[Hundreds of teens descend on Broad St. damaging property, fighting, 6abc.com, July 30, 2018]:
Investigators are reviewing surveillance video along North Broad Street after a group of about 300 teenagers crowded the area Sunday night.
It's not clear why the large group descended onto Broad Street at around 7:30 p.m.
Police are looking to identify a small fraction of the kids; those who were fighting and damaging property inside a Wendy's fast-food restaurant near the Liacouras Center and one other business, flipping over tables and chairs.
"I was like, 'What is going on?' There were a bunch of high school kids running around, cops were chasing them down," said Temple University student Kate Dartey.
Police are reviewing social media to determine if this was a planned meet-up.
Police Commissioner Richard Ross says often times investigators can stop social media meet-ups before they happen.
"In many cases as we have early indicators that something was going to happen. In this case, we didn't have that," Ross said.
Commissioner Ross says two teens were hurt in the fights that broke out and a small portion of the crowd began throwing rocks towards police officers.
"Someone threw a rock that shattered the rear window of our police vehicle," said Ross.
Most of the teens did not participate in any criminal activity, and Broad Street was cleared by 10 p.m.

This is all just part of the North Broad Renaissance as spelled out just a week ago in the Philadelphia Business Journal. One man's riot is another man's Renaissance.
'How North Broad Renaissance is rejuvenating a neighborhood
North Broad Renaissance [NBR] is revving up its economic development efforts. As the organization moves into its third year of operation, its focus is not all about attracting businesses to North Broad Street — it’s about creating a community.
“We’re not just trying to attract businesses to the corridor for the sake of having businesses in the corridor,” NBR Executive Director Shalimar Thomas said.
“Businesses see that and they’re like, ‘This is where I want to be located,’” she said.
NBR is a nonprofit special service district, similar to Center City District, that acts as an advocate for the North Broad Street area from City Hall to Germantown Avenue. The organization is working to revitalize the corridor and improve the quality of life in the area.
Previous and ongoing initiatives include beautification, sanitation and safety improvements, such as emphasizing litter cleanup and installing storefront security cameras. The group raised more than $400,000 in donations to support its goals, per the annual report...
The North Broad corridor also saw a 16 percent decrease in litter, improving the area’s score for the Litter Index. NBR has been especially vocal about litter — it even hands out placards to businesses that follow proper trash protocol and notifies those that haven’t. The number of pounds of trash collected and trash bags used has decreased, indicating less litter.
“That was a big win for us,” Thomas said. “We see that it was a major problem for our stakeholders.”
NBR has become a known resource in the neighborhood, Thomas said. She mentioned one tenant who had a broken door and asked for assistance. Though NBR doesn’t handle fixing broken doors, the organization was able to help direct that tenant to somebody who could repair or replace it, or help that business with funding and revenue.'

There are Amber Alerts for missing children so perhaps business districts could have "Teen Alerts" so that when mobs of teens/negroes start appearing everyone immediately gets emergency alerts on their cell phones and can lock the doors. This is actually a very good idea. The US could kill several birds with one stone (or should I say rock?).
The US pays the Liberian government a fee to take charge of black criminals. I used to be a 'teen'. Or at least I thought I was. Now I'm not so sure. I think I was a normal 13 year old in Junior High. Now I understand all that has changed. Now the word seems to mean an armed black thug. Are whites kids ever referred to anymore as teens?
Of course blacks become adolescents about three years earlier than whites or Asians. So a black kid at age ten is roughly at the level of maturity that I was thirteen. But on the other hand my white brain would on average continue to develop for another three years. The denominator in the Intelligence Quotient in the IQ formula (mental age over physical age) was set at sixteen by Binet. In the white population on whom the tests were originally developed mental growth was determined to proceed until about the age of sixteen and then stop. People's brains and the growth of wisdom continue until about age thirty but IQ growth stops at sixteen.
That is if you are white. Blacks seem to develop younger and stop developing sooner. I think black IQ pretty much ends at thirteen. It's hard to get good data on this.
So blacks should be spoken of as teens as young at age ten. This three year head start in reaching their maximum mental capacity seems to be the reason so many blacks can never complete high school.
The teens mentioned here are probably better referred to as adults. An fourteen year old negro is not the same as a fourteen year old white. He's already fully developed while the white kid is still a child.

This is obviously what happens when teens don't have "anything to do". If only there were some kind of programs that these teens couldd be a part of that would give them the self-esteems necessary to make better choices.
I have heard that basketball is very popular. I wonder if some sort of basketball tournament style program would have a positive impact. Of course, said program would have to be at times that are most conducive to criminal activity. I think if they are playing basketball during peak crime hours (say, around midnight) instead of commiting crimes, that could go a long way to reducing or solving the problem.
I think I will have a BBQ this weekend were we can organize a call to action. This will rally the neighborhood and maybe we can raise funds through selling candy door to door or put up fund raiser signs on the side of busy intersections and take donations from the generosity of passing motorists.
I don't think this has ever been tried before, but I am convinced that it will work much better because I'm a lot smarter than those Candle Light Vigil Idiots. They should know by now that don't do sheeeiit.

I've been doing and advocating the same for a while now. Got rid of my tv and cable, use my phone unlimited data plan for the Internet, and live close enough to my neighbor's wifi signal if I want to stream a movie. I really don't miss tv either, it's mostly SJW garbage and reruns. Read a book, take up a hobby, exercise, and stockpile guns & ammo. Something seems like it's going to happen sooner than later.

It's easier than that. Use Stingray to set up microcells in malls, business districts and anywhere else the "yoots" decide to target. Collect all the ID numbers of their sail foams by other means. When bunches of these phones (like, more than 4-5) appear in proximity to each other, set off the alarm.

I've lived in Philly for a few years now for work, but I'm lucky that I don't ever have to go to the black areas and when they do come into the nicer areas I'm usually still working (ya know as white people do). Though every time these stories remind me of what it's really like I get more motivated to save up and start my own business so I'm not dependent on location. Also very lucky that I can use the concourse to get to the office and don't have to deal with the bonkers homeless on the street anymore 😬

Was on a bus doing down NYC 5th Avenue. There are many tour buses. mostly double decker. A real pain in the ass, they cause traffic jams and accidents. The sales men are all black males from African countries. Not one white American works the ticket sales. Same thing with the pedicab drivers in Central Park. Disgusting. All black Muslims from Africa, all really hostile and rude.
Where are all the white people working? Why is it okay to have all these black African males on our streets? No one really knows their back ground and if they have a criminal history in their home countries. Half of them are not who they are on the ID they have.
