Moments like this in life pass by too quickly, with few prepared to contemplate the enormity of what has transpired.

We fail to understand dynamic changes have occurred, a realigning of previous beliefs utterly erasing away years, even decades of apathy.
Rest in Peace Kate Steinle: your murder may have inadvertently triggered the reawakening of western man

Indifference washed away by the harsh reality of the current year. [Mexican man found not guilty in San Francisco pier killing, KOLOTV.com, 11-30-17]:
U.S. immigration officials say they will deport a Mexican man acquitted of murder in the shooting of woman on a San Francisco pier that touched off a fierce debate over immigration.
Acting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Thomas Homan said Thursday that immigration officials will take custody of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate once his case concludes.
A jury found Garcia Zarate not guilty in the 2015 death of Kate Steinle. Jurors did convict him of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Garcia Zarate had been deported five times and was wanted for a sixth deportation when the shooting happened. He said it was an accident.
Under a sanctuary city law, the San Francisco sheriff's department had released Garcia Zarate from jail despite a federal immigration request to detain him for deportation____6:20 p.m.
The father of a woman who was shot and killed on a San Francisco pier said he was shocked when a jury acquitted a Mexican immigrant accused of murder in the case.
Jim Steinle told the San Francisco Chronicle the family was saddened and shocked by Thursday's verdict.
He said, "justice was rendered but not served."
A jury found Jose Ines Garcia Zarate not guilty in the killing of Kate Steinle, who was strolling with her father on a crowded San Francisco pier when she was shot in 2015.
Garcia Zarate did not deny shooting Steinle and said it was an accident.
The Steinle family did not attend court to hear the verdict.
They spoke to the Chronicle in an exclusive interview that they said would be their last public comments.
Her father said the family has felt frustration and sadness but not anger or vindictiveness since the killing.
Even if Garcia Zarate had received a sentence of 100 years, the father said, "it doesn't solve anything, it doesn't help anything."___5:45 p.m.
U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions says he hopes local officials will "consider carefully the harm they are doing to their citizens" by not cooperating with federal immigration officials.
His comments come after a Mexican man was found not guilty Thursday of killing a woman on a San Francisco pier in a case that touched off a national immigration debate.
Sessions says San Francisco's "decision to protect criminal aliens led to the preventable and heartbreaking death" of Kate Steinle.

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate had been deported five times and was wanted for a sixth deportation when Kate Steinle was fatally shot in the back in 2015. Garcia Zarate said the shooting was an accident.
Under a sanctuary city law, the San Francisco sheriff's department had released Garcia Zarate from jail despite a federal immigration request to detain him for deportation.
The end of June 2015 was a pivotal moment in my life.

The murder of Kate Steinle happened right after Donald Trump uttered words about illegal aliens and rapists from Mexico that could have disqualified his nascent bid for the presidency before it was truly launched.

But it didn't.

The murder of Kate Steinle galvanized the nation and catapulted Trump to the front of the GOP Primary.

One day I'll tell the story of what I was able to do then to promote Trump and help influence the election.

That day is not today.

But know this: “There are times when the world is rearranging itself, and at times like that, the right words can change the world.”

The reaction to the verdict in the murder trial of Kate Steinle could be the catalyst for change beyond our wildest imaginations, but it comes down to one person: does Donald Trump have the courage to Tweet out a 140 or 280 character message combining just the right amount of words to change the world forever?

At the end of the day, this realization helps illustrate the true fragility of the Egalitarian World Order of which Black-Run America (BRA) was built upon.

Are they really going to bother to deport this fine Spanish-blooded tourist to our country? I really hope they don't because it will really make it more difficult for him to come back, and we need to kowtow to illegal immigrants, learn their ways, customs, mores and folk ways and be ready to give up our tax dollars to support them. If we do not please the peasant invaders, we can give up the defenseless to them so they can mate with us and create more vibrant people that are freer, more ethical, better educated, prone to having less corrupt government, less crime due to mixed genetics... If I've forgotten all the greatness these people bring us I'll go watch "A Day Without a Mexican".

Why didn't they let the Feds have the Felon in Posession case? That would've been 10 years in prison.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light

So they're going to deport the foul thing for the 6th time and, in a matter of weeks, he'll be right back. What a brilliant plan for dealing with criminal trash! That'll show him!

Is San Francisco almost entirely populated by idiots?

Her father said the family has felt frustration and sadness but not anger or vindictiveness since the killing. I honestly believe this sperm donor will be ok now that his daughters killer has basically set free. A true snowflake liberal with a davey blackburn syndrome that probably championed for the existence of the sanctuary city to begin with. A total f'n loser.

Realize, that most of the Mexican's sentence for the gun possession conviction is already covered by the "time served" while he sat waiting in jail. Basically, he will be sentenced to serve a winter vacation in Mexico, to return to the United States at a time that he finds to be convenient.
Charities and non governmental agencies will provide money, transportation, shelter, meals, and advice on how to avoid law enforcement.
Do they have Mexican cable tv in California jails yet? I'll bet that they do.

PK...this made me seethe with anger! I would hope to never see this man face to face because I would hurt him pretty bad. The jury let a murderer go free. California is lost. I will NEVER visit the dump called San Francisco again! Most of the people there are lower than scum.

RIP Kate Steinle---your tombstone marks the burial place of San Francisco itself. At the time of the Simpson Verdict I was a complete race realist but was isolated. All the Whites around me were 'One Race-the Yooman race'. The few Whites with whom I had discussed my scientific and social views regarded me as an ignorant crank----like a moonlander or a flatearther. I worked in a small business where the office and the diverse shop all ate in the same breakroom.
I was telling everybody that Simpson would walk; that there was a low-level race war going on; I told them about jury nullification. The Negroes were saying he was a totally innocent victim of raycizm. And there was one manager who was very vocal that the jury would do its civic duty and bring a verdict of guilty.
When not guilty was read the Negroes erupted into wild jubilation. They pointed at the naive boyscout manager and laughed. Many Whites were awakened that day.

It gives me no satisfaction to say that I also predicted Jose Ines Garcia Zarate would walk too. He may get two years with time already served in the Federal Court---but I doubt it.
Jose Ines Garcia Zarate was 'cut loose' (as the Negroes say) because some on the jury believed him to be a victim of White raycizm; and others on the jury knew that he is not a murderer but a footsoldier in the great reconquista of California.

The most infuriating thing about this is that CNN and the rest of the media is crowing about how "Trump was promoting fake news" and claiming, now that he has been exonerated, that this illegal was falsely charged and was the product of a witch hunt, even though it is a FACT he shot the woman and that he never denied shooting the woman at any point.

Spread the word on this one. Get it in spotlight. Want gays working with your kids? Orcs and their low impulse control?

moral being- anyone is allowed to kill a white person at any time in this country now with no repercussions, even if you are here illegally. That jury accepted every stupid cliché in the book to come up with that verdict. " I found the gun under a bench" " it went off by itself" " the bullet hit the ground and miraculously ricocheted to a perfect kill shot " people in this country just keep getting stupider.

The illegal beaner should be up on felony re-entry after deportation charges as well as federal felon-in-possession (he was convicted on the state charge).

Club Fed is way too nice for a scumbag like him, though.  We need to put the illegals in things like Joe Arpaio's tent cities.

If you ever needed any more evidence that we live in a place that is governed by forces which fail to serve the people it "represents" - I can't think of an example more fitting.

Can you imagine any non-white country that would permit foreigners to repeatedly enter the country illegally, murder a citizen ... and then walk away? CLOWN WORLD!

I take it back, there IS "representative government" --- it just doesn't represent the white citizenry, instead it represents everyone else, chiefly (((rootless cosmopolitans))) who want to bring about this great erasure and the non-whites along for the ride, collecting the gibs during the transitional period. By that measure, the government is incredibly representative and effectively meeting the needs of those it serves.

The great crime of our era is awareness and those who raise awareness are the thought criminals. You can see this in the way President Trump's recent retweets were treated. Every news outlet is calling the short videos "Anti-Muslim" even though the videos feature zero commentary.

Just merely showing muslims behaving badly (much like identifying black crime, or illegal aliens murdering) is just too much for them to bare, mainly because it shows the efforts they make to conceal such things from public view. Mass media recognizes that all of this multicultural social experiment dangles by a very thin hair - a hair that will snap if reality is allowed to be depicted or discussed.

Controlling the imagery is really the only thing that holds it together. So the average normie never sees worldstarhiphop type knockout game/chimpout videos --- instead they get commercials with high functioning, white presenting black professionals, etc... It is all to confuse and disrupt the average person's ability to recognize group differences and group behavior patterns.

It works like a vice, pressure being applied from two different directions - no negative images, only positive, but like the futility of "driving nature out with a pitchfork" the group patterns always "hurry back."

The irony is that as the racial ratios change, the amount of contact increases and the first hand experiences kick in. No amount of positive image manipulation can coverride people's negative personal experiences with non-whites. Naivete is rapidly becoming a non-option as we approach racial plurality. They could get away with a lot of the wishful thinking when the country was 90% white in most places, however now too many whites now have daily interactions that undermine the narrative of racial egalitarians.

In the meantime, expect incidents like these to expedite the quickening.

Zarate used a stolen Sig Sauer P229 chambered in .40 S&W. I have exactly that same pistol by my bed for home defense. I wonder if the jury had its characteristics fully explained to them.

Zarate I read claimed he found it just lying around on the ground. He makes it sound like a throw away "Saturday Night Special". The Sig retails for about $800 to $1,00o - more for a fancy model. It is not the sort of gun casually discarded. It's more like throwing away a gold bar.

Zarate claims he picked it up and it accidentally discharged killing Steinle. That too is very improbable. The Sig is a DA/SA model. The Double Action/Single Action's main advantage is that it helps to guard against accidental discharges. The first trigger pull is long and heavy while the subsequent pulls are light and fast. Many competition shooters hate this feature but police departments and the armed forces have often favored it. The Glock which does not use a DA/SA action has long been criticize (perhaps unfairly) for being too easy to shoot yourself with when it is pulled from the holster.

In any case the Sig is designed to avoid accidental discharges. If the trial had been in Texas most men on the jury would have known that. In San Francisco many fewer would have realized just how improbable Zarate's story was.

We, the voiceless American, have to raise our voice in an effort to stop all third world immigration:
Our fight didn't end on election night. On the contrary, it's only beginning. The wall will be built and the turd world invasion will stop when more people say enough. Being a keyboard warrior won't cut it; you have to become a resistence fighter:
The reason for this invasion is simple: most Americans remain silent, don't vote, and spend a disproportionate amount of time engaged doing nothing, like watching NFL football. Contact your US Rep and 2 Senators; get to the polls to vote against the traitorous demRATS; return fundraising letters saying you will not give until the border is sealed and our unique Anglo heritage saved; prepare your meals and do your own gardening; go to NUMBERSUSA to send faxes to our alleged leaders; and join real immigration reform groups such as FAIR. Our enemies are at war with us, and we have to fight back. If you say or do nothing, you are part of the problem...

@Pat

Improbable is saying the very least.

Pleasanton, a city just 40 miles out of SF, ran a piece about this. It indicates that when forensic examiners tested the location they believe to be where the bullet ricocheted off the pier, they found not one trace of lead or copper from a bullet.

The official story doesn't seem to be lining up with the physical facts.

https://pleasantonweekly.com/news/2015/08/27/bullet-that-struck-killed-kate-steinle-ricocheted-off-pier-wall

I also find it odd that the examiners would wait four days before testing the strike mark they claim to have found. I'm no great forensics mind, but such evidence would seem to be time-sensitive. Subject to natural breakdown from weather, visitors, etc.

I'm rather doubting that the strike mark location was guesswork since it's a relatively straightforward process to plot trajectory via computer. (Taking victims height, entry wound, etc into account, presumably)

So, if the examiners determined a location, why was no physical evidence of it [the bullet] found. Seems that the hypothesis would need to be reworked with such a result. But it seems the result was ignored.

St. Louis Pizza Delivery Driver Kills Robber During Shootout

ST. LOUIS, MO — A pizza delivery driver shot and killed a man who tried to rob him in south St. Louis Thursday night.

Police say they were called to the 4600 block of Spring at around 11:30pm for a report of a shooting. The victim, a 41-year-old caucasian man, tells police that he was delivering food when two men attempted to rob him.

One of the suspects struck the man in the head with a firearm. The same suspect started to fire shots at him when he ran back to his vehicle. The delivery driver returned fire with his own handgun and was not hit during the gunfight. The second robber left the scene on foot.

The pizza delivery driver was able to return to work after the attempted robbery. That is where he called police. He is sufering from a cut to his head.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the suspect's body was found near Spring and Taft avenues. The pizza delivery driver turned his gun over to police so they can further investigate the incident.

The only description police give of the robbers is that they are African American males.

Oh, I guess he was just shooting at beercans (on a public pier) and Kate got in the way.

Oh, I guess he was just shooting at beercans

Allegedly on his four-hour interrogation video he first states he was aiming at "sea animals". But then later changed his statement to the one used currently. That he found the weapon laying on the pier under his seat and that it discharged seconds after he picked it up.

Supposed grainy video from a camera located at the pier shows a group of six persons around the seat he [Garcia] later sat on. That was one piece of "evidence" used to create reasonable doubt.

My opinion it was just an excuse to let him go for the murder of a young White woman.

If I go outside my office, and fire any one of my guns, "randomly" into the air, AND ANYBODY DIES, I get the full book thrown at me.

Is is not illegal to discharge a firearm in most city limits (unless you have a VERY GOOD reason?).

Whether I intended to, or NOT, to hit or kill somebody is irrelevant. MY actions caused the death.

I hate lawyers. They are all scum. They, for money, will defend any sick person. It is not correct. Somethings should NOT go to a trail but should be decided by a set law.

My example, above is a perfect example. I fire a gun. Somebody dies. I am AUTOMATICALLY guilty. No trial. No jury.

Seems sensible for a conviction on involuntary manslaughter if a state had a law like that. I guess I'm kind of sensible, generally prefer order, less chaos...

I can't say I wouldn't want his outcome if it had been me that somehow managed to wind up in such a zany pickle such as this! These days you likely wouldn't find yourself in such circumstances in your own home state.

And imagine what happened if you were a multiple felon, having been convicted five previous times of being illegally deported from Mexico, and had old drug charges from Puerto Vallarta from back in... What was it.. 1995? Would anybody be so bold as to venture what would happened to you if you were in that situation? The only way you'd be in that position would be to be an actor in a big (((movie))) called, "¡Viva Mexico!: El Pais de Justicia!". And if that's the case, tell Martin Sheen, George Clooney, Sean Penn and the ghost of Ed Asner to kiss your ass!

Have a rockin' good day, wherever you are Fellow SBPDL'ers!

I actually wondered if the prosecutor even bothered to investigate this and call in a firearms expert.

A modern semi-auto accidentally going off? Give me a break.

It simply doesn't happen.

Aiming towards a crowd and pulling the trigger is murder. It doesn't matter if the bullet bounces off the ground.

Manslaughter would be target shooting carelessly without knowing that people are on the other side of a fence. But he didn't even get that.

I bet it is a combination of a weak prosecutor and a jury eager to stick it to Trump. Sickening but I can't say I am that surprised given the politics. SF tolerates crime and illegals while blaming White America for all their problems. Liberals value immigrants over White women and they naturally resent any sort of "privilege" which in this case would be beauty.

Anonymous said...

During the monthlong trial, jurors watched video from Garcia Zarate’s four-hour police interrogation, in which he offered varying statements about his actions on the pier. At one point he said he had aimed at a “sea animal,” and at another point, he said the gun had been under a rag that lay on the ground near the waterfront, and that it fired when he stepped on it.

So the jury had been given evidence that he was being dishonest. It also isn't contended that he threw the gun into the ocean. But it was all an accident. Right.

Sounds like a jury of liberal morons. They deluded themselves into believing it could have been an accident and could not resist being part of a group that sticks it to Trump, even it if means subverting the justice system.

This reminds me of the OJ trial. A jury of morons that are fooled by a simple statement like "glove don't fit" even though it was OJ that put the glove on.

Someone in the SFGate comments said he would have been convicted if he killed a seal. This is true. Liberals put immigrants above Whites but not cute sea animals.

that and jury nullification. I think they had 4 immigrants on the jury, one of them Spanish speaking. I fear we are getting to the point where it will soon be impossible for any white person to get justice from a jury.

He changed his story. First he said he was shooting at seals. At the trial he dropped the gun.

We need to remember that the justice system, the "rule of law", that has us all tied in knots is a fairly recent development, especially in California. The concept was aspirational.

Especially in California, throughout the nineteenth and early part of the twentieth century, a mob would simply have grabbed the fucker and strung him up.

Arguably better for you and me.
