferguson Police Department against the ever-increasing black majority population in the city.
In a speech on March 4, Holder spent a considerable amount of time discussing how due process exonerated Darren Wilson of any wrong-doing in the shooting death Michael Brown. In fact, Officer Wilson did everything that day by the book.
But Holder spent a considerable more amount of time discussing the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice report on the Ferguson Police Department. Here's a sample of his remarks. [Attorney General Holder Delivers Update on Investigations in Ferguson, Missouri, Justice.Gov., 3-4-15]:
A possible explanation for this discrepancy was uncovered during the course of our second federal investigation, conducted by the Civil Rights Division to determine whether Ferguson Police officials have engaged in a widespread pattern or practice of violations of the U.S. Constitution or federal law.
As detailed in our searing report – also released by the Justice Department today – this investigation found a community that was deeply polarized; a community where deep distrust and hostility often characterized interactions between police and area residents.
A community where local authorities consistently approached law enforcement not as a means for protecting public safety, but as a way to generate revenue. A community where both policing and municipal court practices were found to disproportionately harm African American residents. A community where this harm frequently appears to stem, at least in part, from racial bias – both implicit and explicit.
Between October 2012 and October 2014, despite making up only 67 percent of the population, African Americans accounted for a little over 85 percent of all traffic stops by the Ferguson Police Department. African Americans were twice as likely as white residents to be searched during a routine traffic stop, even though they were 26 percent less likely to carry contraband. Between October 2012 and July 2014, 35 black individuals – and zero white individuals – received five or more citations at the same time. During the same period, African Americans accounted for fully 85 percent of the total charges brought by the Ferguson Police Department. African Americans made up over 90 percent of those charged with a highly-discretionary offense described as “Manner of Walking Along Roadway.”
And the use of dogs by Ferguson police appears to have been exclusively reserved for African Americans; in every case in which Ferguson police records recorded the race of a person bit by a police dog, that person was African American.Oh. My. God.
Black people were arrested. Fire every white cop now, check their closets for white robes and their garages for lighter fluid and wood that could easily be fashioned into a cross!
Luckily, VDare.com exists for an introduction of sanity to the debate.
As does Paul Kersey. [“Hands Up Don’t Shoot” Was A Lie. Data Shows Latest DOJ Report Is, Too., VDare.com, 3-5-15]:
And that brings us to the third element of the story, the actual crime rates. For all the MSM attention given to Ferguson, few supposed journalists have done any reporting other than repeating whatever hashtags were held up by vapid celebrities.
So it was left to me. I called the Ferguson Police Department to obtain the crime reports sorted by race that extended back at least a decade. (Significantly the Justice Department examined only a sample size of the last three years—probably to avoid revealing systematic and long-standing black criminality). I was told by an officer that I was the first journalist to ask for this information.
I was told to consult The Missouri Uniform Crime Reporting Program(MUCRP), which allows anyone to pull reports—going back to the year 2001—for every city in Missouri.
You can search for various report types, including arrests by age, sex, crime with race.
So, doing what the Department of Justice and apparently every journalist in America is incapable of doing, I pulled those arrest reports on the MUCRP site for Ferguson going back to 2001.
In viewing the following, please remember that according to the 2000 U.S. Census, the city of Ferguson was only 52 percent black.

And remember this: Racism is holding blacks responsible for their actions.
The response by Black-Run America (BRA) to canonize Michael Brown while castigating not only Darren Wilson but all white police officers in Ferguson is an attempt to liberate black people from the consequences of their actions.
