"In life, we are kings or pawns": 10 People Shot on Bourbon Street (Media Not Reporting Police Know 'Two unknown black males opened fire')

First the reports were of nine shot on Bourbon Street at roughly 2:45 a.m., an hour when the lifeblood of the city - tourists - are usually just getting the partying started.

Now the reports are 10 people were shot on Bourbon Street at roughly 2:45 a.m., an hour when the lifeblood of the city - tourists - are just getting good and liquored up for a run at a wild, wild party.

On Sunday morning at 2:45 a.m. (still considered Saturday night for those primarily white tourists having multiple cocktails in the Big Easy), two people opened fire.
One of the two black suspects who opened fire on Bourbon Street (in New Orleans), injuring 10 people

Two people who weren't playing midnight basketball, one of the programs of the NOLA FOR LIFE campaign/program, specifically designed by the city to counter the threat black males pose to New Orleans viability as a tourist destination.

The fear of potentially being the victim of collateral damage in the largely black-in-origin crime/gun-crime in New Orleans (usually called black-on-black crime) is the primary reason only parts of the 60 percent black city are open to tourism.

Most of the city is still just as off-limits as the Super Dome was to white people during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
This is not a forgery: this is an actual billboard found in New Orleans as part of the NOLA FOR LIFE campaign. The Bourbon Street shooting that left 10 wounded did take place at... 2:45 a.m.

And the NOLA FOR LIFE campaign is losing steam, with business owners and those with a vested interest in the city losing faith in elected officials incapable of stopping the carnage of black males (how many white people were victims in the shooting?). [Bourbon Street shooting leaves 10 wounded, 2 critically, tourism image scarred, New Orleans Times-Picayune, 6-30-14]:
A Bourbon Street shooting early Sunday morning left nine people injured - two critically - in the latest incident of New Orleans gun violence penetrating even the city's most iconic thoroughfare.
New Orleans police Superintendent Ronal Serpas said "two cowardly young men" were responsible for the carnage, which sent bystanders diving into bustling bars and nightclubs for cover, and others crawling into open storefronts as they bled.
New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu, attending a leadership conference in Colorado with gun violence among its topics, condemned the shooting and pledged a swift law-enforcement response.
"Our No. 1 priority is to keep New Orleans safe," Landrieu said in a statement issued through a City Hall spokesman. "These kinds of incidents will not go unanswered."
New Orleans could be just as the city of Key West, Florida is: a safe place to let loose and have a wild time.

But, when the former city is 60 percent black (and almost all gun-crime in the aggregate of black individuals unlawful life choice), New Orleans is basically a militarized zone around Bourbon Street to keep white tourists happy.

Key West?
If New Orleans is to be a world class, where tourists feel safe and business owners believe they can make a profit, the city must realize black males are the only reason the there's a violent way of life in the Big Easy

A continuous, raucous party, where the threat of gun fire from "two cowardly - black - young men" isn't a fear a drunk person enjoying Fantasy Fest will ever consider as an impediment to spending vast sums of money in the southernmost tip of the United States.

Though the New Orleans Times-Picayune has yet to let slip the news of the suspects race in any of the stories they've published, this important detail (considering both suspects are still at large and are not... white, thus disqualifying large segments of the city from burdening the police with suspect status), this one pertinent detail was gleaned from the NOLA.com:

Actual, 10 subjects received gunshot wounds (GSWs).

Courtesy of two black males, unfortunately absent from the midnight basketball game of the NOLA FOR LIFE campaign.

In Black-Run America life, white people are pawns of the game to uplift black people. Though few will admit it, all whites must pay homage to black people, who have been deemed royalty status by those in BRAs highest offices of power.

If this weren't the case, the lead paragraph at NOLA.com would contain the most important information about the shooting: that both suspects are black males.

Both are black.

We white people are nothing but pawns, in a game played by technocratic-managers intent on shielding black people from any criticism for the culture their genes help create.

New Orleans, without black people, would look a lot like Key West.

Instead, New Orleans looks a lot like a Port-au-Prince.

"It's frightening, because you think this is something that only happens somewhere like Africa." Quote from Single Black Mother Whose Water is Being Turned Off for None Payment in 83% black Detroit

"It's frightening, because you think this is something that only happens somewhere like Africa."

So the Associated Press quoted Nicole Hill, a black single mother in 83 percent black Detroit.
An honest picture (thanks Associated Press!!) of an "American" in 83 percent black Detroit, complaining of how her water bill is being cut-off for nonpayment. A single black mother, Nicole Hill complained of the cutoff, "It's frightening, because you think this is something that only happens somewhere like Africa." No, Ms. Hill, there is no running water or pipelines in much of Africa....

Detroit is Africa.

Africa is Detroit.

In 1910, Detroit was 98.6 percent white.

In 1920, Detroit was 96 percent white.

In 1930, Detroit was 92.8 percent white.

By 1950, Detroit was 83.8 percent white.

By 1970, Detroit was 52.3 percent white.

By 1980, Detroit was only 37 percent white.

By 1990, Detroit was down to 24.3 percent white.

By 2010, Detroit is roughly 7.8 percent white.

In 1910, Detroit was 1.4 percent black. Each subsequent decade saw the percentage of the black population grow, until it reached a level where life for white became untenable in the city.

It had regressed to the black mean.

Today, Detroit is 83 percent black.

Western civilization, which blacks cannot create nor sustain when left to their own devices, has eroded away in Detroit. [Thousands go without water as Detroit cuts service for nonpayment, Los Angeles Times, 6-29-14]:
It has been six weeks since the city turned off Nicole Hill's water.
Dirty dishes are piled in the sink of her crowded kitchen, where the yellow-and-green linoleum floor is soiled and sticky. A small garbage can is filled with water from a neighbor, while a bigger one sits outside in the yard, where she hopes it will collect some rain. She's developed an intricate recycling system of washing the dishes, cleaning the floor and flushing the toilet with the same water.
Nicole Hill in her kitchen. She has three children and is studying "Homeland Security" in college...  America is so screwed...
"It's frightening, because you think this is something that only happens somewhere like Africa," said Hill, a single mother who is studying homeland security at a local college. "But now I know what they're going through — when I get somewhere there's a water faucet, I drink until my stomach hurts."

Hill is one of thousands of residents in Detroit who have had their water and sewer services turned off as part of a crackdown on customers who are behind on their bills.
In April, the city set a target of cutting service to 3,000 customers a week who were more than $150 behind on their bills. In May, the water department sent out 46,000 warnings and cut off service to 4,531. The city says that cutting off water is the only way to get people to pay their bills as Detroit tries to emerge from bankruptcy — the utility is currently owed $90 million from customers, and nearly half the city's 300,000 or so accounts are past due.

But cutting off water to people already living in poverty came under criticism last week from the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, whose experts said that Detroit was violating international standards by cutting off access to water. "When there is genuine inability to pay, human rights simply forbids disconnections," Catarina de Albuquerque, the office's expert on the human right to water and sanitation, said in the communique.
Water is not a right.

A peaceful community is not a right, but a reflection of the type of behavior found (and tolerated) among the citizens who call it "home."

Just as the infant mortality rates of 83 percent black city rival those of "third world countries,"because the city of Detroit boasts a third world population. [Infant mortality rate in Detroit rivals areas of Third World, Detroit News, 1-30-2014]

The conditions of Detroit, an 83 percent black city, has the exact same quality of life as that found in African nations.

There's nothing frightening about the outcome; what's frightening is that we continue to ignore the genetic realities behind Detroit's demise.

Will President Obama Give $200 Million from the "Federal Hardest Hit Fund" to Help 83% black Detroit Residents Pay Past-due Water Bills?

It's like in the great stories... The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end… because how could the end be happy? - J.R.R. Tolkien, The Two Towers

If those debating the merits of Jim Crow, segregation, the rationale behind restrictive covenants, and using IQ tests for employment years and years ago could, for the briefest of moments, peer into the future and see the world of 2014 83% black Detroit, they'd find the astonishing justification for every thing they held dear.

Namely, their civilization and the world they would hand over to their children and grandchildren.
From a 1967 issue of Life, after the black riots in Detroit: will the threats of riots in 2014 cause the federal government to pay for delinquent water bills in the 83 percent black city and eventually bail out the bankrupt metropolis?

For Detroit in 2014 is a representation of black rule, secured by the 1967 black uprising (which drove whites far, far away from residing in the Arsenal of Democracy), and 40 continuous years of black political control.

Long ago our ancestors tried to safeguard our civilization with legislation and rules that were gloriously declared unconstitutional, ushering in an era culminating in... 2014 Detroit, a city where more half of the 83% black residents refuse to pay their water bills.

Declaring water a "human right" for which no legal tender should be required to enjoy.

The United Nations' Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights has been alerted to the tyranny of the Detroit Water and Sewage Department deciding to aggressively collect payment for more than 46,000 delinquent customers.

By threatening to shut off their water, for which they never paid to receive.

90,000 residents and business are behind on their payments, in an 83 percent black city long accustomed to black-mailing the state and federal government into getting whatever they want, with the fear of a black riot not far from the minds of those willingly paying ransom (grants or aid).

Well, here's what our friends at the United Nations released on behalf of the downtrodden citizens of 83 percent black Detroit, free to chose whether or not pay for their water bill (and when a bill arrives for late payment, declare either racism or bigotry as a hindrance to paying). [UN: Detroit water cutoffs may violate human rights, Detroit News, 6-25-14]:

The U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights put out a press release from Geneva citing three experts in response to reports that the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department is cutting off water access to thousands of residents in the city.
“Disconnection of water services because of failure to pay due to lack of means constitutes a violation of the human right to water and other international human rights,” said Catarina de Albuquerque, identified as an expert on the human right to water and sanitation.
“Disconnections due to non-payment are only permissible if it can be shown that the resident is able to pay but is not paying. In other words, when there is genuine inability to pay, human rights simply forbids disconnections.”
The U.N. experts said international human rights law requires governments to take urgent measures, including financial assistance, to ensure access to essential water and sanitation.
“The households which suffered unjustified disconnections must be immediately reconnected,” the U.N. statement said.
But that's not all the U.N. statement declared. [No Money, No Water: Detroit’s Shutting Off H2O to 150,000 Residents, Yahoo.com, 6-25-14]:
One of the experts, Leilani Farha, who focuses on the right to adequate housing, also pointed out the racial implications of shutting off water to the nearly 83 percent black population. “If these water disconnections disproportionately affect African Americans, they may be discriminatory, in violation of treaties the U.S. has ratified,” said Farha.
Although the experts declared that “households [that] suffered unjustified disconnections must be immediately reconnected,” when was the last time the U.N. issued sanctions against an American municipality for human rights violations? In the meantime, 3,000 residents have lost their water, and Detroit plans to turn off the service of thousands more every week.
So Leilani Farha noting Detroit is 83 percent black somehow justifies the lack of payment for services provided by the city, according to treaties the United States has ratified. It would be - or may be - discriminatory to dare charge black people for water...
A city under complete black political control since 1973 has now regressed from the Paris of the West to the black mean...

Now, long time Detroit congressman John Conyers - a perpetual apologist for negative black pathologies ravaging the city - has written a letter to President Obama, asking for some $200 million be instantly made available to the state through the "Federal Hardest Hit Fund." [John Conyers appeals to Obama over water shutoffs, Detroit News, 6-28-14]:
Longtime Detroit congressman John Conyers sent letters Friday to President Barack Obama and other officials requesting immediate action and relief regarding water shutoffs in the bankrupt city.
The Democrat seeks to stop the shutoffs affecting 4,500 customers for nonpayment. Conyers said in a statement that actions represent “an overzealous and misguided approach to cost-cutting.”
“Regardless of the rationale for these cutoffs, the human consequences are unacceptable and unsustainable,” he said. “The failure to reinstate water service means unsanitary conditions, malnutrition and disease for babies, the sick and the elderly.”
The water department, responsible for about $6 billion of Detroit’s $18 billion in debt, is a major issue in the city’s bankruptcy. Earlier this year, the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department said it would be more assertive about delinquencies. About 46,000 shut-off notices were sent last month and service to about 10 percent of that number was recently cut.
Conyers, who also sent letters to U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell and city water department Chief Executive Sue McCormick, specifically asked for some of the $200 million available to the state through the federal Hardest Hit Fund. He also urged an “immediate end to the shutoffs” and the designation of a public health emergency that would be “eligible for direct federal relief.”
There was no immediate response from federal officials.
But what was Detroit "hit" by requiring an immediate grant of $200 million from the "Federal Hardest Hit Fund?"

A meteorite?

An earthquake?

A volcanic eruption?

Godzilla?

King Kong?

A zombie apocalypse?

A debilitating plague?

Oh, the collective incapacitating power of the black individual...

Why can't the 83 percent black city of Detroit produce responsible citizens capable of paying their water bills on time?

The answer is because modern Detroit was born from the carnage and madness of liberalism's ascension to power, with black people rioting in 1967 and not being punished for burning down large sections of the Paris of the West.

Something born from madness can never, ever be expected to abide by the rules once governing civilized society.

Civilized society must be transformed to accommodate the madness, or else finally confront it, before it devours all. [Detroit Needs Residents, but Sends Some Packing, New York Times, 6-26-14]:
In a city that desperately needs to hold onto residents, there is a virtual pipeline out. At least 70,000 foreclosures have taken place since 2009 because of delinquent property taxes. And more than 43,000 properties — more than one in 10 in this city — were subject to foreclosure this year, some of them headed for a public auction where prices can start as low as $500.

Other cities wrestle with unpaid taxes, too, but the size of Detroit’s problem is staggering. Several factors have brought the city to the point that crucial revenues are not being collected and thousands of houses are being taken away each year — not by banks, for failure to make mortgage payments, but by the government, for failure to pay taxes. Contributing are soaring rates of poverty, high taxes despite painfully diminished city services and a long pattern of lackadaisical tax collection by the city.
In some cases, homeowners have abandoned properties and simply quit paying taxes, and foreclosure may be the only way to get a house back into the hands of people who actually want to live there and pay their share. In other cases, those who lose or abandon their houses sometimes end up buying other houses at auction — sometimes for as little as $500 — and begin the cycle again, although new rules are aimed at taking back properties sooner if taxes are again not paid. Either way, the city fails to get all the tax revenue it is owed.
The last part of The Two Tower quote from above, ends:
"But in the end, it’s only a passing thing… this shadow. Even darkness must pass.”
A house for $500, a reflection of the fair marketing value for a home in a city with a population that is 83 percent black, where untold hundreds of millions of dollars in unpaid water bills sees 1/3 of the $18 billion debt Detroit posted in bankruptcy attributable to blacks believing freedom literally meant "freedom from responsibility."

That's why Detroit is near ruin.

And though time travel is not possible, save in cinema, if those debating the merits of Jim Crow, segregation, the rationale behind restrictive covenants, and using IQ tests for employment years and years ago could, for the briefest of moments, peer into the future and see the world of 2014 83% black Detroit, they'd find the astonishing justification for every thing they held dear.

Instead, in our world, the United Nations sees the inability of 83 percent black Detroit's citizens from paying their water bill as some form of discrimination.

This darkness must pass.

Always hold on to this belief.

If not, the best intentions of white liberals will always be nothing more than black people complaining of discrimination when presented with a water bill, a mortgage bill, or a low appraisal for their property....

"The Harlem Princess" Ruth Bates Harris: The Woman Who Brought Down the White Man's Rockets and Made Minority Uplifting NASA's No. 1 Priority

Just as the story of Captain Ed Dwight will one day make a fantastic movie for promoting both the concept of Black-Run America (BRA) and the perpetual revolution against white America's past, the even more important story of the 1973 firing of NASA's highest ranking black female will be fodder for a future Academy Award winning movie.

Ruth Bates Harris, who in 1973 was fired from her $32,000-a-year job as deputy assistant administrator for equal opportunity for preparing a 40-page report which made the accusation: "NASA's Equal Opportunity Program is a near-total failure."
From Jet November 13, 1973 issue

Her report charged NASA with a "lack of commitment to hiring minorities and called for the replacement of Dudley McConnell [a black man] who, as assistant administrator for equal opportunity, was Mrs. Harris' immediate superior at the space flight agency. The Harris report documented that only 5.19 percent of NASA's employes (sic) were members of minority groups, compared to 20 percent for the federal government." (Jet magazine, November 15, 1973)

Just as Google, Yahoo, and Facebook have raked over the coals lately for having too few black people involved with perhaps the only productive sector of the American economy (outside of JP Morgan futures in their EBT/SNAP portfolio), NASA's most successful years - you know, going to the moon - were completely devoid of any black contributions.

The Indianapolis Recorder, a black newspaper, devoted lots of ink to discussing the sordid tale of Mrs. Harris firing, noting on the cover of its November 11, 1973 edition:
Mrs. Harris and her staff accused the agency of refusing to take the steps necessary to hire more persons in minority groups . The report also noted that NASA's minority employees had increased only from 4.1   percent in  June  1966 to 5.1 percent as of June, 1973.
The report also noted that the June figure was down from last June, when minority employment at  the agency was 5.2 percent.
Supporters of Mrs. Harris contended that she had been discharged because she pressed the agency too much to Improve its record.
"NASA has failed to progress because it has never made equal opportunity a priority, said the document from Mrs. Harris and  her  staff, dated Sept. 20."
It also said: "A sound equal opportunity staff was permitted to be formed but it has been continuously kept short of resources and under control of insensitive middle management. Field installation have been required to establish equal opportunity offices, but in  cases where they proposed to appoint unqualified uncommitted persons to staff these programs, the objections of the headquarters equal opportunity staff were overruled.'

As   of  June   30 NASA had a total of 27,031 employees, according to the  equal employment report. There was 1,227  blacks, 270 Spanish-Americans, 192 Orientals and 21 Indians.
Not only were black people few and far to be found at NASA during its greatest moments, the lack of Orientals (Asians) or Indians (not sure if this denotes the "dot" or "feather" variation...) will be cause for altering the chronology of the space agencies achievements to a date far beyond July 20, 1969.

The best breakdown of the horror Ruth Bates Harris uncovered at NASA was described as by Constance Holden - in the pages of Science - as, "Nonetheless, the overwhelming white male domination of NASA is making it an increasingly conspicuous and embarrassing anomaly among government agencies." [NASA: Sacking of Top Black Woman Stirs Concern for Equal Employment, Science 23 November 1973: p.804-807. Vol. 182 no. 4114]
A headline from the 1973 Indianapolis Recorder...

"An increasingly conspicuous and embarrassing anomaly among government agencies."

Read that again, and remember those words were published in a major, respected scientific journal in 1973.

1973.

"Nonetheless, the overwhelming white male domination of NASA is making it an increasingly conspicuous and embarrassing anomaly among government agencies."

Despite an incredibly positive track record, having a culture and workforce that was "overwhelming white male domination of NASA is making it an increasingly conspicuous and embarrassing anomaly among government agencies."

Those who still believe the idea of moon landing on July 20, 1969 as a monumental hoax, filmed in some Hollywood studio under the directorship of Stanley Kubrick, need to remember the greatest hoax of all-time is the teaching (and legal notion) of racial equality.

Which, of course, birthed disparate impact.

Let's look at a few more paragraphs from Constance Holden 1973 article in Science:
On 25 October, James Fletcher, administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, summoned Ruth Bates Harris, deputy assistant administrator for equal opportunity, into his office and fired her. In so doing, Fletcher may have precipitated just the sort of pressure for improving NASA's employment performance with women and minority group members that critics say it has so far managed to resist.
Even granting NASA the best of intentions, it faces special difficulties in increasing its professional female and nonwhite personnel. As an agency strongly preoccupied by its dramatic scientific missions, it has tended to be dominated by scientific and technical rather than administrative types. Almost half the NASA work force is made up of scientists and engineers, but the national manpower pool contains few women and minority members. Only 1 percent of engineers are female, for example, and 3 percent are nonwhite. Critics point out that NASA contractors, who draw from the same pool of talent, have a far better record in equal employment than NASA. But contractors do not operate under the Civil Service constraints, veterans' preference, and periodic reductions in force that characterize the NASA of the 1970's. What's more, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance is a considerably stronger enforcement agent than the Civil Service Commission, which is responsible for seeing that affirmative action is taken within the government. (p. 804-807)
From the Washington Afro-American in 1974... the moon landing wasn't a hoax people. This is what killed NASA and man's (white man's) ambitions of the heavens
Just who was this Ruth Bates Harris, dubbed the "Harlem princess"? NASA published a book in 2009 with the title Societal Impact of Spaceflight. Chapter 22 carried the title "Racism, Sexism, and Space Ventures": Civil Rights at NASA in the Nixon Era and Beyond" and it serves as nothing more than hagiography for her efforts to re-triangulate NASA's ambition from the heavens and the exploration of the stars to being an agency dedicated to nothing more than minority uplifting:
The woman Fletcher hired was a self-described “Harlem princess” whose first marriage had been to a Tuskegee Airman.
An honors graduate of Florida A&M University, she had gone on to earn an m.B.a. with a specialization in personnel and industrial relations from New York University.
What Fletcher called her “distinguished career in human relations” included service as the executive director of the District of Columbia commission in human relations, a civil rights oversight and implementation group. her nine-year tenure at the DC commission began with a successful push to get The Washington Post to stop carrying racially restricted housing ads, and moved on to an increasing variety of housing, community–police relations, and other work.through several “long hot summers”of racial discontent in the late 1960s, Harris was among those who exercised front-line leadership in restoring peace and stopping (or avoiding) riots.
Because inhabitants of the nation’s capital had only gotten the right to vote for local government in 1967, Harris not only became a De-facto affirmative action officer for city government in a majority African-American metropolis, she also learned to work well with the congress and senators of all political persuasions who were the overseers of DC government. (p. 427)
This is a Hollywood blockbuster without any need of liberties taken by a room full of script writers!

Her first marriage was to a Tuskegee Airmen?

Fought against segregation and restrictive covenants?

Appeared after the black riots had burned much of Washington D.C., scaring away almost all of the white population in the process, to restore order?

Check, check, and check!

So what was Harris, before she was fired (and, who NASA officials told a senate inquiry in 1974 was “little more than a lobbyist for the cause of minorities and women.”) really trying to overcome in her position?

An almost all-white NASA had gone to the moon and was prepared to begin space exploration.

But Ruth Bates Harris, with the federal government granting her a legal blank check to correct the racial incorrect demographics of NASA employees, had other designs than building a bridge to the stars.

She was working to, as all federal departments would be, build a bridge to the middle-class for otherwise unemployable in the private sector black people. More from Societal Impact of Space Flight:
NASA, then, talked about wanting “the best equal opportunity program in the federal government,” but using part-time and all-white organizations to do it was naïve. NASA employed fewer minorities and women than any other agency in government. it claimed this was because of its elite and expert technical structure, but far from everyone at NASA was a rocket scientist.this disparity between NASA and other federal agencies also grew even as African-American professionals sought out government agencies as employers because those agencies also most often obeyed federal civil rights laws. NASA’s own statistics showed that it did as well as private corporations in employing minorities and women in the technical half of its operations (at 3.5 percent), but NASA’s leaders did not go on to ask why NASA employed only 6 percent of racial minorities in the nontechnical half of its operations. people like Harris were about to pose such uncomfortable questions. (p. 429)
Though she was fired in 1973, NASA rehired Harris in 1974. Jet magazine reported the great news with this announcement:
Social activist Ruth Bates Harris, who was fired from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in Washington, D.C.,  as deputy assistant administrator for equal opportunity programs, returned recently as deputy administrator for community and human relations.

In her travels, she will be able to promote NASA and attract minority employes (sic) and women to join the agency. (Jet, 9-20-1974)
A hero.

There are plenty of conspiracies touting how we never went to the moon.

It was all a hoax.

Yet the proof of why NASA never went farther than the moon, established a base on the lunar surface, or dared consider a mission to Mars, is found in Ruth Bates Harris "Cheshire Cat" smile...

Chapter 22 of Societal Impact of Space Flight ends with this note:
It was also a period during which an all-male and all-white astronaut corps came to exclude too many other Americans. NASA’s human spaceflight program would have ceased being “manned” and become “human” without Ruth Bates Harris or her supporters, but it would have taken significantly longer than the 20 years it did take. NASA and America’s space programs would only have been poorer for it, in terms of public interest, understanding, and regard. Ruth Bates Harris deserves to be remembered as an important actor in the social history of the Space age. (p. 449)
We went to the moon.

This was no hoax.

Racial equality is the hoax.

When this movie is eventually made by a Hollywood studio, and the writers go up on stage to garner their Academy Award for best picture, you can be sure to thank Paul Kersey.

Will White People Ever Get "Reciprocity" for Voting Republican?": Breaking Down SNAP/EBT Card Usage in Mississippi by County and Race

There's something inherently unnatural and sick about our country.

Something fundamentally evil.

And it all comes out in the Thad Cochran-Chris McDaniel Republican primary battle for one of Mississippi's senate seats, which Cochran won by appealing to the black voter (who, though it was a Republican primary, were allowed to vote in the open primary).

 It should be noted that:
In 2012, 89 percent of Mississippi whites gave their votes to Mitt Romney, while 96 percent of Mississippi blacks gave their votes to Barack Obama.
So, because Cochran supporters distributed a flier among the black communities of Mississippi (which "highlights racist comments McDaniel made on his radio show, along with his opposition to a Civil Rights museum, federal funding of public schools, and SNAP benefits."), the long-time tool of the Washington D.C. ruling elite was allowed to beat back the so-called "Tea Party" candidate.

But it comes with a price: Reciprocity. [NAACP Wants Thad Cochran To 'Show Some Reciprocity', Huffington Post, 6-25-14]:
Black voters played a huge role in helping Sen. Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) fend off tea party challenger Chris McDaniel in a runoff election Tuesday, and now the state NAACP is asking the six-term senator to return the favor.
In an interview with HuffPost Live, Derrick Johnson, president of the Mississippi NAACP, said that Cochran could thank black voters by supporting efforts to re-establish protections in the Voting Rights Act that the Supreme Court struck down last year.
"Our advocacy towards his office is to support amending the Voting Rights Act, free of any conditions such as voter ID," Johnson said. "I think this is an opportunity for him to show some reciprocity for African-Americans providing a strong level of support for him."
"Reciprocity."

Thad Cochran has been praised, by the Jackson Clarion-Ledger, for his stance on SNAP/EBT.

Well, the New York Times put together an interactive map in 2009, breaking down SNAP/EBT card usage by every county in America.

And by race.

Okay, so the New York Times lumped Hispanics with whites, but this interactive map represents the closest one can get to capturing just which racial group is dependent upon SNAP/EBT cards (government assistant) to put food on the table.

On average, 9% of whites in the entire state of Mississippi (as of 2009) are on food stamps.

Or SNAP/EBT.

On average, 34% of blacks in the entire state of Mississippi (as of 2009) are on food stamps.

Or SNAP/EBT.

Not one county in the state of Mississippi has more whites on SNAP/EBT (by percentage) than blacks.

It's hard to be competitive as a state when almost one-out-of-every-ten whites is on SNAP/EBT; it's even harder to be competitive as a state when more than one-out-of-every three blacks is on SNAP/EBT.

Quite the load to carry for the productive in the state versus the unproductive.

There's something inherently unnatural and sick about our country.

Something fundamentally evil.

And it all comes out in the Thad Cochran-Chris McDaniel Republican primary battle for one of Mississippi's senate seats, which Cochran won by appealing to the black voter.

It's funny: blacks want reciprocity for helping Cochran win the Republican primary; have whites ever asked for reciprocity for voting Republican (almost 9 out of every 10 white votes cast in Mississippi go to a Republican Party that... hates them)?

The unnatural state of our country won't last forever.

The Stupid Party Merges with the Evil Party: About that Mississippi Republican Senate Primary...

If you ever thought about voting for the GOP, take a look at what ol' Thad Cochran just did down in Mississippi to his "Tea Party" challenger.

Politics is the last refugee of the scoundrel.
He put out a flyer questioning State Senator Chris McDaniel insufficient commitment to blacks (and the EBT card), civil rights, and apparently for making ambiguous racist comments.

Blacks use an awful lot of food stamps in Mississippi... (just take a look at the 2009 New York Times Food Stamp Usage by County/Race).

Here's what the New York Times wrote about the election. [Cochran Holds Off Tea Party Challenger in Mississippi, New York Times, 6-24-14]:
With an unusual assist from African-American voters and other Democrats who feared his opponent, Senator Thad Cochran on Tuesday beat back a spirited challenge from State Senator Chris McDaniel, triumphing in a Republican runoff and defeating the Tea Party in the state where the movement’s hopes were bright.
“We all have a right to be proud of our state tonight,” Mr. Cochran said at his victory party in Jackson, Miss. “This is your victory.”
Mr. McDaniel, speaking in Hattiesburg, was angry, and he did not hesitate to say so. “There is something a bit strange, there is something a bit unusual about a Republican primary that’s decided by liberal Democrats,” he said.
He accused Mr. Cochran of abandoning the conservative movement. “So much for principles,” he said.
Mr. McDaniel, an uncompromising conservative, relied on the muscle of outside groups and the enthusiasm of conservative voters who are weary of Mr. Cochran’s old-school Washington ways.

The 76-year-old senator ran a largely sleepy campaign until the primary on June 3, when he was edged out by Mr. McDaniel but won enough votes to keep his opponent from outright victory. Mr. Cochran, who is seeking his seventh term, used the past three weeks to turn out Democratic voters — especially African-Americans — to make up that deficit.

Jeanie Munn, who lives in Hattiesburg, said Mr. McDaniel “represents a threat to the state.” She cited a vote he cast in the State Senate against a new nursing school building at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Roger Smith, a black Democrat who said he was being paid to organize for Mr. Cochran, said, “I don’t know too much about McDaniel other than what McDaniel’s saying: that he’s Tea Party, he’s against Obama, he don’t like black people.”
“You’re going to get one of the white guys in there,” he said. “You got to make a choice.”
It's impractical to believe we can vote ourselves out of this mess, when both political parties are aligned against the interests of the Historic American Majority.

The Lockean Dream Implodes: Creditors of Bankrupt 83% Black Detroit Believe Tour by Judge to be too "Dangerous"

An 83 percent black city.

A city that, one hundreds years ago, was nearly 100 percent white.

It was through the latter groups efforts this city arose to become the Paris of the West, the Arsenal of Democracy.

With the city abandoned by this group to the former group, an existing infrastructure, state-of-the-art facilities, and ample housing inventory wasn't enough to help blacks keep alive the flame of civilization.

John Locke was wrong.
83 percent black Detroit, home to the Rosa Parks Transit Center. Beautifully poetic, isn't it?

Adam Smith was wrong.

Thomas Malthus was right. [Creditors: Bankruptcy judge's tour of Detroit could be dangerous, Detroit News, 6-17-14]:
Holdout creditors want to block Detroit’s lawyers from taking U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes on a tour of the city, arguing security could be jeopardized if the route through one of the country’s most dangerous cities is publicized in advance.
Three creditors — Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp., Berkshire Hathaway Assurance Corp. and Financial Guaranty Insurance Corp. — asked Rhodes Tuesday to scuttle the three-hour blight and crime tour, arguing it is risky, irrelevant and unprecedented in bankruptcy court.
“The risk that details of the bus tour could leak in advance, or be discovered by the media while the tour is in progress — or indeed could be revealed through live reporting on social media — creates not only security risks but also the possibility that interested persons or groups could seek to alter conditions or stage incidents or confrontations at the proposed viewing locations,” lawyers Lawrence Larose and Alfredo Perez wrote in a court filing.
Detroit’s bankruptcy team proposed the tour to give Rhodes a first-hand glimpse of the city’s conditions, which could be mitigated if the judge approves a plan to restructure $18 billion in debt.
The city has proposed having the U.S. Marshals Service or other security personnel accompany the judge and creditor lawyers during the tour.
The date is unscheduled and would not be made public. When the tour idea came up during a court hearing in May, Rhodes was agreeable, saying: “I do think it would be valuable.”
Tour stops have not been finalized, but the trip includes visits to the Detroit Institute of Arts, rail lines and downtown redevelopment areas. “The city will take all necessary precautions,” Bill Nowling, spokesman for Detroit Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr, said Tuesday.
“There will be no safety issues.” The city’s legal team suggested the tour will help Rhodes put into context evidence he will hear about blight.

Who can forget the abortive plan of Detroit Emergency Manager Keyvn Orr, proposed in July of 2013, to take Detroit’s creditors on a tour of the city?  That tour would have included armed guards and a signed release form excusing the city of Detroit from injuries or death. [Orr cancels creditors` bus tour of Detroit, by Robert Snell, The Detroit News, July 9, 2013]

Oh, but it gets better. [Lawyer: Creditors want to shield judge from Detroit's 'human reality', Detroit News, 6-24-14]:

Holdout creditors are trying to keep U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes from seeing the real Detroit — the good, the bad and the ugly — by protesting his planned bus tour of the city, the city’s bankruptcy lawyers argue.
Instead, creditors want the judge to view video and photos of the blight and crime-ridden city in a sterile courtroom environment, the city’s legal team said in a filing late Monday. The city is trying to overcome objections filed by several creditors, including banks and bond insurers.“What the objectors really mean is that they do not want the court to come face-to-face with the human reality that is the flip side of the cold, sterile numbers,” lawyer Deborah Kovsky-Apap wrote. “But just because the objectors would rather the court did not see certain evidence does not make that evidence irrelevant.”
Three creditors — Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp., Berkshire Hathaway Assurance Corp. and Financial Guaranty Insurance Corp. — have asked Rhodes to scuttle the three-hour tour, arguing it is risky, irrelevant and unprecedented in bankruptcy court. They argued everyone’s security could be compromised if the bus route and details are leaked in advance.
There is no "human reality" in 83 percent black Detroit; there is the "black reality" found in 7.8 percent white Detroit.

There is no need for armed guards or waivers to be signed for tours of the almost all-white suburbs surrounding Detroit, for the people who call those communities "home" are the sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, granddaughters and grandsons of the white people who once made the city the Arsenal of Democracy

Now, Detroit is nothing more than the face of the failure of democracy.

America is at the Malthusian Edge.

It's incredible how so many want to look back, believing there still something worth going back to save.

It's sad how so few are willing to look at the uncertainty over the edge, and realize it's our only hope of salvation.

After all, there's no word on if the bus tour would have originated from the Rosa Parks Transit Center (where armed guards would have escorted the judge) in Detroit, one of the more violent public transportation systems in America. [Transit officers start riding Detroit buses, targeting violence and disorder, Detroit News, 5-7-2014]:
The city’s new Transit Police force is starting to establish its presence on Detroit’s crime-ridden buses.
On Monday, the first transit officers began riding Detroit Department of Transportation buses and carving out morning and afternoon shifts for both plainclothes and uniformed members, said Detroit Transit Police Officers Association President Arthur Divers.
The centralized unit, being overseen by the Transit Police Officers union, is seeking to curb violence and keep order at the Rosa Parks Transit Center and on troubled city bus routes.
“We are going to be tackling the crime and putting officers where they are needed most,” Divers told The Detroit News on Tuesday. “(We will) focus on the lines that have the most crime and criminal activity.”
The Lockean Dream Implodes, indeed.

There's no "human reality" in Detroit.

It's the reality of blackness, where civilization once flourished in its absence.

"A human being has no natural rights of any nature...": Will the United Nations (UN) Intervene on behalf of 83% Black Detroit and the Water Shutoffs to People Who Can't Pay Their Bills?

Lt. Col. Jean V. Dubois, though a fictional character from the book Starship Troopers, is a smart man.

But before we get to his lesson from the History and Moral Philosophy Class highlighting Robert Heinlien's science fiction classic, let's delve into the horror of 83 percent black Detroit.

It's not fiction.
CBS Detroit, with more than half of 83 percent black Detroit's citizens unable - or unwilling - to pay their water bill, calls water a "basic human right."

It's not even a tragedy.

It's just a reminder of the immutable laws of nature, with the regression of the city to the black mean a provable scientific fact. [Nearly Half Of Detroit Water Customers Can’t Pay Their Bill, Detroit CBS, 6-23-14]:

It’s a basic human right: water. But could the United Nations soon help the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department provide the service to struggling customers?Water department spokeswoman Curtrise Garner says it’s a possibility — but for now, the water bills must be paid.
“We do have programs that do help those that are just totally in need; can’t afford it — but we also know that there are also people who can’t afford it would can not pay and we know this because, once we shut water off, the next day they are in paying the bill in full. So we do know that that has become a habit as well,” said Garner

“At the DWAS Department — it’s not our goal to shut off water. We want people’s water on, just like they do; but you do have to pay for your water…That’s the bottom line.”

Garner said the reality is that nearly half of Detroit Water and Sewerage customers can’t pay their bills; and that has led activists to lobby the UN to step up and take action.

“If they do contact us we are willing to speak with them,” she said, adding “We owe it to the customers that are paying to collect from those that aren’t. Somebody has to pay for the water.”
And while Garner says water is “a God-given right,” she says there is a cost to move water from the water resource to the customer and that the infrastructure costs money.
According to the Free Press, the average Detroit water bill is now $75 a month — much higher than the nation’s average rate of about $40.
A basic "human right?"

Potable water is no more a human right than race is a social construct.

Civilization is fragile, the aggregation of seemingly insignificant lives amounting to the tens of millions of people whose primary contribution was their ability to create an environment where the concept of "community" could flourish: all the hard work of prior generations is negated simply by the addition of black people to the mix and the subtraction of those who made civilization possible (remember: Detroit was almost 99 percent white in 1914).

What we've dubbed "regression to the black mean."[Protesters claim Detroit water shutoffs unfair to residential customers, Detroit Free Press, 5-30-14]:

The water department announced in March it was resuming efforts to shut off water service to more than 150,000 delinquent customers in order to collect about $118 million in outstanding bills. The department said it would target customers whose bills are more than two months late and would shut off about 3,000 customers a week.
For the month of April, the department sent out about 44,200 shut-off notices and cut off water to 3,025 properties, including residential and commercial dwellings, Latimer said, adding that 65% of residents come in to make a payment after their water is shut off. The city said it did not have shutoff numbers for May.
The average monthly water bill in Detroit is about $75. Customers with late bills can avoid a shutoff by entering into a payment plan. Typically, it takes a payment of 30% to 50% of the amount owed to start such a plan. About 17,000 of the water department’s 323,900 customers are on payment plans, officials said.
David Sole, a Detroit retiree who helped organize the water protest, harkened back to the effectiveness of Vietnam War-era demonstrations to mobilize people to fight the water shutoffs and other social issues related to the city’s bankruptcy.
“If they make life unbearable for people, we need to shut down the building,” Sole said. “How can you cut people’s access to water?”
That's an easy question Mr. Sole: "Because water is not a human right. It comes with a price tag, as does civilization."

It's funny: black people made life so unbearable for whites in Detroit that the latter group completely abandoned the city their ancestors built and allowed it to become the perfect manifestation of the former groups collective footprint in America.

Detroit is black America's footprint.

Now, back to the lesson of Lt. Col. Jean V. Dubois. When answering a question about the rights expressed in the American Declaration of Independence (it should be noted here Starship Troopers is set in the future, when democracy and the American experiment has failed), Dubois notes the folly of the concept of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness:
"Ah yes, [life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness]... Life? What 'right' to life has a man who is drowning in the Pacific? The ocean will not hearken to his cries. What 'right' to life has a man who must die to save his children? If he chooses to save his own life, does he do so as a matter of 'right'? If two men are starving and cannibalism is the only alternative to death, which man's right is 'unalienable'? And is it 'right'? As to liberty, the heroes who signed the great document pledged themselves to buy liberty with their lives. Liberty is never unalienable; it must be redeemed regularly with the blood of patriots or it always vanishes. Of all the so-called natural human rights that have ever been invented, liberty is least likely to be cheap and isnever free of cost. The third 'right'?—the 'pursuit of happiness'? It is indeed unalienable but it is not a right; it is simply a universal condition which tyrants cannot take away nor patriots restore. Cast me into a dungeon, burn me at the stake, crown me king of kings, I can 'pursue happiness' as long as my brain lives—but neither gods nor saints, wise men nor subtle drugs, can ensure that I will catch it."(p. 119)
Which brings us to a reality CBS Detroit isn't willing to face when confronting the questions of "rights" and the availability of free water. Dubois notes, continuing the lesson from the he History and Moral Philosophy Class :
“The basis of all morality is duty, a concept with the same relation to group that self-interest has to individual. Nobody preached duty to these kids in a way they could understand — that is, with a spanking. But the society they were in told them endlessly about their ‘rights.’
“The results should have been predictable, since a human being has no natural rights of any nature. …
Mr. Dubois then turned to me. “I told you that ‘juvenile delinquent’ is a contradiction in terms. ‘Delinquent’ means ‘failing in duty.’ But duty is an adult virtue — indeed a juvenile becomes an adult when, and only when, he acquires a knowledge of duty and embraces it as dearer than the self-love he was born with. There never was, there cannot be, a ‘juvenile delinquent.’ But for every juvenile criminal there are always one or more adult delinquents — people of mature years who either do not know their duty, or who, knowing it, fail.
“And that was the soft spot which destroyed what was in many ways an admirable culture.
The junior hoodlums who roamed their streets were symptoms of a greater sickness; their citizens (all of them counted as such) glorified their mythology of ‘rights’ . . . and lost track of their duties. No nation, so constituted, can endure.”
Detroit.

An 83 percent black city, where civilization - created and only capable of being sustained by whites - was supplanted by the regression to the black mean.

Though many will assert water is a basic human right, the reality is this resource is no more a right than is the right of a citizen to enjoy safe streets in their community.

A community is only a reflection of the people who call it home.

Who work hard to make those streets safe and a place where responsible families can flourish.

It doesn't just happen naturally any more than water is naturally supposed to come pouring out of your faucet when you put it into the "on" position.

You have to pay for it.

Detroit, an 83 percent black city, is not that place.

It's an unnatural place, kept alive merely by federal and state grants.

Class dismissed.
