"Maybe if we had played dead, they would have stopped" -- A White Males Response when Victimized by the Black Knockout Game in Charlottesville, Virginia

“I've never hit a man in anger in my life. Never called a black man 'nigger' or stolen a penny from any man. I've given money and my own time to a dozen worthwhile causes from block associations to the N-Double-A-C-P.” 

“And this is the thanks you get,” Jack murmured. "I know, Pop. And it's true. And there's no answer to it."

"There's one answer I intend to demand. I want those three killers." (Death Wish, by Brian Garfield, p. 38)


This passage from Garfield's 1972, which would spawn the Charles Bronson franchise, is worth reflecting on when reading the news of a 'knockout game' attack on two white people in Thomas Jefferson's beloved Charlottesville, Virginia (home of the University of Virginia) by three black males obviously on their way to writing an updated version of Notes on Virginia. 

That's not Big Foot... actual footage of a black-on-white knockout game attack that was excused as being a myth. This attack was in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Only days before Christmas, two "passive" white people (a male and female) found themselves the beneficiaries of the white privilege of a state-sanctioned black-on-white assault, with the white male believing that 'maybe if we had played dead' the racial attack would have ended. [Knockout: Victims of brutal Downtown Mall assault want arrests, and answers from police, C-Ville.com, 12-29-13]:

A couple’s late night stroll on the Christmas-lit Downtown Mall turned to terror in the early morning hours of Friday, December 20, when they were brutally assaulted by three men in what appears to have been a random act of violence.

Even though one of the victims, Jeanne Doucette, managed to take photos that appear to show the assailants as they kicked and pummeled her boyfriend Marc Adams to unconsciousness, Charlottesville Police still do not have any suspects. Doucette says there were other witnesses to the crime, which allegedly occurred just outside the Wells Fargo building at around 1am as she and Adams walked from Miller’s to Rapture, and she is baffled as to why the police haven’t shared her images more widely with people who could have seen the suspects earlier in the evening.

“I cannot understand why they didn’t let people know what happened,” said Doucette, who still bore injuries from the assault when she met for an interview a week later. “Those pictures might have prompted some tips.”

The images she captured are blurry but nonetheless appear to corroborate her account of the night’s events, including the brutality of the beating, during which she says the assailants joked and laughed, even stopping to hug in the midst of the onslaught.

Doucette said the assault occurred after she and Adams, both 39, had met for a drink at Miller’s after Adams finished his shift as chef for a downtown food cart. They headed east up the Mall toward Rapture to end their night with music, when Adams tripped and fell in front of Derriere de Soie lingerie store, a block from Miller’s. As he was getting up, a man approached quickly, said something that Doucette couldn’t make out, and kicked Adams while he was on the ground, before being joined by his friends who beat Adams severely, breaking his ankle, cracking ribs and knocking out one of his teeth.

The grainy photos that Doucette took with her phone (posted below story) show the faces and clothing worn by the three alleged assailants, all black males. Doucette estimated the men were approximately  6’ tall and in their mid-20s or early 30s. In one photo, Adams is lying on his back on the Mall with a man looming over him. Doucette said the man was kicking Adams when she took the picture. In another picture, a large man in a black coat and light colored shirt appears to be moving towards Doucette’s camera as Adams is on his knees in the background.

While Doucette suffered bruising to her head and tearing of the cartilage in her ear, Adams bore the brunt of the men’s aggression, sustaining broken bones and a concussion that he said has robbed him of any memory of the incident and its immediate aftermath.

Flooded with fear and adrenaline, Doucette said, she reacted quickly after the assault began, confronting the first assailant.

“I came up and pushed him away and said, ‘What are you doing?’” she recalled.

The incident escalated when the man responded by striking her.

“The guy hits me repeatedly in the ear,” she said. “My earring was stabbing me in the head over and over.”

Two other men soon joined in the beating, Doucette said, and while they primarily focused on Adams, a local musician who at 5’5″ and 140 pounds was outsized and outnumbered, they would occasionally strike her.

“When he’d tell them to stop hitting me, they’d hit me twice,” said Doucette, who is 5’2″.

Doucette said she and Adams repeatedly tried to escape, but the assault continued east up the Mall and stopped in front of the Wells Fargo bank. Doucette said she threw her purse at the men, hoping that when they saw the cash inside they’d simply take the money and leave, but they had no apparent interest in robbing her. Instead, she said, they seemed to delight in the brutality.

“They were laughing, high-fiving, hugging, and then returning to kick him,” said Doucette. “There was some kind of camaraderie to it.”

“Maybe if we had played dead, they would have stopped,” said Adams. “If the point of the knockout game is to knock out, we kept getting up to help each other. We didn’t play right.”

Adams describes himself as a “passive person,” and while he said the head injury erased his memory of the attack, he doesn’t believe he could have said anything to provoke the men’s wrath.

“He’s the most non-confrontational person I know,” Doucette agreed.

Ms. Doucette, your white male friend has been properly trained to be docile around his black master, a slave to his historical whiteness and the evil it has inflicted upon the colored world; Eric "My People" Holder smiles at the perverse nature of Adams passivity, knowing full well a generation of castrated white males has been raised on the promise the post-racial future will be a peaceful one for whites.

It won't be.

We are already upon that post-racial future, with the present a constant reminder that white people are expected to fully embrace their 21st Century role as both slave to and producer for the black man (and his progeny).

The post, which was linked by the Drudge Report, quickly went viral, spurring commenters to post messages about the knockout game and the incident. The editor-in-chief for the site, Giles Morris, warned commenters that their posts could be deleted:

After one commenter responded with a quote from George Orwell – “If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear” – Morris shut down the thread. He wrote, “This comment stream has been closed due to the hateful nature of the discussion the story generated. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

 It's vital to remember the key line from the original, which accurately described the reason the three black men assaulted the two whites:

“They didn’t want to rob us. They wanted to beat us. It was like it was enjoyable to them to beat us,” she said. “There was camaraderie to it.”

Police have not identified a motive, Roberts said. Officers arrived at the scene at 1:49 a.m. but the attackers were gone, he said. Officers searched the area around the mall, but found no one matching the description the woman gave, he said. She has posted to her Facebook page what she described as photographs taken from her cell phone of the attackers.

The injured man declined medical help but called police the next day to give a more detailed statement and describe his injuries, Roberts said in a news release.

"Enjoyable."

It was "enjoyable" for black people to beat two white people (a white male and female).

"Enjoyable."

This is life for white people in 21st Century Black-Run America (BRA), where one isolated example of a white-on-black 'knockout game' becomes fodder for a hate crime investigation, and thousands upon thousands of black-on-white assaults are brushed off as restitution for unpaid debts; debts with centuries of unearned interest in the guise of 'white privilege'.

It's funny: the dialogue from the 1974 Death Wish movie has always resonated with me (it's my hope it will with you as well):

An Eye for an Eye Means only those who have performed Evil are Blinded

In a city renowned for its memorials commemorating America's servicemen and various involvements in foreign wars, perhaps it's fitting 'freedom' is unraveling the fabric of the civilization men long ago died to defend.

Indianapolis.

America's Heartland.

Ravaged by not only black crime and home invasions by black people (almost always of wealthy white homeowners), but a city whose police budget is stretched thin by outbursts of spontaneous blackness ending in yet another tragic reminder that black-on-black crime/murder is the logical outcome of a society no longer willing to severely punish the trangressors.

Real, tangible repercussions for crime must be dealt swiftly and without remorse; the idea that an "eye for an eye" mentality will leave everyone blind is a fallacy, forgetting that a failure to permanently maim those who engage in flagrant violations of the law are simply ensuring the same circumstances that brought Detroit to its knees will befall that society.

In a city where almost all homicides have a black suspect and the violent neighborhoods are submerged in concentrated blackness, the police are ill-equipped to assist those law-abiding in the act of living normal lives. From this vacuum, a white man has dared offer a solution to address certain the black communities civilizational shortcomings. [Man plans to bring free shotgun project to Indy, Fox 59 Indianapolis, 11-13-13]:

An Indiana native wants to arm law-abiding citizens in high crime areas throughout Indianapolis with free shotguns in an effort to help people protect their homes and families.

Kyle Coplen was born and raised in Rochester, Indiana. He studied at Ball State University and then moved to Houston, Texas, to continue his eduction. Earlier this year, he created the Armed Citizen Project (ACP), as part of a thesis project that will provide research for his theory that firearms can deter crime.

He’s already arming dozens of people in Texas and has plans to bring his movement to Indianapolis. But before he does, Fox 59′s Aishah Hasnie flew to Houston to get an exclusive, up-close look at his program.

Coplen first took us to a neighborhood in Houston he is arming right now. It’s a working class area that criminals seem to love.

“The area we chose has 400 houses in it. They had 107 home invasions last year. Which is close to two a week. So yeah, this neighborhood was in desperate need,” he said as he walked us around.

In fact, this is the neighborhood where it all started. He pointed out the home of Elbert Wood, a 93-year-old U.S. veteran whose home was broken into and vandalized. The story moved Coplen to do something.

He first helped with the clean-up efforts and then he decided to go a step further.

“Uh, that kinda led to the spark to come up with this,” he recalled as he stood outside Wood’s home. “We’ve offered every resident who lives within this neighborhood if they can pass a background check and are legal, safety, tactical training, we’ll give them a free pump-action shotgun.”

The ACP is a non-profit, so all the free shotguns are either donated or purchased by money donated to the organization. Coplen said he wouldn’t be able to operate without the generosity of people who believe in his project. He encouraged fans of the ACP to help arm a group of women in this video.

We ask Coplen, why shotguns?

“Why shotguns?” he replies with a question and smiles. “‘Cause they’re great for home defense. They’re easy to learn how to use. Also the deterrent effect of the sound of the shotgun shell being racked does wonders.”

Is he worried about who he is arming? No. Never.

However, arming Indianapolis may not be welcomed with open arms.

From sub machine guns to AR 15′s, Indianapolis’ First Christian Missionary Baptist Church is on a mission of its own. It’s pledged $10,000 to take guns out of neighborhoods.

“Many people are ignorant when it comes to gun safety and so, so many times you can give a person a weapon but that does not mean that that person knows how to use it even after they have fired it,” explains Bishop Damon Roach who is spearheading this movement. He has a lot of concerns about Coplen’s program.

“A lot of these thugs out here in the streets don’t have a weapon. So if they know there’s a shotgun or guns… you can look at statistics and see how many homes that have been broken into and all the guns stolen. All they wanted was the guns!”

But even Bishop Roach admits, there are those in his own church that would love a free shotgun if they had the chance. He tells us a story about a single mother who hasn’t felt safe in her home lately.

“She feels like ‘I would be safer to have a shotgun,’” he tells us. “Well… I do think she would be safer! But I think that it’s a tragedy that we have a female, single mother with a daughter-in-law living with her, with her son protecting our country, and we’re saying that our police department and sheriff’s department cannot protect that mother?!”

We take his concerns straight to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Chief Rick Hite.

“Is that the only option? That we return back to the days when we use a gun?” he said. “An eye for an eye? And tooth for tooth? One wise man said an eye for and eye and tooth for tooth leaves us blind and toothless. So I think the whole idea is can we have a real conversation? Should we have a community conversation? Is it time now for a conversation around civility and understanding how to deal with conflict?”

Like Bishop Roach, he insisted he is a supporter of the second amendment, but he’s mostly concerned about how this would change the culture of our community.

“Have we come to that point? Please let us know, because we’re training police officers as we speak and we need to be prepared to teach them the values of a community. Is that the value we want to train our police officers?” he asked.

The police chief of Indianapolis is a black man who spent his career advocating on behalf of - exclusively - black police officers and their careers in Baltimore as a member (and eventual president) of the Vanguard Justice Society.

He spent years swimming in the racially conscious waters the Vanguard Justice Society cultivated, finding the currents of this organization a powerful aid in moving his career forward. 

The values of a community - any community - should be one that promises an individual family the ability to send their children unsupervised into a park and enjoy the collective peace and security only a neighborhood overflowing in social capital can cultivate. 

This is something a homogenous white community takes for granted; this is something a black community is incapable of replicating.

Conflict resolution in the black community normally devolves into a shooting, leaving the white, taxpaying community fitting the bill for more police and the visit to the emergency care wing of the local hospital (not to mention the depreciating real estate in areas where spontaneous blackness occurred).

You see, in the end, an "eye for an eye" means those who do evil to others are quickly (and harshly) dealt with, as a reminder to the community that birthed, reared, and raised them - and is TRULY responsible for them - that their behavior will no longer be tolerated.  [December is this year’s deadliest month, Indy Star, 12-30-13]:

The end of the deadliest month in an especially lethal year in Indianapolis has elicited a stark warning from the police chief and admonishments from community leaders eager to see the bloodshed end: Committing crime can be a fast track to early death.

A fatal shooting Monday marked the 20th slaying in December, the most in any month this year. The homicide also was the 141st of the year. Of those, 125 have been criminal homicides, the most since 2006.

The Rev. Charles Harrison, who heads the violence prevention group Ten Point Coalition, said he suspects the rise in December violence is tied to robberies — and retaliation from robberies.

“Let’s face it. At Christmas time, people are trying to get money,” he said. “And robberies nowadays often involve shooting, too.”

The Rev. Darryl Webster, pastor of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, said he has been trying to derail the cycle of violence for eight years through a program that provides young men and fathers with job training, substance-abuse counseling, marriage counseling and mentoring.

Those representatives (leaders) of the black community in Indianapolis, excusing away black people engaging in terrorist acts against a community/civilization they have had virtually nothing to do with building and maintaining, but every thing to do with breaking down.

For those long time readers of SBPDL, you might recall 2012 was going to be the end of the site. After nearly four years, it was time to retire and move ahead with other projects.

SBPDL was started as a joke, but became something that I truly enjoy doing. Though it's not the best book, SBPDL spawned Escape from Detroit (soon to be eclipsed by the sequel: Detroit: Black America's Footprint), which Thomas Sowell deemed worthy to mention in his widely syndicated column.

Many longtime readers are aware of how this site impacted my professional career, though this didn't dissuade me continuing with a project I believe in.

And if you are reading this now, you are keenly aware 2013 did not see the end of Stuff Black People Don't Like; indeed, this was the most productive year to date.

The groundwork is in place for a memorable 2014, only because of readers like you who continue to visit SBPDL and quietly tell your friends to also consider visiting.

Four Hundred + Blacks Riot in Brooklyn; 600 Blacks Riots in Jacksonville; White Man Punches a Black Man in Knockout Game Attack, and Hate Crime Charges are Filed Against Him... Welcome to Life in a Post-White Nation

So more than 400 black people [Hundreds of teens trash mall in wild flash mob, NY Post, 12-27-13] riot at the King Plaza Shopping Center in Brooklyn, causing many of the businesses to close their doors early to shoppers hoping to enjoy post-Christmas sales:

How dare white people try and institute law and order against 600 black people rioting in Jacksonville, especially after seeing “Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas"

More than 400 crazed teens grabbed and smashed jars of candy, stole cheap items such as baby balloons and beat up security guards at Kings Plaza Shopping Center in Mill Basin between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., merchants said.

A violent game of “Knockout” also broke out on the upper level of the mall — and one teen may have been carrying a gun, sources said.

The teens used social media to plan the mass looting, vowing to put the mall “on tilt” – or to raid it, according to posts on Facebook and Twitter.

Clerks, who scrambled to close up their shops, said they were terrified.

“I’ve been here seven years and I have never seen anything like this before — I’m so scared. I know they will come back,” said Abu Tabel,31, a clerk at Candy Plaza 2.

Mind you, this is the same shopping center where in October, 10 black people (including a 12-year-old girl) viciously attacked a white couple [Brooklyn group of black youths blocks white couple's car, bloody victims in racial attack: cops, New York Daily News, 10-20-13]:

Authorities say Ronald and Alana Russo were pummeled by attackers — ranging in age from 12 to 18 — who showered them with racial slurs. One Brooklyn teen says he was falsely arrested because he was wearing the same outfit as one of the assailants.

No hate crime charges were filed when two white people attacked by a black gang; no arrests were made in the post-Christmas Day riots at the mall either.

Down in Jacksonville, more than 600 people rioted on Christmas Day at the Hollywood River City 14, after a showing of “Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas" went horribly wrong. Black youth even taunted white police officers in a show of racial mob loyalty, standing firm against the white privilege of authority [Christmas night melee erupts at Jacksonville movie theater; adult suspects get conditional release, Jacksonville.com. 12-26-13]:

A massive Christmas night fight outside the Hollywood River City 14 movie theater at the River City Marketplace on the Northside ended with five young people arrested after dozens of patrol cars had to be called to a scene, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

The two oldest men arrested were granted circumstantial release during their bail hearings with Duval County Judge James Ruth — one to join the U.S. Army as he had planned and the other to take part in remedial programs as part of an order to stay away from the marketplace.

The fights appear to have begun when an off-duty police officer was rushed by a group of teens and young adults at the movie theater’s entrance and had to fend them off with pepper spray, police said. Then it escalated into a crowd estimated at about 600.
City Councilman Ray Holt, whose district includes the shopping center just south of Airport Road, said he wouldn’t know anything more about the incident until he spoke with the Sheriff’s Office. But he wasn’t happy about what happened.

“It is a very unfortunate incident,” Holt said Thursday morning. “I am glad they were able to get so many officers in to control the situation and they did a very good job.”

Witness Alecia Williams said she was on her way to the movies with a friend when police turned her around. Williams said she saw dozens of people involved in some kind of disturbance, which police now estimate grew to about 600 people fighting and jumping on cars.

“I saw a whole bunch of people fighting,” Williams said. “I got out of there as fast as I could. I got really scared.”

Shaderrick Lay said she saw more than 50 people fighting in the parking lot. She said she feared for her life as she left the property of the large shopping mall.

“It was just crazy,” Lay said.

Police said the incident began about 8:30 p.m. when a group of teens and young adults rushed the officer, one of three working off-duty at the theater at 12884 City Center Blvd. The theater was showing multiple films including “47 Ronin,” “Grudge Match,” “Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom” and “Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas,” according to its website.

The female officer was forced to spray them and lock the doors. Backup officers were called and the initial crowd of teens appeared to flee, police said. Then “what can only be described as a melee” erupted in the parking lot outside the theater at the south end of the shopping center off Interstate 95, Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Lauri-Ellen Smith said.

The crowd grew quickly and about 60 police officers were called in from across the city. Many in the swarm were “fighting, disrupting, jumping on cars,” Smith told reporters during a news conference. Using crowd-control tactics during the estimated 90-minute-long incident, officers tried to clear the parking lot and separate groups of teens.

Police also set up a safety zone for others caught up in the melee and helped them rendezvous with those coming to pick them up.

One of the young suspects refused orders to leave and began to incite the crowd yelling, “—  — you, crackers, I ain’t going nowhere,” according to her arrest report. Most of the crowd was black, while several officers were white.

When told she was being arrested, the teen jerked away from the officer. Taken to ground, she refused to pull her hands from under her body and the officer “administered several knee strikes” until she did, the report said.

But never forget this simple fact: the federal government (okay, every level of government: be it executive, legislative, judicial or any federal/state agency) is firmly on the side of the mob against the white privilege of maintaining law, order, and a form of commerce against the rising tide of color.

SBPDL has been at the forefront of documenting black-on-white violence in the form of "knockout game" attacks nationwide; well, now a bipolar white guy has engaged in such an attack - in his words, "if I were to hit a black person, would this be nationally televised?" - and the Department of Justice has finally taken notice that such 'Knockout Games" exist.

He's been charged with a hate crime. [Feds charge white man with hate crime in first ‘knockout’ prosecution, Washington Times, 12-26-13]:

The Obama administration filed a federal hate-crimes charge Thursday against a man whom authorities accused of using the “knockout game” to target a black man, videotaping it, and then bragging about the assault to strangers.

The charge marks the first time the administration has taken action on a “knockout” case after the game became an Internet and media phenomenon. It chose a case in which the person accused is white, even though most other cases reported in the news have involved black assailants.

In this case, the man accused is 27-year-old Conrad Alvin Barrett, who the Justice Department says attacked a 79-year-old black man in Fulshear, Texas, just west of Houston. Justice Department officials said they brought the case to make a point about hate crimes.

“Suspected crimes of this nature will simply not be tolerated,” said Kenneth Magidson, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Texas. “Evidence of hate crimes will be vigorously investigated and prosecuted with the assistance of all our partners to the fullest extent of the law.”

Mr. Barrett’s attorney, George Parnham, told CNN that his client is on medication to treat bipolar disorder. Mr. Parnham said Mr. Barrett “is very sorry” for the victim.
He could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted of a hate crime under the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act.

According to the FBI statement, Mr. Barrett spent a week trying to work up the nerve to try knockout.

The FBI said that in a video from Nov. 24, the day of the assault, Mr. Barrett said he wanted “to see if I were to hit a black person, would this be nationally televised?” The video shows him stopping his car, approaching the 79-year-old man and asking, “How’s it going, man?” — before “a loud smack is heard and the victim falls to the ground.”

Thousands upon thousands of documented black-on-white attacks nationwide; hundreds upon hundreds of documented black "flash mob" attacks on businesses, nationwide; and one solitary example of a white-on-black knockout game attack, with the white aggressor noting the so-called 'double-standard' of his engagement before it was even done.

All of this occurring since Barack Hussein Obama took office as the first black president of this country.

For the past three months, black people (often times, gangs of blacks) engaging in home invasions of white home owners in the suburbs of Indianapolis has monopolized the nightly news casts.

Kelly Erb, a 23-year-old murdered just days before Christmas

An Indianapolis man has been arrested in connection with the home-invasion slayings of two women in Westfield, police said.

Christian Rene Haley, 20, was identified as the suspect Thursday evening. He is facing charges of murder, felony murder, robbery, burglary and theft.

Haley is accused of killing Marylyn Erb, 52, and Kelley Erb, 23, a week ago today in their home in the the 15000 block of Oak Park Court. Police responding at 4:40 p.m. found the mother and daughter dead.

On Thursday evening, police said the home was targeted in some way. Charles Hollowell, a Westfield police spokesman, would not elaborate.

He also declined to reveal whether Haley knew the victims, or where police found Haley when he was arrested.

Haley was taken to the Hamilton County Jail after being interviewed.

Hollowell said Haley is not the same individual police were seeking on Sunday when they released store surveillance footage of a man wearing sunglasses. That individual has not been identified or charged, but has been questioned by police.

Marylyn Erb, a 53-year-old victim of a 'home invasion gone wrong' by a black male

Services for the Erbs will be held at 1 p.m. today at Grace Community Church, 5504 E. 146th St., Noblesville.

Both women had been involved at Grace for more than a decade, church officials said.
The slayings are among a series of brutal home invasions that have struck residents of the metro area.

Indianapolis police have arrested at least 11 people suspected of being involved in home invasions on Indianapolis’ Far Northside in October.

Police say several men broke into a family’s home on East 79th Street on Oct. 29, sexually assaulting a mother and daughter and making off in three of the family’s cars.

Four men have been arrested and face multiple charges in connection with that case.

Police believe that home invasion is connected to another that happened Oct. 24 in the 7000 block of North Spring Mill Road. In that break-in, a group of men ransacked a home, terrorized its owners and stole their vehicle.

 Whites in Indianapolis are like the white South Africans living under ANC rule, a hated people quickly being demographically overwhelmed by a black underclass incapable of maintaining any form of civilization on their own; the GOP in Indianapolis does nothing but engage in minority outreach while the people who elect this party into power are merely asked to have the decency to die.

An Indianapolis man told a friend he killed his former employer’s mother and daughter because he was upset about being fired months earlier, according to court documents released Friday on the Westfield slayings.

Christian Rene Haley, 20, was identified Thursday evening as the suspect. He is facing charges of murder, felony murder, robbery, burglary and theft.

The two women were found dead in the basement near a pool of blood, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Haley told a friend that he “bashed their heads in with some cement or something” and that he felt angry about being fired by Marylyn Erb’s husband, Todd, the affidavit said. Haley was fired in June from the business, Sundown Gardens, after working there for three months. Haley told police he was fired for attendance problems.

Authorities said Haley stole white pearl earrings, an iPhone 5, a gold-colored chain and two Chase cards belonging to the Erbs. Haley gave the cards to a friend, who told police he used them at Crown Liquors and a CVS, the affidavit said.

"Equality Before the Law" does not equate to "Equality of Opportunity"

In America, equality before the law is a given (well, that was the noble goal of the civil rights movement, though under Eric "My People" Holder, the Department of Justice has reneged on this notion); but nature isn't one to notice such trivialities.

Nature is cold, cruel, and unflinching when a noble crusade for equality dares interfere with the harsh reality of race; though every legislative act in America is (and has been) designed to improve the lives of blacks - at the expense of the majority - nature continues to fire an un-hittable curve ball in the direction of these equality-producing initiatives.

Chattanooga, TN, a city overwhelmed in almost exclusively black violence/crime/homicide/poverty/misery (all whose origins are found in the black community), is a perfect example that "equality before the law" was projected to lead to community stabilizing acts of "equality of opportunity."

But in a southern city where the 'worst of the worst' criminals are all black, nature continues to deny those egalitarians their totalitarian dream of "equality of misery" for everyone (an action that transpires in a world devoid of white people).

[Healing and truth-telling: Forum passions show reconciliation will take concerted effort, Chattanooga Times Free Press, 12-21-13]:

"Violence is violence. It has no color," said Gretta Bush, who leads an anti-violence nonprofit in High Point, N.C, during a Times Free Press sponsored forum Thursday billed as a discussion on race, reconciliation and truth telling.

But the crowd would have none of it. "Yes it does," people shouted back at her when she said color doesn't matter.

Years -- decades -- of pain, resentment and distrust swelled and overflowed the gymnasium of Bethlehem Community Center in Chattanooga's Alton Park Thursday night.

The forum -- intended to answer why the inner-city residents have developed a code of silence that deepens the community's isolation and breeds retaliatory vigilantism in black-on-black crime -- came on the heels of a year with more than 100 shootings, a city announcement of a new "violence reduction initiative" and the roundup of 32 black men that city authorities labeled "the worst of the worst." The paper ran the 32 faces and that label on the front page -- something else that outraged the community.

"There's [also] a code of silence in the white community," belted Kevin Muhammad, a Nation of Islam youth worker. "The guilty ones are the ones who cause the darkness.

... People have died in this community in custody at the hands of police and the District Attorney Bill Cox has not indicted anyone. ...You cannot ask something of us that you do not do yourselves."

There were other angry voices.

"Will Chattanooga make a real commitment to end poverty and racism?" asked Janelle Jackson.

"Our kids need jobs. It used to be the kids could always go to the factories, like U.S. Pipe. But they left town. [Now] what's our young people to do?" said a man with a booming voice.

"The same blighted conditions we had here 27 years ago are still here today. Who's allowed that to happen? You!" Kurt Robinson told the crowd. "You're the ones who allow the same people to get elected over and over, and they get in their offices ... and get fat."

"My heart hurts," said Judy Corn, who is white. "If we don't love each other we cannot win," The crowd applauded. But then she took on Muhammad. "Hate will never win. I hear you question motives. What is your motive? Do you come to heal or do you come to incite?"

Charmaine Goins, a former gang member who now helps community members start businesses, spoke up: "I'm a former gang member. I've been in prison. ... We've got to stand up. ... What changes the world is hope."

Cynthia Stanley Cash said the "think tank" people who are behind the new violence reduction initiative needed to include the community. "They don't live where we do," she said. "It's insulting when they don't include longtime groups here."

"Where is the mayor? Where is the police chief," someone screamed out.

The passions surprised many. And not just the white people in attendance. Even former Howard High School principal and new public safety coordinator Paul Smith said it's clear the city has it's work cut out to repair the lost trust.

"What this has done is rip the Band-Aid off a gaping wound," said Ash-Lee Henderson, a member of Concerned Citizens for Justice, who questioned the forum's goal.

Perhaps she's right. And her imagery is dead on. For decades, Chattanooga has put a Band-aid on race relations, poverty and classism. But Band-Aids can't do much to heal gaping wounds.

It's time for more than just the newest shiny initiative, offered to the community by a police round-up, a press conference and a one-man city ambassador who is a former high school principal.

Mayor, if you want buy-in on this program, you may have to take it to the streets in person. And you'll have to stay long enough to listen.

You gained high marks when you went to bat for Patten Towers residents last spring after they were left on the street when the smoke cleared from a fire in a ridiculously neglected century-old hotel turned low-income apartment house. Your visits to those residents as they sat on cots at the Salvation Army showed Chattanooga a caring face with the power to make improvements.

If you want this to work, if you want Chattanooga to heal, if you want this to be a place peaceful enough to lure new jobs (and we know you want all of those things), then it's time for that Andy Berke to come out of City Hall again.

Racism is simply noticing the inequalities - 'pattern recognition' - that nature produces, in spite of the billions (nay, trillions) of money and misguided legislative attempts to repeal nature from the daily interactions of the American people, nature always finds a way to remind us she is there.

Pursuing the goal of "equality of opportunity" will always end with the same result: Detroit in 2013.

The "No Crime Day" Attempt in 1986 Detroit: The Reason we say, "...And May All Your Christmases be White"

It's our hope you are currently enjoying multiple generations of your family, gathered together under one roof to celebrate the joy of Christmas. Never forget this time, for years from tonight you'll recall the simple joy of a relative laughing at that one joke you know or the look on the face of a child/grandchild as they open the perfect Christmas gift.

The "No Crime Day" attempt in Detroit back in 1986 (four people were murdered that day, 11 people shot, and one stabbed) is a reminder why we must always strive for all our Christmases to be white...

Sitting around the dinner table, with all presents shredded open and littering your den in righteous ecstasy, smile as you prepare to sip a glass of white wine and tear into a hearty portion of turkey; these are the memories you fight to ensure live on and serve as the images a Ghost of Christmas Past will one day revisit.

And never forget why you dare read SBPDL: to ensure what happened to Detroit doesn't happen to rest of the country; in fact, years from now the truth of Detroit's demise will be the foundation of children's education.

And it's a story from 1986 in Detroit that will be told - to children incapable of understanding how such circumstances could ever have arisen or been tolerated - as a reminder why we dared hold those cherished Christmas memories so dear and stand to defend our future.

Detroit Pistons basketball star Isiah Thomas broke out of Chicago's West Side ghetto long ago. He's made his fortune in the NBA. He doesn't have to go back to the streets.

But for the last few weeks, Thomas has been walking through some of Detroit's most violent neighborhoods, searching out drug pushers, juvenile delinquents and inner-city high school youths on the verge of going bad. He's a driven man with a message for his adopted city: Stop the killing, stop the crime, for at least one day.

"It's gotta stop somewhere. It's gotta stop somewhere," he tells a group of troubled youths who have been expelled from Detroit's public schools. "It should stop with you."

The 25-year-old all-star guard is the driving force behind today's "No Crime Day" in crime-ridden Detroit, a novel attempt to persuade Detroit's criminals to take the day off.

With the backing of Detroit Mayor Coleman A. Young, Thomas has put out the word in the schools and on the streets, asking everyone to "keep cool" today and to leave porch lights on all night tonight to demonstrate solidarity.

High Murder Rate

But Thomas has his work cut out for him if he hopes to make a dent in today's police blotter; Detroit has the highest murder rate of any city in the nation; "crack houses" busily selling cocaine have sprouted throughout the inner city, and shootings among teen-agers have reached epidemic proportions.

At one recent meeting with a group of about 75 inner-city teen-agers, Thomas asked how many had personally witnessed a shooting, and a dozen hands quickly rose.

Thomas knows the streets and has no illusions. "All except two of my friends from grade school are either dead, in prison or strung out on drugs," he tells a crowd of students at Detroit's Cody High School. He likes to say he "hit the lotto," and otherwise could have easily ended up the same way. "For every one of me, there's a million at home. That's not very good odds."

Although Young supports the No Crime Day effort, he has also been trying to hold down expectations, perhaps so that Detroit's image will not be further sullied if a mini-crime wave breaks out today. With a big march planned through downtown Detroit to publicize No Crime Day, the news media are sure to be watching to measure the level of criminal activity in the city.

"No one expects a one-day appeal to have an impact on crime," Young says. "But at least this program has already brought people together. When you get kids talking about laying off drugs and talking about not shooting each other, that's an impact."

Well, it wasn't much of an impact, or a short-term band-aid to a uniquely black problem of gun violence in the former Paris of the West.The undercooked steak at the $100-a-plate banquet to commemorate the event weren't as cold as the dead in the Detroit morgue that day.[Four Slain During Detroit's 'No Crime Day', AP, 9-29-1986]:

Four people, including a policeman, were slain during the city's ''No Crime Day,'' but organizers of the event rallied residents with calls to put fear in the hearts of criminals.

Three of those slain were shot and the fourth stabbed on Saturday, which also saw 11 non-fatal shootings and a stabbing that left the victim in critical condition.

Officer Everett Williams Jr., 33, was shot when he and his partner, both in uniform, were investigating a break-in. A man was in custody, but had not been charged by Sunday night, police said.

Williams, a Detroit policeman for 12 years, was the fourth officer to die on duty this year.

The shooting appeared to be an accident, Mayor Coleman Young told a news conference following a ''No Crime Day'' march and rally downtown. 

Last year there were 58.2 homicides per 100,000 people in Detroit - the highest rate in the nation, according to the FBI. During the first eight months of this year, there were 314 non-accidental fatal shootings, according to statistics compiled by the Detroit Free Press. 

One simple memory from Detroit's past, a reminder of the futility of our efforts to integrate a people incompatible with a first world civilization. Not 12 years into Mayor Coleman Young's reign of black power - the first black mayor of Detroit - it was already incredible to see a white person walking around downtown Detroit after 5 p.m.; attempts to 'stop the violence' for just one day were greeted with bullets, stabbings, and the type of wanton black criminality that occupies nightly newscasts throughout the nation.

So you better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout I'm telling you why, America's future is nothing more than futile "No Crime Day" events held in a city near you, with cheers of momentary violence abstinence overshadowed by the sirens of police cars and ambulances.

Look around your den this Christmas, as family members open presents they'll forget in only a months time; it's these people you will seek to keep safe from the privations of collective blackness. From the fate of Detroit 1986's laughable "No Crime Day" failure, when four people were murdered, 11 shot, and one stabbed.

"Home Invasion Gone Wrong" in Suburban Indianapolis: Black Male a "Person of Interest" in Murder of White Mother and Daughter in 90 percent white Westfield

Black males invading the homes of white people in suburban Indianapolis has become something of a game in 2013.

A game where people are dying, while a black police chief (once the president of the radical black police organization in Baltimore -- the Vanguard Justice Society -- an entity that has worked to make that police force for addressing imagine black grievances) lords over an increasingly black Indianapolis.

Two white men, James Vester and Robbie Gibson, gunned down in Indy by blacks in separate white privilege murders only days apart over the 2013 Thanksgiving weekend.

Now, in a thriving suburb of Indianapolis (a 90 percent white city and only 2.2 black), Westfield, two white women - a mother and her daughter - have been murdered in another home invasion.

Westfield police say the double homicide that happened on Friday was a home invasion that occurred during the day.

Police say they did not find evidence of forced entry at first but have since determined it to be a robbery.

Police say both victims, mother Marylyn Erb, 52, and daughter Kelley Erb, 23, died from blunt force trauma. A relative arrived home, 15000 block of Oak Park Court, around 5 p.m. and found the two unresponsive.

A 2011 Maroon Buick Enclave was taken from the house and found a short distance away on East 161st Street.

Officials have identified a person of interest and released photos of that person.
"The police department has been working around the clock to find who is responsible for this and will continue to do so," says Mayor Andy Cook. "Residents should entrust that the police department and the city's primary goal is safe city and that hasn't changed. The evidence is being released to the public as quickly as it can be. I ask the city to be patient, but also diligent citizens and if they know anything to contact police."

Westfield's Mayor Andy Cook said the police department had been working around the clock since Friday to find the person responsible for the murders. In a town recently named one of 2013's top 50 places to live in the country by CNN Money Magazine, the answers cannot come fast enough.

"It's amazing to think this could happen just minutes away from where you live," said 21-year-old John Sidery.

Sidery has just been home a week on Christmas break from college, but said he already feels like he came home to a different place.

"The Westfield I grew up in was always a very safe place and you never really hear of anything tragic and ill-intended like this was," explained Sidery.

The college junior said he wasn't looking forward to going back to school without answers, leaving his family behind.

"The fact that's this has happened once, doesn't mean it can't happen again and that's definitely going to play in my head the whole semester of college," said Sidery.

Blacks are turning large portions of Indianapolis into violent, mini-versions of Detroit. The police chief was imported from Baltimore with the hopes of being a black-skinned olive branch to the black community, who view the police as an 'occupying force' (black violence is responsible for almost all the murder and mayhem in Indianapolis, thus any measure to lower crime is seen as "racial profiling").



It's individual black people (and the greater black community who excuses away black violence and deflects the white majorities ability to defend civilization as 'profiling') who are destroying the viability of Indianapolis, just as they collectively ruined Camden, Newark, and Detroit.

White people in nearly all-white suburbs are now sitting prey for black people engaging in home invasions, with no organization or voice allowed to defend their interests. [Erika D. Smith: Violence in Indy takes horrific toll, Indy Star, 12-16-13]:

There's no way around it: 2013 has been a very bloody year for our city. And as we look toward 2014, it's a trend that simply can't continue. Not if we want the city to continue to be a great place to live, work and play, and the kind of city that hosts major events for national and international audiences.

But what can we do?

At this point, with the angry heat of the summer long gone and people — particularly young black men — still shooting each other in the freezing cold and snow, it seems like the violence is almost inevitable. That no matter what we as a community do, it won't make a difference.

Because it feels like we've tried everything in 2013.

We've talked and talked about youth violence. Countless columns and articles have been published about it in The Indianapolis Star. There have been forums on it, put on by entities ranging from Indiana Black Expo to Forest Manor Multi-Service Center and attended by police, prosecutors and judges.

Marylyn and Kelly Erb are dead, victims of yet another involuntary black-on-white interaction.

Merry Christmas, Indianapolis.

Let's hope most white people there ask Santa Claus for a solution to the black-on-white violence, for if nothing is done is soon, the city of Indianapolis is headed to a Detroit 2013 scenario.

A simple solution? Cut off all federal and state funding to single black mothers (or white women who birth black children by black men), with welfare, EBT/Food Stamps, and WIC no longer offered.

Another solution? Treat all black men in Indianapolis as they should be treated: individual threats to the existence of a viable civilization.

Prejudicial thinking saves lives; prejudicial action saves cities.

When individual actions by black males against whites in Indianapolis are aggregated together, pattern recognition should develop among those not cognitively challenged with visions of "judging by character" dancing through their heads.

The quartet face murder, carjacking, conspiracy and weapons charges, said Essex County prosecutors, who worked with federal authorities to nab the suspects overnight.

“It was the car, not the person, that appears to be the target of this crime,” said acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray. 

Friedland and his wife, Jamie Schare Freidland, 27, were returning to their 2012 Range Rover with their arms full of packages at 9:30 p.m. Sunday when the thugs confronted them in the parking lot of The Mall at Short Hills.

Friedland had opened the car door for his wife and was walking to the driver’s side when the killers pounced.

He pushed them away and one opened fire, shooting him in the head. They turned the gun on Jamie, ordering her to get out of the car before speeding off with it.

 Immediately, the acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray attempts to defuse the racial situation/angle behind the execution of a white guy by four black males: the murder/execution was just about a 'robbery gone wrong', with four black males engaging in surveillance for a $90,000 Range Rover in an overwhelmingly white area.

Never mind that the car, a $90,000 Range Rover, was found abandoned last Monday in the 11 percent white city of Newark (interesting enough, civilization abandoned the 89 percent non-white city as well); call it a "thrill kill" or "robbery gone wrong" all you want, but don't notice it was racially profiling a white area by four black males hoping to quickly attain a free ride from a privileged member of a hated racial group. Yesterday, nearly a week after Friedland was gunned down, police announced the arrests of four men charged with his murder.

The four were identified as Karif Ford, 31; Basim Henry, 32; Kevin Roberts, 35; all of Newark; and Hanif Thompson, 29, of Irvington. All were being held at the Essex County Correctional Facility on $2 million bail each.

One of them, Henry, was only recently released from prison on bank robbery charges in April, after a federal judge in Newark reduced his sentence, court records show.
All four now face life in prison.

Friedland’s car, with a shot-out rear window, was found Monday morning in Newark behind a vacant, boarded-up home on Renner Avenue in the South Ward.

Criminal records

The four suspects charged yesterday had criminal records — one of whom was just released from federal prison in April on a bank robbery conviction after a judge reduced his sentence, according to court records.

Henry had robbed a Union Township bank in November 2003, and was caught after leaving his white Pontiac parked illegally on a side street with the keys still in the ignition.

He pleaded guilty in 2006 to robbing two bank employees as they loaded money into a drive-up ATM. Federal agents said he had stuck a gun to the head of one of the employees, while a cohort sprayed Mace in the face of the other. His abandoned car was traced back to him by the FBI and found to be the subject of outstanding warrants.

Henry’s 96-month sentence was reduced on appeal earlier this year and he was released in April, according to federal court filings.

Ford was arrested last year after leading police on a three-mile chase through Woodbridge in a car stolen from a supermarket parking lot. He was also charged with burglary in 2003 and was sentenced to five years in prison.

Thompson, who moved with his family from Newark to Pennsylvania several years ago, had been convicted of narcotics and theft charges. Tiwana Myers, a former neighbor on Hobson Street in Newark, said she was convinced he was caught up in the crime by accident. He was never violent, she said.

"He was a hustler — but I can’t believe he was a carjacker," Myers said. "He wasn’t a bad guy. He sold drugs to support himself."

 At a time when President Obama is greasing the wheels for a mass pardoning of black males in jail (disparate impact, brother!), here's an idea for an early Christmas present to all the victims - and their families - of not just black criminality, but those victims of violent crime; if our jails are overcrowded, it's time to remove these habitual criminals from society once and for all.

Execute them and all those sitting in jail on convictions of murder, rape, and child-abuse. 

The four black males who murdered/executed Friedland all had criminals records; it is stories like this that throw a huge monkey-wrench into the ideas of Bill de Blasio and the idea a progressive-wave is submerging the country in the muck of the Rise of the Uncreative Class (those people who believe democracy means electing men/women who will legally plunder white people for a redistribution of their wealth to enhance their station in life).

On growing up in pre-civil-rights-era Louisiana

Were blacks happy in pre-civil rights America? 

"Who cares,"is the only logical answer, for in modern America, the corporate media, academia, and government exists as a perpetual springboard for addressing any slight against black people, amplifying this often imagined transgression as the return of the most bigoted form of thinking. 

Considering the state of once-civilized cities like Newark, Philadelphia, Birmingham, Detroit, Camden, Baltimore, Memphis, and Jackson (Mississippi) - a now 86 percent black city that has elected a radical black supremacist/separatist as mayor - it's obvious the liberated black population of America has no problem mistreating formerly white cities and, more importantly, fellow black people. 

Recall, more blacks have murdered in Detroit over a ten-year period (2003-20012) by other blacks than blacks were lynched in an 86-year period of time. 

Of course you'd be safer in Salt Lake City than Chicago at 3 a.m. Why, just last night two black males, one a 74-year-old church deacon, were gunned down in the almost entirely black South Side of Chicago [Blues musician, church deacon killed in shootings blocks and minutes apart, Chicago Tribune, 12-20-13]:

A South Side blues musician about to record on a major label and a 74-year-old church deacon known for his work with youth were shot to death blocks from each other within 30 minutes, authorities said. 

Police are looking into whether the deaths of Eric "Guitar" Davis, 41 and Willie Cooper could be connected, but had no details this morning. No one was reported in custody for either shooting. 

Cooper, a retired CTA driver, was shot to death around 4:45 a.m. Thursday as he pulled up in the 7000 block of South East End Avenue. Police said he was ambushed by gunmen who opened fire on his Chevy sedan. 

About half an hour later, Davis found dead in a car about three blocks north, in the 6700 block of South East End Avenue, police said. He had also been shot several times.

Eric "Guitar" Davis and Willie Cooper are just two black people, gunned down by two other black people in the South Side of Chicago; who cares, right? 

Not when the names of Emmett Till and those four black girls killed in Birmingham in 1963 can be dragged out again to guilt white people and the Duck Commander about their inherited, collective, racist past. [Lawrence O'Donnell Tears Into 'Duck Dynasty' Star's Racist Comments, Huffington Post, 12-20-13]:

O'Donnell was dismayed by the comments, and said that Robertson lived through the murder of Emmett Till and the bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church that killed four little girls. 

"This has nothing to do with belief," O'Donnell argued. "This is about fact, historical fact."

Symbols. 

That's all Till and those four black girls in Birmingham are to those trying to beat down any sense of racial pride and loyalty among white people, who realize something sinister is going on in a country where black pride and loyalty to the black race is encouraged and promoted (the same for the growing Hispanic community as well). 

The Chicago edition of DNAINFO.com shares with us that 401 people have been murdered in Chicago this year; HeyJackAss.com points out it's actually 424, with 80.2 percent of the victims being black, 17.9 percent Hispanic, and only 1.9 percent white (Chicago is almost exactly 1/3 white, 1/3 black/ and 1/3 Hispanic in terms of demographics). 

To paraphrase Clarence, George Bailey's guardian angel from It's a Wonderful Life: "You see White America, you really had a wonderful country. Don't you see what a mistake it was to just throw it away?"

Black America was much better off living in pre-civil rights America, when they were forced to live-up to a standard of civilization they are incapable of maintaining/sustaining on their own when granted the freedom to do so.

Just look to Detroit.

Just look to Camden.

Just look to New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina.

The great fear of those who seek the ultimate dispossession of whites from the nation their ancestors built, is that figures will emerge through the carefully choreographed menagerie of our non-white future; individuals who are beyond control, liberated from being apart of the egalitarian Global Force for Good the United States has become.

Standing firm for a specified morality is the ultimate form of protest in a world where immorality is promoted and rewarded; where treason is seen as a road to riches, rather than to perdition.

You can scoff at Duck Dynasty; you can laugh at the Robertson clan, pointing out that these hillbillies/rednecks are hardly worthy of admiration.

But you'd be missing the point.

Just like the Paula Deen situation showed us, something powerful has been building in America.

With the Duck Dynasty situation, it's almost palpable.

White America has, collectively, been a sitting duck for a long, long time.

One day, the right duck call will go out, and the sight of a large portion of white Americans daring to fly together will shock the establishment into an overreaction; but it's the reaction by many white Americans to the attack on Phil Robertson that shows us why a constant barrage of propaganda must be broadcast into our homes on a daily basis.

When you stand together, united, the pillars of the establishment shake, revealing a situation where almost every waking hour has been expended to create world where Glee and Modern Family can appear on network television; where every dollar has been spent to tell us 83 percent Detroit in 2013 is in a better situation than that of 84 percent white Detroit in 1953.

Lies.

A facade of unimaginable lies; where a white guy - famous for a long beard and a duck call - can become a symbol of defiance.
