Armed Response: What to Have in a Riot

PK NOTE: Guest post. Read Escalation: Police Weapon Evolution as a function of Demographics to get a feel of where this entry comes from. You never know what the future will hold, so you are encouraged to always be prepared.

Black people get excited. Sometimes they so excited that they let their emotions run a little out of control. In their excitement they burn down, rape, kill, rob and murder everything in reach. We call this a lack of impulse control, combined with an inability to comprehend the long-term consequences of those seeking instant gratification. In the case of Helicopters, they shoot what they can’t reach. So we do what Whites do, which is to get away from such rambunctious behavior by leaving the area till the black people calm down a little and then send in the National Guard.

At the 1992 experience, Koreans enjoyed a good time fending off blacks and trying to stay alive in those difficult times. Sniper fire against people, Police, News and Police Helicopters, etc. caused a great deal of angst, ever forcing the Koreans to return fire, in the spirit of good fellowship of course! They fired back from cover.

Fired from  the open:

And fired from the roofs of their Shops.

Sadly, once in a while a poor Korean was caught alone and unwilling to play with the Blacks and you know how those black folks can be when they get all excited, they just can’t let you go!

Sadly, the level and ferocity of blacks has risen to the point where anything, even a day at the Water Park or the Wisconsin State fair can be a trigger for naughty and sometimes even antisocial acts by blacks. Many such examples of this misbehavior can be seen even today. Why even at the last Presidential election Blacks were tempted to “lose it” over the election of Mein Obama!

Paul has done a remarkable job outlining the black eccentricities when blacks  live day to day, so I thought I would concentrate on the basic weapons necessary to repel these Adrenaline charged citizens should a large scale riot start so Whites and Asians might live through it all till cooler heads prevail.

I will breakdown each recommendation into three groups, Best, Better and Sufficient as well as descriptions the toys the celebrating blacks will bring to the party. They do not scope these weapons nor stock a lot of ammo in their homes, so they soon run out, but hey, there is always a nearby gun store they can drive a pickup truck into to get more!

Rifles

Blacks seem to like inexpensive and reliable, so they go at once for the AK. They are so happy with the AK that it has entered their Myths and legends! They have forgotten what they learned in 1992 or Hurricane Katrina that a black toting an AK in a riot tends to attract attention, and incoming fire! Anyway, the Blacks have fallen in love with the AK-47. Even to the point of making up cute songs about this rifle!:

“Devils fear this brand new shit … I bleed them next time I see them … I pray on these devils … look what it has come to; who you gonna run to when we get to mobbing … filling his body up with lead, yah; cracker in my way; slitting, slit his throat; watch his body shake; watch his body shake; that’s how we do it in the motherfucking [San Francisco] Bay …sitting on the dock of the dirty with my AK”
“Heat — featuring Jet and Spice 1”; Paris, Unleashed, 1998, Unleashed Records, Whirling Records.

“Little devils don’t go to heaven … the AK forty … hold a fifty clip, and I’ll shoot until it’s empty … I’m killing only seven million civilians … one dead devil”
“Freedom Got an AK”; Da Lench Mob, Guerrillas in tha Mist, 1992, Eastwest Records America, Elektra, Atlantic, Time Warner, USA.

I mean with THAT kind of endorsement, I can understand the attraction!

For more technical and performance oriented Whites I recommend the following personal weapons. We won’t be singing their praises, but we will be very glad to feel their weight in our hand the next time something gets the brotha’ upset, like no ETB cards. These are accurate, reasonably powerful and with a low powered, fast acquiring scope will assist in sighting in our dusky brethren at range. You must not have them in you hand but over you shoulder unless you are close to using it as LE or National Guard might take them away from you. NEVER CONFRONT LE with a weapon in your hand.

RIFLES
Best:

Kel-Tech RFB/ M1A/ FN-FAL/ AR-10 in .308 with excellent scope 100 rounds ammo in magazines.

Example setup: RFB with IOR Spartan 2-12 x 36 w/ 308 bullet drop comp (My personal favorite combo)

Good:

AR-15/Galil/M-1 Garand / M1-Carbine with reasonable power scope. Semi-auto Sub-guns with good sights or scope.

Example Setup: M1 Garand with Scout Mount (Amega or Utilmak) and Leatherwood scout scope. 100 rounds in clips carried in pouches.

Sufficient:

Any reliable Shotgun, lever rifle, bolt rifle with reliable and verified sights that you feel comfortable with and at least 100 rounds.

Example setup: Inexpensive Chilean Mauser in 308 with S&K Scout Mount and Leatherwood Scout scope or a lever action Marlin 1895 in 44 Mag with fixed four power Burris. (I recommend avoiding cheap Chinese scopes as they have a tendency to break or fog at the worse possible moment). Practice!!!

For Sidearms

In the area of personal weapons, meaning pistols, Blacks in the past stuck with the cheap and unreliable, which was a good thing for everyone as they can’t shoot worth a darn, tending to hit everyone EXCEPT the person they are trying to murder. However recently they have switched to the Glock pistol, oddly a far cry from their long favorite, the shiny chrome plated .25 automatic. However, its strong reputation for reliability has really made a big impression! Again, they are in their Songs!

“These devils make me sick; I love to fill them full of holes; kill them all in the daytime, broad motherfucking daylight; 12 o’clock, grab the Glock; why wait for night”
“Sweatin Bullets”; Brand Nubian, Everything Is Everything, 1994, Elektra Entertainment, Warner Communications, Time Warner, USA.

“It’s time to send the devil to the essence … this is a must because there ain’t no reform or trust; you got a Glock and you see a devil, bust … they’ll be calling us the trigger men, the nappy-knotty red-beard devil-assassin; Lord make a law; at midnight I’ll be bashing … field niggas [are] locked in until 2005”
“Field N#gguhz in a Huddle”; Professor Griff, Blood of the Prophet; 1998, Lethal Records, Mercury Records, PolyGram, Philips’ Electronics NV, Netherlands. PolyGram merged with Universal Music Group in 1998, the parent being The Seagram Company of Canada.

“The crackers ain’t shit; chase them out of the jungle; now raise up off the planet … we get the 12 gauge; shot to the chest … we hitting devils up … Da Lench Mob, environmental terrorist … I gripped the Glock and had to knock his head from his shoulders …”
“Environmental Terrorist”; Da Lench Mob, Planet of da Apes, 1994, Priority Records, Thorn EMI; now called The EMI Group, United Kingdom.

I mean….it must really be the cats meow in the Hood!

I would recommend getting most any sidearm in .40 S&W, .357 Magnum, 10mm, or .45 ACP calibers. Semiautos in 10mm have a flat trajectory out to 150 yards and are very accurate, so it can be used as a rifle in a pinch. The 45 ACP is a very good man stopper at close range. Two spares magazines plus one in the gun is a good amount of ammo on your person (you should have more at your destination). Second gun if possible (give it to the lady) but don’t hang about or go into a bad area just to retrieve it. A Leather Holster is very important as walking down the street with a weapon in your hand may get you targeted as a looter and get you shot by LE or your weapon taken. Oops!.

Excellent Choice

Full size Hi Cap Glock, Sig Sauer, Smith Wesson, HK, etc in 10mm or 45 ACP. Any top of the line import in 10mm or 45 ACP like EAA Witness Match. A excellent quality .357 Magnum revolver w/ extra ammo. The longer sight-radius gives you longer shots, if necessary.

Good Choice:

1911 in 45 ACP, Good quality shorter barreled American made pistol like Ruger or American import like Sig or HK, EAA Witness in 40 S&W. Large caliber revolver as long as you can fire it well. A superb Daisho pair can be made out of a pair of lightweight combat Commanders in 45 ACP.

Sufficient

Snub nosed revolvers, 9mm weapons, small caliber weapons, tiny concealed carry guns. Remember ANYTHING is better than hands and prayer.

All the other supplies, water, medical supplies, food, equipment, etc that is up to you and for everyone it is different. For the man on foot, it is vest and hydration pack and backpack. For a retiree, it is complete camper with all the trimmings. Remember, you are LEAVING. Unlike Katrina, you are not stopping to assist or returning to a city that is trying to regain its footing. You are getting clear of the playful blacks. Military and LE do not want you there and you don’t want to be there. The only people who want you there, you don’t want to meet.

The Gordian Knot Appears: Untie Atlanta, Untie America

Whites fleeing the Black Undertow... just say it.

The Gordian Knot. The ultimate problem that vexed the ancients was one Alexander of Macedonia solved:
While at Gordion, the Macedonian king learned about a special wagon that was situated in the Temple of Zeus. The pole of the wagon was tied to the wagon body with an intricate knot of cornel bark, and a prophecy had foretold that whoever could unfasten the knot would go on to rule over Asia (or even the whole settled world, in one version). Seized by a longing to test the prophecy, Alexander tried to unfasten the knot by unraveling it, but when he was unable to do so, he drew his sword and cut right through it. From this comes the proverbial expression “to cut the Gordian Knot”, meaning to cut right to the heart of a matter without wasting time on external details.
At the end of this month, metro Atlanta will go to the polls to decide if there will be an increase of taxation so that the burden of commuting around the city can be lessened:
On July 31, 2012, residents across the 10-county Atlanta region including Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties, as well as the City of Atlanta have the opportunity to vote on a referendum that would fund $8.5 billion in transportation improvements through a regional one percent sales tax.
It has already been established here that Atlanta has the worst traffic in America. The longest commutes. A public transportation system that does little more than serve as a jobs program for Black people and move Move Africans Rapidly Through Atlanta (MARTA ridership is 78 percent Black).

For those who support the transportation referendum, an Web site has been set up with the historically interesting title of Untie Atlanta. The site (UntieAtlanta.com) states:
The Crisis

Traffic is choking metro Atlanta. Billions of dollars are wasted in traffic congestion each year, costing the average metro commuter $924 annually in wasted fuel and lost time. Businesses are discouraged from moving to our region and creating jobs because of the added costs and hassles of traffic congestion. And home values suffer as homebuyers avoid clogged communities.

The Solution

A yes vote on July 31 will help to untie our traffic knot and make our region more competitive again. Investments in regional transportation will help create and support 200,000 mid- to high-paying jobs -- and will free up our clogged roadways so we can be more productive at work and spend more time at home. Investing in our region will bring jobs, prosperity and an improved quality of life for decades to come.

Who can be against the creation of jobs, right? Well, the Atlanta Journal Constitution published an article (Public ‘in the dark’ on T-SPLOST $1B:Share of transportation funds for localities does not require project list, June 17, 2012) which illustrates the project has virtually no accountability nor transparency:
The battle over how the region would spend $6.14 billion to fix metro Atlanta’s transportation quagmire is in full roar.

Little noticed in the din: $1.08 billion in tax revenue that would go directly to local government, part of the $7.2 billion expected from the proposed 1 percent sales tax.

Each of the region’s counties, cities and towns would get a share of the $1 billion to spend on transportation. But unlike the regional $6 billion fund, there is no requirement to list a single project for the $1 billion local fund. In many cases, voters at the polls July 31 will have no way of knowing where the projects are that the local money would build.
Look, no project in the Black Mecca has ever had accountability (save former Mayor Bill Campbell's mad dash to keep Affirmative Action in The City too Busy to Hate, lest Black people no longer have access to public jobs). The entire reason Atlanta has crushing traffic problems is completely, 100 percent due to white people's attempts to create cities and communities free of the Black influence that makes Atlanta one of the most violent in all of America.

That we live in Black-Run America (BRA) where no white person can speak honestly about race without fear of social ostracism and career suicide shows the totalitarian nature of the current political system.

Traffic isn't suffocating Atlanta; our inability to openly talk about race and the harmful effects of the Black Undertow Phenomenon (consult the history of Clayton and DeKalb County, as well as Stone Mountain) are suffocating Atlanta.

The city of Atlanta is where other municipalities mirrored their affirmative action policies from; because of government contracting rules that mandated work with the city, county (Fulton), and the Hartsfield International Airport, the city attracted Black people from around the nation to work in an artificially created middle class.

And because Black people are responsible for virtually all the crime in the metro Atlanta area, white people must continually seek safe cities (read: free of the Black Undertow) to raise children in.

Though whites are moving back into a city they long ago abandoned (Gentrification Changing Face of New Atlanta, By SHAILA DEWAN, March 11, 2006), the entire metro Atlanta is plagued by high foreclosure rates and property devaluations directly correlated to the influx of Black people.

From The Spatial Mismatch Between Jobs and Residential Locations Within Urban Areas (an illustration of the Black Undertow Effect in action in Metro Atlanta)
The Metro Atlanta area has some of the greatest disparities of wealth in America (primarily because Black wealth is created via a monopoly on public jobs in predominately Black counties and the City of Atlanta); also because of the law of the Visible Black Hand of Economics, which states that any area that is majority Black will not be capable of sustaining any semblance of a vibrant, diversified economy.

In the Travel Patterns of People of Color (prepared by the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration, June 30, 2000) we learn of the spatial mismatch hypothesis, which "suggests that employment rates and poverty rates are higher for inner city blacks in large part because they are isolated from employment opportunities located in the mainly suburban and exurban metropolitan regions areas that ring central cities."

Forever blame whitey for the plight of Black people, who lack the ability to sustain a business or create new industries (just look at the sorrowful nature of Sweet Auburn, historically the pride of the Black community in Atlanta).

Funny, the counties that go majority Black (Clayton, DeKalb) quickly prove the spatial mismatch hypothesis wrong, because once-thriving business districts dry up as the tax-base evaporates. In The Spatial Mismatch Between Jobs and Residential Locations Within Urban Areas by Keith Ihlanfeldt of Georgia State University, we learn this:
Within central cities, white flight from neighborhoods undergoing racial transition has been an important historical phenomenon. These results may not carry over into a suburban setting, however, since the cost of moving—in terms of additional travel time—from the city to the suburbs may be quite different from the cost of moving from one suburban location to a more distant suburban location. At some point, the desire for access to the central city may work to impede the mobility of white households.

Some evidence on suburban black infiltration/white flight in Atlanta during the 1980s is provided in Table 4. DeKalb, Clayton, and South Fulton Counties are inner-suburban areas that experienced considerable black in-migration during the 1980s. Each county has been divided into the superdistricts defined by ARC for planning purposes. The black population increased in all but one of the 14 superdistricts, and in 11 of these 13 cases the decline in the white population was substantial.

As has previously been stated here, Black people - and white people escaping from living near Black people - represent the greatest ecological threat to the United States. Some call it suburban sprawl; we simply call it Escape from Black people (though you might hear neighbors, family members, or pundits call it "searching for good schools"). The Sierra Club published a report in 1998 where they labeled Atlanta as the worst city for "sprawl" (read: white people escaping from Black crime and property devaluations):
1998 Sierra Club Sprawl Report: 30 Most Sprawl-Threatened Cities
Ten Most Sprawl-Threatened Large Cities
Number One: Atlanta
Every week, five hundred acres of green space, forest, and farmland in the Atlanta metro area are plowed under.

Every week, five hundred acres of green space, forest and farmland in the Atlanta metro area are plowed under.
Atlanta is one of the fastest growing regions in the country, and the environmental impacts of unplanned sprawl in the Atlanta area are among the most significant and widespread in the nation.
Atlanta's urban land area expanded 47 percent between 1990 to 1996, following a 25 percent expansion between 1980 and 1990. Pressure to expand will continue as the population grows disproportionately in the outer suburbs. From 1990 to 1996, the population outside Atlanta's urban core increased almost 40 percent, but only 2 percent inside the city limits. Some experts believe that the region's population could double in the next 50 years. With no natural barriers, few cities are growing as fast as Atlanta.
Green space is being gobbled up by sprawl faster than in any metro region in history (according to a real estate research firm and reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution). Every week, five hundred acres of green space, forest or farmland are plowed under to build parking lots, shopping malls and housing subdivisions. Between 1982 and 1992, the amount of open space lost to development in the Atlanta metropolitan area increased by 38 percent. The rate of land developed nearly doubled in outer suburban counties such as Gwinnett, Henry and Paulding.
The Chattahoochee River was named one of the nation's most endangered rivers in 1998 by the environmental group, American Rivers, which identified rampant growth in the suburbs as the most significant threat to the river. The Chattahoochee is seriously degraded from overflowing sewage systems, city street runoff and other pollutants.
Air quality is also alarmingly poor. The 13-county region is in violation of clean air standards and has lost the right to spend federal money on new road projects. Children with asthma go to the hospital every summer because of high levels of ozone pollution. Cars and trucks are the largest source of air pollution in the nonattainment area. Yet, state, regional and local agencies cannot agree on a plan to clean up the region's air.
But there is no escape. The entire metro Atlanta represents a giant Black Hole, and the vote on July 31 will only perpetuate this into the future with funding to the tune of billions of dollars.

All of this will allow whites to continue to flee the problems that so few people dare confront publicly, namely that Black political stranglehold over both MARTA, Fulton County, and the City of Atlanta (increasingly DeKalb, Rockdale, and Clayton County) has created an ecological nightmare around The City too Busy to Hate.

All of the could end, if someone would just dare cut the Gordian Knot in Atlanta. With this act, BRA ends.

"Untie Atlanta"... it's a catchy marketing term used by those who favor perpetuating an insane transportation system that does nothing but enslave metro Atlanta citizens to the cycle of forever vacating a thriving city once too many Black people move there, overwhelming the judicial system and breaking the back of the local economy due to business closures.

Back in 1996, The New York Times wrote that "Atlanta is Burning"; meaning, it's future is uncertain because of the instability of 'The Atlanta Way'.

America's Gordian Knot is Atlanta, home to corporations that have slavishly prostrated themselves before BRA (looking at you Coca-Cola) and the origins of sinister "equality" programs and affirmative actions mandates in contracting and public employment that have polluted cities across the nation, creating barriers to employment for more qualified white males.

Traffic isn't suffocating Atlanta; our inability to be honest about race is suffocating not just Atlanta, but America.

The Gordian Knot is ready to be cut.

Fireworks Cancelled in 72 Percent Black Albany (Ga.) because of Black People Acting Black

No Grand Finale in 72% Black Albany
The thread holding together Black-Run America (BRA) is so delicate, that you can see through the fabric of state lies and envision the world where this ideology has been supplanted. It's a world where Easter and Halloween aren't cancelled in Macon (62 percent Black). It's a world where public transportation works, instead of being a job program for otherwise unemployable Black people.

It's a world where the school systems of America aren't plagued by the philosophy of Waiting for Superman, but instead utilize the findings of The Bell Curve to determine educational "paths" for students so that their cognitive abilities can be best nurtured for future success.

It's a world where 72 percent Black Albany, Georgia can't have firework celebrations for the Fourth of July, without Black people ruining them for everyone else. In another example of "Why we can't have nice things," the Albany Herald reports on July 5, 2012:
From every corner in Southwest Georgia, salutes to America's 236th birthday were conducted with the familiar sights and sounds.

Albany was no exception.

The Independence Day extravaganza for the Good Life City was conducted Wednesday evening along Front Street near the Albany Civic Center -- and included vendors selling souvenirs, funnel cakes and even providing music.

Among the booths included one from the Voter Education Registration Project, an organization that found a celebration of freedom the perfect opportunity to promote its cause.

"(The Fourth of July) means a lot to me," said Nicole Crawford, coordinator of the project. "It's a day that I'm proud to be an American.

Unfortunately, the main event downtown was not without its safety concerns.
According to city officials, a series of fights occurred in Turtle Grove Park. The fights delayed the firing of the fireworks' grand finale. Officials organizing the event had the crowd dispersed at the park, as they were concerned that the sounds from the fireworks may mask possible gunshots. The park was cleared and traffic escorted out.
This led to confusion downtown as thousands of people tried to leave at once although police presence was heavy in the area. There were no confirmed gunshots and police cleared the area.
The NBC affiliate in Albany reported "Fights disrupt Albany fireworks":
Albany Police suspended the July 4th fireworks show Wednesday night because they say a series of fights put families, who were there to enjoy a night of fun, in danger.

Chief John Proctor said a number of fights broke out in the Turtle Park area where many people gathered to watch the fireworks show. He said it became a safety and crowd control issue, and police officers made the decision to suspend the fireworks.

About 10:45 p.m., the Chief told WALB News Ten the area had been cleared. A few minutes later, Capt. Reginald Brown told us the fireworks show did resume, although few people were there to see the end of it.

The Chief said APD had 85 officers assigned to the event. He said there was no gunfire and there's no indication that gangs were involved. Proctor blamed the problems on juveniles who were downtown without any adult supervision.

Before all that trouble, vendors and families gathered for what they expected to be a fun and safe celebration of our nation's independence.

Patricia Porter went downtown with her family. She said, "I'm glad that they're doing something for us, having something for us to come out here and enjoy because it's not often as a city group that we get to enjoy anything."

Rodney Walker is a vendor who was selling chicken wings. He said, "Oh, having an event like this for the city is great because it brings good people and good food all together in the same place at the same time."

Unfortunately, the good event they expected was marred by violence started by troublemakers.

Chief Proctor said no one was seriously injured in any of the fights. Capt. Brown told us officers did make some arrests, but he was not sure how many.
Fights didn't disrupt the fireworks in Albany anymore than criminals in Macon make Trick-or-Treating unsafe; it was Black people in both occasions that make these events unsafe and eventual force their cancellation because it is no longer safe - nor cost-effective for policing - to host them.

Just as the story of two convicted Black felons in South Atlanta that shot one another over an argument about car repairs illustrates why white people want to live nowhere near Black people (and, of course, why property value is so low in majority Black areas), the lesson of Macon and Albany demonstrates something sinister: community building events like the Fourth of July, Trick-or-Treating, or Easter Egg hunts are increasingly going to be cancelled in cities that represent Actual Black-Run America (ABRA) because of the Detroit Corollary to Robert Putnam's findings on diversity and social capital.

The thread holding together Black-Run America (BRA) is so delicate, that you can see through the fabric of state lies and envision the world where this ideology has been supplanted.

On the other side? Safe communities for children to explore unsupervised, where Fourth of July firework celebrations and parades; Trick-or-Treating; and Easter Eggs are not the stuff of yesterday.

Shoot to Thrill

PK Note: Back to normal after the Fourth of July.

Blaming Black dysfunction for problems in the Black community would undermine the very foundation of Black-Run America (BRA) and lend credibility to those bigots who dared say that private property should have restrictive covenants upon them to protect its value. Or that private business owners should be allowed to discriminate to whom they serve in their stores/restaurants.

Black dysfunction resulting in Black mayhem in Chicago = Blame it on the Pilgrims
If Black people are to blame for the porous state of their neighborhoods and community (and not pernicious, pervasive white racism or whatever other pablum is peddled by pretentious, pedantic, pontificating Disingenuous White Liberals and their counterparts, I Had a Dream - I HAD - conservatives), then every law passed in America since 1948 must be seriously considered as detrimental to the overall health of the nation.

We already know that guns don't kill people in Chicago, only dangerous minorities do.

Well, according to Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy, it's those pesky Pilgrims whose legacy of violence (hey, didn't they ban Christmas first?) is to blame for the violence found in the Black there:
It’s official: With more than 240 dead, Chicago’s murder rate has surpassed the body count in war-torn Afghanistan. But as the city death toll continues to mount, outraged residents are asking questions and city officials are scrambling for answers – at least, the politically correct ones.
Answers that usually involve blaming dead white guys or ones that are still kicking.
But is politically correct silliness really what Chicago needs right now? Has the rhetoric of civil rights victimization from Rev. Jesse Jackson and Fr. Pfleger benefited anyone in the black community?
Or do Chicagoans really need an unvarnished reality check from their public officials?
If it is the later, Chicago residents may have their work cut out for them.
Recently, Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy joined black political leaders and community activists in a live radio forum, hosted by Clear Channel-owned WGCI-FM, to discuss Chicago’s violence epidemic and what - or who - is really to blame.
However, when it comes to the causes of violence in Chicago’s black community, talk of racism is never far behind.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s newly minted police chief has become a quick study to the "Chicago Way,” which, apparently, requires McCarthy to engage in politically correct mumbo jumbo whenever possible.
The Chicago radio forum was no exception.
When asked about the “gap” between law enforcement and the black community, McCarthy reached back 400 years for an answer.

“It’s a big issue. It’s a long time coming. We’ve done a lot of things wrong in policing in this country. I’m willing to admit that,” said McCarthy. “But this goes back 200-300 years to the time when Pilgrims came here and things developed from that, the African American experience in this country.”
But the Pilgrims weren’t the only people being blamed for the violence. The superintendent also laid blame at the feet of America’s finest and inferred – without actually stating it - that white police officers are the problem.
“Who has been the people enforcing those laws that were problematic for the African American community all these years? And that’s to me where it all starts,” stated McCarthy. “It starts with the recognition of how we got here and figuring out how we are going to move forward. By first confronting the issue. Recognition is the first step towards reconciliation. So that’s what I bring to the table. It’s one of those things that a lot of police chiefs in this country are afraid to talk about. I’m not afraid to talk about it because it’s out there and we’ve got to address it.”
Then WVON host Warren Valentine chimed in, blaming the Jim Crow era.
“It takes a village to raise a child and I’m not giving the parents a pass. But we can’t just say this is all on the parents and it ain’t all on nobody else. The legal system is the new Jim Crow system in America,” said Valentine. “You go on and look at what is going on in America today and compare it to when we look in the past. See a lot of people don’t understand the history of America.”
Found on p. 57 of the 2011 Chicago Murder Analysis (PDF here)
This theory, albeit one that first must be subjected to the scientific method, sounds as credible as the "Sarah Palin-is-causing-gun-violence-in-the-Black-community-of-Chicago" that McCarthy pushed last year:
The pervasion of illegal guns in America's black and Latino communities is a result of "government-sponsored racism," akin to "slavery, segregation, black codes [and] Jim Crow," Rahm Emanuel's new police chief, Garry McCarthy, told parishioners at St. Sabina's Church earlier this month.
"This is sensitive. You know, because everybody’s afraid of race. Have you noticed that? Everybody’s afraid of race. I'm not afraid of race," said McCarthy, who told of growing up in the Bronx with guns, gangs and drugs plentiful.
"Let’s see if we can make a connection here. Slavery. Segregation. Black codes. Jim Crow. What, what did they all have in common? Anybody getting scared? Government sponsored racism."
"Now I want you to connect one more dot on that chain of the African American history in this country, and tell me if I’m crazy: Federal gun laws that facilitate the flow of illegal firearms, into our urban centers across this country, that are killing our black and brown children," he said.
McCarthy blasted the NRA, telling parishioners that their communities have paid the price while the gun manufacturers are getting "rich and living in gated communities."
And he told an anecdote of just one night with the New York Police Department.  After returning home from investigating a pair of shootings, he said he flipped on the television to relax, only to find "Sarah Palin's Alaska" being broadcast.
"She was caribou hunting, and talking about the right to bear arms," he said. "Why wasn’t she at the crime scene with me?"
"[McCarthy] got it right on parts and got it wrong on others," said Shawn Gowder, the Vice President of the Chicago Firearms Safety Association and the Sergeant of Arms for the African American Police League.
This is the current status of intellectual discourse in America. Scratch that: BRA. The highest ranking cop in Chicago, one of the "great" cities in America, has to resort to blaming Pilgrims and Sarah Palin, for the high levels of Black violence in the Second City.

It's Black people. It's Black dysfunction. Nothing more; nothing less.

Who can even guess which person/group of people/historical epoch that McCarthy will lay the blame on next for Black violence in Chicago.

White America owes Black America nothing. Well, we owe them the truth.

Violence in Chicago, which makes parts of the city more dangerous than the war-torn nation of Afghanistan, is a result of Black dysfunction.

Funny: the Urban Institute came out with a study on April 5 that has been completely neglected by Those Who Can See. Entitled Public Housing Transformation and Crime: Making the Case for Responsible Relocation the authors of the study found:
Crime declined throughout Chicago and Atlanta as the two cities undertook the nation’s largest public housing transformations, but some destination neighborhoods for families leaving public housing with vouchers saw smaller than expected decreases, an Urban Institute–Emory University study has found.

Many neighborhoods to which public housing families relocated experienced no adverse effect on neighborhood crime, demonstrating a much smaller impact of public housing transformation on crime than popular accounts imply. But in neighborhoods where relocated households were more concentrated, the study’s rigorous econometric modeling techniques indicated that crime did not fall at the expected rate.
On p. 4 of the PDF of the study, is this money quote:
substantial crime decreases in neighbor- hoods with public housing demolition

In the Chicago neighborhoods where public housing was demolished, violent crime decreased more than 60 percent, property crime declined 49 percent, and gun crime declined 70 percent between 2000 and 2008. In Atlanta, violent crime declined 13 percent and property crime declined 9 percent between 2002 and 2009 in neighborhoods with public housing demolition (figure 1).
If Black dysfunction is the cause of most of the crime in America (and drop in property value when the Black Undertow demographically overtakes a community/city/county), and if the citizens living in public housing in Chicago was responsible for the lion's share of the crime and mayhem there, shouldn't a reasonable and responsible public policy be in finding ways to remove all of those in public housing from the city?

Instead of redistributing Black people living in public housing to other parts of the city of Chicago (thereby importing crime), as a way to make all cities safe that have public housing, we offer this solution: send them to Detroit. Plenty of vacant houses there.

Don't think this won't instantly make Chicago a safe place? Just consult the 2011 Chicago Murder Analysis, published by the City of Chicago illustrates how Black males hold a steady vice on criminality in the city:
Nearly 90 percent of all murder offenders have a criminal history and so do the majority of Chicago murder victims.
"It's difficult to watch gang member after gang member, mostly young minority men, convicted, put in prison again and again, while the leaders of the gangs continue to escape arrest and prosecution," said Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez.
Last year in Chicago, seven of every ten murder victims were black, as were seven of every ten shooters. And most on both sides of the violence equation were young, from 17 to 25 years old.
White America owes Black America nothing. Save a one-way ticket to Detroit (for those Black people living in public housing), a city that was remade in a true, 365Black image.
