Two Black Guys in Tulsa Allegedly Execute White Couple Ethan Nichols and Carissa Horton (But Did They Stop at Chicken Hut?)

Black people always point to the legacy of the Black Wall Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a sense of nostalgia, fondness, and melancholy. That it was basically a glorified strip mall (which, consequently, non-existent Black purchasing power in 2011 prohibits from being erected in majority Black communities) notwithstanding, the descendants of those who built the Black Wall Street in Tulsa have regressed to the mean.

Meaning, when a Black person is shot at the popular Chicken Hut restaurant, Black people will act like nothing is wrong and step over the dying body in pursuit of said chicken. That happened in March of 2010, and only two months later more gun shots rang out at that exact same Chicken Hut location. Black people, Tulsa, and Chicken Hut... what a combination!

The Black crime rate in Tulsa is so bad that even Black residents of the city refer to it as Thug Town:
Worse, Tulsa - with a Black population of 15 percent - is commonly denoted as 'Thug Town' by its BLACK POPULATION. White people are reminded not to call Black people thugs, but Black people openly call their city Thug Town.

One entrepreneur and businessman started the magazine Urban Tulsa Weekly, which publishes the special "Tulsa Crime Monthly" to showcase rampant criminality in the city once described as the home of Black Wall Street (it's on Facebook here).

The Black Wall Street has become Thug Town. The state of Black America in a nutshell can be found in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Now comes a story that will be promoted by only the local news channels in Tulsa and the usual suspects on the Internet. CNN, MSNBC, FOX News and other national media won't fly to Tulsa to film tearful stories on the murder-execution of the young white couple Ethan Nichols and Carissa Horton. They were murdered by two Black guys, one who even returned to the scene of the crime and gave an interview with a reporter on the horrifying murder at a park he brings his kids to!:
Police say the two men arrested on murder charges showed no remorse for their alleged crimes.

Darren Price, 19, and Jerard “Jirao” Davis are accused of ambushing, robbing and shooting a young couple at Hicks Park in east Tulsa on Sunday night.

The bodies of Ethan Nichols, 21, and Carissa Horton, 18, were found on the jogging trail the next day by a couple walking their dog.

Tulsa Police patrol, homicide detectives and the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force tracked down Darren Price just hours after the bodies were found, he was in Ethan’s car.

Police arrested Davis not long after Price’s arrest and found the suspected murder weapon inside his apartment, not far from Hicks Park.

In an exclusive interview the parents of Ethan and Carissa share their children’s story and their dedication to Christ.

Ethan worked at Blue Bell Creamery and had his Associates degree and wanted to be a graphic designer. His family says he loved Frisbee golf and was an active guy. 


Police say the suspects, Darren Price and Jerard Davis, showed no remorse.

“They are right where they need to be in this society. We need to warehouse them and that's where they need to be for the rest of their life. If there is any case for a death penalty case this would be one of them," says Tulsa Police Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker.

Ethan’s father is fighting to forgive the men who took away his youngest child.
"I know I have to forgive to be forgiven but I can't find it in my heart for them to,” says Scott Nichols. Ethan’s mother believes he will find forgiveness.

“I can't say I want them condemned to hell because that wouldn't be any better. If they have a chance to know Christ, and really truly know Christ then they will know and realize and feel the anguish they have they have caused by killing absolutely two loving and innocent, wonderful kids," says Mrs. Nichols. "It is so important for us to know, we cannot, I will allow none of my family to see revenge or seek hatred in their hearts because that is Satan. We wouldn't be any better for them.”

Carissa’s mother believes all the anger in the world will still not bring her daughter and her boyfriend back.

"Tulsa needs to know that these were two innocent children. Not doing anything wrong. Their lives were taken in a horrifying way,” says Mrs. Nichols.

They warn others that this can happen to any innocent person. “Continue to remind their kids not to put themselves in a vulnerable position," says Mr. Nichols.


"Don't turn your back on anybody it's just not right. If Tulsa can step up and take hold of that and at least love each other a little bit maybe we can stop some of this next time,” says Mrs. Nichols. 
Sigh. The family of those two lovers murdered (execution-style) by two remorseless Black thugs have learned nothing. The lives of their children were taken by Black thugs - one who even returned to the scene of the crime to do an interview with the local ABC affiliate!!! - execution-style. Execution-style!

Nick Stix mentioned this here, but let me quote what was written by Phil Price at KTUL-ABC:
In a bold and brazen move that has stunned even Tulsa police homicide detectives, one of the men arrested in connection with the killing of two young adults, actually gave an interview at the scene of the crime with Tulsa's Channel 8 less than an hour after the bodies were discovered.

The shocking discovery came to light a day after Darren Price was arrested in connection with the execution style killing of Ethan Nichols and Carissa Horton Sunday Night.

Hours before his arrest however, Price returned to the park where he made small talk with a KTUL photojournalist then agreed to speak on camera about what was taking place.


In the interview Price is asked what he thought about the crime scene and had this to say, " I thinks its real crazy. I bring my kids out here to play. Got to raise the question, is it safe to even walk around this town with people just dying and stuff."


He goes on to add that, "It don't make me feel real easy and I stay close by here."

Chilling when we have just learned some of the details into these senseless killings.

Police say Nichols and Horton arrived at the park shortly before 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
And according to police, Darren Price and Jirao Davis had allegedly agreed to rob the couple after ambushing them.

What? Calling what Darren Price did "bold and brazen" shows how evil these Perfidious White Journalists (PWJs) are; the actions of Darren Price going back to the scene of the crime, where he executed two white people are stupid and evil. The same kind of evil and stupidity on display when hundreds of Black people stepped over the dying body of a Black person at the Chicken Hut in Tulsa back in March of 2010.

One wonders if Darren Price and Jirao Davis were two of those hundreds of Black people who walked over the dying body of a Black person that fateful night at Chicken Hut?

Two fine, sterling representatives of "The Blacks" execute two white kids (a loving couple) in Tulsa, a town renowned for once producing a great Black Wall Street that no majority Black city can replicate in 2011. You can bet that Darren Price and Jirao Davis were regular visitors to the Chicken Hut in Tulsa; you can bet that the children Ethan Nichols and Carissa Horton will never have the opportunity to have and raise would have paid for the EBT/SNAP card that would have enabled Price and Davis' unwanted progeny to eat. And Section 8 Vouchers.

And the free lunch program at the public school. And TANF welfare.

The day will come when a representative of "The Blacks" guns down the wrong person; the wrong son; the wrong daughter; the wrong husband; the wrong wife; the wrong grandparent. On this day, the response to the media won't be to turn the other cheek.

Right now, Ron Unz over The American Conservative (Sic) can write about the end of white America and state:
Yet during the two decades that followed, Southern California underwent an enormous immigration-driven demographic transformation, creating a new Los Angeles which was almost 80 percent non-white and a surrounding region in which whites no longer held even a mere plurality.


This sweeping racial shift, involving the movement or displacement of over ten million people, might easily rank as the largest in the peacetime history of the world and is probably matched by just a handful of the greatest population changes brought about by war. The racial transformation in America’s national population may be without precedent in human history.
That great racial transformation is bringing violence to cities that once had low crime rates. Take Denver for instance, where a combination of Black and Mexican (illegal alien) violence is causing the dwindling white population to demand more and more police presence and protection.

Unz, you are a liar. You run a magazine that you have poured millions into bankrolling and keeping afloat (turning it into a non-profit when subscribers left and readership plummeted); you dedicate resources to pay salaries for a full-time staff to actively undermine true American conservatism and congratulate you on writing articles with dubious facts; and you claim raising the median wage will save America.

You fail to mention that white people flee cities that the Black Undertow have taken over and you fail to mention that white people have fled the state of California, which the Brown Undertow from Mexico has made unlivable.

And those white people stuck in cities like Tulsa, Oklahoma, get to enjoy the glories of living near the descendants of the forever gone Black Wall Street.

365Black Behavior AGAIN at McDonald's; Survivor Provides an Unforgettable Lesson

McDonald's has become a warzone
We've been itching to start doing the old # posts again and have a long essay on the rap group Odd Future (who rap about rape) and Ashley Judd that has been gestating in our mind for about two weeks. Also, a highly combustible situation is brewing New York where the parents of a Black college football player, Danroy Henry Jr., who was killed for failing to cooperate with police, are suing.

 Just like in the Jena 6 case, all Black people will rally around Danroy's family pouring more gasoline on a situation that is only one spark away from turning into a mighty conflagration.

But before we can move on and enjoy Easter weekend and finish Hollywood in Blackface, 365Black behavior popped up again at McDonald's. Just a few days removed from the aborted attempt to hire 50,000 new employees nationwide, McDonald's announced that inflation is about to hit their value meal, which helped drive up profits and the company's stock price a few years ago.

Will these rising prices cause more violence? Yes.

A video has appeared on Worldstarhipop.com of four teenagers beating up another teenager to the point that she eventually suffered an alleged seizure in a McDonald’s.
The video shows the manager and employees of the McDonald’s trying to stop the fight, but the group of girls continued pounding on the teenager.


The girl began twitching on the floor a few minutes after the girls left the McDonald’s.
Not to be outdone, but another Black patron of McDonald's had a 365Black moment:
It seems that McDonald’s is becoming the new favorite place to find crazy videos of people going insane.

In this video, a woman accuses a McDonald’s employee of throwing something at her. She then does the same thing and takes a few pylons and throws them behind the counter. She also took the registers and threw them on the floor.


The manager of the McDonald’s was heard telling the customer to please calm down, but she refused to.

McDonald's is not only unhealthy for the body, providing no nutritional value, but it provides a venue for behavior that can only be labeled as 365Black. Go to Chick-fil-A instead.

Not to be outdone, the show Survivor on CBS provided a moment of clarity for all to see. More on this later, but thanks to a loyal reader who sent this story in, one can see that any criticism of a Black person will be construed as immediately racial in tone.

Laughter... a most Potent Ally


It is said brevity is the soul of wit. Black people do not like jokes at their expense, for daring to poke at Black people is a mortal sin and one that will soon be illegal in the United States of America as administered by Mein Obama.

Black malfeasance must not be acknowledged, instead disregarded as a momentary lapse in judgment by what a surviving member will ultimately state, “But he was such a good boy and we never knew he had problems,” or, “he was trying to change.”

For Black people are angelic and devoid of anything remotely resembling document-able, verifiable and testable pathologies that appear wherever they reside, regardless of the state, county, city or even country.

Black Run America (BRA) is a term that describes the prevailing attitudes and mindset that dominates and dictates the course of acceptable dialogue in this nation. We have lived under the tenets and rules of BRA for sometime (BRA does not literally mean a government run by Black people, but it means a government, educational system, workforce, entertainment industry, etc. that has the desire for uplifting Black people as its number one aim, goal and desire, all at the expense of other people) and we have shown how powerful this governing mindset can be, as in the case of the Soul Food menu at NBC during Black History Month.

Under no circumstance can white people ever find it acceptable to buy into patently untrue Black stereotypes and locate humor at the expense of Black people. The continual anointing of Black people must forever occur to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of BRA, as the slightest deviation from the creed, the very doctrine and foundation of modern America life could destroy the whole system.

Government is dominated by Black people, their over-representation posing major problems to Tea Party members who want to curtail government power and roll back the size of the ever-expanding leviathan.

Thus, it is obvious Tea Party members are racist. The desire to terminate hundreds of thousands of Black people from the payrolls of local, state and the Federal government is the endgame of Tea Party enthusiasts, yet they steadfastly refuse to acknowledge this simple fact.

America could be retaken tomorrow. If those who can see understood the farcical world they truly inhabit – trying to convince untold millions of the vast differences in IQ that exist, the horrifying crime rates that fluctuate so disproportionately between racial groups and the sorry state of majority Black cities – and instead understand the powerful weapon that is laughter, all would change.

Crime is a reality that any person unfortunate to live in a ghetto can tell you is an unfortunate reality of everyday life. Any Disingenuous White Liberal acting as a modern-day pioneer and attempting to gentrify previously Black areas of a city knows the inherent risk in their action, though they steadfastly refuse anything bad could happen to them (long have they believed in the Noble Savage myth and refused to concede just how harsh the frontier was before whites subdued a hostile Indian population).

The same situation is what all would-be individuals participating in gentrification encounter. The white people who believed in Manifest Destiny had a common goal and purpose, those gentrifying blighted areas of majority cities do so to be trendy, cool and chic.

The healing power of laughter is infectious and capable of incredible feats. Imagine the next time you see Black people wearing their pants on the ground, with a belt noticeably absent, you didn’t lock your car, but instead laughed.

Projecting fear is a weakness in nature. White people – whenever they prepare to denigrate Black people in speech – look around the room prior to mouthing “Black people” or “African-American” in an almost inaudible manner, for fear a Black person might actually hear them say such ungracious platitudes.

Next time you see a group of white people together at a party, bar or restaurant table and they all come closer together to muffle whatever is being said and then all look around nervously to double-check no Black person was in earshot of the offensive statement, you will know the veracity of what is stated here.

White people fear Black people and spend vast fortunes moving to Whitopia’s in order to escape their presence.

This fear translates to doubt and an acceptance of BRA. Major cities becoming irrevocably lost due to this terror, this all consuming tread and trepidation that penetrates ever white mind imposing the iron clad rule of no poking fun at Black people, at all times.

Well, like the emperor with no clothes, BRA must be laughed upon at every opportunity. Every goofy Black-owned, tricked out car; every ridiculous Black person wearing overly conspicuous suits; every episode of The Boondocks where Black people are the butt of every joke, but in a manner of sophistication and erudition that sneaks past the censors; every time you see a story confirming any stereotype you read, especially chicken, then you must laugh.

Break the power that keeps BRA afloat, and laugh. Why do you think Dave Chappelle no longer has a show?

Simple – he inadvertently gave away the keys to the kingdom and exposed the mendacity of BRA’s supremacy.

Statistics don’t lie, though many brush them aside without a passing glance. Crime, STD rates, IQ differences and test results (SAT, ACT, MCAT, GMAT, LSAT, etc.) can be dismissed using some form of cultural bias or insensitive remark.They remain true, though they have been effectively neutered because BRA's influence means they will not be tolerated in polite discussion.

But laughter… laughter is powerful, liberating.

Laughter is the way to exonerate yourself and bring about an emancipation you never thought possible.

Free yourself and laugh.

A final thought: why is it that the movie The Boondock Saints is so popular with young white males? Could it be a joke heard in the movie that few find offensive and untrue?

Brevity is the soul of wit. And it is through laughter that a revolution begins. It is the only form of defiance left.

#41. Chick-fil-A



Fast food represents the ultimate Black feast. Cheap, quick and with the option of utilizing the drive-thru window to procure the meal, fast food restaurants have been the source of Black people’s growing waistline throughout America and simultaneously, give those paying attention a glimpse into the future.

We have discussed the 365 Black marketing-tactic employed by McDonald’s before, a celebration of the fusion of Black culture with the Golden Arch and believe that no business entity better reflects the Black community then McDonald’s. It is a perfect marriage, tailor-made to be mutual beneficial to one another.

Now, our friends at Bloomberg Businessweek have published a story confirming how the culinary tastes of Black people have set the trends for the rest of America:

The music industry has long sold black culture to white Americans. Now McDonald's (MCD) is doing much the same. It's taking cues from African Americans, Hispanics, and Asians to develop menus and advertising in the hopes of encouraging middle-class Caucasians to buy smoothies and snack wraps as avidly as they consume hip-hop and rock 'n' roll.

"The ethnic consumer tends to set trends," says Neil Golden, McDonald's U.S. chief marketing officer. "So they help set the tone for how we enter the marketplace." Golden says preferences gleaned from minority consumers shape McDonald's menu and ad choices, which are then marketed to all customers.

The fast-food giant's strategy is a departure from the way companies typically market to American households. Usually, a company works with an agency to develop advertising aimed at the general market, then turns to boutique multicultural agencies to create versions tailored to blacks, Hispanics, or Asians. McDonald's still creates ads specially tailored to minority groups, as it has for over 30 years, but minorities exert an increasingly influential role in its mainstream advertising as well. The company thinks they provide early exposure to new trends.

"Most companies think they can box in Latinos, box in African-Americans, and then run the general market ad," says Steve Stoute, chief executive of Translation, which advises brands, including McDonald's, on how to reach young adults. "McDonald's will take an ad that could be primarily geared toward African-Americans and put a general market advertising dollar behind it."

The move reflects a demographic shift under way in the U.S. as a whole. As whites head toward minority status by mid-century, according to Census Bureau projections, Hispanics, Asians, and black populations are growing faster. California and Texas, the two largest states, are already "majority minority," meaning white non-Hispanics make up less than 50 percent of the population.

Yes, the future of America is a wonderful tableau of races from various continents and fast food restaurants do present a wonderful picture of what the glorious future of harmony will most likely become.

Chicken Hut, a restaurant that caters to Black people in Tulsa, could learn a thing or two about marketing from McDonald’s as it attempts to shed the unfortunate image of being an establishment that caters to patrons unconcerned about a dying individual whose last breaths were spent impeding patrons from ordering fresh chicken.

Hysteria is known to follow fast food restaurants that fail to stock high-caloric food at a rate that outpaces demand, as Popeyes and Kentucky Fried Chicken have found.

No, the article in Bloomberg Businessweek is correct as the palates of Black people (and that growing minority that Black people will soon compete against) dictate the dining choices of white people. The fact that America is in the onset of a depression and that McDonald’s offers drastically reduced food prices that make dining there convenient to even the most health-conscious individual has nothing to do with McDonald’s improving bottom-line.

Perhaps in the glorious future we move ever closer to by the second, McDonald’s will merge with every restaurant, thereby wining the franchise war that the movie Demolition Man gave erroneously to Taco Bell.

Regardless, the future that fast food restaurant’s so assiduously pin their financial hopes and dreams to is coming, even if white people have to be dragged kicking and screaming there. Jack in the Box, a company that has a menu similar to McDonald’s, is seeing slumping sales.

Worse, patrons to this franchise seem to be displaying behavior that other fast food restaurants continually deal with on a daily basis. The manners, mores and etiquette on display at fast food restaurants offer one who pays attention an honest glimpse of what demographic changes mean:

It was once a sporty, bright yellow Ford Mustang, but on Monday morning, it looked like a crumpled, mangled mess of metal. The doors torn off, the top crushed in -- it was barely recognizable as a car, after tumbling through the air and landing in the parking lot of an auto repair shop off Beltway 8 North.

Harris County Sheriff's investigators say a man, whose name was not immediately released, allegedly carjacked two women at gunpoint while they were in a Jack in the Box drive-thru lane on Mesa Drive. The yellow Mustang belonged to one of the women.

"They were confronted by a male with a pistol," said Sgt. Monty Neighbors. That was at 2:30 a.m. Monday. Investigators found that pistol hours later in the parking lot of the auto repair shop.

The suspect, now in critical condition at Ben Taub General Hospital, was on the ground near the gun, badly hurt after losing control of the Mustang, flying through the air, and landing on a concrete curb while the Mustang bounced over the tops of several parked cars.

Yes, fast food is for Black people, but it is an avenue that apparently leads to white people emulating the dietary choices of Black people without reservation and with much infatuation. However, marketers have long been after the elusive Black people market when it comes to fast food:

There are far more ads for fast food and snacks on black-oriented TV than on channels with more general programming, researchers report in a provocative study that suggests a link to high obesity rates in black children.

The results come from a study that lasted just one week in the summer. Commercials on Black Entertainment Television, the nation’s first black-targeted cable channel, were compared with ads during afternoon and evening shows on the WB network and Disney Channel.

Of the nearly 1,100 ads, more than half were for fast food and drinks, such as sodas.

About 66 percent of the fast-food ads were on BET, compared with 34 percent on WB and none on Disney. For drinks, 82 percent were on BET, 11 percent on WB and 6 percent on Disney; and for snacks, 60 percent were on BET, none on WB and 40 percent on Disney.
An incredible study entitled Fast Food, Race/Ethnicity and Income: A Geographic Analysis, can be found here, but it confirms that these type of restaurants have always catered to minorities as a way to make incredible financial returns on the investment in the franchise to owner.

It seems Chick-Fil-A is one of the few companies left that refuses to follow this industry-wide practice of catering to Black people in its marketing strategy. A trip into a Chick-Fil-A offers a view of an America that runs counter to the one that virtually every other fast food restaurant presents, as the company mandates good manners in all its employees.

Smiling faces greet the customer
, a welcome departure from the usual menacing and unfriendly scowl that other fast food restaurant employees routinely display. Scholarship programs and incentives into one day starting a franchise encourage high school students to work at Chick-Fil-A and foster a sense of community within the restaurant's employees and customers that Chicken Hut in Tulsa would be wise to replicate.

Chick-Fil-A is the one company that runs counter to the trends that every other fast food company practices, as they openly utilize Pre-Obama America mores and traditions as the basis for the companies business model, as opposed to McDonald's which looks toward a pluralistic future hoping in vain that customers wallets continue to expand at the same pace that their waistlines do.

And there you have it. On one side, Chick-Fil-A stands firm, shuttering its doors on Sunday. On the other, fast food restaurants file lock-step behind McDonald's in paying homage to Black Run America by utilizing the 365 Black marketing techniques into their own marketing models.

You can either go kicking and screaming into the future, or decide to frequent Chick-Fil-A when making a fast food visit. The choice is yours, but Stuff Black People Don't Like will always eat more chicken, as Chick-Fil-A is a company that Black people look upon with suspect eyes. Though they might riot over free chicken sandwiches offered by the company, Black people will never understand why Chick-Fil-A doesn't go 365 Black as every other fast food restaurant has across America.

Regardless, you will be dragged to the future. Though we have heard Whole Foods is a place Black people are rare to visit....

#294. Peaceful 'Screen on the Green' Events


Black people are correct to call Atlanta the Black capital of America. Where else could a memo be leaked that called for Black people to unite together to keep a white women from becoming mayor of their city?

Some call Detroit the Black capital of America, a city which offers a glimpse into the strength and vitality of Black entrepreneurship and leadership, and acts as a microcosm for what the future holds for all major cities that lose any sense of racial diversity and become completely Black.

Atlanta. The home of Freaknic, Clayton County, Dekalb County (don't worry, this entry is coming), Georgia Tech students, near empty high-rise condo buildings and the largest concentration of homosexuals in the world is the true capital of Black America.

Though Atlanta is becoming increasingly white, the Black population of the city still sports a slight edge in maintaining racial hegemony and recently showcased that power in Piedmont Park during a showing of Transformers 2 at the recently returning 'Screen on the Green':

Mayor Kasim Reed said police and parks officials will conduct a comprehensive review of security protocols in wake of the melee that interrupted Thursday night's "Screen on the Green" at Piedmont Park.

Reed vowed the city will take "extraordinary steps to make sure that the security strategy for this event is adequate and fully-enforced."

In the meantime sponsors of the long-running summer film series have decided to postpone next Thursday's feature by one week, Peachtree TV said in a statement released Friday afternoon.

Sponsors Peachtree TV, City of Atlanta and the Piedmont Park Conservancy are "committed to continuing this summer tradition in the city's landmark park, and are working together to ensure that it remains a safe and fun family event," the statement said.

It was anything but that Thursday night, according to witnesses who said groups of marauding teens took over the event.

At a late-morning press conference, interim Police Chief George Turner said that the city requires that all special event organizers have a security plan in place that specifies the number of "personnel required for the event based on the information that is supplied in the application."

"While the Atlanta Police Department works in partnership with the event organizers and the Mayor’s Office of Special Events, the security personnel are responsible for ensuring the city-approved plan is followed," Turner said.

But, he said that in the future on-duty Atlanta officers will monitor the event.

That might be counter-productive, concert promoter Alex Cooley told the AJC.

"Nothing against the police, but when you have a uniform navigating through a crowd of people that can cause problems," said Cooley, who promoted the Midtown Music Festival.

Cooley, who's promoted events and concerts at home and abroad, said Atlanta's security policy is routine.

"I've been doing large-scale events for 35 years and that's how it's always been," he said. Typically the promoter will contract with a private security force that provides "T-shirt security," Cooley said. "They marshal a force and try to diffuse the situation. If that doesn't work, they go to the off-duty cops who are usually stationed around the perimeter of the grounds.

"Maybe I've been lucky, but I've never experienced any major problems with security."

But some witnesses at Thursday's screening of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" said security was inadequate.

Ron Sweatland wrote the AJC in an early morning e-mail Friday that about 15 minutes into the movie, "everyone's attention was diverted to the back end of the event where a group fight was taking place.

"There seemed to be no police presence and after about 10 minutes of this brawl it broke up with a group of people running into the dark," Sweatland wrote.

Turner said approximately 10,000 people were in the park, with 23 off-duty officers providing security.

After the fracas – Turner said it started with girls fighting, followed by a group of boys scuffling – the movie was stopped and off-duty officers “dumped” the park.

“Then we got a call from off-duty and we responded with the blue lights,” Turner said, adding that one person has been arrested for an unrelated incident. The chief said there was no evidence of gunfire at the event, as some had reported.

Police continue to look for suspects. An incident report was not available when requested Friday afternoon from Atlanta Police.

Turner said the movie drew a larger crowd than anticipated.

“They had a young – if you will – movie,” Turner said. “And they had more people than they anticipated. It was a lot younger crowd.”

One movie-goer said free chicken sandwiches may had contributed to the brawl.

"It was an absolute mob scene, from the Chick-fil-A girls getting mobbed trying to hand out free sandwiches to the complete lack of respect for the people watching the movie," said Marc Freund.

"After enduring the first 30 minutes of the movie with people walking around and screaming, we decided to leave," Freund told the AJC.

Midtown resident Jeff Keesee said there were "gangs of kids roaming the aisles, doing stunts to get crowd reactions. People just standing around talking, yelling -- disrespect, rudeness, unruliness -- a total disaster."

Sweatland wrote that as his group headed to their cars, he saw a group of "high school-aged kids" throwing rocks at passing vehicles. One of the rocks "completely shattered the back window" of one of the cars, he said.

He said many of the children in the crowd were "scared and crying."

"I can remember a time when Screen on the Green was great family fun and we always looked forward to going," he wrote. "I think this will be our last time going and our friends agree that they will no longer go either."

"Up until the drought, I never missed a Screen on the Green in Piedmont Park," Keesee told the AJC. "I was so excited it was allowed back in. After tonight's debacle, I will work tirelessly to have it shut down unless something is done to improve crowd control."

Keesee said he didn't see a single police officer as the situation got "completely out of control."

Josh Hice, 26, of Newnan, was driving by Piedmont Park Thursday night with a friend when he said he was attacked by a group of high school-age people.

"There was a car stopped in front of me and a car stopped behind me, and there was this crowd of about 30 high school kids parading down the street," said Hice, who was driving an open-top Jeep.

First, a girl came up and spat in his face, Hice said, then he was punched in the face by another teen.

"It split my lip, then they start climbing all over my Jeep, and I turn around and my buddy is getting punched in the face and has blood pouring out of his nose," Hice said. "It was ridiculous. We were definitely victims of a hate crime."

Traffic ahead of Hice finally moved "and I just peeled out of there. I peeled out even with one of the dudes still hanging on the back of the Jeep, and he just jumped off."

"I felt like I was in another country," Hice said.

Last September, the Black Gay Pride Parade at Piedmont Park unfortunately descended into chaos. Reports of chicken being behind that event disintegrating into violence are unsubstantiated.

It is a well known fact that Black people are incapable of being quiet during movies. Now, imagine an outdoor festival where Transformers 2 (a movie that Black people found offensive for having two stereotypical Black robot characters) is playing in the unofficial Black capital of America. What happened in early June 2010 is sadly what transpires routinely at events staged across the nation when Black people gather in large numbers, as scores of Black people engaged in behavior that brought ruination and disrepute to the 'Screen on the Green' reputation:

The June 10 Screen on the Green showing of "Dreamgirls" has been postponed due to last night's melee. The series will resume with "Dreamgirls" on June 17, according to Peachtree TV.

"The Piedmont Park Conservancy, Peachtree TV, the City of Atlanta and other sponsors are committed to continuing this summer tradition in the city's landmark park, and are working together to ensure that it remains a safe and fun family event," according to a statement on Peachtree TV's website.

The popular Screen on the Green series at Piedmont Park ended abruptly last after several fights broke out and there were unconfirmed reports of gunfire.

Worse, another pattern is becoming painfully discernible, for once again a form of cooked poultry serves to create disadvantageous situations for Black people and anyone unfortunate enough to be near a ruinously diminutive supply of fowl.

Just like Tulsa's Chicken Hut and when Popeyes ran out of its prized offering, chicken contributed to the breakup of the peaceful viewing of the film in Atlanta.

Perhaps this is why block parties in the Black community have a habit of breaking out into violence: the supply of chicken is finite.

Stuff Black People Don't Like will include peaceful 'Screen on the Green' events, as Black people lack the ability to endure such an activity when a movie is showing with the simultaneous nuisance of free chicken sandwiches running out.

Black people don't like being quiet during movies and Black people don't enjoy shortsighted suppliers of chicken, especially when this delicacy is free.

You can bet no one shushed a Black person at this 'Screen on the Green'.

The Chicken Hut in Tulsa, Oklahoma Serves Heaping Portion of SBPDL - Again!


You might recall the unsettling story of The Chicken Hut restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which we discussed a few months ago.

Normally a venue peddling delicious fried chicken, this particular Chicken Hut is now a macabre reminder of Stuff Black People Don’t Like.

First it was dying people impeding fried chicken consumption, as a Black person was shot at the restaurant and eventually died, yet more than one hundred customers stepped over that individual in their quest to satiate their appetites. None offered a hand in help, for they were full of fried chicken and ostensibly greasy.

Now, the exact Chicken Hut restaurant in Tulsa has been the location of another tragic shooting:

“Three people were shot outside a north Tulsa restaurant early Sunday, less than three months after a man was fatally shot there.

Tulsa Police were called to the Chicken Hut, 1500 E. Apache St., at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday. They could not immediately find signs of a shooting. Soon after, a man with two gunshot wounds arrived at OSU Medical Center, Cpt. Walter Busby said.

A few minutes later, two other men, with one gunshot wound each, went to Hillcrest Medical Center. Police determined they were all shot at the Chicken Hut, Busby said.

None of the injuries were life-threatening, he said.

When officers returned to the scene, they found several bullet casings of three calibers. Police are still investigating the incident and have not yet determined how many shooters were involved, he said.

Just before 3 a.m. on Feb. 28, 27-year-old Valentino Verner was shot to death outside the restaurant, which draws large crowds in the early morning hours on weekends.

About 100 patrons were at the Chicken Hut on Feb. 28, but none would cooperate with police. Some of the crowd were aggressive toward emergency workers, getting in the way of attempted medical care and stepping over the body to get their food orders, police said.

The case remains unsolved.”

Notice how snitching and cooperating with police are conspicuously absent in this tale of fried chicken woe, as the culprits from the heartrending incident in February (when customers stepped over a dying Black person in their pursuit of tasty foods) have yet to be found and few are stepping forward to offer help to the police in solving this fowl crime.

When discernible patterns emerge that no amount of protestations from the grieving can blame the actions of rampant Black-on-Black criminality and poor behavior on virulent white racism (logically, the fail-safe position of ubiquitous white racism being the culprit for all Black failures), the only alternative is simply this: stay away from Chicken Hut’s, especially the one in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

They are not safe. Dying people is of minor concern to patrons of The Chicken Hut in Tulsa, for they will casually step over them to partake in delicious fried chicken consumption.

The excellent statistician La Griffe du Lion compiled data on a neighborhoods safety, which shows strong correlations to that areas racial diversity. The more Black people in a city, the greater the amount of crime.

Of course, this study is incomplete without the lessons learned from The Chicken Hut in Tulsa. No matter how unsafe a fried chicken establishment is in the Black community, it will still be frequented with instance regularity by Black people.

Interestingly, Tulsa is city that has a population of residents that virtually mirrors the United States racial breakdown of inhabitants:

In 2006, the racial makeup of the city was 70.09% white, 15.47% African American, 4.72% Native American, 1.82% Asian, 0.05% Pacific Islander, 3.45% from other races, and 4.40% from two or more races. Hispanics or Latinos of any race formed at least 7.15% of the population with possibly more unregistered persons living within the city.

Religiously, Tulsa is overwhelmingly Protestant. The city is located in a geographic strip of high church attendance and widespread beliefs in biblical Christianity often called the "Bible Belt", and its history as a hub for televangelists such as Oral Roberts along with a predominance of Christian beliefs and values often lead Tulsa to be considered the "buckle of the Bible Belt."

Tulsa is home to the infamous 1921 Tulsa Race Riots, which decimated the Black Wall Street that was growing in importance there. Perhaps Tulsa’s Black community will never recover from this incident that happened 89 years ago this June.

We’ll never know for sure. But what we do know is this: Don’t go to The Chicken Hut there.

Worse, Tulsa - with a Black population of 15 percent - is commonly denoted as 'Thug Town' by its BLACK POPULATION. White people are reminded not to call Black people thugs, but Black people openly call their city Thug Town.

One entrepreneur and businessman started the magazine Urban Tulsa Weekly, which publishes the special "Tulsa Crime Monthly" to showcase rampant criminality in the city once described as the home of Black Wall Street (it's on Facebook here).
