Thank God for Earl Warren! The University of Georgia, Black "Special Admission" Football Players, and the Racial Breakdown of 2007-2008 Top 25 Teams

So let's have some fun. The below graph is from an article regarding "special admission" students to major colleges and universities for collegiate sports (and specially college football) compared to the overall student body population. Notice the University of Georgia (UGA): 94 percent of football players are "special admission" students.

Such scholars are these predominately Black "special admission" athletes!
Those numbers come from 1999-2000, so you have to wonder how high those numbers are now. The graph entitled Black Athletes Racialized Experiences is from a Black professor at the UGA (Billy Hawkins) book The New Plantation: Black Athletes, College Sports, and Predominately White NCAA Institutions. He wrote the book to attack Predominately White Institutions (PWI) for using Black athlete-students unpaid labor (a college scholarship, room and board, and the opportunity to meet powerful alumni by representing a powerful brand - all major college teams in football are a "brand" to potential consumers - isn't enough)  to enrich their athletic departments.

What Mr. Watkins fails to admit is that the perceived need to utilize Black labor in college football is one that drives the market right now. Southeastern Conference (SEC) football programs didn't fully integrate until 1972, meaning that for most of their history schools like Auburn, Alabama, Louisiana State, and UGA had no Black players.

Well, these schools now sport football programs that have largely flipped in their racial composition. Notice that 72 percent of UGA's football program in 2007-2008 was Black, compared to only two percent of the undergraduates at UGA (well, Black males that is). UGA has historically had a low Black undergraduate problem; not because of discrimination, but because Black people lack the aptitude to get in to the school on their own merit.

If you are a prospective football player at UGA, don't worry: you'll get "special admission" status to attend the university. There, you can enroll in the academically challenging major known as Housing. A large percentage of Black football players are majored in Housing at UGA, in a practice commonly known as "clustering." This has been done at Auburn - Black players were "clustered" in the sociology department - and many other schools, because the majority of Black athlete-students lack the acumen to excel at any meaningful academic discipline, save an outlier like Florida State's celebrated Black Rhodes Scholar Myron Rolle.

Here's more on "clustering":

A talented football player heads to college with a dream to play professionally. He believes if he shows his best on the field, by the time he completes his NCAA eligibility, he will be drafted into the NFL. But the reality is that only 1.8 percent of college football players make it to the pros.

While the NCAA has put reforms in place to help ensure college athletes graduate and are as academically prepared for life as they are physically, two researchers question whether this goal is really being met, finding that college football players tend to take certain classes that do not benefit them in the long run. Meanwhile, other experts say the researchers’ work might not go far enough.

The NCAA uses a formula based on peer-group comparisons, called the Academic Progress Rate (APR), to measure academic success among scholarship student athletes.

“While the goal of the APR, to increase graduation rates of athletes, is admirable, the means utilized by schools to avoid loss of scholarship could prove to be dubious,” Jeffrey J. Fountain and Peter S. Finley wrote in “Academic Majors of Upperclassmen Football Players in the Atlantic Coast Conference: An Analysis of Academic Clustering Comparing White and Minority Players.”

“A couple of years ago, I just happened to be looking at the media guide for the University of Miami [football team] and noticed as I was going through it that every minority player I saw had liberal arts as his major,” says Fountain, an assistant professor of sports management at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

“Of the 23 majors in liberal arts at the University of Miami, all of them were minority. Not a single white player,” Fountain says. “Some of these athletes are either selecting or being pushed toward something that doesn’t really have any value.”

Fountain and Finley reviewed the media guides for the football teams of 11 of the 12 schools in the Atlantic Coast Conference (the 12th school, Duke University, does not publish the majors of its football players). The study considered only upperclassmen who have declared majors.

Clustering, the researchers maintain, occurs when 25 percent or more of an athletic team shares a single academic major. What they found is that minority players were clustered into specific academic programs at greater rates than white players. At six of the schools, 75 percent or more of the minority players had one of two majors that varied from social science to liberal arts or business management.
So judging by the racial breakdown of the football programs in the Top 25 in 2007-2008, it should be glaringly obvious that Black athlete-students attending these PWIs owe their acceptance and potential to prosper to their football skills alone. Few Black males attending these schools, many only attending because of the pressured need for PWIs to increase their minority enrollment or face pressure from outside sources.

Though the Black enrollment at SEC schools is incredibly low, because of the high-profile role Black football players on these teams, Black lawmakers have pushed for greater representation on the Board of Trustees governing these schools:

Talking about race, politics or football can be a recipe for conflict. Talking about all three at the same time? That's an engraved invitation to a duel, especially in South Carolina
It's no surprise, therefore, that black lawmakers in South Carolina caused a stir recently when they contemplated using black football recruits to boycott the flagship university over diversity issues. Concerned that the University of South Carolina's 22-member Board of Trustees might lose its lone black member, the lawmakers discussed calling on Gamecock football prospects to reconsider their college choice. While it's unclear how many, if any, recruits were ever contacted, the story alone has drawn attention to a diversity issue that concerns many.

This is not the first time black lawmakers in the South have leaned on football recruits to apply political pressure, and the resurgence of the strategy again raises questions about the appropriateness of luring high school seniors into a racially charged debate.
Similar questions were raised in 2005, when lawmakers pressed Auburn University athletic prospects to go elsewhere in protest of the elimination of two positions held by black athletics officials. The administrators were dismissed as part of a reorganization that also included the promotions of two black officials and the removal of a white employee.
Billy Hawkins, a University of Georgia associate professor who has researched sports and race, said "the collegiate black athlete is viable leverage to consider when seeking socio-political change." That said, politicians need to show a vested interest in these athletes' futures beyond the field of play as well, Hawkins wrote in an e-mail.

"I do not think that these lawmakers should merely try to employ the black athletic presence and power without getting involved in their plight at this predominantly white institution; in this case, the University of South Carolina," wrote Hawkins, an associate professor of kinesiology. "If black lawmakers are only developing this relationship with black athletes for their political agenda, they are no different from the institutions that use them for economic gain."

The effectiveness of calls for boycotts is also in question. The protests at Auburn died off after a few weeks without the reinstatement of Stacy Danley and Eugene Harris, and both officials later landed jobs at historically black colleges. Danley is now athletic director at Tuskegee University and Harris is head men's basketball coach at Florida A&M University.

It should be noted that the 2011 version of the University of Georgia (UGA) football program is the Blackest incarnation ever, starting just two white players out of 22 positions. Forty years ago, the UGA program was still all-white.

Oklahoma and UGA have football teams that really represent the schools!

When UGA won its lone national title in 1980, the team started a large percentage of white players though it did have Hershel Walker at running back. We explore Walker's career in great detail soon enough, but of his accomplishments was said this:
After being recruited by more than 100 colleges, Walker attended the University of Georgia, where his legend went national. In 1980 Walker set the NCAA freshman rushing record with 1,616 yards, leading the Bulldogs to an undefeated season and a national championship. "Herschel Walker!" wrote Jim Minter, editor of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "Thank God that magnificent young man is not cutting plywood in Johnson County. Thank God for [U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice] Earl Warren."

Earl Warren desegregated the schools in Brown v. Board of Education back in 1954. UGA had winning teams, very successful teams, with only white players up until 1971 ( a year they went 11-1). Though Atlanta, Savannah, Macon, Augusta, and counties all around Metro Atlanta are now incredibly unsafe to raise families in (because of high rates of Black crime and poor schools filled with academically inept Black students) forcing white people - well, white developers - to build new cities out of the ground, white alumni of UGA have no problem cheering on the top Black recruits that call these Black Undertow cities home.

Funny: UGA and other SEC schools have no problem recruiting Black athletes (who will require "special admission" status) to represent their overwhelmingly white student bodies on the football field.

The UGA football program (and the entire SEC) has abandoned its history and coaches have decided the only way to win is by recruiting Black athletes. A 6-7 record last year with a team few UGA alumni or students would recognize forty years ago seems to run counter to those hopes.

Then again, not one SEC team boasts a lineup that is anywhere near representative of their alumni or current student body. It's a game of our "special admission" Black students are better than your "special admission" Black students.

It's embarrassing. You have to wonder what foreign students from Asia studying engineering, nuclear physics and other hard science disciplines are thinking as they go to pore over their books and homework at the library on Saturday, while tens of thousands of drunken whites tailgate and imbibe with malicious zeal before going to watch "special admission" Black students compete for their university.

Do you need "special admission" Black athletes to succeed? Glancing at the top 25 from 2007-2008 and the racial breakdown of the teams, you would think so. But you would also need to see the breakdown for EVERY team before you could come to that conclusion. How many programs have majority Black teams that also went 4-8, 3-9, 2-10, or 1-11?

Teams like Virginia Tech, Oregon, UGA, and Oklahoma should be ashamed of themselves for deeming it necessary to recruit borderline retards to compete for their respective universities.

In former Auburn University head football coach (and former UGA football player) Pat Dye's book In the Arena is this key paragraph:
Another thing I found, I already knew: we live in an age, and it will probably last forever, where the black kids in this region make the difference in football. If there are 10 college prospects in Alabama, seven are gonna be black. (p. 135)
But why is this? Other programs are winning with white athletes. Boise State will bring 16 white starters to the Georgia Dome this Saturday to play the incredibly white University of Georgia and the primarily Black football team that represents them on the field.

Brigham Young, a school with less than 10 Black football players (and only.02 Black male student body) will bring 14-17 white starters to Oxford on Saturday to play a University of Mississippi that has given up its traditions (all related to the Old South) in the hopes of transforming into a Black powerhouse squad.

Last year's 4-8 record with 20 Black starters was a great indicator of how well that is going.

What's funny is that a white guy like Pat Dye would never get the chance to play for an SEC school (he played center for UGA back in the 1950s) unless he tried to walk-on or was a kicker or placekicker. How would have become a coach without that playing time and pedigree of a college athlete?

It's fitting that book In the Arena was written by Pat Dye to answer many of the questions surrounding the Auburn football program after Black safety Eric Ramsey accused the coaches of racism toward Black athletes. The Ramsey situation would be featured on 60 minutes and Auburn would ultimately be penalized by the NCAA.

How many white athletes from the suburbs of Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville, Charlotte, and other southern cities never get the same looks that Black athletes get? The same Black athletes that require "special admission" status just to get into schools like UGA, to represent a student body that has no desire to live anywhere near Black people upon graduation.

SEC schools like UGA, the University of Florida and the University of Tennessee have rosters in 2011 that look strikingly similar to the rosters of 1971, but with one noticeable change: all-white teams then are now near all-Black teams now.

This quote from Jeff Prugh's The Hershel Walker Story sums up the situation for white players (like Jacob Hester, the former running back at LSU) at SEC schools now:
"I think you see a gradual feeling of being part of the community now that blacks didn't feel ten years ago," said [UGA head coach Vince Dooley, in 1981], "because sports have been the greatest thing that has helped integration in some small towns. It's given both sides something to rally to, where both blacks and whites are on the same team. I think you are getting some blacks now who always wanted to play at UGA."
To accommodate Black athletes (Bobby Bowden of FSU admitted this in his book here) southern schools went "full negro" in an all-out bid to distance themselves from their all-white pasts and embrace an all-Black future. The best white athletes in the south now play baseball, leaving football to "special admission" Black students that Steve Spurrier defends.

The best way to illustrate the "full negro" move is the 2007 UGA-Auburn football game, where the Black players (72 percent of the team, though only two percent of the student body and perhaps .0002 of the alumni base) convinced head coach Mark Richt to play the vile rap song "Superman" by Soulja Boy on the PA system at Sanford Stadium.

By going "full negro" at UGA, the PWI has embraced the lowest-common denominator culture from the Black community, and watching 82,000 white people dance like Black thugs (to an incredibly vile song that only Black people - cut from the same cloth of 2 Live Crew - could create) shows that white people will stoop at nothing to accommodate their "special admission" Black football represenatives.

Do you see now why college football is so important to write about? The worst behavior of Black people is tolerated and discipline -like that attempted by University of Wyoming coach Lloyd Eaton in 1969 toward the Black 14 - aimed at curtailing the worst character faults of Black athletes is impossible, lest that coach and school be accused of racism.

So SEC fans: have fun cheering for your "special admission" Black athletes come the 2011 season, especially when an overwhelmingly Black UGA team faces a refreshingly white (and highly ranked) Boise State team.

Or when "white boys" from BYU invade Oxford to play a university that has castrated itself in hopes of landing Black athletes, the University of Mississippi.

It should be obvious, after looking at these graphs, that the majority of Black athletes on the football fields of SEC, Big Ten, Pac-12, Big 12, ACC, and Big East schools have no business attending the universities and colleges they represent.

Especially at UGA:That the majority of these Black athlete-students are "clustered" in something called a Housing major (where students learn how to fill out applications for apartments) embarrasses no one at UGA.  Thank God for Earl Warren, right? It should be noted that

Atlanta and every city and county with a majority Black population might be incredibly unsafe and potentially life threatening to a white person (or any race who travels into these war zones), but as long as Black athlete-students can recruited from these areas to represent UGA, Auburn, Alabama, Miami, Florida, Florida State or Tennessee on the football field, all is well.

Old-line SEC fan here. Yes, Georgis went 11-1 in 1971 and along with LSU and Ole Miss were the last all-white SEC teams.

Speaking of "clustering" athletes in liberal arts and sociology, there is a criticism of your work that will be made assuming someone from the MSM takes notice. Many white athletes in the pre-integration SEC were in school only because they were football players and were given easy courses to stay eligible. The difference is that there were also football players who became doctors, lawyers, etc. More than young fans would think.

The type of SEC football player who entered a serious profession and became a distinguished member of the community after graduation has mostly disappeared unless he is one of the few white players.

I recall a Sports Illustrated article around 20 years ago about black players at Auburn supposedly being "exploited" during the Pat Dye era. They complained that after their eligibility ran out, black Auburn ex-players ended up working on an assembly line while white former players had good jobs in Birmingham offices.

It doesn't occur to them that the white players took courses and made contacts which helped post-football. Sports Illustrated, naturally, didn't point this out.

Speaking of using football to meet wealthy alumni, that is exactly what O.J. Simpson did at USC in 1967-68. I recall a book by a USC teammate who said "O.J. didn't associate much with his teammates. He associated with the alumni. O.J. was the one who was going to make money after football."

Kersey,

A highly enlightening post. I see now why you're writing about college football. It is indeed VERY important in understanding BRA.

Your skew on this is really quite fascinating, and your passion shows.

I think you may be on the bleeding edge of the zeitgeist that is the awakening of Those Who Can See. Do you ever consider that one day, you'll be considered a part of history? One of the pioneers who bucked up on their hind legs and pointed to the truth? And with such a mordant, truculent wit?

Ah, well, time will tell that tale. Just as it's telling the tale of the demise of BRA at this very moment.

Keep up the good work.

I lost interest in the NBA years ago because of the BTA (black thug athletes). College has been utterly corrupted by the left and now the BTA. Because of BTA it is considerably less safe to send your children to these schools.

For the life of me, I cannot fathom why students would incur huge debts to go to prestigious schools with or without BTA. A "college education" today is nearly meaningless.

Paul, you are performing an invaluable service here and are striking precisely the correct tone. I do wonder how many converts you are making. I suspect you are mostly preaching to the choir.

Keep up the good work.

I will say this. Duke Football, having been the joke of ACC, more like Big 6 football, ever since Steve Spurrier left to ruin South Carolina, has a 100% graduation rate for its football team. It is almost laughable, considering how bad the team is at times. But unfortunately, I am seeing improvement in the team with a coach that was hired to win. Cutcliffe (who gained famed at Tennessee and Ole Miss for coaching the Manning brothers) has brought some thugs onto the team. Spring 2011, a football player was arrested with 22 KILOS of coke. When Duke was still a 0 to 2 win team, this would never happen. Now that it is a 4-5 win team, the difference can already be seen.

If you want to look at college athletics where the players are a lot less clueless about their lives, the best place to look is non-revenue sports and walk-ons on revenue sports.
Bob Knight was lucky to leave basketball before it became a full-on farce.

Ah yes, Eric Ramsey. He might just be dumbest fuck to ever lace 'em up. He had multiple white men continually and covertly giving him handfuls of cash and yet he later complained of being treated like a slave. I wonder if anybody ever let him know that slaves, by definition, are not financially compensated for their labor. And what the hell did he mean by his accusation that he "wasn't allowed to get an education" at Auburn? He was enrolled as a student, wasn't he? I guess he never heard the adage "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink".

And the audio tapes are hilarious. Disgusting but hilarious. "Uh, coach, my car insurance is due again." What an assclown.

When I started to write this, I was only focusing on the two graphs detailing the racial breakdown of big time programs (compared to actual Black male enrollment) and the special admit chart.

I have so many great quotes about the UGA football program, that I'll probably have to do a full entry on them or wait until the book.

In the mid-1970s, the program was having a hard time with integration. Lots of racial strife, which culminated with a Black football player pulling a gun on a white player.

To make a conducive environment for Black players, UGA implemented a long-term strategy of simply phasing out the recruitment of white players and a gradual assimilation to the horrid culture of Black players.

UGA, Florida and Tennessee have the highest rates of the off-the-field problems in the SEC; a direct correlation to being the Blackest programs.

As to Auburn, I'll get an entry on them up later today. I've got an unbelievable amount on Auburn, BAMA, and Tennessee, but those two will probably wait until next week.

Like I've said, to understand BRA and why it is in full force, you need to understand the integration of college football and the acquiescence of white fans to a majority of Black players representing their program.

As a southerner, we know the federal government was prepared to use military force in both Little Rock (1957) and Oxford (the integration of Ole Miss, one of the true amazing moments in American History) in 1962.

This will all be detailed soon at this site and in the forthcoming, "Opiate of America" book.

Sometimes it's difficult to tell which is more pathetic, functionally illiterate black college football players attending prestigious universities or the predominance of black thug types on the professional basketball circuit.

SBPDL could probably put together a splendid article showing the link between these two. There certainly has already been published here a plethora of material dealing with both issues.

The $59 million and $50 million dollar numbers from Ohio and Michigan, respectively, indicate a college sports program that is blown totally out of proportion for institutes of learning.

America is pretty well damned by the fact that so many of its most prominent popular heroes are sports celebrities and movie stars instead of scientists, inventors or authors. That the hero worship of sports stars among blacks is astronomically higher than for most other races also speaks volumes.

The abundance of thug types on in professional basketball also tends to explain that Sarasota Gators beatdown. When professional athletes actively strive to behave and look exactly like gangsters it is tacit encouragement for those who admire them to act like thugs themselves.

Again, SBPDL, I appreciate your research and logically backed arguments but I think that dumb football players in these times of specialization is a given. A hand surgeon who is good probably knows little else of the body and millionaire patent attorneys little of criminal defense because they sell out (completely ignoring all other extraneous fields of knowledge except for their area of interest). One of the reasons that the Wonderlic test fails so much to determine the future success of a player is that it most good football players completely dedicate themselves to football and have little interest in anything else . They are not trying to be well rounded , they completely sell out for football. Like steroid use, once it becomes common not to do schoolwork but instead use that time to train more and rest, then in order to compete the other player has to do the same thing. If you meet a smart football player he is probably either not good or abnormally smart as in Myron Rolle and a few others. Maybe once they leave football they develop their intellect but not while trying to make it where it would be too risky to spend time on real learning. I think coaches know this, it sounds counterintuitive but a football player’s lack of academic knowledge shows his dedication to the game of football. If you are inside reading Shakespeare and the other guy is running parachute sprints and lifting weights with all his spare time , I wonder who will be better. it’s like that with basketball, boxing, and many other sports where speed, strength , and quickness are essential and training gives one the edge. T he shame is that these players are dumb for playing football in the first place and black culture is dumb for placing so much importance on sports in general. Sports should be played for fun and not for eventually hoping to make millions because in my contention , you can’t be an intellectual football player because to be truly competitive, you have no time-- and to be a successful community you must have a variety of people able to perform mentally difficult tasks developed from higher learning.

The biggest expense a college has in running a football program is the coaching salary. Many coaches salaries are guaranteed. How much did USC lose by having to deep-six Pete Carrol? How much did Ohio State lose by deep-sixing Jim Tressel? How much did Tennessee lose by deep-sixing Lane Kiffin? How much did Florida lose by deep-sixing Urban Meyer (yeah, health scare indeed).

The problem is, a program can have predominantly Black athletes, or NCAA compliance. It cannot have both. Coaching expense, and excellence, get sacrificed for dominant athletes. And in college, by the nature of the programs, a coach can last more than ten years and become the face of the university, the athlete is there for maybe three at the most.

There is no question about it, at the extremes of performance, Black athletes dominate in football. The fastest Black athletes run significantly faster than the fastest White ones. The most explosive Black athletes are significantly more explosive than the most explosive White ones. The strongest Black athletes are stronger than the strongest White ones, and critically the Black athletes that combine speed, strength, and explosiveness/quickness do so at a higher level almost all the time than White athletes of a similar high caliber.

The easiest way to win is to get better athletes. Just dominate at every position. Particularly if you don't have athletes for more than a couple of years, they are not very smart, and can't be coached or comprehend complex schemes, much less jell with team-mates who turn over significantly every year.

It is my view that over time, coaches and universities will favor cheaper athletes with less performance and less competition for signing, that offer less risk to a ten-year guaranteed coaching contract. Athletes that will sign and stay for four years of eligibility, that mostly won't play in the NFL, but will make grad rates look good, along with GPAs and compliance. These teams will be competitive at the end of four year cycles, and be like Boise State, TCU (defeated tonight by Baylor, but hung in there), Northwestern, Stanford, and the like. The NCAA has a built in desire to be more competitive, higher TV ratings and spreading the wealth around are a huge desire among those schools outside the SEC and elite Big Ten/Big Twelve/ACC teams. So long term the NCAA FBS subdivision will have a lot more Boises, Nevadas, Northwesterns, Stanfords, and the like and a lot fewer Auburns and Floridas and Miamis.

Not the least of which is the urgent need to dial down FBS football program costs so the programs can carry more of the subsidizing of other sports. This means, less scholarship money and more merit academic admissions.

The only college degrees worth pursuing today are in the hard sciences of engineering, math, medicine, etc.

All other degrees are basically worthless.

If you can prove that you have excellent programming skills you can probably find a job without a degree, same with writing, journalism.

Big education has become nothing less than a cash cow.

How many college educated idiots do you know? I know of more than a few.

Whiskey says, "The strongest Black athletes are stronger than the strongest White ones." No, they are not. While blacks have the advantage in straight-ahead speed (though on a football field, whites can usually keep up with them), whites have always dominated strength events. Even Jon Entine grudgingly admitted that whites dominate the Field part of Track and Field.

Did you see the NFL arm wrestling championship contests on TV some 30 years ago? Not one (and I mean not one) black NFL lineman could last more than 3-4 seconds against a white OL named Ed White.

But be warned!.No body armour is allowed.
Play can often last for more than 5 straight seconds!.
Players are not exhausted from having to play for more than 5 straight seconds. In fact they may play continuously for MINUTES!!.
Astonishing I know,but there you are!.Even more.
A referees decisions are never questioned on the field!!.

The World Cup will be won by NZ or Australia or South Africa or England or France.
Yes France. No cheese eating surrender monkeys here.Superb athletes, often psychotically violent, always entertaining.

So do yourselves a favour and tune in.The Game is not nearly as complicated as it may seem at first sight.Remember:The ball CANNOT go forward from the hand.(Well, unless its a blockdown)

Enjoy.

Try finding a programming job without a college degree. Your resume will be deleted or fed into the shredder before you can prove anything. try getting a CPA license without 150 college credit hours. What you should say is that the arts and soft science degrees are worthless.

Not really. The fastest black 40 yard dash speeds are in the 4.2x range. The fastest white 40 yard dash speeds are in the 4.3x range. That is not "significantly" faster. Furthermore, look at combine performances. The bench press competition is nearly always won by a white offensive lineman. On the shuttle run and 3 cone drill, whites are competitive. I believe 2 wide receivers, Jeff Maehl and Dane Sanzenbacher were in the top 5 at the last combine for both those events.

Anonymous up there made the old "body armor" argument in a pitiful attempt to disparage American Football in comparison to Rugby. There is no comparison between the games. I played both at a college level and American football is by far the more dangerous game. Oh sure you may get some really cool cauliflower ears, a blood nose or even the ocassional rib cartilage and collar bone injury in Rugby...make no mistake, American Football wrecks your skeleton in ways the Rugby doesn't. The lack of blocking and the forward pass in Rugby makes it pretty safe. American kids grow up playing a game rougher than Rugby called "smear the queer" on playgrounds. So really, go sell that bullsh*t amongst those not in the know. Rugby players have better endurance...but so do cross country skiers.

Georgia had a down year and Ole Miss is a perenial second tier program in the SEC. You also failed to mention Georgia's total annihillation of BSU a few years ago. How many national titles have SEC teams won in the last decade?

Whiskey said,"There is no question about it, at the extremes of performance, Black athletes dominate in football." Their behavorial problems and academic deficiencies don't change this reality.

"It's embarrassing. You have to wonder what foreign students from Asia studying engineering, nuclear physics and other hard science disciplines are thinking as they go to pour over their books and homework at the library on Saturday, while tens of thousands of drunken whites tailgate and imbibe with malicious zeal before going to watch "special admission" Black students compete for their university." Something tells me those Asian students wouldn't have had much use for the all white football squads of yore and their passionate fans either. Of course in the days of segregated football there were significantly fewer Asian students despite their academic excellence. Perhaps you see a connection. HBD is a real bitch isn't it?

"Try finding a programming job without a college degree"

Probably you are not a programmer.

A single certification is worth all your degrees.

(or maybe you speak about superficial selections, like in banks or other crap?)

Not nearly as big a sports fan as you obviously are Paul, but I remember in the 70's and 80's back when college sports were quite a bit 'whiter' than today it was a well-known fact that those who were there for football and basketball were there for the sport and not for the schooling. Many schools had courses nicknamed 'rocks for jocks' (Geology 101) and other such dismissively nicknamed 'Basket Weaving 101' courses. For an education? Surely you jest, to maintain eligibility for the team. And only for that purpose, 'Physical Education' (IOW, future P.E. teachers if that pro contract doesn't happen) the only difference from then to now is the skin color of the players, not much else.

"There is no question about it, at the extremes of performance, Black athletes dominate in football. The fastest Black athletes run significantly faster than the fastest White ones. The most explosive Black athletes are significantly more explosive than the most explosive White ones. The strongest Black athletes are stronger than the strongest White ones, and critically the Black athletes that combine speed, strength, and explosiveness/quickness do so at a higher level almost all the time than White athletes of a similar high caliber."

Then why do whites dominate boxing and MMA?

Why did all-white soccer teams win the last two world cups?

Why do all-white high school teams win state championships in football and basketball?

Why do whites win the most medals in the winter and summer Olympics?

BYU and Boise St both won. I bet both SEC coaches say they got outschemed and the other teams were so much better prepared. It might be the only time they admit to being worse than their opposing coach rather than say the players they recruited were worse.

"Even Jon Entine grudgingly admitted that whites dominate the Field part of Track and Field."

It wasn't "grudgingly". He argued that whites indeed dominate strength competitions, and he provided evidence to support his argument.

Anonymous said...

"That is not "significantly" faster."

Well, that depends on how you define "significantly".

Anonymous said...

"Need evidence? Look at the number of comments on the "football" posts vs your regular posts. WE DON'T F'N CARE!!!"

I disagree. I love the football posts.

"it was a well-known fact that those who were there for football and basketball were there for the sport and not for the schooling."

1. Calling something a "well-known fact" while offering zero evidence is beyond lame. If you have no proof, be honest enough to admit it.

2. If you are suggesting that white players of yesteryear were as borderline retarded as modern black players, please provide evidence.

Please provide grades, test scores, IQ scores, graduation rates, and post-college employment data to support this assertion.

"Then why do whites dominate boxing and MMA?"

It depends on how you define "dominate". MMA in particular requires a larger skill set along with greater intelligence, and this favors white fighters. On the other hand, there are some very dominant black fighters.

"Why do all-white high school teams win state championships in football and basketball?"

Most of the time, they don't.

Anonymous said...

"Why do whites win the most medals in the winter and summer Olympics?"

Because most Olympic sports do not involve sprinting.

When I was in college I made some extra money tutoring the negro basketballers. Dumbest bunch of monkeys I ever met.

Once, I forgot my math for morons book in my car parked way across campus and, of course, all the negro morons showed up empty handed. So we all walked about a half mile across campus to get my book. The spooks complained the whole time about the long walk.

And hey, Mr. Anti Diarrheal, start your own blog, fuck tard.

I'm glad BYU won (although they have WAY too many negroes on their team), even though those poor announcers must be heart broken. They stated at the beginning that "this is the SEC; they're better athletes and are gonna be up in your face!" or some such bull shit. Blatant anti-White propaganda.

I'm also sick of the myth that Africans are faster and stronger, and therefore better. Football is a team sport. That tenth of a second faster is easily rendered moot by intelligence and a commitment to playing as a team. Running precise routs vs straight ahead speed? That's a no-brainer, but having been force fed the "Africans are better" crap for decades is a powerful thing. I played middle. I don't care how fast you are, you are not getting to your left tackle before I do, and are going no where without someone to block for you. Think about it: a tenth of a second, and Whites are excluded from their own game. Great job, there.

White HS teams always win because they care about one another, something foreign to Africans. At some point (usually MANY points) during any game, you can count on an African doing something selfish to hurt his "team" - especially in the pros.

BYU's coach said it all after the game, although you had to decode it. In so many words, he let it be known that they were fine without retarded thugs, thank you very much. This country would do well to internalize that notion...

"Because most Olympic sports do not involve sprinting."

Retarded. A tiny advantage in straight ahead speed makes blacks better ATHLETES? Childish.

Look, blacks "dominate" football because Whites have been systematically excluded from the game. You get to play, maybe, a few O linemen, a QB (that phasing out is well underway), and not much else. If you can't see this, you probably think the black "middle class" is real too.

As for the rugby guy? Sure, tackling without pads is tough, but you really want to compare it to football? It's just more "second city" thinking.

Apparently you just make shit up as you go along.

I did not state or suggest that blacks are "better athletes".

Please respond to what I actually wrote, not to what you fantasized.

I don't mind being called "retarded" or "childish", but at least have a fucking reason.

Thank you.

@Anon 10.17 and 9.03

Bullshit!.Complete Bullshit!.

While I can appreciate the best parts of your game, and recognizing that they are two completely different games,I can think of innumerable Union players who could transfer to your game with the right amount of time for adaptation.

On the other hand, all Union men are continually astonished by the complete lack of fitness and conditioning in your game.By the inability to make a tackle....by the ridiculous armour.

"Second City thinking?" Grid Iron was briefly popular in Europe in the 80's.Then Rugby turned pro.
You would'nt have a hope.

So the Union players could easily transfer to "our" game, but our players would have no hope the other way 'round?

As I said, second city all the way.

You are right, and I apologize.

When I read ANY of the BS associated with black athletes, I get beyond pissed. The "sprinting" thing is why the nfl, and college campus' are deluged with retards. The thinking is that since they are SO much faster (bullshit), they are then SO much better players (also bullshit). It's as though the ONLY thing that matters is speed; all else is negligible. While as we all know, every time a White athlete is given the chance to succeed, he does. Those athletically challenged White boy receivers proved the point again yesterday.

The "speed/sprinting" thing is the reason given for blacks being superior athletes. Rereading your post, I was wrong to pin that on you.

First off to the 'Anon's'; you're right I can't spew a ton of stats at you. Sorry.
Do you know the reason the NCAA bars athletes from holding jobs (even during the off-season)?
Because most such ''jobs'' were little more than a way to funnel cash to star athletes (and was often used as a recruiting perk). Here's how the scheme worked: Local car dealer is a big fan of the team, hires star jock to wash cars and pays that jock a whole lot more than minimum wage to do a minimum wage job. Finally the NCAA put it's foot down: a scholarship player having a job (even off-season) is ineligible to play. That's also why colleges (still) have 'dummy' classes, easy enough that all the jock has to do is show up and they pass, and stay eligible.
Are black players in many ways worse? No doubt there. But the special treatment for athletes was in place long before they (blacks) were.
If it were up to me, end athletic scholarships completely. If all someone want's to attend the school just to play a sport, just pay 'em ''above the table'' like any other employee. If they want to use that cash to pay for schooling, great. If they want to use that cash to pay for spinners, ''bling'' and purple drank, it's their money. The schools can continue to feed and house the jocks but getting an education is up to them and them alone. When their 4-5 years of playing eligibility are up, out they go, even if they can't even read. There a few examples in NFL history of pro players (yes, black) who couldn't even read AFTER all those years of school.

Dude, I know that there's a connection between black BS and sports and that it's not fair, (especially on the college level) to white students to allow these miscreants in where they can do their damage and lower standards.

However, shouldn't we be focusing on other things, like mudsharks getting murdered by their black toys and the ever increasing tide of flash mobs?

"like mudsharks getting murdered by their black toys"

While no one deserves to be brutally murdered, I have great difficulty feeling sympathy for white females who choose violent, murderous, negro thugs as their boyfriends or baby-daddies.

If you choose to swim in shark-infested waters, you are likely to end up dead.

No.

1. College sports are, by definition, Amateur Athletics.

2. Paying college athletes would only ENCOURAGE MORE perks, gifts, and cash bonuses.

On the other hand League players when must be 10 yards from the ball they are. In Union it is only an aspiration to make the distance.

They also take 10 seconds to set up a scrum compared to the minute plus of Union. Why the tardiness?

Notre Dame for decades was "notorious" for their overwhelmingly white teams. Until a few years ago they were number one in winning percentage for major collegiate programs.

"Diversity" has increased, and winning at ND has not been a regular thing since the early 1990s.

Academic ability aside, one cannot deny that most elite programs, in football have a predominant black element. Non qualifiers in major sports programs cheapen the degree for everyone else regardless of color.
