Take On Me

It might be time people start seeing things in "Black and white" terms
It was two years ago that more than 700 Black people packed a Black church in Buffalo to berate Buffalo News Editor Margaret Sullivan for daring to publish a story that highlighted Black violence in the community. The NBC affiliate in Buffalo reported:
Close to 1,000 persons packed an east side church Wednesday night for the chance to speak with Margaret Sullivan, the Editor and Vice President of The Buffalo News, about a recent article which revealed that seven of the eight victims in the August 14th mass shooting on Main Street had criminal records.

Riccardo McCray
is charged with being the gunman in the massacre which left four dead and four wounded.

It was Ms. Sullivan's idea to hold the forum at the New Bethel Baptist Church, according to pastor Darius Pridgen, who lauded her for being willing to come and hear the public's concerns.

"We woke up on a Sunday morning to an article that demeaned our family," said Cheryl Stevens, whose daughter Tanisha was left widowed when her husband Danyell Mackin was killed.

Interestingly Mackin was --according to the article-- the only one of the victims who never had a criminal conviction.

Nonetheless, Stevens told Sullivan, "You poured salt on a wound that had not even healed."

Stevens should have fielded questions from the close to 1,000 Black people who packed this church - thankfully, no shots were fired! - and then simply said, "Well, I'm glad you can at least read what we publish in the paper, now quit breaking the law and defending those that do, while attempting to castigate those who dare report it." With that, she should have then walked out of the church.

Instead, she groveled.

Now, WIVB out of Buffalo reports this:
The FBI now believes an arson fire in Buffalo's Old First Ward may have been a hate crime. Upon hearing the news the fiery crime may be rooted in racism, a neighbor gave a stunning reaction.

As you read through the story, know you may find some of the statements offensive.
Federal prosecutors stop short of calling this a hate crime, but continue to look for evidence to prove it as such. They have been investigating the Mackinaw Street fire for more than a year.
"The property owner and the victim was a refugee that had fled oppression and had immigrated to the United States in pursuit of the American dream," said Frank Christiano, Resident Agent in Charge of the ATF.

FBI Special Agent Christopher Piehota said, "The elements of the case indicate there may be a hate crime motivated incident and we want to get to the bottom of it."
We wanted to know if residents believed race played a role in the crime. One neighbor, working on repairing a home damaged in last year's fire, had some comments that may shock you.

"I think that if people just stayed on their own side of town in their own neighborhood that things like that wouldn't happen," the man said. "Every race and color has their own section of Buffalo, so if they just stay in their own neighborhood, things like this wouldn't happen."
He's has lived in the Old First Ward for more than 30 years.

The man stated, "People in these neighborhoods don't want those type of people moving down here and destroying the property value. So when things like that happen, it shouldn't such a shock."

We asked the man what he meant by "those types of people." He responded: "Minorities. African Americans."
We asked the man why he holds these opinions.
He answered, "Because I own a home and I see what happens when they move into the neighborhood. Property value goes down, kids on the corner, crime goes up. The east side used to be a beautiful place; look what they did to that."
The American people have never been asked if resettling every refugee from war-torn nations is something that constitutes "the American Dream" -- conversely, wouldn't this "American Dream" mysteriously disappear if refugees from every failed nation overwhelm the indigenous population in the United States that made it possible?

Then again, the federal government is busy trying to elect a new people... so you know what, "F&^k the American Dream."

Cloaked in a shroud of actual mystery, "The Man" from the above WIVB story has dared break the bubble of acceptable racial dialogue in America. In simple language, he has elaborated a truth regarding Climate Change (and Man-Made Climate Change) that cuts through the phoney rhetoric of both the right and the left: it's race stupid.

Property valuations are directly correlated to race (your average American's biggest investment is their mortgage and it is in owning a home that they derive the greatest source of their net worth; thus, the reason SBPDL endorses Restrictive Covenants) and the majority race of the inhabitants of a given community, city, or county.

"The Man" in the WIVB piece is a hero, cast by Ed Drantch as a villain of a more unsavory nature than the person potentially responsible for the fire.

Nevertheless, it is the ideas that "The Man" spoke of that have the potential to catch like wildfire into a mighty conflagration across this nation: Negro Fatigue is the truth that dare not speaks its name in America.

"Take On Me,"'The Man' dares ask the reader in this WIVB story.

One of the major reasons my wife and I left the city of Buffalo was the major (let alone minor) crime that was happening every day. You couldn't walk to the store without encountering groups of ghetto thugs blocking your way.Just add Buffalo N.Y. to the list of Black owned and operated cities that has become another cesspool of crime and destruction.

How dare anyone let alone a reporter whose responsibility it is to report the truth - the whole truth - well, report the truth. (Although it is indeed rare for journalists to tell the truth, especially concerning Obama's mythical sons.)

In BRA it is forbidden to tell the truth about any african in amerika.

Notice how these africans in amerika women are not nearly so upset that their Obama's mythical sons are dead; rather they are more upset that the truth is told about das baby's criminal records being made known.

How many of the "Devil's Night" arsons of White-owned houses in Detroit were investigated as hate crimes?  Were seriously investigated at all?

The destruction of property value by minorities brought in by "fair housing" laws (and especially Section 8) should be regarded as a "taking" which requires compensation.  If a house becomes unfit for quiet enjoyment, those responsible (by their actions or policies) should be forced to pony up as in any other nuisance case.

You know that the Black race is hopelessly upgefucked when someone who is telling the truth has "poured salt on a wound".

One might as well say that watering plants is an attempt to drown them. It's like calling a kamikaze attack a "plane crash".

The American people have never been asked if resettling every refugee from war-torn nations is something that constitutes "the American Dream" -- conversely, wouldn't this "American Dream" mysteriously disappear if refugees from every failed nation overwhelm the indigenous population in the United States that made it possible?

In a highly predictable case of transference, pro-immigration Liberals have turned the American Dream into the African Dream. Namely, the hope of moving to a place where the tit of social benefits is so swollen that they can barely get their mouths around the nipple.

Part of the pathology of the black community is that they have a severe aversion to any negative fact about themselves and view any factual comment, statistic or truth as "jes tryin' to make black people look bad and to hurts dey feelins."
Telling the truth about their bad conduct and behavior is (to them) an offense. Rather, you're supposed to pretend it doesn't exist, ignore it and say nothing.
They don't comprehend that no one has an obligation to hide the facts or the truth for the sake of their feelings or the false image they want to project as sweet innocent black angels.
The offense you commit by telling the truth is that you EXPOSE their true face to the world and shatter the false image they want to project. That is unforgivable.
They don't care if they're a thief, a liar, a rapist, a thug or whatever~ they just don't want to be exposed for it. Being exposed is the crime in their mind-not what they are and what they do. It removes their ability to pretend and put up a front in public.
That's why, as .45jack said, "Notice how these african american women are not so nearly upset that their Obama's mythical sons are dead; rather they are more upset that the truth is told about dere baby's criminal records being made known."
For blacks, image is everything, substance is nothing. Now ,mama can't parade around screechin' how her boy be a good boy who dinnit do nuffin ever and wuz kind to chil'ren and animals and done be writin' spirituals in his spare time.

This concept of importing poor and uneducated immigrants, some legal, most not, is often described as an attempt by the ruling elite "to elect a new voting base".

I'm as distrustful of the Feds, politicians and Harvard graduates as the next guy. In fact, I've reached levels of cynicism with the political system that I would never have earlier imagined.

But recognizing that self interest must govern the ruling elite, how are they and their children better off with a nation full of people that can perform only the most basic of work? The taxes that pay them will increase? Sure, they're easier to manage, but what is the upside to the ruling elite?

I understand they operate on feelings, but aside from some of them making themselves feel good, why are they dragging the country in this direction?

A serious question that I've never seen asked or answered in this context.

Mr. Rational points out: The destruction of property value by minorities brought in by "fair housing" laws (and especially Section 8) should be regarded as a "taking" which requires compensation. If a house becomes unfit for quiet enjoyment, those responsible (by their actions or policies) should be forced to pony up as in any other nuisance case.

Of course it's a taking. That's all part of the game naturally. Here's an interesting observation about the fire story: Notice how they (the BRA regime) has investigations from no less than two Federal police agencies (FBI and BATFE) involved over a relatively minor case of arson? Contrast all the man-hours and expense devoted to an arson case with the zero man-hours spent by the Feds on the zebra murders - which may well involve more than 100 innocent victims killed. This should serve as a testimony to what the regime in DC is really about - regardless of which nominal party is in charge.

Back to the neighborhood-busting activity of section 8 and BRA, note that section 8 depends on at least two groups of whites to properly work in its destructive capacity: 1) Property owners who rent to section 8 clients. While there are no-doubt a number of affirmative-action "entrepreneurs" who engage in renting to the clients of the regime, the majority of those doing this are whites. 2) real-estate agents and brokers. These folks love section 8 as it generates sales once the local homeowners start experiencing the invisible black hand of economics. Agents and brokers still make money when houses sell at a loss to the owners. It's a transaction-driven business. This doesn't even count the "faith-based initiatives" who profit from section 8 by colonizing places like North Dakota with groid Moose-limbs from Somalia (thanks in no small part to the great compassionate Repuke man-o-faith himself, Imam Al-Duhbya the Mahdo from West Texas.

Here's another observation: Where are the opportunistic ambulance-chasers? After all, there are some folks with deep pockets here could theoretically be sued for driving down property values so they can make a fast buck off of flipping properties. Lawyers routinely file suits over things far more frivolous (see nigga lottery for details), yet there appear to be no enterprising lawyers to go after the owners and real-estate racketeers who work section 8 . Why is this so?

Good point, pithy and true.

Here's a question: why would black Africans want to come to the USA? Haven't they heard about all the racism and white "privilege" in this country? Why settle in a country in which they would be discriminated against every day simply-because-of-the-color-of-their-skin? And have they not heard of how black children are being gunned down by Mr Zimmerman and his cohorts? Don't they understand the threat that black children must live under every day, not to mention the substandard schools and prison system which incarcerates them simply-because-of-the-color-of-their-skin?

Why aren't these Africans heading towards Zimbabwe with its liberation government which has pretty much ethnically cleansed whites off of the land? No more racist whites to steal their labor, deprive them of education, or gun down innocent children as they stroll about town. With black majority rule in Zim, human rights and economic progress are the order of the day, right?

Or if Africans do want to come to the Americas, why not head for Haiti, the oldest black republic in the world? With over two centuries of black rule, I am sure that Haiti is an example of what Africans can accomplish once the heavy hand of the oppressor has been lifted.

Come to think of it, why not settle African refugees in Detroit? I doubt if they could make it any worse and they might even have the gumption to do something to salvage what is left of the city. Heck, if nothing else, Somali warlord bands might restore some order to the streets and get some lights turned on.

How long before we added, the idea that blacks ARE different, that this is their culture, this is how they behave, and its not fair to judge them?

Once the equality premise was accepted by most whites, and a generation grew up indoctrinated in it from birth, the switch part of the bait-and-switch commenced.

"...what is the upside to the ruling elite?"

It does make the population as a whole easier to manage as people are now distracted by the consequences of importing marginal immigrants. There are the obvious benefits like lower wages, source of recruits for the military empire etc.

But I think the explanation must consider that the elite do this because they CAN and by doing so, let the rest of us know who is in charge. This is consistent with other hypocritical behaviors:

Preaching environmentalism while living in a large mansion, frequent air travel etc.

Preaching integration while sending children to public schools, living in exclusive areas.

Demanding the US police the world while their children avoid military service.

"...what is the upside to the ruling elite?"

Control. Destabilizing a society that is generally capable of governing itself (as whites are).

The first step was to convince the masses that any judgment of another group is morally wrong, and that somehow multiculturalism and diversity was the goal of the US all along. To question so is not only immoral but in violation of the very fabric of the US.

Allowing Muslims into the country undoubtedly leads to terrorism. But not allowing them in is discrimination, and immoral. So, the only solution is the mini police state erected at every US airport. And of course, focusing on Muslims in security would be discrimination; holding them to the same standards of scrutiny violates their culture (can't ask a female to remove her head cover), so they are ushered through while a white - who almost certainly represent NO THREAT must submit to invasive security measures.

Allowing blacks into a white community invariably leads to lower property value and high crime. But acknowledging the source would be discriminatory, so the people have no choice but to accept a police state in hopes of reducing the crime that could be nearly eliminated if blacks weren't allowed in.

Immigration of third worlders increases the percentage of the population on welfare - higher taxes are necessary to support them, and of course they vote for more and more benefits.

Don't' worry, whites won't be eliminated altogether - who else would maintain society. We'll be allowed to exist in a police state where our children are under constant attack by outsiders, we must submit to unnecessary security measures, our wealth is taxed to pay for a growing dependent class of people who have no right to even be present in our society, our guns will be taken (eventually the SC will will rule that the "regulated militia" excludes gun ownership by private citizens) - we will be slaves to both a ruling elite and to the third world hordes who have flooded our country. But just enough of us will be kept around the keep the third worlders alive and the elite living comfortably.

In some respects Muslims are the biggest "win" for this nation's diversity freaks. You can be certain that the entire Civil Rights push of the 1960s was a beginning of this lengthy process but at least it bore some semblance of overcoming apparently unfair Jim Crow era policies.

Not so with Muslims. Tolerating their presence in Western society requires such a monumental degree of hypocrisy that―once the camel has been swallowed whole―choking down the various other nettles of Blacks and Hispanics seems like child's play. And this is where it stands. Muslims are so utterly alien to American culture that other invaders magically become almost benign by comparison. Of course, trust Blacks to take up the challenge of retaining their title as America's number one threat.

Think of this as a sort of socio-cultural boot camp where you have your identity stripped away (i.e., eRace) and are required to undergo rigors which readjust your perception such that the chance to fall asleep on a hard bunk suddenly becomes a welcome pleasure.

Think of it; where was the outrage when, after the Fort Hood massacre, General George Casey went before the cameras and said:

“Our diversity, not only in our Army, but in our country, is a strength. And as horrific as this tragedy was, if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that’s worse.”

This was the worst shooting ever to take place on an American military base with 13 killed and another 29 wounded. Yet, somehow, we are supposed to meekly accept this obvious violation of national security rather than forsake the cause of Politically Correct diversity, despite how Islam stands in diametric opposition to nearly every tenet of American Constitutional law.

We are being conditioned to unquestioningly accept that our families, homes and property―everything we were originally taught to cherish―are all forfeit if they are found to be at cross purposes with the agenda of Cultural Marxism.

Here is my take:

The elites in government, media and academia are dedicated to socialism and big government. Obama is only the latest and most visible example. For years they have been increasing the size and scope of government as much as they felt they could get away with. One of the most important things that they did was to create Social Security and similar programs which you must, by law, contribute to with your tax dollars. Once this was accomplished, they made the programs part of the general revenue stream, allowing the elites to loot those funds like any common ponzi scheme. These programs are now broke because the elites took those funds and "redistributed" them. There is nothing in the "lock box" but a bunch of worthless IOU's that are claims on future tax revenue.

So how do you pull in more money to keep the whole thing going while you are still around? You import a new class of people who are required to contribute. As long as you bring in new marks, you can continue to live off of the money and keep the ponzi scheme going. And when it eventually collapses, as it must, the elites who created it will be long gone and all of us will be left having to pay the bills.

While much of what you say is correct, this last bit doesn't hold up.

How in hell are illiterate Somali goat herders ever going to become productive citizens in one of the world's most technologically advanced nations?

It will take generations for these Third World dregs to even become slightly assimilated. In fact, many of them are Muslim and that absolutely precludes any useful degree of integration.

Such willful poisoning of the population well points towards a far more sinister agenda. I am in no way any sort of conspiracy nut but it just becomes increasingly difficult not to regard this imported tidal wave of seditious underclass as a way of, as Discard notes:

…turning America into another mud mix piss pot, [where] our elites can live like royalty too, with no large mass of capable Whites to trouble their sleep.

After all, it is the White middle class that has, not just the education and weapons, but also a preexisting Conservative leaning which stands the best chance of taking up arms against the elite. This is why I continue to point out how flooding our shores with these Third World dregs, along with unleashing criminal Blacks, foments relatively horizontal class warfare which distracts the White middle class from enacting what the elite fear most of all; vertical class warfare.

"What ya wanna bet the property owner set his own house on fire for the insurance? Another phony "hate crime?""

That was my first thought--given the origin of the homeowner--The Congo. Nigeria would have worked as well.

For those wondering if it's "actionable" to sue for property devaluation--the answer is yes. In a fight to stop the construction of a Sec. 8 property a few miles from me, we paid for legal research on this. But, if you are going to do it, you need to get property appraisals BEFORE the construction begins, because almost all of the cowards in the business will find an excuse afterward, once it becomes obvious.

This, in fact, a way to fight back and expose local politicians for what they are. Most Sec. 8 properties that will make money for the developer will likely require variances to get built--size of building versus property size, off street parking and impact statements. You need to organize, raise money for a legal defense team (25,000.00--50,000.00) and force votes against granting the variances. Then watch what your politicians do. You will know which ones are getting a kickback based upon who starts calling your action group bigots and racists. That's fine--take it all in stride and warn people ahead of time what will come.

The suit for the taking w/o just compensation will come at the end as a last ditch stand and can only come after the property is built, unfortunately. We won our lawsuits, the city council changed the laws as a result! And no, not in our favor.

Now, all that being said, the afore mentioned property will not directly affect me, but it will affect the million dollar plus property owners who live just up a hill and less than half a mile away from it. The area it is being built in is in another, predominately lower class white neighborhood in a semi commercial area. Yes, I think it is poetic justice.

It was a good fight, even though lost in the end. The politician on the take could not stand for re-election--one down, as they say. The entity building it was subjected to massive scrutiny and they whithered under it. And it let the powers that be know that it will be fought tooth and nail the whole way. no new projects have been proposed. It took this one three years to get the ground broken--thats how long we delayed it. We also beat the hell out of the Republicans in control at the state legislature for funding this type of construction on any level--and man did they run with their tails between their legs.

There are "racists" in every neighborhood, get to know each other and stick together.

The elites do not see their own countries as their nations. Elites see themselves as global level rulers. Call it New World Order or Globalization or Internationalism or whatever term has been tossed around these last 50 years.

Maybe it was inevitable. With the collapse of communism there was really nothing to stop elites from getting together and dominating the entire world. Yes, I know, it sounds conspiratorial, but there's nothing unusual about it. There have been transnational empires before. What we see today is the latest version, only this time, the system is expanding into every last country in the world.

Look at the players: corporations whose resources, finances, markets and workers are in every country; governments whose foreign service bureaucracies are a thinly disguised front for buying off the local leadership and pulling the strings; media, which is everywhere and nowhere; law enforcement, with a global war on crime and international criminal courts; NGOs who set up shop in every disaster zone; worthies such as Bono and Sean Penn popping up all over the third world and putting on the robes of saviors; and even (regrettably) the armed forces, which operate as part of multinational coalition forces.

DWLs provide the ideological cover with the agitprop over multicultism and diversity. There's the added bonus of being able to suppress dissent by screaming down anyone who opposes the system as a "racist" or "xenophobe" or whatever other magic words the Ministry of Truth gins up. This is one reason that the criminal prosecutions of people such as Geert Wilders are increasingly sinister--those who dissent from the new order will be jailed.

Elites operate in a rarified atmosphere. The view from the penthouse offices on the 100th floor is a heck of a lot different from street level hustle and bustle. The middle class has made itself manageable by buying into the bread and circuses. As long as the "pork" keeps flowing and there are 500 channels of sh*t on their television tube, they will continue to do nothing other than to march to the polls every two years to vote for the non-choices.

There were a couple of brief moments of resistance. One was with the anti-globalization movement of the late 1990s, which fell apart when its leaders defected to the globalists by supporting illegal immigration; and the various militia-patriot movements in the USA which, lacking any political line, have gone nowhere. I suppose we can add in the nationalist movements now rising in Europa. Perhaps something will come of them.

We're at an historical turning point. Future historians may note that the opening of the 21st century saw the end of the era of nation-states and the rise of the global world order. Just as we now look back to the era of Augustus and note the end of the Roman Republic and the rise of the Empire. Maybe Lucas was on to something with his Star Wars prequels.

The thing is, power will only be opposed by power. If your average citizen does nothing to oppose the situation, then his or her country will be taken away. And one day they may wake up, like many others have done in the past, to find themselves no longer citizens but subjects of an empire.

Something to think about as we head into that glorious future we were once promised.

A good question, and it's one that I've asked as well.

The only answer that makes any kind of sense-to me,at least-is that there's some kind of cultural consensus at work. Like the old lawyer joke states,"sharks don't eat sharks out of professional courtesy."

Another possibility, and a more sinister on,is that the potential of lawsuits over reduced property values, etc.,has been evaluated by Those Whose Job it is to Evaluate, and the judgement has been made that a can of worms like that is too damned big to open. And it has been made known by someone that said can of worms is going to stay sealed shut, nice and tight.

I lean towards the second explanation more than the first. From what I've seen of lawyers, the only thing that will stop them from chasing after money is a very credible threat to their livelihoods and/or precious bodily fluids.

NEW INFO: Washington Drug Suspect To Face Charges, Remains Critical

Riots broke out in Washington overnight, with people outraged about a dramatic drug bust. The man who lawmen said tried to swallow drugs as deputies came up to him during an alleged drug deal is listed in stable condition at the hospital. The drug bust sparked so much trouble in Washington that police called in extra personnel and made arrests early Thursday morning.

It was just after 7 p.m. Wednesday that about 100 people spilled into the streets of Washington, after a dramatic drug deal bust. Beaufort County deputies said 33-year-old Keith Small shoved baggies of drugs - believed to be marijuana and cocaine - down his throat when deputies approached him.

Witnesses told WITN about Small choking on the baggies and not breathing. Some people are criticizing law enforcement, saying they were too violent with Small.

The anger boiled over again overnight. Washington police said groups of people started causing trouble around midnight. They set fires in trashcans, threw bottles at buildings, and even tore up stop signs. Most of the rioting happened between 5th and 13th Streets, and on 9th Street between Market and Gladden.

Washington Police Sgt. Sheppard said they arrested a handful of people, and they have warrants for a few more arrests. The trouble stopped once people started getting arrested with the help of extra Washington police officers and Beaufort County Sheriff's deputies.

They believe these riots were the result of the drug bust that ended with Keith Small in the hospital.

WASHINGTON, N.C. - The streets of Washington are quiet now, but Wednesday night was a different story.

That's when witnesses say 20 to 30 people took to the streets, destroying everything in their path. A dramatic reaction to a drug bust gone wrong.

Washington Police were called in to help.

So why were people so upset? What prompted them to react that way?

“We don't really know, we can only assume that not knowing what really had transpired on Van Norden Street last night, hearing rumors, and perceiving things differently and not knowing why law enforcement does what they do,” said Major Sandy Blizzard, Washington PD Deputy Chief.

What kind of training do police get these days? Anti racism and Diversity sensitivity?

They can point a finger at afrovoodoo Diversity privilege and understand all they need. The pizza delivery woman was racially pofiled for her racist unearned White privilege, and that's why the Diversity stabbed her to death.

I'm not thinking so much of Africans in this context as illegal aliens from Mexico and Latin America. The "Dream Act" and other similar amnesty legislation is aimed primarily at them. Get them in, make them citizens and get them voting Democrat. I don't have any doubts that this is what many of the elites think, regardless of the fact that objectively it is doomed to fail in the end.

Zenster nails it: After all, it is the White middle class that has, not just the education and weapons, but also a preexisting Conservative leaning which stands the best chance of taking up arms against the elite. This is why I continue to point out how flooding our shores with these Third World dregs, along with unleashing criminal Blacks, foments relatively horizontal class warfare which distracts the White middle class from enacting what the elite fear most of all; vertical class warfare.

This is an incredibly good point. Take a look at what happened to two recent populist movements here in the Banksta Banana Republick (the United States having ceased to actually exist in 1913): the Tea Party and OWS (Occupy Wall Street). Both movements have been hijacked and co-opted by the ruling oligarchy so that they are now merely mirror-images of useful idiocy (to borrow V.I. Lenin's term). Both are now laughable. The Tea Party ostensibly wants smaller government but wants to continue wars to make the ummah safe for feminism and sodomy at the same time - with no mention of the open-borders. OWS wants to go after the "one-percent" - except for all those one-percenters (Soros, Vampire-squids, Hollywood) who bankroll their Mocha Messiah - D'Won on d'downlow. I'll start to take OWS serious only if I see Lloyd "Doin' God Werk" Blankfein defenestrated from at least to 50th floor.

You endorse restrictive covenants? I can understand that to a certain degree, but what would you say to an upstanding black person who wanted to buy a home in a good neighborhood?"

This is a prime example of the IKAGO (I know a good one) fallacy. Successful social policy is not individual interactions writ large, and personal anecdotes do not equal statistical averages and individual exceptions do not negate overall trends. To that mythical black person, I'd say "Sorry. Go build your own good neighborhood for like-minded blacks." To do otherwise is to rejoin the diversity carousel which has us all nauseated.

A serious question that I've never seen asked or answered in this context.

Because they believe it.

Subjects like this one give themselves naturally to conspiracy, but while many of my allies see a massive conspiracy in this, I have to say that I do not. The enemy makes too many blunders and readily commits himself to fallacies that anyone with a scrap of wisdom knows will end in disaster, and they do so over and over again. Conspiracies require iron discipline to hold together for any amount of time, and every year that goes by and every individual added to the conspiracy makes its unravelling more likely. I think the total number of government and corporate players that know the absolute truth is far smaller than is usually assumed. Perhaps they planted the seeds, but the vines have now grown beyond their control.

In my opinion, true belief is responsible for the enemy's staying power. When he stumbles, he says white racism did it, and he believes it. All the cogs in his organization believe it. True belief is just as dangerous, and possibly more dangerous, than conspiracy.

what would you say to an upstanding black person who wanted to buy a home in a good neighborhood?

You don't belong here. Go home, and improve things there. And if you don't care for my words, feel free to pound them sideways. You are owed nothing.

"Part of the pathology of the black community is that they have a severe aversion to any negative fact about themselves {...} The offense you commit by telling the truth is that you EXPOSE their true face to the world and shatter the false image they want to project ..."
= = = = = = =

Yes! This describes the dynamics of an "honor/ shame" culture (Islam is an honor/ shame culture too; maybe that's why it's so popular among blacks.) At any rate, yes, they feel an absolute *NEED* to control public perception of their "community" to avoid shame. (The "You be disrepectin' me!?!?" challenge is another aspect of honor/ shame: any hint of mockery or criticism REQUIRES retaliation.)

So any time blacks' cultural dysfunction is addressed, some "black spokesperson" will pipe up that such speech is "hurtful" or "oppressive"; or that it "blames the whole community for the acts of a lone, disturbed individual"; or that it's "racist" to "stereotype blacks" when "there are white criminals, too"; or that it's due to "the evils of slavery", etc.

In other words: yup, quicker'n you can say "There's something really wrong in black communities", the conversation gets hijacked and switched around to "There's something really wrong with YOU for noticing. You should be ashamed! (-now shut up)."

Anon @ June 9, 2012 5:53 PM you are wrong, read what I wrote above. It is actionable and is feasible to sue over property value decline.

A good book, now quite old, foretelling the day of the transnational corporate empires is "America, Inc.". It was written in the early 70's, IIRC. I used it for a term paper in college and had gotten it from my older brother who read it long before me.

The transnational, global corporation sees the nation-state as an impediment to it's goals. It is, according to the book, the perfect example of actual communism at work. ITT was, by the book's authors, seen as the world's first true multinational corporation which allegiance to no one other than itself. That it saw itself as greater than any nation that it operated in.

It's a good read, though dated now, it was quite prescient.

RobertB said...

What was the impetus behind importing more Africans? The Congressional Black Caucus in, IIRC, the 1990s. in the late 80's and early 90's when black on black murder sky rocketed, the murder rate was so high, coupled with Mexican illegal immigration, that black population numbers were declining as absolute percentage of the population as well as (temporarily?) in actual numbers--or it was feared that actual numbers would fall if the murder rate continued.

In any case, the CBC cried foul and obtained, from Clinton, a massive increase in African immigrants to the New World--this to buoy their numbers and maintain their power base. Unfortunately for them, and Us, the ones coming in hate the American blacks and don't like much of anyone else, either.

"But-- you've got kids, or cousins, (or maybe it's your cousins' kids) who fit The Stereotype. You know: the hate-America, hate-whitey, we deserve whatever we want from you because of {some-damn-thing} and so we're morally justified in robbing, harassing, threatening, and abusing you.

"Knowing that some of your friends, family and/or acquaintances TRULY BELIEVE they have the right to murder any of us in this neighborhood, just because we're white Americans, means that we have to say, 'Sorry, but no. You yourself are a great person, but --(same as what they say about marriage: 'you marry her whole family, too')-- you come with "too much baggage" and regrettably, you would ultimately be a threat to us even though it wouldn't be of your own doing. Hope you find a wonderful house in a wonderful neighborhood, and have a wonderful life. But (again, sorry) -- for the sake of our families, it can't be here.' "

It looks like this upcoming season is where the show is going to jump the shark. It was nice up until now; the token negro character rarely ever spoke, except to say "Daaaamn!" or something now and then. A non-entity. A minor character.

But as soon as I saw the "mysterious cloaked figure" in the last ep, I immediately saw those big ni66er lips poking out of her hood (shades of Trayvon?). Yep. That's it. The niggaz have arrived, and they iz takin' charge! In fact, they're probably going to bring back Michael Rooker's character in Season 3, just so he can be humiliated by the Magic Mystery Negress.

Unknown at 3:27 PM: Perhaps you're new to this site, but the question of "good Black people" has been discussed throughly here. I, and others here, know a number of upstanding Blacks. But they don't come without strings. They are the opening wedge for their many, many, less upstanding brethren. The eight or nine upstanding Black teens who first integrated Little Rock's Central High School in 1957 were followed by the Black mob that infests the place now. The good Black who moves into your neighborhood invites his not-so-good cousins to come by. The good Black guy at work puts in a word for his buddy, and you've now got to work around a fuck up that the boss is reluctant to fire out of fear of a discrimination lawsuit.
This is not imaginary, this is how Black wretchedness has come to thousands of formerly well-run institutions and towns. Blacks are altogether far too great a social risk for any White entity that accepts them. The past four decades have demonstrated that conclusively. How many more schools and cities must be destroyed to get the message through?

The conspirators and the useful idiots. Likely only a very small percentage are in the know. Even a top level powerful person like Ted Kennedy was likely a true believer in diversity for the sake of diversity. Sure, all those non-whites bring the added benefit of being Dem voters, but he probably truly believed he was doing good and moral work.

Even among the conspirators, there likely isn't one single cabal - more likely opposing groups who can't expose each other because then they would either expose themselves or at least destroy the tactics that are currently working. Possibly even opposing groups within the GOP and within the Dems, each hoping to be the one in power when it all comes crashing down and Martial Law is needed.

I'd say he should be thankful that his right to Property and Contract is as protected as anyone else's.

This is what people don't seem to get about Rights; if they don't include the right to offend, they don't exist. If we give your upstanding black (or anyone else) the "civil right" to demand to be sold to (or hired, or whatever), we have just abrogated everyone's rights, in the name of "social justice." The Right to Contract means two or more parties have the right to make agreements amongst themselves as they choose. The "civil right" to force someone to enter into a contract as society sees fit, or to forbid someone from forming contracts as he will, comes at the expense of real Rights.

I have the Right to enter into a contract with another party (to, say, be hired for pay). I don't have the Right to coerce another party to consider me for a contract, or to forbid another party from excluding me for consideration. The reasons don't even enter into it; the nature of Contracts - TWO parties agreeing - are all the justification needed.

"Civil rights" = coercion. They're the opposite of Rights. Tacking "rights" on at the end does not change this.

This will backfire the same way that it backfired when the Egyptian government took down the entire internet in a desperate bid to silence dissent and prevent its ouster. It will only make people more angry and make them start talking to people in meatspace about BRA. We're already seeing the beginning of this with "the man." And after talk will soon come action.

Ovid wrote of love that that "the more that flame is covered up, the hotter it burns." So it is also with hatred. Our hatred of blacks and their criminality and degeneracy is righteous and justified and it will not be stifled.

I myself intend to call up WIVB today and let them know that I full agree with "the man," that white people are thouroghly fed up with black degeneracy and criminality and that we are also fed with the liberal media's whitewashing of same. I urge everyone reading this to do the same. That number is (800) 794-3687. If there's anyone reading this who won't call, then to hell with you. A most informative post from RobertB above on the nature of localized corruption between officials, real estate racketeers, lawyers, section 8 slumlords, and the BRA regime. This is the perfect example of why the nominal "opposition" party is such a joke. There are folks who are making lots of money off of destroying stable neighborhoods - and they are the ones with the money to pay for officials' campaigns.

Why in the hell is Eric "My People" Holder in still in office? The answer is not that hard to figure out: the majority of the putative opposition party - the ones who could actually force his resignation - are owned by folks who stand to gain as long as the BRA machine rolls onward. Understand something: this is a war in which innocents are being slaughtered every day. Here's a list of 4 groups who are known and identified enemies: public officials, real estate racketeers, lawyers, and section 8 slumlords. Strategies need to be developed and implemented to utterly destroy and ruin the finances and careers of the four named groups.

The nation is headed toward ruin. It will continue to exist, probably with its current boundaries for many years. The paraphernalia of state will remain, the flags, most of the holidays and of course all those stone monuments in the District of Columbia. But the people have changed. It has been a long time in the baking. We lost many Americans in WWII and at the same time, many more Europeans that might have been a natural source of growth through immigration. Then the Hart-Cellar Immigration Act in 1965 really got us rolling on the current path. Add to that the staggering amount of illegal immigration, largely from Mexico and Central America, over the past 20 years in particular and this is a changed country. The principles that animated this nation; individualism, the work ethic, a fundamental morality and at some level a patriotism, these things have changed.

I think that like most anything large and complex, there’s no single explanation for how we got here. Hart-Cellar was motivated in part by a national sense of generosity. The nation was wealthy post-WWII. We had saved the world in the ‘40s; why not continue to save the world. I believe it was also motivated in large part as a mechanism of future power. Ted Kennedy knew where the Democrat party was going and more poor immigrants; many from quasi-socialist states would make ideal constituents for his party and a statist America.

I’m not inclined to buy the carefully constructed conspiracy either. It requires way too much cooperation, capability and plain old competence. And as I first pointed out, for those who could conspire, there’s no real upside in a conspiracy that would destroy a nation. Maybe you can create a boiling mass of inter-racial and class based hatred as a distraction. But how long can you manage that? Through the lives of your great-great grandchildren? Doubtful.

Importing Somalis into Maine, or any of the other examples, is bizarre. There are some limited profit-driven motivations for this kind of insanity. I believe the Feds pay these relief organizations in some fashion. But I can’t imagine how it does the state of Maine or this country any benefit. It doesn’t. The whole nightmare is driven by people who feel good about it, with some money made on the side and some power accruing to this or that group. Motivations aside, it’s a treasonous process. If I were a Maine native and suddenly 5,000 Somalis appeared in my town, I’d think the Federal government had declared war on my state.

To continue with the theme of why the elite seem to want to bring down white America, with the guaranteed reduction in quality of life and economic output:

Because their quality of life won't be reduced. They don't care about advancing civilization, they only care about seizing and maintaining power. They don't care about moon colonies, stepping foot on Mars, exploring the depths of the oceans, curing disease, providing education, anything. They care about power over others.

Everything that the Dems propose, and that most of the GOP goes along with, is about power over the masses. To provide education for all, they must first take control over education; and then they control who is taught what, including indoctrination. By claiming to want to help the poor, they gain control over our income, making more and more of us dependent on money from the government. As they gain control over health care, they will gain control over our very lives.

Look at the progression of government interference in health care. The government must "do something" because it is possible for the poor to be turned away from a hospital. So they pass a law making it illegal to do so. Years later, middle income citizens are paying the costs, through higher bills from providers and insurance. So now, the government must "do something" and mandate a law that everyone must carry insurance. But not just catastrophe insurance, insurance for the basics like routine visits.

Next, the poor won't be able to afford said insurance, and will be punished for not buying it. So we'll have to "do something" because we are essentially punishing people for being poor. So an indigent insurance plan (run by the government, of course) will be set up, to be paid for by a tax on private insurance plans.

More employers will scrap their insurance plans (without increasing pay to make up for the loss in total compensation), and more people will be forced onto the government plan.

Nothing is done by the government out of altruism. Sure, the masses of liberals, progressives, etc. may believe so. But it is all about power and control.
------------

Bobolyubki:

As you can see, I'm not too high on the GOP. My only disagreement with you is on the extent of the problem with them (you seem to be at about 100% where I'm around 90%). I believe that not only can we work through the GOP (a return to Constitutional government is a return to race-realism), but that we must.

Even with the disagreements here, we're all on the same team.

RedMoonProject: I'm not thinking so much of Africans in this context as illegal aliens from Mexico and Latin America. The "Dream Act" and other similar amnesty legislation is aimed primarily at them. Get them in, make them citizens and get them voting Democrat. I don't have any doubts that this is what many of the elites think, regardless of the fact that objectively it is doomed to fail in the end.

Thank you for responding. Your answer is much closer to the reality of things. It's not about propping up our raped out Social Security coffers. All of this immigration from global pissholes is merely the Democratic Party creating an equivalent of mendicant voter plantations.

That the Democratic Party's agenda happens to dovetail with a Republican need to supply cheap labor―and simultaneously drive down workers' wages―is part of what makes America the one party system (of the almighty dollar) that it is today. For those with any doubts, please recall the massive bipartisan support for the Z visa, despite tumultuous public outcry against it.

Getting back to your honest reply; the problem with Mexican and Latin Hispanics is that they, like their fellow African immigrants, just as readily import their cultures of corruption wherever they go. Take a look at the Map of Global Corruption Indices published by Transparency International. We absolutely DO NOT need these congenital grafters and gangsters flooding our shores.

Moreover, by admitting so many working age males from these south-of-the-border countries, we actually perpetuate their dysfunctional governments. America is acting like a political over-pressure relief valve for these corrupt regimes.

It would be far better if all these young Hispanic men were confined to their respective countries of origin so that such disgruntled masses finally set about KILLING their corrupt leadership. Let them purify their own ranks and create good governance in their own back yards instead of crowding us Whites beneath the legal umbrella we have so painstakingly constructed here in America.

Sheila: This is a prime example of the IKAGO (I know a good one) fallacy.

I am forced to agree. The statistics simply do not support admitting even well-behaved Black families into White neighborhoods. For proof of this, look at how even the wealthiest Black celebrities and athletes consistently implode, both financially and criminally. Examine how the children of highly educated Blacks consistently revert to the mean and commit crime at levels well beyond races of similar demographic indices.

It just doesn't work and, furthermore, there is always, always, always the issue of these "nice" Black families having their ghetto scum relatives drop by and case out your neighborhood while they're at it. It just doesn't work.

Letters from Galt's Gulch: Jefferson's warnings about waking up homeless on the continent our forefathers conquered were nothing less than prophetic.

If ever anyone needed proof of this, look no further than the chair warming skidmark on America's underwear that currently occupies the Oval Office.

Breitbart News has released images of a 1991 booklet by Mein Obama’s literary agent which states that “Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”

Be it bowing to Saudi kings, announcing to the core institution of Islamic terrorism, Al-Azhar "university" in Cairo, that America is not -- and never will be -- at war with Islam, abjectly refusing to prosecute hate crimes against Whites or permanently tainting George Zimmerman's jury pool, this blatantly anti-American Communist is a pluperfect example of what happens when a foreign born individual is allowed to infiltrate our nation's highest office.

The Constitution's framers were keenly aware of this and sought to put in place language that would make clear how this was to be avoided at all costs. Fresh from colonial conflicts and beset with intrigues by numerous other foreign powers, the Founding Fathers knew perfectly well the sort of political mayhem to expect from mixed allegiance.

We continue to import countless thousands of individuals who will likely never fully adopt American culture as their own. Our cities and towns are being interspersed with predators who have no loyalty or compassion for the citizens of this country. They have no compunction about tearing down what has taken centuries of blood, sweat and tears to build. These are cannibals who will feast upon us until they are forcibly ejected, along with their political enablers, by an outraged public.

No better embodiment of Jefferson's fears exists than Barry Soetoro and the Third World scum he draws to America's breast.

Svigor: This is what people don't seem to get about Rights; if they don't include the right to offend, they don't exist.

Absolutely brilliant observation. Everyone here should read this post over a couple of times so it will sink in. The whole purpose of the so-called "Civil-Rights" law was actually to undermine and destroy liberty by abrogating whites' freedom of association. Groids, incidentally, have total freedom of association. Groid "entrepreneurs" are quite exempt from all discrimination lawsuits, disparate impact lawsuits, etc. - even in the public sector. This is yet another example of how the legal system of BRA is completely rigged.

Jay Santos, the answer will not please you, and, at first, you will reject it.

I too have asked the same question for years. Qui bono? QUI BONO?!!!

The answer was, until recently, embedded into our cultural DNA. It was woven into the fabric of our traditions and memories. It was a truth widely recognized. It was a truth that served to protect our civilization. It was a truth, the remnants of which, I grew up with. It was a truth that I utterly and absolutely rejected until recently. It is a truth that will draw the world, finally, into sharper focus. It is a truth about which the sages of the past have written exhaustively.

It is a truth that once abandoned leaves us utterly vulnerable. In fact, so steeped am I in the modernist zeitgeist, still today I find it difficult to completely embrace. The real question is this: can you handle the truth?

Anyone else notice that on most race-related articles where people have a chance to talk bad about blacks they disable the comments?

reply --

i just go to the next article that allows comments, and then post my comment there.

now the MSM censors have to police every story on their site to squelch comments that might offend BRA or encourage a DWL to see for themselves.

if they don't allow comments on a story about some black-on-white crime, they will get those comments on stories like a local bake sale, a traffic report, a new local law, etc.

Ray Scissom: How can you NOT be a conspiracy nut? Just the topic we speak of on this site alone shows that the elites conspire against us on a grand level. I don't think we've even scratched the surface of the size and scope of the conspiracies against the American public, especially whites.

Ray, please don't confuse conspiracy with secrecy. The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has openly stated that it seeks global government and views nationalism as one of the greatest impediments to their vision of a New World Order.

Try this on for size:

Through 1988, 14 secretaries of state, 14 treasury secretaries, 11 defense secretaries and scores of other federal department heads have been CFR members.

According to published reports, the Clinton administration was top-heavy with more than one hundred CFR members helping to begin the Clinton years. CFR members were named ambassadors to Spain, Great Britain, Australia, Chile, Syria, South Africa, Russia, Romania, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Italy, India, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Nigeria and the Philippines.

Read the book, but be prepared to have your hair curled.

Again, it is more a lack of transparency than it is sinister conspiracy. These bastards have come right out and declared that globalism is their goal. They include much of America's political and corporate elite and, like Californian pointed out:

The elites do not see their own countries as their nations. Elites see themselves as global level rulers. Call it New World Order or Globalization or Internationalism or whatever term has been tossed around these last 50 years.

Wherever you find secrecy or lack of transparency, that is where you should become suspicious.

RobertB: The transnational, global corporation sees the nation-state as an impediment to it's goals. It is, according to the book, the perfect example of actual communism at work. ITT was, by the book's authors, seen as the world's first true multinational corporation which allegiance to no one other than itself. That it saw itself as greater than any nation that it operated in.

Another good window into the origins of transnationalist globalism is “The sovereign state of ITT” by Anthony Sampson. ITT's founder and Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, Sosthenes Behn, operated trans-Atlantic telephone cables and intercepted both Axis and Allied traffic which he cheerfully sold to both sides. Behn operated Nazi Germany's telephone exchanges and then (successfully) sued for restitution after they were bombed during World War II. Behn even commandeered U.S. Army trucks that were much needed for military purposes so he could relocate to the West, machinery in ITT factories and aircraft plants that were in, at that time, what would become Eastern Germany.

Behn is the mold from which much of today's Multinational Corporate elite were cast. Read the book for a free perm.

The only thing that will save this country, is whites taking action.

However, this is not possible as long as whites are cowered and their lives are ruined should they fight back - hell, should they simply speak up and state the obvious.

The only way for this to end is for white people to form a group (groups?) that includes lawyers to protect them, and funds to compensate them for the losses they WILL encounter in speaking up.

THAT is a fund I would gladly give to.

Imagine being able to say to the retarded buck who is harassing you, exactly what we say here? Imagine telling a senator what you think of section 8 housing and welfare, and not being afraid of any backlash, because the retarded negro who will sue your sorry white ass, will get it right back?

Silent Running: Subjects like this one give themselves naturally to conspiracy, but while many of my allies see a massive conspiracy in this, I have to say that I do not.

Outstanding analysis, Silent Running. This "true belief" goes all the way to the top, but in those stratospheric reaches it morphs into something quite different from Liberal Magical Thinking™.

Up there in the 100th floor corner office, the "true belief" is in their own infallibility and invulnerability (think: "Too big to fail!"). Astronomical wealth so insulates them from any downside or consequences of their actions that they proceed almost totally unmolested by reality. Due to government complicity, these puppet masters are able to orchestrate the daily affairs of entire nations.

Whatever you do, please don't try to blame Capitalism for this. What has happened is unpunished manipulation and collusion within a free market economy that will always be extremely sensitive to bad actors. If you want an economic system that is more immune to such problems, you must surrender up much more than just risk of insider trading and that sort of malfeasance.

Europe's highly dysfunctional Socialism and, eventually, the USSR are what awaits those who seek comprehensively enforced economic regulation. By then, it's too late and a nation's entire economy becomes an impenetrable "good old boy" network.

Rest assured, we are well on our way towards such a thing, both financially and politically, here in America. It is up to American voters to educate themselves and vote in a manner which reflects that. With 500 channels of sh!t flowing freely from so many different cable spigots, there isn't much hope but the battle still must be fought by Those Who Can See.

The alternative is just too hideous.

Bogolyubski--

On Section 8, money making and corporate America.

Most people are unaware of how Sec. 8 works and how lucrative it is. They also do not know about the (communist inspired) movement to ban privately owned rental property. The Republican party, as part of it's 1996 Welfare Reform Act, imposed many limitations on it--most have been virtually repealed since then through new programs.

In the beginning it was purely a voucher program which was also purely voluntary on the part of the landlord. As a consequence, most of the people taken on by the landlords were white women with white children who behaved themselves. Anti discrimination laws with respect to renting did not change this--the landlords set up a reporting system, deemed legal, for problem tenants so as to deny them. Later on, this would be expanded to credit checks--also a legally valid reason for denial. This allowed decent whites to get out of the housing projects and virtually condemned the blacks to them. Enter the infamous "Holman V. Metropolitan Council" case. It was the NAACP who put the case up.

The "Holman V. Metropolitan Council" was pure Soviet agitprop. The city never intended to fight it--it was a setup from the word go. The suit alleged that housing projects were a de facto form of Jim Crow segregation. The suit also alleged that confining blacks to high density "slums" also created the environment which produced criminal gang behavior and violent crime. The city never went to trial to fight it, but instead went for a settlement. This case became the basis for what is now known as "scattered site housing". This is what brings Sec. 8 into your middle class neighborhood. Its was forecast that scattering them far and wide would not allow them to congregate and form gangs, they would, as if by magic, become middle class themselves through some form of osmosis.

RobertB said...

Part two-

The amount of money that could be spent on a single family home was set at $250,000.00!! In the early 90's!!! The liberals latched onto this and promoted it--the question was, given the financial limitations on Sec 8 housing due to the 1996 Welfare Reform Act, how to finance it? The problem was solved by a combination of government grants and tax credits to those in the private sector who would buy a piece of the action, so to speak, and get massive tax credits for it. It operates just like any other real estate limited partnership. The people who put the project together take a management fee right off the top--in the case near me, for instance, the project was an 11 million dollar deal. The fee taken off the top was slightly over 3 million dollars. The cost of construction, supposedly, was 235,000/per unit--in the middle of the worst construction recession since 1935. These are large buildings which are very poorly constructed--stick framing. If you were to build one, commercial codes would make you build it out of concrete block. Sec. 8 gets a pass on this. This management company will get more monies for running the property afterwards. The government mails all Sec. 8 rent checks directly to whoever operates the property and the government agrees to pay any and all costs to repair any and all damages made by the tenants. Because the idea of a damage deposit did not work out to well with black sec. 8 tenants, the government simply agrees to reimburse the landlord his costs. I personally know of several construction companies which exist purely for the sake of repairing damages to properties that are owned by the same parent corporation that owns the rental properties. Think about that one and how much room there is for fraud. There are, in my opinion and from personal experience, kick backs from the contractors who build it, to the development company. Forced kick backs are the norm in all government financed building projects, in my experience. All property that rents to Sec. 8 qualifies for property tax subsides--all. A large build of as many as 24 units often times pays less than the house next door to it--that is huge. YOU, the private home owner, must then make up for this shortfall by paying more in property taxes.

So, now we have two ways for procuring Sec. 8 housing. 1), the government buys single family and duplex homes and operates them--and can spend up to 250,000.00 per unit. Then we have private developers who can rent out an individual unit or build an entire unit using limited partnerships.

Then we have a third kind--which is a very sneaky hybrid. It's the phony condo project. In the days of responsible banking, a developer might go to a bank with his proposal to build a 300 unit condo project. A market analysis gets done and, no demand for a project that size exists. He might be told to pare it down to 30 units or not build it at all. Now, thanks to the American taxpayer he has a second way (really third) to finance it--make 30% (or more) units "low income set asides" or "market rates" rental properties and he can get a combination low interest/forgivable loan from HUD!!

The way these deals are structured, the developer makes all of his profits before even a single condo is sold. Every condo that is sold to some dim whit or otherwise unsuspecting fool is merely "icing on the cake". usually not enough units will be sold to become a legal owners association. Often those that are, get rented out because no one wants to buy them once the "Sectioners" move in. "Sectioners" is ghetto slang for the people who live in Sec. 8 housing.

Continued-

RobertB said...

Part 3-

Once the property runs out of statutory time to sell enough properties to become a viable association, it reverts back to HUD. HUD can then run it or auction it off to a large real estate holding company. These projects often exceed 750 total units. At say 235,000.00 per unit "construction costs", you can do the math. Auction prices never ever even come close to the amount of money the government has tied up in them. Funnily enough, there is a very, very large development of just this kind, owned by a California holding company, right across the street from Best Buy's world corporate headquarters in Richfield, Minnesota. Each building, comprised of 48 units, pays a mere 10,000.00/ year in property taxes. It's housed mainly Mexicans. Gee, go figure, a California company owns it and it's full of Mexicans, hmm coincidence? I don't think so.

Most excellent and informative post about Section 8, RobertB.

The part about how:

The government mails all Sec. 8 rent checks directly to whoever operates the property and the government agrees to pay any and all costs to repair any and all damages made by the tenants. Because the idea of a damage deposit did not work out to well with black sec. 8 tenants, the government simply agrees to reimburse the landlord his costs. I personally know of several construction companies which exist purely for the sake of repairing damages to properties that are owned by the same parent corporation that owns the rental properties. Think about that one and how much room there is for fraud.

… means that Black tenants literally assure permanent job security for the repair contractors. There is a major conflict of interest issue―as in no-bid government paid for services―that invite collusion and simply reek of corruption.

Thank you for such a well-written exposé.

Slightly off topic but very informative. The following is a quote from a book written in 1845 by one Henry Wheaton, a United States lawyer, jurist and diplomat. He was the third reporter of decisions for the United States Supreme Court, first U.S. minister to Denmark and U.S. minister to Prussia.

"In point of fact, no considerable importation of African slaves into the United States has taken place since it was prohibited in 1808. Public opinion, stigmatizing the traffic as a crime against humanity, and the particular interest of the southern states against augmenting the dangerous black population, which already increases by natural means more rapidly than the white, have combined to stimulate the zeal of the public authorities and of the naval commanders to whom this service has been confined." [bold font emphasis added]

The Black threat has been around for a long, long time. Clearly, even almost two centuries ago, there were Those Who Can See.

American Corporations and BRA-

WAAAY back in the dark time period of the hedonistic but very racist 70's, there began to percolate on college campuses, coffee houses and such, the idea of "Responsible Investing" this soon morphed into "Responsible Humane Investing". This was the idea that investors, particularly institutional investors, should only invest in companies who were responsible to "humanity". What exactly this entailed, no one was told. Just that you would know it when you saw it.

Who are institutional investors? Why, they are the people that manage pension funds, insurance company monies, etc. In turn, these institutional investors invest in insurance companies and the companies that employ the people whose pension funds they invest in. It's a very tangled, interwoven mess, in reality. But the key component here as the 80's dawned were the pension funds--most of whom belonged to unions. The most powerful and largest of which were the teacher's union pension funds. HUGE money. They were, perhaps, the very first large entity to declare their intent to only invest in companies that were "Responsible" and they were only going to use fund managers who agreed to engage only in "Responsible Investing" that was "Humane".

At the same time, there also existed on campuses anti apartheid movements. Thus, it was no small wonder when the declared first target of the teacher's union was South Africa--specifically American and European companies that continued to do business with South African companies.

Other union funds soon joined in. Now, remember, they had stated that the fund managers were required to go along with them. Thus, even if the fund manager pulled the union funds out (sending some stocks into a downward spiral, which was the point) that wasn't good enough. The fund managers had to move ALL funds they managed out of stocks of those companies or the union would pull its millions (billions over all) out of that fund manager's accounts and put them with someone else who would tow the line. In the midst of all the hype--pro and con, concerning this new tactic and what it meant for investing, who should come aboard and declare themselves to be a part of it? Hollywood actors, who else? There were also college campus marches where the students demanded that the college's invested monies be invested the same way. All of this right on cue, as if by magic. Divestment was the new college cause!

RobertB said...

Oh, Zenster, it gets worse, much worse.

It's called "Neighborhood busting". It was proved in several cases in California and I used to be able to pull up links concerning the law suits that were won by homeowners, but those links are gone now--mysteriously.

In these cases, the homeowners were able to prove that land developers, in league with local Realtors, city officials and elected city councilmen colluded to drive people out of their neighborhoods and into new developments using Sec. 8 housing. The developer, through hidden ownership of another company, would by a house in a neighborhood and move sectioners into it. Then they would buy another and so on. They did no background checks on the sectioners. Complaints were ignored and the police had a "hands off" attitude toward the tenants. People were literally driven from their homes (whose values were dropping) and into the arms of the very people who were driving them from their homes!!!

And, best of all, the homeowners, via taxation, were paying for all of it--coming and going.

Part of the 1996 Welfare Reform Act stipulates that any Sec. 8 tenant who has a crime committed on the premises which they are renting--whether they or a member of their immediate family commit the crime or not, are to be evicted and are no longer illegible for Sec. 8 vouchers. However, it is the local police who must report the incidence to HUD, and most do not. Most are told not to participate. You, as a citizen, must organize a group and force them to abide by the law.

American Corporations and BRA, Part Two.

So, now we have Hollywood on board. That means that every night, on some talk show (Johnny Carson) some Hollywood personality would be bloviating on how their money is being invested with fund managers who subscribe to the notion of "Responsible Investing". The WSJ is awash with letters to the editor concerning the irresponsibility of such investing and the potential long term harm it will have on boards of directors who will be forced to invest not for sound financial reasons, but merely to avoid a run on their company's stocks.

The next group to jump on board were the various religious orders and their monies gotten from their congregations. It wasn't long before the only people on the face of the earth willing to do business with South Africa were the Israelis. Most of the South African goods (not just diamonds and gold, but their technology exports as well) were being funneled through Israel. This was the time period that it was rumored that Israel helped SA develop and test their nukes. This was discovered by a seismic anomaly whose signature was definitely a nuke, off the Cape at sea.

South Africa was the test. SA's economy was forced into a tail spin. It proved highly successful, the next targets would be companies who were not green enough and then came the companies who were not "diverse" enough. The rest is, as they say, history.

A quote from another Wheaton book, "Enquiry into the validity of the British claim to a right of visitation and search of American vessels suspected to be engaged in the African slave-trade":

The African, until civilized, will never cease to desire arms, ardent spirits, and other luxuries, nor to purchase them in exchange for men, which have ever been the great staple article of exportation, from the continent. The true means of repression to be adopted are to civilize, and Christianize, and colonize Africa, by which the native chieftains would cease to have an interest in dealing in human flesh.

There is a certain resonance in the way that today's Black pimps continue to sell their fellow Blacks for "arms, ardent spirits, and other luxuries".

Evidently, some things never change.

Yep---"Michone" is the magic negress that made her debut in the season finale. She is an original character from the graphic novels/comic book. Michone's backstory is epic in its fantastical elements. The most realistic aspect was that she was a lawyer with a pro-football star boyfriend (who is now one of the jawless zombies chained to her).
She was a fencing or kendo expert before the plague(yeah right---I used to train in Kendo and have never seen a groid female anywhere near a dojo.) Only Michone figured out to take the jaws of zombies and have them shamble along with her as to not get the other zombies excited. Only Michone also uses a silent weapon to effectively dispatch the undead.
So, to sum it up, the 3rd season will be all about the magic negress and her exploits to save clueless Rick and company.

Also known as "block busting". I covered this in Part I of my essay, "The Dis-Integration of America".

Part III has been on Paul's desk for a few weeks now and I hope that he'll post it soon.

Please keep it up with the informative comments, RobertB. They are high value additions to SBPDL.

American Corporations and BRA Part Three--

Somewhere along the line the issue of stock manipulation and potential FTC violations came up. That's when the unions took a new tack--they simply exercised their voting rights. In the past, fund managers usually obtained proxies from their clients, but the unions stopped doing that. There also came the trend of protesters each buying one share of stock and performing agitprop at the annual stock holder meetings. At which time, some huge investor, some such union, would announce it's intent to divest if they didn't get their way--coincidently the same issue that the agitprop protesters were championing. It didn't take long before boards simply capitulated behind closed doors in order to avoid sometimes catastrophic stock devaluation. Can you blame them for leaving? Can you blame them for not wanting anymore union employees? Damn, you would run too, if you could.

Always remember who it was who started unions in America and Europe--Communists. Always remember that those same communists had no qualms about allying with the MOB in order to bludgeon their adversaries. Always remember that, while the government said it drove the Communists out of the union movement, all they really did was go under ground.

Would Communists use other thugs to get their way? What else is BRA? Communists bought/started businesses in America in order to help finance their goals. They championed illegal immigration since the very beginning. They championed Civil Rights long before the Democrats did--remember, the Democrats were the party of slavery and Jim Crow. When the Communists were driven underground, they simply morphed and became Democrats.

Zenster's current book, "The Naked Communist", is a must read for all of you. So too, over at Nicholas Stix' site is the expose on the civil rights movement. It was always about communism. That's why private property rights had to be destroyed--blacks were merely the vehicle.

Between overly strict government environmental regulations, AA and other discriminatory hiring practices, the prevalence of minority lawsuits and the aforementioned Union or Liberal agitation, is it any wonder that America's industrial landscape is one gigantic ghost town?

It would be far better if all these young Hispanic men were confined to their respective countries of origin so that such disgruntled masses finally set about KILLING their corrupt leadership.

That assumes that they could produce a new, non-corrupt leadership to replace it.  If corruption is inherent in family-level rather than nation-level loyalty and Europeans' nation-level loyalty is the result of a thousand years of exogamy, Hispanics (meaning those with indio ancestry) are stuck with two options:  corrupt self-rule, or hire White managers.

I really think we should hire ourselves out.  Let other countries choose local, American, English, etc. management, for judges and police and such.  Let them change outside managers by election, so there's no need for violence if they don't like it.

I'm serious about this.  If third-world people realized that they were better off with the greater fairness of Whites at the helm, everyone might be better off.  Best, they wouldn't have to come to the USA (or England, or anywhere else) to get the benefits.  We get paid out of the greater productivity.  Everybody wins!

Qui bono? QUI BONO?!!!

That's "cui bono" (who benefits?), but anyone who never took Latin can be forgiven.  "Qui" is what it's morphed into in modern French (not sure about Italian and Spanish).

Thank-you, Zenster. I appreciate yours and others as well.

But I also think that it's time for a plan. The plan may take 100 years to come to full fruition, but the time is long past for one to begin. 100 years is not so long--my grandchildren, should I have them, will still be alive. Thats also how long it took the enemy to bring us to this point in history.

My thoughts on it are that we should take a lesson or two from our enemies. It's not so hard, what they did. "We" can do it too.

I guess what I'm trying to tell all of you that what you see today was all orchestrated long ago. Even the music that my generation listened to was planned and executed by a tiny group of committed Communists. The music end of it by former "Wobblies"--the Seegers. No, not Bob Seeger, Pete Seeger and his son. They invented "Peter, Paul and Mary", they wrote their songs and they wrote songs for many other groups like Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. The lyrics are all about Communist ideology. They planned the take over of the Folk music industry in the 1930's and the pop music industry fell into their laps. Even Bob Dylan admits this much.

Ever sing the son, as a child in school, "This land is my land, This land is your land..."? Yep. you got it, go read the lyrics and think real hard. Every child in America in the 1960's was taught that song in public schools and most private schools. We were children--they knew what they were doing alright. All real human freedom begins with the sanctity of private property--that which the Founders made the test of suffrage. Only property owners were allowed to vote originally, in the new American Republic. All of the opening salvos in this war were directed at private property. Now, the last remaining vestige of it--your home, is on the line. Creating the bubble was deliberate, destroying property values on a massive scale was deliberate. It wiped out most of middle class America's wealth. A great many police departments all over this country willfully refuse to enforce trespassing laws where your home is concerned--they erroneously treat your front yard as a "public conveyance". Bastards.

What's next?

I'm proposing that we sell them good government and other management as a service that they can take or leave.  If only Whites can make it, we sure as heck ought to be trying to make money off it.  There are probably a lot of folks in Zimbabwe who wouldn't mind a return to the days of Rhodesia.

So, who will do the buying? The proles whose blood their vampire elite subsist upon? Don't kid yourself.

There's no one in power that's going to be doing any buying. This is why targeted assassinations are one of the few viable cures for global corruption, much less Islamic terrorism. Remember what Kenyan economist James Shikwati said:

As absurd as it may sound: Development aid is one of the reasons for Africa's problems. If the West were to cancel these payments, normal Africans wouldn't even notice. Only the functionaries would be hard hit. Which is why they maintain that the world would stop turning without this development aid.

The only people able to "approve" such an outsourcing of public services are the exact ones who want nothing of the sort as it would mean an end to their criminal careers.

They will "leave" it in the way a smart soldier leaves the presence of a live grenade.

Zenster - Thanks for that link to "Rule By Secrecy". I look forward to reading it.

I see reference in the comments to a book by you called "The Naked Communist". Have you seen the book by the same title by W. Cleon Skousen? He also wrote one called The Naked Capitalist.

I was fortunate enough to attend a meeting that Skousen held in South Africa in the 1970s. He introduced these same ideas. He had just established his Freeman Institute to publicise these facts. I don't know if that institute survived his death. Mind you, Skousen made no bones about the fact that he definitely did consider it a conspiracy.

Robert B: Very good informative comments, thank you. One additional point - some corporations resisted the calls for disinvestment from South Africa. Mobil Oil, for example, was eventually forced out by the US government. They changed the tax laws so that Mobil would have to pay double taxes - in SA and the USA, which would have destroyed the business' competitiveness. They had to sell all their infrastructure at fire sale rates to SA interests.

After the fall of civilization they tried to come back, but couldn't crack it due to the huge start-up costs and opposition from vested interests.

I'm afraid you still haven't grasped the nature of the beast (or should I say "grokked"?). There is no market there for order.

There was a story going around a few years ago that illustrates the problem. The scene is an apartment in Harare, formerly Salisbury. A black couple is waiting to die. The electricity has been off for six months, the water for three months, and there is no food to be had.

Suddenly, the light flickers into life, then burns steadily. From the bathroom comes the sound of pipes gurgling and banging, then gouts of rust-coloured water burst from the taps, followed by a steady stream of clear water.

From the street outside comes the sound of a truck - the first vehicle in months since the fuel ran out - and a voice over the speaker announcing hand-outs of food supplies.

The Babuntu jumps up and calls to its wife, "Woman, bring me my panga (machete). The Whites are back."

Agreed! I've noticed this as well and applaud PK for allowing these discussions to go in directions that wouldn't normally be broached. Take for example your evaluation of the CFR and monopoly cronysim in our government, etc.

Many of the readers and commentors are coming at these problems from different perspectives and backgrounds. A "diverse" group (sorry for using the D word) of concerned citizens airing the dirty laundry, if you will.

Today, they want to go to White countries to get it.  The "compassionate" want to let them, because they have no other way to get it.  That's why we should offer them a way to get it at home; if they turn it down, we can say "you had your chance."  It gets rid of the argument for immigration.

>>>a recent article which revealed that seven of the eight victims in the August 14th mass shooting on Main Street had criminal records.

The dirty little secret about gun violence in the US (aside from the racial make-up of the perps that is) is that in the vast majority of all handgun murders, both the killer and the victim have prior criminal records. Most gun crimes in the US fall into the category of "bad guys killing other bad guy". This does not mean that normal aw abiding citizens are imune to becoming victims of gun violence. But if you take the common sense steps of not commiting crimes, statying away from drugs and the drug culture, and avoiding high crime (read minority) neighborhoods and places frequented by large numbers of the denizens of such places your chances of becoming a crime victim are greatly decreased.

You're on an incredible roll here. I'll add this: Look at what happened with the massive title fraud that was generated by "robo-signing" (including a large number of documents "signed" by a dead woman) and the "settlement" reached with nearly all the state AGs. Note also what happened with a witness to the massive, systematic title-fraud who was about to testify in Las Vegas a few months ago. The 40-something woman was found dead - immediately declared to be of "natural causes" by the local coroner. The land-title system of the USA has been completely undermined. Your property title - even if you own it outright with no debt - is essentially meaningless. The stage has essentially been set for outright taking of real property. The vampire-squids won completely and proved that they are indeed far above anything resembling laws. There is no rule of law. They can do literally anything they like with complete and total impunity.

Here's a little historical factoid for those who still cannot fathom that what is commonly referred to as "capitalism" (by idiots and liars such as Limbaugh and other Republicans) is really just another branch of communism. Lenin and Trotsky's overthrow of the Kerensky government of Russia was funded by "arch-capitalists" like the Warburgs ("Daddy Warbucks") and their front-man J.P. Morgan, who were also the primary beneficiaries of the Great War and among the founders of the beast from Jekyll Island (the private banking cartel known as the "Federal Reserve").

Sigh. You still don't get it, do you? All the Blacks in South Africa or Zimbabwe would just love a refrigerator full of cold beer. Too bad they can't operate a brewery much less keep the power grid going long enough chill it down.

No matter how much they keep hankering after that cold beer, if they aren't willing to do the up front work of brewing and power generating, the beer just isn't going to happen. Capiche?

You really should pay more attention to people like Analog Man and Californian who have actually been there. Did you not understand Analog Man's hilarious joke at 6/11 3:45 AM?

Rule of law is perceived by African Blacks and American Blacks alike as something that "be keepin' the Black man down". No matter how many civilizational benisons it may confer, it is forever tainted by the unbearable Whiteness of being (cultured) and will be rejected out of hand.

They used to have it in S. Africa, Rhodesia, and a host of other colonies which are now basket cases.

Which only goes to prove my point. They don't want rule of law anywhere nearly as bad as they want free-for-all anarchic corruption (i.e., reversion to tribalistic chimping). If they wanted rule of law, Robert Mugabe would be taking the dirt nap and the Zim citizens would be begging those White farmers to stay. Instead, they would rather starve―and count upon free White foreign aid to feed them―than suffer the slings and arrows of that outrageous White invention; rule of law.

Today, they want to go to White countries to get it.

I swear, it's times like this that really make you seem to be a closet Liberal.

All of these Third World scum flood our shores NOT for the chance to assimilate and become productive citizens, but to latch onto the teat of America's massive social benefit system while they hunt down and rape whatever Whites they can.

If this wasn't the case, crime statistics wouldn't skyrocket wherever they plunk down another batch of Third World scum. Are you seriously going to try and tell me that such crime is caused by poverty?

Look at Sweden. In just a decade their rape statistics have spiked at 13X what they once were. You can bet it isn't the Swedish lads getting frisky, either. The situation there is so bad that the media and government have agreed to call all of the Muslim immigrant perpetrators "Swedish" in an all out effort to conceal the truth.

Over here, the only difference is that our media uses the word, "Youths".

Yes, yes, this is obvious.  But you're missing my point:  the moral burden needs to be shifted from White people to the non-Whites failing to adopt the systems and habits which produce what they want.  We can do that by offering non-Whites the sort of legal system and business management which yields the standard of living of Rhodesia compared to Zimbabwe.  The point is that they would have been given the option, and rejected it.  Then we can shout We Owe Black Africa Nothing, and even the left would have trouble disagreeing.

The real target of the idea is White guilt, which needs to die.

(I can't believe that you'd accuse a poster suggesting a de facto re-establishment of colonialism of being a leftist, but nuance is hard to manage in a polarized political environment.)

Zenster said...

Bogolyubski: Here's a little historical factoid for those who still cannot fathom that what is commonly referred to as "capitalism" (by idiots and liars such as Limbaugh and other Republicans) is really just another branch of communism.

One reason for that is because ever since FDR America has been a mixed economy (Capitalism + Socialism) instead of a truly Free Market Economy.

Rest assured that even a genuinely Free Market Economy would still remain sensitive to bad actors, just as it always has been. But in a properly Capitalistic system, the mismanagement of, for instance, General Motors would have seen it go bankrupt so that another better managed automaker could have bought up its assets and continued to capitalize (as it were) on the well-established names of Chevrolet, GM and so forth. As if such iconic and high value automotive brands would be allowed to simply disappear from the marketplace.

Rather than let the market properly adjust itself, our political and financial elite fed us the tripe volcano of "too big to fail". None of which addresses the need for many of them to be frog-marched into open court so that they can answer felony charges of malfeasance and criminal mismanagement.

Instead, the chair warming skidmark on America's underwear intervened for the purpose of garnering more reelection campaign donations and―by defeating all the normal corrective mechanisms of a healthy free market―thereby rewarded… er, I mean "bailed out" these executive manufacturing geniuses so that they could drink our grandchildrens' blood.

Other than that, it's just one big happy clappy ideal Capitalistic system.

Now, pay no attention to that foreigner who's crapping on the Oval Office's carpet and move along folks. Nothing to see here.

Mr. Rational: We can do that by offering non-Whites the sort of legal system and business management which yields the standard of living of Rhodesia compared to Zimbabwe.

While your point of shifting the moral burden has merit―despite how any sane White long ago shrugged off that contrived onus―the only way of "offering non-Whites the sort of legal system and business management which yields the standard of living of Rhodesia compared to Zimbabwe", is by installing something akin to a police state.

If Whites are involved, nothing short of full blown Apartheid would be required. After all, I presume you are talking about having White officials administer such a program.

So, I fail to see how White Liberals will be brought on board with what is essentially rigid colonialism of the sort they've just spent the last few decades wetting their collective shorts over.

Face it, African Blacks have nowhere near the competence to self-manage, even with comprehensive White supervision. People can cite the Bahamas all they want but I'd wager that exception (which proves the rule), is a direct byproduct of having derived their government from intense British formatting. Much like how India benefited from British colonialism.

To close, there are too many flies in your ointment for it to cure the suppurating abscess known as sub-Saharan Africa or even to ameliorate Liberal White guilt here in America.

We just need to cut off all foreign aid and let them marinate in their own sewage.

Mr. Rational said...

Zensterthe only way of "offering non-Whites the sort of legal system and business management which yields the standard of living of Rhodesia compared to Zimbabwe", is by installing something akin to a police state.

Compared to Mugabe's brutal (even genocidal, if you listen to his refugees) kleptocracy, isn't a police state better in all respects so long as it treats everyone fairly?

If Whites are involved, nothing short of full blown Apartheid would be required. After all, I presume you are talking about having White officials administer such a program.

We're talking about people who can administer business and justice without regard to family or tribal affiliations.  Maybe some of them could be Chinese or Indian, so long as they can apply a sensible set of rules accurately and without favoritism.  If families and tribes trusted the administrators more than they trusted each other, the administrators would have something of value to offer all of them.

This is, of course, way off in the realm of theory at the moment.  I can't imagine a US, British or European enterprise even being allowed to offer such services in today's Politically Correct environment; it requires too much recognition of the reality of HBD and what it means for intelligence and loyalties.  But we're getting close to a seismic shift, and what's impossible today may be common sense tomorrow.

We just need to cut off all foreign aid and let them marinate in their own sewage.

The false compassion of liberals makes that impossible also.
