Fight the Future: FBI Deemed "Too White"

We all know what's coming. 

It's not hard to see. 

Hints are everywhere, even in places seemingly obscure (see Scott Adams, creator of Dilbert, mentioning the "diversity ceiling"). 
Why not just make it illegal (or a felony) to hire, promote whites?

If diversity is the goal, then logically the ends justify the means, right?

Over time, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has become even less diverse — and its own director doesn’t know why. 
During a speech on Wednesday, FBI Director James Comey called a decrease in diversity a “crisis” during a time when racial issues are at the forefront. 
“We have a crisis in the FBI and it is this: Slowly but steadily over the last decade or so, the percentage of special agents in the FBI who are white has been growing,” he said, adding, “I will have failed if I don’t change this.” 
The numbers show that FBI diversity has in fact been on a steady decline for nearly 20 years. According to the FBI’s website, as of March 8, 2016, its special agents are 83.41 percent white; 6.63 percent Latino; 4.37 percent Black; 4.48 percent Asian; and less than 1 percent American Indian/Alaska Native, Hawaiian/Pacific Islander and multi-race. 
In 2012, a year before Comey became director, special agents were 83.1 percent white; 7 percent Latino; 4.8 percent Black; 4.2 percent Asian; and less than 1 percent multi-racial, American Indian/Alaska Native and Hawaiian/Pacific Islander. 
The numbers were declining even before Comey stepped in. In 2008, special agents were 81.9 percent white, 7.8 percent Hispanic, 5.2 percent Black, 4.1 percent Asian, less than 1 percent American Indian and 0 percent Hawaiian/Pacific Islander and two or more races. 
In 1997, Politico reported, special agents were 6.9 percent Latino and 5.6 percent Black. 
In comparison, among the 2016 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity24.8 percent of all management employees are Black, Hispanic or Asian. 
Diversity among college graduates has been steadily increasing, as the FBI’s recruiting efforts went in the other direction. According to the National Center for Education Statistics, from the 1996-97 school year to 2013-14, the percent of bachelor’s degrees earned by nonwhite people increased 35 percent. The latest data showed 67.7 percent of four year degree earners were white, 10.6 percent were Black, 11.2 percent were Hispanic, 7.3 percent were Asian/Pacific Islander, 2.5 were percent two or more races and less than 1 percent were American Indian/Alaska Native. 
Comey was speaking at a conference called “Working Together — The Primary Prevention for Safety and Security” at Bethune-Cookman University in Florida. 
The event was put together by Historically Black Colleges & Universities Law Enforcement Executives and Administrators, a group dedicated to the safety of students at HBCUs and the quality of HBCUs’ law enforcement. 
Comey also addressed that the problem starts with him. 
“I am trapped inside this not-too-impressive, 6-foot-8-inch, skinny white guy from the New York metropolitan area existence,” he said. “That’s who I am. I can’t escape that. All that data I take in comes in through that filter.” 
Comey has spoke about the need for diversity on several occasions since taking his position in September 2013, but data shows he has not actually done anything to solve the problem. In 2015 he called the FBI “overwhelmingly white and male” and said it will be a “big challenge” to change that. 
“It is an imperative for all of us in law enforcement to try to reflect the communities we serve. … I have to change my numbers,” he said at the time. 
But the numbers have only gotten worse — and racial tension and violence have become more visible. During the conference some parents told Comey they are now fearful for their childrens’ lives, especially after the most recent police-related deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. 
Adrian Wiggins, executive director of Campus Safety and Public Safety at a college in Baltimore, became choked up when confessing his concerns to the director. 
“Full disclosure, I’ve been Black for all my life, and I’m raising a young Black man who is a wonderful, wonderful man, 10 years old,” Wiggins said. “I raise him right, I take him to church, teach him right from wrong. And I’m just afraid for my son.” 
Wiggins said he worries his “10-year-old son will be … one of those issues going down.” and asked, “What is it that can be done by the [FBI] to help me sleep better at night? To be less afraid for my son?” 
Comey said it is “vitally important” to “try very, very hard to put ourselves in the shoes of others” and called for more data about police violence, as well as open discussions about these issues. 
However, Comey’s past discussions about race relations between police and communities, specifically with Black people in communities, have not been productive for the conversation. Last year when discussing racial profiling during a speech he seemed to be making excuses for the practice rather than explaining how to address the problem. 
“The two young Black men on one side of the street look like so many others the officer has locked up. Two young white men on the other side of the street, even in the same clothes, do not,” he said at the time. “The officer does not make the same sinister association about the two white guys, whether that officer is white or Black.”
If present trends play out, we will see the federal government enforce rules in hiring to effectively stamp out the problems of whiteness, for both the private and public sectors.

The signs are all around us.

The obvious solution to the Whiteness problem is to stop trying to serve the Black coonmunity.  It needs its own policing under its own government paid for with its own taxes... in its own country.  Preferably in Africa.

Then we can stop hitting the fainting couch over "diversity fail" and get back to business.

Comey knows exactly why the FBI doesn't hire more blacks: it has standards.

At one time, it was a requirement to have a law degree. That's no longer the case - some new-hires are forensic accountants, others might be experts in mathematics and other hard sciences.

However, few are "black studies" majors or HR people with a concentration in diversity hiring.

That 4% figure on FBI agents almost exactly numbers the statisticar for black doctors. It's not because they don't get special treatment in admissions, it's because they aren't interested in difficult course work.

When the FBI starts creating positions for negroes who were physical education majors, that disparity will vanish - along with most of the major cities in the nuclear wasteland once called the USA.

There is a very simple reason for the decline in minority agents. Have you seen what black high schools will graduate? College is even worse. Black students are getting passing grades just because they are BLACK! Professors are afraid of failing them because it may result in the "racist" card or in bodily harm.
So it's basic reasoning that the dumbing down of public schools & colleges is to give blacks passing grades especially athletes. These "honor " students who can barely read, especially "cursive" (as the disgusting witness in the Trayvon case displayed), cannot speak proper English, usually have extensive juvenile criminal records, then adult criminal records when they turn 18. Then we have their appearance. Black male youth with their underwear out & pants hanging by their knees is nowhere near the neat, clean appearance that these agencies expect. The girls are no better with their huge asses and piercings, tattoos and clothing 5 sizes too tight for them. I find it hard to believe that they could pass the physical.
Usually these youth are fathers of several children by different mothers, they fail to pay child support and cannot pass a simple background check, much less the in depth one. Most cannot pass the drug testing either.
If blacks wish to moan & groan about "too white" agencies then it needs to be pointed out very CLEARLY that if they had qualified applicants the agencies would not be "too white"!
I'm very tired of blacks pissing & moaning about "their struggle" when my taxes pay for their food, housing, phones, education & healthcare. They are NEVER satisfied. Complaint after complaint.
As far as I am concerned I would not be sad if they all went elsewhere!

A way we can help them is with a smart Human who can develop apps. I suggest we create OrcWatch. It is an app that uses a centralized cloud database offshore that stores photos, video and gps location with date time stamp.

Whenever you see a nasty orc that is clearly about to commit a crime, or has just committed one *which is always*, you stay at a safe distance, zoom in, and the app films their snouts and bodies. The info is then in a database so when crimes are committed there is a database of high resolution data for the FBI and police to access.

Imagine if there had been a trail of video footage from various people on Trayvon or mike brown? Would have seen him snooping in windows and smoking blunts, fighting etc.

If many humans just use the app once or twice a day, that is a lot of the orc population that is on record. Kinda like a virtual parole officer watching from everywhere.

OK, developers out there, get to work! Make the whole thing offshore so ACLU can't get involved. Fight smart!

A while back, the Justice Department leaned on Dayton, Ohio to hire more black officers. This was a wierd case of the local NAACP and the NRA joining forces to oppose this action. Maybe the local NAACP realizes what a train wreck a bunch of unqualified negroes patrolling the streets would be.

Among other things to be an FBI agent, you need a JD, or a CPA or an advanced degree, 3 years of work experience, or an advanced degree and able to pass the physical tests. For 700 open slots, they had more than 20k applicants.

The fact that blacks only make up 4% of the FBI when the agency is, and has been for decades, DESPERATE to hire them speaks to the pool of potential agents.

Considering even the most marginal black candidate will get hired (and promoted quickly), the fact that there are so few reflects the fact that there aren't even any marginal candidates who are interested in the job.

Let's face it. FBI agents need to have intelligence. Intelligence occurs in the black population at a much lower rate than in the other races. So when an intelligent black willing to work (relatively) hard comes along, they have literally the world at their feet. They can do anything they want--doctor, lawyer, etc--the top schools and top hospitals/firms will be fighting to let them in/hire them. Why would this intelligent black choose a lower paying job with worse hours in law enforcement, especially given the prejudices against law enforcement that have been no doubt instilled in them since birth?

Even with every movie and TV show in the past three decades involving the FBI (or other government agency) having a smart, cool, capable black agent, they are still only able to max out at 4 percent.

Although zero blacks in the US population would be ideal, I would be willing to settle for a rational compromise. Rather than pretend that the percentage of the population consisting of a particular minority or protected class is the same percentage that should be used for employment in every field we need to accept that this percentage varies between fields of employment. No one expects there to be as many Asians playing professional basketball as would be expected based on their share of the population, and no one expects a proportionate share of the general population consisting of people suffering from mental retardation to be successful doctors or engineers.

Rather than presume that 13% of the employees in every field of employment should be black it makes more sense to adjust the percentage based on the statistical aptitude of a particular group. I'm not a statistician, but I suspect that a normal curve centered on height for Asians overlaps the comparable curve for blacks with the average height for blacks being significantly higher for blacks. Knowing the average height of successful basketball players, someone with statistical knowledge could easily compare these two curves and ascertain the true percentage of Asians we should expect to see in professional basketball. This number would almost certainly be much smaller than their share of the population.

Similarly, fields of employment requiring intelligence could be handled the same way. In the case of the FBI controversy it would only be necessary to determine the intelligence of the average FBI agent, and then based on normal distribution curves of IQ for blacks and non-blacks determine what percentage of each population lies within an acceptable range of required intelligence. Far fewer blacks will fall in the acceptable range than the 13% they represent of the general population.

My opinion is that without AA this distribution would occur naturally. Corporations exist to create wealth for their share holders, they are interested in hiring the most competent employees they can find for the salary they can afford to pay, and they don't generally care about skin color. Forcing employers to hire unqualified blacks to maintain parity with their share of the population is outright bias against 87% of the US population, and this is exactly the function of AA. The bad news for blacks is that most areas of employment in a first world society depend more on intelligence than height or resistance to malaria.

Why are MOST people against a true meritocracy? Why not just base everything on ability and work ethic, I mean if a NBA team is all Black because that is the best players fine, if all the top Dog Sledders (or whatever it is called) are Eskimos fine, if a job has all or most workers who are White or Asian because that is who is the best at that job why not. Having to hire people not up to par is like having to carry dead weight and makes the business weaker, A business which is allowed to hire based on ability/merit will always be better than a business that is forced to hire workers with lesser skill, in some cases a person with lesser skill, but with great work ethic can EVENTUALLY outperform a more skilled person who has a questionable work ethic, but there is often a ceiling to how well someone can do, some people just don't have the acumen to do things, example everyone can't be an astronaut no matter how hard they work, just like no matter how well you train a Donkey, the Donkey will never be able to win the Kentucky Derby.

So why would a true meritocracy not be the best way to do things?

Nike and Adidas have tried various measures to stem the bloodshed that can occur as people anxiously line up for sneakers, and Nike even changed the timing of its sneaker releases from midnight to morning, believing people would be less aggressive. But deaths don’t just occur during launches.
There are deeper societal issues of violence and status involved. Looking back at Sports Illustrated’s famous 1990 cover story, “Your Sneakers or Your Life,” which focused on the murder of a 15-year-old boy over his Jordans and brought sneaker violence to national attention, it’s evident that the 17-year-old killer in that case didn’t do it just for the shoes. The victims of these crimes are disproportionately young, black men.
Undoubtedly, however, sneakers continue to create opportunities for some problems to play out. Early on, the Sneakerheadz clip shows news footage from a mob scene of customers stampeding to get newly released Jordans, and stories of actual deaths are far from rare.
What can be done about it? Twenty-five years after Sports Illustrated’s big story, there’s still no good answer

Clean record and they go around interviewing people from your past, look into family ties and relatives' criminal and financial history, talk to former teachers, etc. So I can see why it's such a low number, plus the police depts can't even find minorities to be cops, and all you need is a high school diploma.

Add to that, the real kind of work the agents do is NOTHING like what TV agents do. Its not all manhunts, shootouts and car chases. I`m sure the very few blacks that do qualify lose interest when they figure out they wont be Will Smith in "Bad Boys"...

Without knowing it, media telegraphs the truth through code words. "Teen" is one of those for sure.

My favorite is "House Party."

There has never been a "House Party" story which didn't include the phrase "gun fire erupted."

"About to start junior college" is another did giveaway.

It's very rare that a white teen is shot at a house party celebrating his acceptance at junior college.

The FBI stopped being an American, ie, pro-White organization when J. Edgar died. The "demands" of the black community are getting more and more ridiculous. They want to have their cake and eat it, too. They claim that their communities are "under served by police", and that is why crime is rampant in their hoods, but the second police do show up and try to stop a black criminal in the act, when the criminal then resists arrest and fights back, and sometimes is shot, they protest, riot, march, etc. Which is it?? It is not logical or reasonable to make both claims, and borders on insanity. Yet the media plays right along. Somehow, somewhere, the media has gotten orders to give the black community extra coverage, a voice, and to champion every one of their causes, no matter how over the top, unreasonable, or downright ridiculous they are. I would love to know who (or what organization) gave the media those kind of orders. Reps are sent to the funerals of criminals that resisted arrest, but none to the cops murdered in the line of duty. "They took that risk when they took the job", is muttered, but I am sure that the police were not expecting to be targeted in that way, and thought that those in charge would have their backs. And a damn criminal takes the risk of being caught or shot while committing a crime- but no one points that out.

I was taught, as most of you probably were, to be humble, polite, hard working, and self sufficient. Those things are being used against us now, and mostly seen as weaknesses in todays BRA "culture".
Anytime I see the words "diverse, urban, civil, uptown, downtown, protest, march, hood, etc,", describing a movie, a newspaper article, etc., I know to pass it by- that it will be heaping white guilt onto whomever is unfortunate enough to look at it.
Our President commented at a town hall type event televised a couple of weeks ago-
"There is a perception of more dangerousness about black males"- with a look of incredulousness on his face. The statistics and facts back up this "perception". If a person was camping in the woods, and was told the grizzly bear was 20 times more likely to attack you than a mountain bear, which one would you (rightly) shy away from?? It is logical and reasonable to see patterns and learn from those patterns. The "culture" of today is asking us not to trust our own perceptions, our own instincts, and our own guts.
On another note, I saw a black guy in the parking lot, about age 14, with a t-shirt on that said- "respek my name". I had to get in my car and immediately leave, to keep from laughing in his face. I will "respek" his name when he learns how to spell respect. He probably had one of those names like Janquatutarius that people are constantly mispronouncing. Black people take extreme offense when you don't pronounce their name correctly, on the first try, regardless of how odd the name and spelling is. A company I worked for in the 90's wisely got around this problem by making employees address each other as Mr. Jones and Ms. Smith- last name only.

Such good comments in the last few days. I think the people that comment here are educating and emboldening each other- the comments get better every day.
Thanks to all you silent majority people out there. I have learned a lot from you.

I've pointed out before how racism and nationalism are antagonistic forces in multi-racial countries. If you want an FBI that "looks like America", campaigns to stamp out whiteness are a logical result.

Western civilization has never been inward-looking and racially isolationist like, say, Japanese or Chinese civilization, which both went through that, and were only opened up under pressure from the West. But I heard a lot of roaring and excitement. What could it be? I didn't think Hillary was that popular. But of course it wasn't Hillary - was Bernie Sanders.

It is a little depressing to realize how few Americans understand the horrors of socialism. Even if you don't know what Soviet policies did to Russia, today you could look at Venezuela.

In Venezuela the rats are running from the citizens who voted for Chavez - especially the fat juicy rats. Why don't Americans make that connection? Bernie Sanders will have you have you grateful for a captured rat. Socialism is an elaborate way to wreck your economy.

How can we become diverse when 13% of the pop is Black? half of that makes 6 1/2 % male,
6 1/2 % female. So lets say 5 % of the males and probably 3 % of the females are convicted felons who can never be in law enforcement. As if they would choose that field to begin with. I just watched a show about sending a spacecraft to mars. From top administrators clear down to janitors, I think there was one Black. Any business that demands critical thought, unselfish bravery or honesty automatically removes Blacks.

Recall, I once told y'all, I had a very interesting chat with a big wheel with one of our nation's biggest corporations, and this person was brutally frank about the fate of other companies being made to hire talentless negroes under Fed pressure: "China doesn't have the n****r problem we do."

Ergo, it's not a matter of low wages, it's finding a trainable workforce that actually shows up, performs the work and turns out a product that humans want to take home. Walk into any fast-food place and watch. Then ask yourself if you'd want that same crew assembling a laptop!! (Can you imagine reading a manual for an electronic doodad composed in Ghettospeak??)

I read alot of articles on here as well as the comments and I dont know whether to be angry, sad, indifferent or all three. Not because of the racist comments on here, but because we as blacks caused such disgust or our race.

I never had a close black friend until I served in the Marines.I was bullied in school by black children because I "talked white" and had a father in my life. Because I grew up in a home not broken, I was made fun of for being "raised white".

I was teased by black girls for not having a boyfriend at 16 and being pregnant. They thought I was a dyke because of it.

I have gotten more racism from my own black people for being with a white man. Some were overt ("You're a negro bedwench sleeping with white privilege), some were subvert ("I can tell you like white guys). I was called a sellout because I wanted to serve my country, to serve something bigger than myself. It pains me that I actually took an oath to protect the rights of these people to say ignorant, jack-assed bullshit. They walk on the very flag I and my fellow Marines have fought to protect.

I was hated by dark skinned black women for being too light, and the light ones for being too dark. I was ostracized because I wanted to wear my hair naturally.

I never grew up in a black neighborhood so I didn't understand the racial nuances going on in the black community until I got older.

My husband and I lost our son at 21 weeks last year. The bottom line e of my hurt and anger was the fact that these ghetto queens have tons of black children, but I couldn't even have one. On the day I was discharged I had a black nurse tell me " I'm so sorry you lost your baby. He would've had good hair too." Then proceeded to tell me I could still claim my dead son for taxes and get an additional $250 back.

My husband wasn't around to hear that (he went to the restroom), or he would've caught a case for decking the cunt. I didn't even tell him until we got home. That shit would've triggered his PTSD id he knew sooner.

Every time I hear some shit about black criminals, my shoulders slump lower end lower. I am not ashamed of being black, but I am ashamed of being racially a part of a fucked up culture. When I get an interview for a job, the phone ones go well. But when the in-person interview happens, I get looks of slight surprise. I know why. They didn't know I was black until I walked through the door. I have BLATANTLY refused to identify my race on applications because i did not want my race to be a factor for hiring me. I can proudly say I never got a job due to affirmative action.

I used to get annoyed by said reactions, then I started looking more closely at black people's conduct at group interviews, job fairs and such. I was appalled at the uncouth, ignorant actions of these people. Most of them were black women just like me. The black men were more cordial.

And we wonder why other races look at us a certain way? Seriously?

I can't even begin to tell you the countless call centers I've worked where these hood chicks didn't even hide that they were hood. Some of them actually had degrees! But they spoke like slavery ended 5 minutes ago.

I may not agree with everything said about blacks in here, but I can't really fault you and I understand. I don't see a change either, now that BLM is really in full swing. And unless I am interacted with, I'll be lumped in with the rest of them.

I bear no ill will toward anyone, but Trump 2016 HAS TO HAPPEN. He may not be able to completely stop the bullshit from the black community (what community?) spilling everywhere and making a mess, but it'll stem the tide.

And maybe...just maybe...it'll make these niggas SHUT THE FUCK UP.
