A Real 'Minority Report': Non-Whites Comprise 87% of Scotland Yard's Secretive Gangs Matrix Database of Potential Criminals

Equality is a social construct.

Reality has a well known racial bias.

How do we know the prior statements are true? Because big data doesn't lie, only aggregating disparate information to create a profile illuminating racial truths egalitarians spend every waking hour attempting to refute/obfuscate. A secretive Scotland Yard gangs database that contains the personal details of 1,500 people who reportedly pose little or no risk of violence has come under fire. 

The Metropolitan Police’s Gangs Matrix holds information on about 3,800 people, around 40 per cent of whom are said to have a harm score of “zero”. 

An investigation by the data watchdog has been launched into the force’s database after an Amnesty International report, published on Wednesday, found it breaches international human rights laws. 

It was branded "racially discriminative" and said to "stigmatise young black men" over issues like the type of music they listen to and their social media presence. 

The Met said its matrix helps to thwart violence, saves lives and can help prevent people from being drawn into gang crime. 

But critics have said those on the matrix can be subject to punitive measures across the public sector, covering employment, housing, driving licences and education. 

Amnesty International’s UK Director Kate Allen said: "There is clearly a huge problem with knife crime violence at the moment in London, but the Gangs Matrix is not the answer. It's part of an unhelpful and racialised focus on the concept of gangs. Put simply, it's the wrong tool for the wrong problem. 

"The entire system is racially discriminatory, stigmatising young black men for the type of music they listen to or their social media behaviour, and perpetuating racial bias with potential impacts in all sorts of areas of their lives. 

"Some police officers have been acting like they're in the wild west, making the false assumptions that they can set up fake profiles and covertly befriend people online to monitor them without needing the appropriate search warrants. 

"The Mayor of London needs to dismantle the Matrix unless he can bring it in line with international human rights standards." 

Amnesty found that the number of black men on the Matrix is disproportionate. 

Figures from July 2016 showed that 87 per cent of the people listed were black, Asian and minority ethnic, and 78 per cent were black. 

For London as a whole, 13 per cent of the population is black, and police figures show 27 per cent of those prosecuted for youth violence are black.

Reality has a well known racial bias, and the day will come when it once again dictates social policy.

NAACP Calls for Mandating the Testing of Implicit Bias of Whites (While Explicitly Advocating Exclusively for the Advancement of Colored People)

How long until this gets implemented? 

Early this year, we saw a black career criminal charged with murdering a white World War II veteran bring up implicit bias and white privilege in his defense trial. 

Had he waited a few years to commit this murder, he may have found a sympathetic jury truly woke to the reality of implicit bias (IB), which could some day see state sanctioned executions of those harboring incurable levels of IB.

"If you want a vision of the future, imagine a black woman yelling at a white male - forever."

NAACP President Derrick Johnson wrote a piece for USAToday yesterday announcing that his organization was calling for mandatory implicit bias testing for all public officials. Implicit bias testing is a method which claims to be able to detect subconscious bias within individuals’ thought processes (more on that in a moment). While Johnson didn’t call for mandatory testing of everyone, he thinks testing everyone is a good idea. 

"Everyone should get tested for implicit bias, and if you’re a public official or receiving public dollars — it should be mandatory. It’s just a matter of time before another black person is abused, arrested, or shot dead for flying, golfing, driving, walking or drinking coffee “while black.”… 

While the United States has a very long history with explicit bias and state-sponsored racism, we are only partially committed to believing the extent to which our internal biases impacts us subconsciously. We are unable to grasp that implicit bias functions like a powdered drug stirred into our societal drink and continuously seeping out our societal pores, ranging from law enforcement to education to religion, entertainment and media. It’s like our shadow and travels with all of us everywhere we go, regardless of our self-proclaimed objectivity or colorblindness…

The NAACP is calling for an expansion of the movement to demand mandatory testing for implicit bias, particularly for officials paid with public dollars. For major corporations, implicit bias training must become a part of corporate responsibility rather than always as a response to video-taped intolerance. 

This is the beginning of a movement designed to awaken the soul of our nation in ways that not only make us better people, but also a society where we are both accountable for what we know as well as what we are unaware of. "

Specifically, Johnson recommends people take (and be forced to take) the Harvard implicit association test (IAT) which is available online.

Conservatives and liberals, Republicans and Democrats are subservient to the concept of egalitarianism, basing social policies on if they are sufficiently observant of this morality.

Conservatives and Republicans don't possess the vocabulary to provide any shelter from the horror of state-mandated IB testing, with a compliant private sector ready and willing to borrow from the NAACP and explicitly advocate exclusively for the advancement of colored people.

White people wage paintball battles as a way to have fun.

Police in several cities across the U.S. are trying to put a stop to the groups of men waging paintball battles as a part of #PaintballsUpGunsDown — an anti-gun violence campaign police are calling misguided.  

When western civilization is supplanted by Africans in America, this is what happens next...

Detroit Police Chief James Craig said the #PaintballsUpGunsDown movement has gotten out of control and could backfire if officers mistake a paintball gun for a real firearm.  

The grassroots movement first gained traction on social media in early April as a proposed way to resolve conflicts with paint instead of bullets. Since then, participants from Atlanta to Detroit have engaged in full blown paintball wars on city streets, with as many as 50 shooters taking aim at each other at once, hitting innocent bystanders and marking up cars and homes.  

Over the last week, police in Detroit started making arrests for destruction of property. Paintballers say they're being targeted for being young and black and that cleaning up paint is a lot better than picking up dead bodies.

Equality?

Not when black people engage in paintball battles in the former Paris of the West to stop blacks from killing one another...

And there it is. [Black Students Argue Their Struggle With Gun Violence Is Overlooked, NBC Miami, May 8, 2018]:

Students from Miami Northwestern Senior High School on Tuesday held a town hall over gun violence, arguing the danger in black communities has been overlooked.

Publicizing black gun crime stats only provides the necessary evidence for white people to not only hoard firearms, but move farther away from blacks

The "Beyond the March" town hall organized by the teenagers in Little Haiti argues that the conversation about gun violence has been focused on school shootings such as the Parkland tragedy, while students in black communities face deadly gun violence every day.

"In a black community, we don't experience gun violence in schools. It's outside the school and we’re walking home when we’re going to the store – that's when we really experience gun violence," a student said.

The students said more money for police officers in schools is not the answer, rather more funding to invest in counselors and the community to curb gun violence issues.

School shootings are exceedingly rare, but present an opportunity for the mainstream media and anti-gun activists to target the 2nd Amendment for eradication.

Ubiquitous, consistent, constant shootings by black people in black communities across the nation is just another reminder why white people publicly praise diversity but privately seek out communities devoid of blacks.

A true conversation about gun violence in America starts and ends with discussing the shockingly disproportionate role blacks play in fatal and nonfatal shootings. Not just as victims, but primarily as the suspects.
