What if Tim Tebow were Black?

Check out Vdare.com for a reply to The American Spectator's W. Jim Antle to the piece on Discrimination against white players in the NFL (though he decided to focus on the Tim Tebow aspect of the article). Antle has long been one of my favorite writers, but he failed to address the primary points brought up in the original VDare piece (of course, Jordy Nelson dropped a fantastic bomb on the world after Antle's letter was sent).

How would Tebow be treated if he were Black?
Two important points were left on the cutting-room floor, so we'll re-post them here:

So a final thought experiment: what if Tim Tebow was a Black quarterback? The NFL and the largely liberal press have been desirous of seeing a Black quarterback succeed long before Rush Limbaugh's infamous takedown of Donovan McNabb in 2003. This season, Black quarterbacks have performed poorly.
How would these same analysts and talking heads who consistently put down Tebow’s ability and playing style react if he were a devout Christian and a Black man? My guess: like they did when Vick came into the league; as a player who was going to revolutionize the game. He'd become the face of the league and Black people would proudly wear his jersey in the manner they currently do Vick's.

and:

The upwards battle that talented white athletes have faced at securing a college scholarship because of the widespread belief that whites are not as fast as Blacks has been documented by recruiting guru Tom Lemming. It’s obvious this same prejudice carries over to the NFL, as Peyton Hillis told us last year when he was the first white running back to rush for more than 1,000 yards in a season since Craig James did back in the early 1980s. Or as white running backToby Gerhart (and Heisman Runner-up) told us prior to the 2010 NFL Draft, when NFL scouts were questioning whether a white running back could succeed.
Tebow is a winner and a reminder of the type of person that made this country. In a league filled with thugs, criminals, and sociopaths, Tebow is a reminder that character always shines through when surrounded by downright pieces of s&*t.

But Antle's letter pumped me up and has motivated me to finish three pieces today, two for other outlets. One deals with the HBD reality of college football recruiting (and lightly basketball recruiting). Never have we mentioned J. Phillipe Rushton's book Race, Evolution, and Behavior here, as the true HBD stuff is better suited for other sites; until now.

Black males (and women) physically mature faster than white males do, giving them an advantage when Super Prep, Scout.com, and Rivals.com begin targeting potentially FBS football recruits in their sophomore year of high school.  Many Blacks have reached their physical peak by this time, while whites are still growing. Nike, Under Armour, Reebok, and Adidas have already started reaching out to players at this point for exclusive invitations to prestigious camps where top schools like Alabama, Ohio State, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, etc., will evaluate the talent. These schools have recruiting budgets that near $1 million a year, and begin courting these players with phone calls and inundate them with a surplus of mail that might be the reason the US Postal Service still exists.

White high school players continue to grow and develop, but haven't been singled-out by recruiters at this stage of the evaluation process. So the top recruits that coaches -- and fans and alumni of each school who pay $9.95 a month for the privilege of posting at Scout.com or Rivals.com so they can follow the latest, breaking news on each precious recruit who they would NEVER interact with (indeed, they would consciously avoid) in real life -- see are the ones that nature has given an early advantage too.

More on this at Alternative Right by the end of the week. And yes, the long-awaited article that deals with white coaches who abdicated power in the 1970s, 80s, 90s and into today will be published at American Renaissance.

This isn't a college football or sports blog (and judging by a quick glance at Compete.com, people don't want it to go that route), but these are important topics. And I'm nearing the end of this run. There's a method to the maddening -- to many who read SBPDL -- I assure you.

This week you'll see an article on the United States Military Colleges (in honor of the Army-Navy game); you'll see an article called Black Men Can't Throw; you'll see a take down of the University of Washington, as I just finished reading a book about the disgrace that is Black coach Ty Willingham called Bow Down to Willingham: How White Guilt Enabled a Secretly Malicious Coach to Destroy the Once-Mighty Washington Huskies. Having just ordered Return to Glory: Inside Tyrone Willingham's Amazing First Season at Notre Dame , you'll also see an article on Notre Dame.

The goal is to then finish about 10-15 unpublished essays and get all the writings on college football found here and elsewhere prepared for Opiate of America: College Football in Black and White, which will be released on February 1, 2012. For those wondering, that's the same date as National Signing Day in the sport, where high school -- and junior college -- recruits can sign their letter of intent.

Please bear with me as I finish up these articles. It's a passion of mine, and you have to write about what you care about.

Besides, like two of the other books published under the SBPDL (Hollywood in Blackface and Captain America and Whiteness) it's important to dedicate yourself to writing about what interests you.

With that said, tonight expect a long post that describes why Atlanta is the perfect city for The Walking Dead tv show (no, The Walking Dead phenomenon). Tomorrow, you'll get the ultimate SBPDL look at what will be the epic of 2012, The Hunger Games.

And remember, SBPDL is currently trying to raise the funds to hire a web designer to take this site to the next level: no longer a blog, but something like a full-fledged site. If you enjoy what we are doing at SBPDL, please make a Yule-tide donation by clicking on the PayPal button in the right-hand corner, or contact us at SBPDL1@gmail.com for PO Box information.

You've helped us grow with increased traffic, now help us take the next step.

And if you have any complaints, please post them below or send them to me.

What would I like to see on the site? Perhaps a section where readers could post their own topics and initiate discussions.

It's a passion of mine, and you have to write about what you care about.

One thing that is good with SBPDL is that you relate this passion to the bigger picture. The situation in football becomes a metaphor for the situation in America.

How about you sprinkle some old fashioned number posts to post in between these constant sports posts? That can mix it up. I understand the sports as a metaphor thing, but there's a lot of wretchedness out there to cover.

I'm not a fan of football-or,for that matter, any heavily televised sport-but I'd like to touch on a point made in the the original post.

Blacks reach physical maturity quite a bit earlier than do us Blue Eyed Devils. I think that can be taken as a given, and it's a big factor in college and professional recruiting.
Understandably so,from the point of view of a recruiter. Why go to the trouble of recruiting a white kid who has a lot of promise but still needs 4 or 5 years to reach his full potential, when you can recruit a 20 year old buck that's already as big and fast as he's going to get?

But quarterbacks,if I'm thinking right, need a different skill set than running backs or receivers. And experience and seasoning mean more in a QB slot than a running back or wide receiver slot.

Since they normally mature at a younger age, blacks almost certainly burn out at a younger age as well, and this strikes me as a very good reason to look herder at white candidates for a QB slot than black candidates.

That white kid who's a good athlete at 23 will-barring injury or some other oddball occurrence-keep getting better for another 4 or 5 years and then level out for an additional 5 or 6 years. So it would make perfect sense to recruit blacks for the receiver and running back slots, since they're ready to go their first season and can be replaced more easily than a good quarterback, even if they burnout by their late 20's to early 30's.

And in the meantime,if you can keep that QB from getting hurt,he can very possibly be a 10 year type, generating wins and revenue for a good, long time.

I agree with Californian 100%. The discussion on here could be better, especially if we have to suffer with people like Desiree. Some of these conversations could go on much longer, but they get cut off because we all move on to the next new posting.

Four-time felon from West Seattle arrested for shooting at MLK and Dearborn

By Tom Fucoloro

Prosecutors have charged four-time felon Wayne Richard Dubois, 20, in connection with a November 6 shooting at MLK and Dearborn in which a man was shot in the groin (see our previous story).

According to court documents, Dubois and the victim got into an argument in front of Parnell's Market [PARNELL'S MARKET IS COMPLETELY NIGGERFUXATED] at 23rd and Dearborn. Dubois accused the victim of of taking some of his property, and victim walked away headed west on Dearborn toward MLK.

Dubois and a woman drove their green Ford Crown Victoria down Dearborn where Dubois allegedly got out of the car near MLK wielding a handgun. He yelled, "Break yourself!" before firing the gun at the victim, striking him once in the groin, according to prosecutors.

The victim ran to a friend's house nearby, and his friend drove him to the hospital.

After police arrested Dubois, who has four felony convictions, he admitted to being in the area at the time with his girlfriend in a green Ford Victoria, but he denied shooting the victim.

He has been charged with one count of first degree assault and one count of second degree unlawful possession of a firearm. He has previously been found guilty of unlawful possession of a firearm. Prosecutors laid out Dubois' criminal history and alleged gang ties in defense of their request for $1 million bail:

The defendant has prior convictions for Assault in the Third Degree (2007), Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree (2008), and Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (2011 and 2011). In addition to the defendant's troubling criminal history involving assault and firearms, he was on active supervision for the Department of Corrections at the time of this event. Further, the underlying facts in the present case demonstrate a marked lack of concern both for the safety of the community and for the victim. The shooting that is alleged in this case took place in the middle of the day, on a busy street, and included the defendant firing a handgun four separate times, including one bullet which struck the victim in the groin. The defendant has strong ties to gang activities in King County according to three separate police agencies and is specifically alleged to be a member of the Eastside Bounty Hunters Watts Blood gang from Los Angeles. The Bounty Hunters are associates of the West Side Street Mob in Seattle.

Paul, it would be great if you could turn the spotlight on those for-profit industries that benefit from Liberal efforts to uplift minorities.

In a recent comment, I sought to make a short list of them. Here are the ones I came up with offhand:

● Criminal defense attorneys
● The NAACP, La Raza and all other racialist groups
● Prison guards and the entire penal system
● Law enforcement
● The judicial system
● All diversity and sensitivity workers
● Ethnic studies departments
● The entire Affirmative Action industry
● Discrimination lawsuit attorneys
● The Social Services employees union
● Globalist transnational Multiculturalists
● Black Liberation theologists
● The professional sports industry
● Race baiting wannabe warlord pimps like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson

Providing some investigation and analysis of how these entities operate and benefit from BRA would be a huge service to the race realist community.

As always, thank you for all that you do and, please, keep up the good work.

Incidentally, your "sociopath" link to the article about Lions' defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh's intentional stomping of Green Bay offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith's arm isn't just an example of poor sportsmanship.

It beggars belief that Suh hasn't been arrested on charges of physical assault with intent to do great bodily harm.

Even worse is the prospect of Suh receiving some slap-on-the-wrist suspension and fine for this grievous violation of the law. I don't recall ever being told that rule of law is suspended upon taking the field.

I hope you will write an article about this sort of in-play thuggery by Black athletes. It amounts to game-fixing and needs to be exposed for the criminal behavior that it is.

I'm also confident in saying that many here would welcome such a variant upon your usual sports-related reporting.

Cowboys Legend Charles Haley Cited for Slapping Woman’s Butt

Published : Friday, 02 Dec 2011

FOX 4 News

DALLAS - Dallas Cowboys legend and recent Ring of Honor inductee Charles Haley has been accused of assault.

Arlington police are investigating what happened between the former NFL player and a woman who claims he made unwelcomed physical advances toward her while at Cowboys Stadium.

The woman is a stadium employee. She said she was asked to assist Haley while he was at the stadium attending the Thanksgiving Day game. She said initially she did not know who he was.

The woman said during the encounter Haley made inappropriate comments to her about her body and then slapped her on her behind with his hand.

The details are spelled out in a police report. That report also said there was a witness, another stadium employee, who corroborated the story.

Police said they contacted Haley about the incident on Tuesday. They issued him a citation for simple assault by provocative contact. He now has a number of days to respond to the citation.

Haley is a five-time Super Bowl champion with both the Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco 49ers.

He did not respond to requests for comment by phone and at his home.

Former Philadelphia Eagle Raheem Brock Convicted of Theft

Should have paid that $27 Copa check

By Victor Fiorillo 12/01/2011

Seattle Seahawk defensive end and former Philadelphia Eagle Raheem Brock has been convicted of a single count of theft in Philadelphia Municipal Court. He was found not guilty of resisting arrest. You may remember that police arrested Brock and his 25-year-old female companion Arleen Chollette on South Street in June after he left the Copabanana restaurant without paying the $27 tab. In a subsequent interview with TMZ, Brock excused his behavior by explaining that he canceled the food order before walking out. “While I was in ‘cuffs, I explained to the manager that I own restaurants … and if there’s a policy about paying for food that hasn’t come out … then it should have been explained to us before we left,” Brock told TMZ.

The court sided with Copa, sentencing Brock and his gal pal to six months probation. But thanks to the screwed-up institution that is the Philadelphia court system, that’s not the end of the story. If you’re convicted of a crime in Municipal Court, you can automatically get a new trial in Common Pleas Court, explains prominent criminal defense attorney Charles Peruto, Jr. (who does not represent Brock), which kind of makes you wonder, why bother with Municipal Court at all?

“Only in Philadelphia,” says Peruto. “They give it to you just for the asking.” Peruto cautions that penalties imposed by Common Pleas Court can be more severe and that the second trial can be a very long, drawn-out process. “You’ll probably be writing about this story a year from now,” notes Peruto, who was shocked that Brock’s attorney Sonte Reavis wasn’t able to dispose of the matter at the municipal level. “If I lost that case,” says Peruto, “I would kill myself.”

Brock and Chollette are scheduled for arraignment on December 15th.

With this standard of reporting it is easy to see why they do not like him.

Tebow's shortcomings as a football player are expounded upon every week: He lacks accuracy, experience, and football I.Q. (we all know that you must be an intellectual to play this game); the offense he is best suited for will never work in the NFL; he can't adapt to the professional game, etc., etc.

First thing that stood out to me.

He is 6 and 1.
Thrown all of one interception.

Remember this team was one game out of the Andrew Luck Suck for Luck stakes and now they are division leaders.

Credit to the sideline staff for turning it around by giving Tim Tebow a game plan that turned the season around.

Old-line SEC fan here. You sometimes read that Tebow is a "black style QB." Actually no.

The QBs in the pre-integration SEC were almost always what we now call "dual threat" QBs. They would either run the option or the sprint out pass. Prime examples were Ken Stabler at Alabama 1965-67 and Archie Manning (father of Peyton and Eli) at Ole Miss 1968-70.

I saw both Stabler and Manning play college ball during the 60s.

Stabler's nickname of "Snake" comes from his running style when at Alabama. Though Stabler and Tebow are 100% opposites character wise, Tebow may well develop into that kind of QB. Stabler had a knee injury from 1967 on and learned to stay in the pocket and didn't become a full-time starter at Oakland until age 27.

It was said that the Raiders (both black and white) played better for Stabler than they ever did for Daryle Lamonica, who the Snake beat out for the job. Tebow seems to have the same effect.

So Tim Tebow is actually a throwback to the old-time white SEC QBs. The difference is that Tebow is much larger physically.

To those who dislike the football/sports posts, I say to you that if you are a realist about race, and you see the way integration and the celebration of black behavioral norms have begun to destroy the foundations of our culture, then football should concern you. Basketball should concern you.

Sports as pure entertainment has been hyped and piped into your living room and into your kids head via 24 hour sports channels, retail product branding, TV commercials, and every media outlet in existence. Of course, one only has to watch for few minutes to know that black is the only way to play, and white athletes are maligned at every opportunity. This isn't by chance, it's part of a whole package presented by the communications wing of the Leftist movement in America.

Ever notice the on-field/on-court product is packaged with rap music, black prison-style fashions, praise for thugs that have been or should be in prison, black "Untrah-pah-new-ahs." We ought to be aware of it, so that we can innoculate our kids against it. ESPN is just as much a tool of the Left as is MTV, and the SPLC. They all must be resisted in equal measure.

The non-sports articles I read with interest. I'd love to see more of that. If Paul is really interested in Sports, maybe have a day when he could do a mega-sports post, or even two days. Just so we know when to expect that.

I know it's just one guy doing this, and I love what he does, but Sports is boring to me. It's not to a lot of the readers though.

This report and an earlier one on the "Pan African Space Program" illustrates in stark terms the negroid and DWL mindset. In the DWL, he wants to pat the negroid on the head and say, "Well at least he is trying! Good Boy! Reach for the Stars!" while snickering behind his hand.

The negroid on the other hand is truly so short sighted and of such a low order of I.Q. as to not fully comprehend the Art necessary to complete such a project.

Just a quick and NOT fully encompassing list of such Art: Metallurgy, Navigational science, computers, guidance systems, materials science, Combustion science, Applied materials and coatings, Aerodynamics, Fluid dynamics, Physical engineering, Thermodynamics, Mach Stress Analysis, Chemistry, Advanced Medical techniques, Sonic and Vibrational fatigue engineering techniques, Advanced mathematical analysis, and on and on.

Behind THAT, you have to have an advanced culture that can produce what you need, make changes you specify and build, mold and machine what you finally design plus 100 years of advances in airplanes and design theory tempered by two World Wars. Two thousand years of Genius piled upon Genius reaching back to the Greeks is what it took for the White race to reach the Moon. Even then, there was false starts and heartbreak going all the way back to Galileo.

This same lack of I.Q. and insight shows in the negroids who inhabit this blog. They whine that they are just like us; yet it is clear that their minds do not work like ours. When faced with cogent analysis, they lie, distort statistics, deny analysis and dissemble over trivial points while avoiding obvious truth because to protect the tribe is all important!

They are, clearly, hard wired differently. Their default behaviors, imprinted over thousands of years, cannot be "overwritten" by having them mimic - superficially or otherwise - any or all White behaviors.

Their, shall we say, temperament, is not a bug; it is a feature...

Californian: Rather than mocking Africans who at least try to reach for the stars, we might ponder why Americans are not doing the same in these decadent days.

Who can fault America's general disinterest in space exploration when that chair warmer in the Oval Office is more worried about how "Nasa must try to make Muslims 'feel good'."

How in the hell is anyone supposed to be enthused by that utterly ludicrous degree of drooling Politically Correct pandering to a throwback culture whose sole source of significant wealth depends upon insanely valuable petroleum resources that would still be in the ground were it not for Western manpower and technology?

When we have a president that can actually fly a fighter aircraft or remotely understands Von Neumann computer architecture, maybe then there will be some renewed public credibility regarding a US expedition to Mars or maybe just a lunar base.

We are so often in violent agreement, Californian, that I am reluctant to trot out an ancient saw from the space race era. Still, here it is:

What in the hell is anyone in Uganda doing spending upwards of a five or six digit figure on space exploration when that country's actual entry into the 21st century is more reliant upon being able to construct a functioning hydroelectric dam on its own?

I know that this sounds dangerously close to the "Won't someone please think of the (starving) children (in Asia)!" meme that many of us heard in opposition to the Apollo program outlays. However, cultural progress, much like technological advancement, happens in discreet quantum jumps.

A Ugandan space shot is the technological equivalent of chemical sublimation; as in a direct transition from solid to gas phase, sans liquefaction.

Do you dispute that it would be better for the Ugandans to focus upon increasing literacy, fighting HIV/AIDS, reducing illegitimacy and child mortality plus a host of other programs that would pave the way for meaningful technological progress?

Again, I'm not happy parroting an old 1960s meme, but America's chances of making a lunar landing were well within its capabilities at that time. Can the same thing be said for Chris NSamba?

Finally, and even less comfortably, this obliges me to relate something that I witnessed in the Philippines. While there for the holiday season, I often recruited some of the teenagers to help me in the kitchen as I prepared the Christmas feasts.

I would take time out from the food preparation to teach them the rudimentary basics of how to dice an onion, peel garlic, make roux, crack and separate an egg or temper a sauce.

Just as often, my efforts were regarded as some sort of White man's juju and just as quickly forgotten. I'm happy to report that a few took me seriously and one of those good souls received a gold-buttoned blue woolen blazer on my next visit.

Still, the disturbing image remains of seeing so much detailed instruction being pipelined straight past both short and long term memory in favor of getting in line at the buffet.

I would like to believe that this is similar, if not fully equivalent, to what 10mm AUTO was addressing in his post by noting how "The negroid on the other hand is truly so short sighted and of such a low order of I.Q. as to not fully comprehend the Art necessary to complete such a project."

If sub-Saharan Africa had produced the "Art" of even a single Leonardo da Vinci or Michelangelo, then I might take pause. Instead, nothing of the sort applies and that is the reason for my concern with respect to quantum jumps and all that.

That said, I relish your own take on this.

If Denver can't beat Kansas City and outcast quarterback Kyle Orton with an NFL playoff berth at stake, then it will be the costliest fumble of Broncos executive John Elway's career and rank among the worst blunders in franchise history. It smelled like desperation at Dove Valley on Monday afternoon, so I figured it was a good time to ask Denver coach John Fox: Is Fox confident the better quarterback will be on his side against the Chiefs? "I know we made that decision," replied Fox, well aware his team cut Orton in late November, banking $2.6 million in payroll savings with the transaction. ... "Time will tell."

The Denver Post

They started 1 and 4 and by changing to Tim Tebow as starter they have a chance of making the play-offs.

What did they do with Kyle Orton under Center?

It is something you would expect a sports writer to know.

A certain Quarterback who started under Right Guard did quite well with the Broncos.

(White people steal too as mr evergreen would say.)

Sports reporters are athlete hating, self important pompous failed athletes (themselves). They won't ever apologize. If you EVER get something related to an apology it'll either be backhanded, or they'll say something like: "Our criticism is what drove xxx to work hard to prove everyone wrong!". Look at how they run down athletes and then get mad when they lose their access. Their sense of self entitlement is astounding.
